Abstract

Abstrak: Pteridophyta merupakan kelompok tumbuhan perintis yang mampu bertahan pada lahan kritis bekas PETI seperti yang terdapat di danau Biru Kota Singkawang Kalimantan Barat. Tidak semua Pteridophyta dapat hidup di lahan bekas PETI. Oleh karena itu menarik untuk diketahui jenis Pteridophyta yang dapat tumbuh di lahan tersebut. Adapun implementasinya dapat dijadiikan media pembelajaran sub materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas X SMA. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode jelajah. Masing-masing jenis yang dikoleksi untuk identifikasi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil inventarisasi ditemukan 6 jenis tumbuhan paku yaitu Lycopodium cernuum, Nephrolepis biserrata, Stenochlaena palustris, Blechnum orientale, Histiopteris incisa dan Gleichenia linearis. Flipbook yang dibuat divalidasi oleh 5 validator. Hasil validasi media flipbook diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,57 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori valid atau dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Inventarisasi, Pteridophyta, Flipbook. Abstract: Pteridophyta is a group of pioneer plants that can survive on critical land . Not all Pteridophyta can be found at such a critical environment like PETI. The Research was to invent the types of Pteridophyta that grow in the former PETI in Blue Lake Singkawang City. The results of this research can be used as teaching materials especially for the topic such as environmental pollution of SMA grade X. The samples in this study were all Pteridophyta that were found in the research site. Research design used is descriptive study. Sampling method was exploratory purposive sampling technique . Validation is done by 5 media validators. The data revealed 6 types of nail plants namely Lycopodium cernuum, Nephrolepis biserrata, Stenochlaena palustris, Blechnum orientale, Histiopteris incisa and Gleichenia linearis . The validation results showed the value of 3.57 and it means it is valid. Therefore, the flipbook can be used as teaching-learning material. Key Words:Inventory, Pteridophyta, Flipbook.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sandai. Jumlah siswa  sebanyak 35  terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus yang dilakukan dalam 4 kali pertemuan. Alat pengumpul data meliputi lembar observasi pembelajaran dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 adalah 68,57% dan pada siklus 2 sebesar 80%. Persentase proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus 1 adalah 85,72% dan pada siklus 2 sebesar 100%. Hasil penelitian sudah tercapai sesuai dengan indikator kinerja yaitu  jumlah seluruh siswa mencapai KKM tuntas ≥65% pada siklus 1 dan ≥70% pada siklus 2 serta proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan indikator kinerja mencapai 80%  sesuai dengan rancangan yang telah dibuat. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sandai.   Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, tipe Jigsaw Abstract: The aim of this study is to improve learning outcomes student, by Jigsaw cooperative learning model material classification of living things in  VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sandai. The number of students  consisting of 18 male  and 17 female. This study consisted of two cycles are performed in 4 meetings. Data collection tool includes observation sheets and achievement test. The results showed an increase student learning outcomes with percentage completeness student in first cycle  was 68.57% and in the second cycle of 80%. The percentage of the implementation process of learning in first cycle was 85.72% and in the second cycle of 100%. The results have been achieved in accordance with the performance indicator is the number of all students achieve complete KKM ≥ 65% in first cycle and ≥ 70% in second cycle as well as the implementation of the learning process with the indicator reaches 80% in accordance with the result was accordance. It was concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the material classification of living things in class VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sandai.   Keywords: learning outcome, type Jigsaw

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility of media booklets on sub-material biodiversity in class X Senior High School in Kapuas Hulu. The present qualitative study employs descriptive method. The data collected on the booklet validation sheet is qualitative data. Each statement item is divided into categories Very Good is worth 4, Good is worth 3, Less Good is worth 2, and Not Good is worth 1. Since the data is in qualitative form, then to calculate it needs to be converted into a quantitative form using the Lawshe formula. Validation results from the validator can be analyzed using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) analysis. The booklet was validated its feasibility by two lecturer of Biology education program, Faculty of Education Untan and three Biology teacher of tenth grade students from three different school in Kapuas Hulu. According to the validator, the booklet is categorized as valid with validation average score 0,99 and it is worth to be implemented as instructional media on biodiversity utilization sub material. Keywords: Biodiversity, booklet, Kapuas Hulu

