Abstract

Corporate governance can be assessed from how the company has been run openly and transparently, to gain public trust in market mechanisms. Islamic banking in Indonesia shows a pattern that social activities are an obligation that must be carried out. Social is a characteristic of Indonesian banking, a financial institution that has implemented the concept of sharia. In this study, the sample used amounted to 132 data on BUS's financial statements for 11 years from 2010-2020. As a result, improved governance, actually led to a decline in financial performance, by the regression value of -0.1682. Meanwhile, the social variable shows that if social performance increases, financial performance also increases by 0.282.

Abstract

The researcher's goal in this study is to investigate the efficiency of the scientific literacy-based learning device model learning cycle 7E in improving student scientific literacy skills. This research used Research and development, with one group pretest-posttest design and two replications. The research sample was VII-grade junior high school students. To gather data about students’ scientific literacy, the researcher used a scientific literacy-based test. The data on students' scientific literacy will be evaluated to determine their level and skills before and after treatment with the development product. Based on research analysis and findings after using a scientific literacy-based learning device, the students’ scientific literacy increased. It can be seen from the n-gain value average obtained in junior high school 2, which has a value of 0.72 and is categorized as high. Meanwhile, the trial class of junior high school 2, was also categorized as high, with a value of 0.71. The results of a statistical test using two independent t-tests showed no significant difference between the n-gain values of the two trial classes. Based on these findings, it can be stated that the scientific literacy-based learning device model learning cycle 7E, helps increase students' scientific literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of industrial relations policies at PT. Yuliani Amanah Construction in Petasia Timur District, North Morowali Regency, using Grindle's (1980) policy implementation theory approach, which emphasizes two main dimensions: content of policy and context of implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants consisting of company management, employees, and representatives from the North Morowali Manpower and Transmigration Office. The research results show that in terms of the content of policy, industrial relations policy implementation has not been optimal due to limited resources, poor understanding among policy implementers at the company level, and weak fulfillment of workers' rights, such as minimum wages, occupational safety (K3) standards, and labor dispute resolution mechanisms. Meanwhile, in terms of the context of implementation, power factors, economic interests, and regional socio-economic stability significantly influence policy implementation. Local governments place greater emphasis on investment stability than on firm enforcement of labor laws. These findings reinforce Grindle's (1980) view that the effectiveness of policy implementation in developing countries depends heavily on the interaction between the policy's substance and the sociopolitical context in which it is implemented. This study recommends strengthening the institutional capacity of labor inspectors, increasing company management awareness of regulatory compliance, and establishing a tripartite dialogue forum between the government, companies, and workers to create harmonious and equitable industrial relations.

Abstract

Early age is a potential period for learning for children. Various knowledge can be taught from an early age, one of which is about sex education and prevention efforts. It is very important to convey an understanding of sexual prevention to children, so that children can know what body parts other people can and cannot touch. The singing method is one method that children really like and enjoy. The song "Touch is Allowed" is an educational medium used by teachers at Budi Mulia Kindergarten as a form of providing understanding about sex education and sexual prevention for children in Kindergarten. The research method used is qualitative research, with the research subjects being the school principal, teachers and children at Budi Mulia Kindergarten. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. This research aims to describe the implementation of the song "Touch is Allowed" as an educational medium in preventing sexual abuse of children at Budi Mulia Kindergarten, Daha Utara Kandangan District. The results of the research show that the implementation of the song "touch is allowed" as an educational medium for sexual prevention in children is effective. This can be seen when children are able to remind friends who do bad things and immediately reprimand them by singing the song "touch is allowed" and children feel happy singing the song "touch is allowed" as an educational medium for sexual prevention in kindergarten

Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah peran kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah adalah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan Islam pada jalur pendidikan non formal yang diselenggarakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang sebagai pelengkap pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian in adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran secara mendalam dan menyeluruh terhadap hasil penelitian mengenai suatu keadaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Insan Singkawang adalah dengan menerapkan peranan kepala sekolah sebagai Educator (pendidik), Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader (Pemimpin), dan Innovator. Kepala Sekolah menjadi contoh suri tauladan dalam memimpin dan pengambilan keputusan sebagai upaya memperbaiki pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Takmiliyah Al-Insan Sekolah dasar Negeri 57 Singkawang.

Abstract

The infrastructure sector during the health crisis had an impact by declining by around 12% until the end of 2020. One that can cause a decrease in stock prices is the exchange rate. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. is one of the companies that showed active stock price activity during the health crisis period. The data sample of this study is to take daily data from exchange rates and stock prices during 2020 with a sample number of 242. Empirical results show that the correlation coefficient is -0.89, hence the relationship between the exchange rate and stock price is very strong and contradictory. Ha's partial test results were accepted and Ho was rejected, i.e. the exchange rate was partially significant and affected the stock price. The R square results of 79.8 percent that the exchange rate .

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai kemandirian siswa melalui kegiatan Praktik Pengamalan Ibadah (PPI) di MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan inisiatif dikembangkan melalui proses PPI sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter religius dan kemandirian spiritual siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kemandirian siswa terbentuk melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pelaksanaan ibadah rutin. Nilai disiplin tercermin dari kebiasaan ketepatan waktu dan keteraturan ibadah, tanggung jawab melalui pelaksanaan tugas yang diberikan, serta inisiatif melalui keberanian siswa mengambil peran tanpa arahan langsung. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kegiatan PPI efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius dan kemandirian spiritual siswa di madrasah.
