Abstract

Abstract: The aim of writing this article is to determine of school citizens utilization of facilities and infrastucture effectively. The method used for this research is descriptive qualitative research approach. The result of this study is indicate that facilities and infrastuctures in schools have met the standards. Its use of the laerning process should stiil be improved, as a continuous improvement of service quality to fill the reality up and expectation for consumers.Keywords: efectiveness, fasilities, service qualityAbstract: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui kefektivitas pemanfaatan warga sekolah terhadap sarana dan prasarana secara efektif. Metode penelitian mengunakan ialah penelitian pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of professional coaching, organizational climate, commitment, and teacher performance in junior high schools, the effect of implementing professional coaching, organizational climate, and commitment to teacher performance in junior high schools. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 2,028 people with a sample of 334 people. The instrument in this study was in the form of a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents of SMPN teachers in Tulungagung Regency. Descriptive data analysis and multiple regression. The conclusions of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of professional development, organizational climate, teacher commitment, and teacher performance in junior high schools are in the very high category, and (2) there is a simultaneous or partial influence on the variables of the implementation of professional coaching, organizational climate. , and commitment to teacher performance in junior secondary schools. Keywords: professional coaching; organizational climate; teacher commitment; teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess higher education performance in Indonesia, and how TQM is used as a model to promote this sector. The investigation was conducted employing a meta-analysis technique. Literatures and findings from some studies were reviewed to explore the performance indicators and how these were improved employing this model. Results identified unsatisfied universities performance and its development still moved slowly. Insufficient governance was found as one of factors influencing this condition. Future studies are needed to discover broader insights about appropriate models in improving the performance.Keywords: university, management, TQM, improvement, teaching and learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine self leadership through peer care student programs in an effort to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.To answer the topic raised, researchers choose research using a qualitative approach because researchers want to know in depth about the phenomena that actually occur inschools. In the process of data analysis researchers used NVivo's analysis tools to find output from in-depth interview transcripts, field notes, and documentationstudies. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the concept and principle of Total Quality Management (TQM) and try to integrating Four Pillars of Schools of Quality (FPSQ) into playgroup/kindergarten’s system, which used the accreditation standard as the standard to improving school’s of quality. The method used in this article is a literature review based on observation and interview results in this school. The analysis results show that unconsciously this playgroup/kindergarten has implemented concept and principle in achieving its accreditation, and from FPSQ indicators can be said that these schools have applied the first step in total quality improvement. Based on the results, it can be assumed that integration FPSQ into the school’s system would form a quality school culture that not only refers to the achievement of accreditation’s score.

Abstract

Strengthening supervision in educational institutions at various levels, one at the junior secondary school level, is very important. Principals, as supervisors and vice-principals for curriculum, are the key people who will assist teachers in proper supervision. Recognizing the importance of the above, it is necessary to provide supervisory guidance from the community in line with the direction of strengthening school-based supervision. This Community Service activity (PKM), held on May 4, 2024, will strengthen supervision in State Junior High School (SMPN) educational institutions. The method used is to provide enlightenment through training to Principals, Vice Principals for Curriculum, and Teachers using lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer methods. The results of this PKM activity show that the principals and teachers can formulate a school-based supervision model from various supervision models that can be applied in each school, both in the SMPN 1 Dampit Sub Rayon and SMPN 1 Kalipare Sub Rayon. In this program, they can formulate various supervision models such as situational leadership, humanistic, cura personalis, learning supervision, and school-based supervision effectiveness models that can be implemented in these schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru melalui peningkatan berkelanjutan di SDN Banjaran 2 Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan informasi yang sejalan dengan fokus penelitian. Kepala sekolah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru melalui supervisi tindakan kelas dan melakukan evaluasi dengan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD) melibatkan semua guru. Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional dilakukan melalui lokakarya, seminar, pelatihan layanan pendidikan, pembinaan dan mentoring oleh guru senior, kolaborasi antar guru, penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), motivasi yang diberikan kepada guru melalui implementasi kegiatan komunitas belajar (Kombel) di dalam lembaga pendidikan, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), In House Training (IHT), pertemuan, motivasi, reward and punishment, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, memberikan bimbingan bagi guru untuk menghadiri webinar dan berbagai program pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dari strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dapat diamati melalui hasil tes formatif dan sumatif, serta hasil pencapaian non-akademik. Peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru difasilitasi melalui kemauan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional mereka melalui berbagai metode, seperti berkolaborasi dengan guru lain, terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar mandiri menggunakan PMM, dan melakukan diskusi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini sedang menghadapi tantangan era disrupsi, yang ditandai dengan perubahan cepat di sektor pendidikan dan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mendesak akan tenaga kerja yang terampil, diperkirakan mencapai 20,2 juta pada tahun 2024, dan bagaimana hal ini mendorong sektor pendidikan untuk beradaptasi melalui pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan komunitas belajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik, khususnya soft skill yang sangat dibutuhkan di era disrupsi saat ini, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan faktor pendukung dalam implementasi pembelajaran berbasis komunitas. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif jenis SLR, dengan prosedur: mendefinisikan kriteria kelayakan, pendefinisian sumber informasi, pemilihan literatur, pengumpulan data, pemilihan item data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan komunitas belajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, serta memperkuat kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kerja sama tim. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis komunitas merupakan langkah strategis untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era disrupsi dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Trend persaingan sekolah swasta ini dapat diamati melalui selisih antara madrasah negeri dan swasta sangat jauh yakni 93,5% madrasah swasta, sedangkan madrasah negeri 6,5%, hal ini disampaikan oleh Sesditjen sekolah Islam/Madrasah Rahmat pada saat kunjungan di MAN 1 Kota Malang pada Jum’at 30 September 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan proses implementasi customer journey dan brand image pada SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup & SMAS An-Nur Bululawang Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi multi situs yakni situs pertama di SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang, situs ke dua di SMA An-Nur Bululawang Malang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive yaitu pada situs satu terdiri dari Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Humas sebagai informan kunci, selanjutnya kepala sekolah, dan guru bidang studi. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua situs penelitian yakni SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang dan SMA An-Nur Bululawang Malang dalam mengembangkan promosi program sekolah sebagai strategi mengambil minat masyarakat terhadap sekolah adalah dengan cara memahami perjalanan masyarakat dari sejak awal memandang atau memberikan persepsi tentang sekolah supaya mampu memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat secara detail.

Abstract

Teacher Mobilization Program is a program initiated to empower teachers as agents of change in the world of education. However, the implementation of this program in various regions shows that there is a gap between the implementation of the program in urban and rural schools, this gap is caused by differences in socio-economic and geographical contexts. In responding to this, driving teachers are required to have high professionalism in responding to their respective socio-economic and geographical contexts. The aim of this research is to analyze the professionalism of driving teachers in responding to their respective socio-economic and geographical contexts in terms of running the driving teacher program they are participating in. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with types Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). This research uses standard procedures, namely identification, screening, selection of relevant studies, and in-depth analysis of literature examining the implementation of the Teacher Mobilization Program in various regions with different socio-economic and geographical conditions on the results and effectiveness of the program. The research results show that driving teachers in rural areas and urban areas have gaps in social, economic and geographical terms. However, driving teachers in rural areas with a spirit of professionalism are able to professionally adapt to overcome various challenges and obstacles encountered during the implementation of driving teacher education.