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Menyuke sebagai pewarna alami. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat Kecamatan Menyuke di desa Songga, Darit, dan Anik Dingir. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan hasil tumbuhan pewarna yang diperoleh sebanyak 19 spesies dari 16 famili. Hasil dari penelitian etnobotani ini diimplementasikan menjadi media pembelajaran animasi slide show. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan sebagai media pembelajaran maka perlu dilakukan validasi. Media animasi slide show divalidasi oleh lima orang validator. Dari hasil validasi media dinyatakan valid atau layak digunakan dengan skor sebesar 3,58. The research is a qualitative descriptive method and triangulation of data collection techniques. The research was conducted at District Menyuke communities in villages Songga, Darit, and Anik Dingir. The number of informants in this research were 106 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the results finding dye plants as many as 19 species from 16 families. The results of this ethnobotany research are inflemented into learning media slide show animation. Therefore, it is necessary to validate the slide show animation to know its feasibility as a learning media. Animation slide show media validation by five validators. Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model Numbered Head Together dengan bantuan Bio Card. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII E SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak dengan jumlah  31 siswa  yang terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam  3 siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  pada siklus 1 diperoleh   nilai rata-rata  hasil belajar 62,8 pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan dengan persentase 15% memperoleh nilai rata-rata menjadi 78,2 pada siklus 3 mengalami peningkatan  dengan persentase 54% memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87. Pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran  siklus 1 dengan persentase  sebesar 92,8 % pada siklus 2 persentase sebesar 100% dan pada siklus 3 persentase sebesar 100%.  Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model Numbered Head Together dengan media Bio Card dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Numbered Head Together, Bio Card Abstract: This research was a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve the learning outcome through cooperative learning by using Numbered Head Together model with the help of Bio Card. This research was held on VII E class of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak by the number of 31 students, consisting of 11 male students and 20 female students. This research was held in three cycles. Based on the research result, the mean score of the first cycle was 62.8 There was an improvement in the second cycle which mean score was 78.2 meanwhile there was also an improvement in the third cycle which mean score was 87 . In the implementation process of learning, the percentage result was 92.8% in the first cycle, 100% in the second cycle and 100% in the third cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that cooperative learning by using Numbered Head Together model with Bio Card media can improve student learning outcome. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia di kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Siantan. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIII B dengan jumlah siswa 24 orang, 12 laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Dari hasil penelitian, rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 76,6 dengan ketuntasan 87,5% dan siklus 2 sebesar 82,41 dengan ketuntasan 100% (KKM 65). Persentase pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus 1 sebesar 100% dan siklus 2 sebesar 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sitem peredaran darah manusia.   Kata kunci: Kooperatif tipe STAD, hasil belajar.   Abstract: This study aims to improve  the students’ learning result by using the cooperative model type STAD on the material of  the human blood circulation system in VIII B class of SMP Negeri 2 Siantan. The model of this study was Classroom Action Research. The samples are the students of VIII B class which is consist of 24 students, 12 boys and 12 girls. This study was conducted in two cycles. Based on the result of the study, obtained that the average of the first cycle result was 76,6 with  87,5% of completeness while the second cycle was 82,41 with 100% of completeness (KKM 65). Since percentage of the learning process on the first cyle was 100% and the second cycle was 100%, can be concluded that using the cooperative model of STAD type can improve the students learning result on the material of the human blood circulation system.   Keywords: Cooperative type STAD, learning result.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi organisasi kehidupan di kelas VII B SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Timur. Bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) di kelas VII B SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Timur dengan siswa berjumlah 28 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 siswa perempuan dan 14 siswa laki-laki. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis berupa pilihan ganda dengan jumlah 10 soal untuk setiap siklus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran Think, Talk, Write pada siklus I yaitu 73,2 dan siklus II yaitu 80,0. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82,1 % dan pada siklus II sebesar 96,4 %. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Think, Talk, Write pada materi organisasi kehidupan pada siklus I sebesar 100% dan siklus II sebesar 100%. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar sisNM  V CZwa setiap siklus telah mencapai indikator kinerja yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Think Talk Write, Organisasi Kehidupan.   Abstract: This study aims to improve student achievment in the material organization of life in class VII B SMP Negeri 2 East Mempawah. Form of research is action research (Classroom Action Research) in class VII B SMP Negeri 2 East Mempawah with students totaling 28 students consisting of 14 girls and 14 boys. The instrument used is written in the form of multiple-choice test with 10 questions for any number of cycles. Based on the analysis of data, obtained an average by improving student achievment after application of learning strategies Think, Talk, Write the first cycle are 73.2 and second cycle are 80.0.. Completeness student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 82.1% and in the second cycle of 96.4%. Implementation of learning using learning strategies Think, Talk, Write on the material organization of life in the first cycle of 100% and a second cycle of 100%. The results of data analysis showed that student achievment of each cycle have the expected performance indicators. Keywords:  Think Talk Write, Life organization.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to describe the feasibility of picture story as learning media on species diversity submaterial in 10th grader on senior high school using descriptive quantitative method. It picture story feasibility was tested by five validators, one lecture of Biology Educational Study Program and one lecture of Bahasa Indonesia Educational Study Program, FKIP Untan and three high school Biology teacher. This research used validation sheet as research instrument with likert scale. School partner was selected by using simple random sampling technique.  Those selected school were Sepauk 1st State Senior High School, Tebelian 1st State Senior High School, and Borneo Sepauk Senior High School. There were four aspects which tested by the validators, those where format aspect, content aspect, language aspect, and effective aspect . As result, picture stories was stated as valid and feasible to be used as learning media, with validation value 3,7.  Keywords: Media, Picture Story, Validation.

Penelitian tentang Pembuatan Flash Card dari Hasil Inventarisasi Nepenthes di Hutan Adat Desa Teluk Bakung bertujuan untukmengetahui jenis-jenis Nepenthes yang terdapat di Hutan Adat Desa Teluk Bakung dan kelayakan hasil inventarisasi Nepenthessebagai media pembelajaran keanekaragaman hayati dalam bentuk flash card. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahapan.Tahap pertama adalah inventarisasi Nepenthesdi Hutan Adat Desa Teluk Bakung.Pengambilan sampel Nepenthes dilakukan dengan cara jelajah.Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan dan validasi media flash carddari hasil inventarisasi Nepenthes. Jenis validasi adalah validasi content (isi). Media flash carddivalidasi oleh 5 orang validator.Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 5 jenis Nepenthes yaitu Nepenthes ampullaria Jack, Nepenthes gracilis Korth, Nepenthes rafflesiana Jack, Nepenthes mirabilis (Lour.)Druce, dan Nepenthes albomarginata T. Lobb ex Lindl.Berdasarkan penilaian validator, media flash cardtermasuk kategori valid (3,7) atau layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran keanekaragaman hayati. Abstract

 Abstract This research aimed to find out the effect of audiovisual teaching media of cell on student’s achievement in grade XI of Senior High School (SMA) 6 Pontianak. The research was quasi experimental design using nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique was used intact group. The study sample was class XI MIA 1 as the experimental group and XI MIA 4 as the control group. The instrument used was multiple choice test consist of 20 items. The research finding showed that the average score of student’s achievement for the experimental group was 15,70 and  for the control group was 12,79. Based on U Mann Whitney test results, obtained Zcount  (-2,61) < -Ztable (-1,96). This meant that there was a significant differences between student’s achievement using audiovisual media and powerpoint media. The effect size score was 0,69 with average category. It shows that learning by using audiovisual media of cell gives effect of 25,49%. Keywords: Effect, audiovisual, cell topic, student’s achievement.
