Abstract

Abstract : Supervision is an activity process consisting of control, inspection and coaching supervision. The main purpose of supervision is to make sure that what is planned is realized and aims to carry out work in accordance with predetermined orders, and to find out the weaknesses and difficulties encountered in implementing the plan based on the findings so that appropriate action can be taken in fix it, either at that time or in the future. The research method used is literature study. Literature Study, namely literature study, is a research method that is carried out by analyzing sources of information in the library, such as books, journals, theses, and scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic being carried out. Supervision has four main objectives in increasing the effectiveness of the performance of educational staff, namely: a) educational aspects; (b) administrative aspects; (c) supervised individuals; (d) Education office policies. the presence of administrative staff, laboratory staff, and librarian staff in schools has now become a basic requirement needed by schools.Abstrak : Pengawasan merupakan suatu proses kegiatan yang terdiri atas pengendalian, pemeriksaan dan pembinaan supervisi. Tujuan utama pengawasan adalah untuk memastikan bahwa apa yang direncanakan menjadi kenyataan dan bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perintah yang telah ditentukan, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan rencana berdasarkan temuan. untuk dapat diambil tindakan yang tepat dalam memperbaikinya, baik pada waktu itu juga maupun di masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka. Studi Pustaka yaitu Studi pustaka adalah suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap sumber informasi yang ada di dalam pustaka, seperti buku, jurnal, tesis, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik penelitian yang sedang dijalankan. Pengawasan memiliki empat sasaran utama dalam meningkatkan keefektifan kinerja tenaga kependidikan yaitu: a) aspek edukatif; (b) aspek administratif; (c) individu yang diawasi; (d) kebijakan dinas Pendidikan. kehadiran tenaga administrasi, tenaga laboran, dan tenaga perpustakaan di sekolah-sekolah saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

In developing countries, the treatment of children with special needs involves a holisticand interrelated approach, engaging parents, local health services, and educational institutions. However, preliminary studies reveal two major issues: (1) the absenceof specific supervision guidelines for inclusive education programs, and (2) supervisors' lack of knowledge on how to assist inclusive education, despite socialization efforts. Inclusive schools, both public and private, implement these programs based on school autonomy. This research aims to identify supervisory strategies that are appropriate or adaptabletothe current conditions of inclusive education in Indonesia. It employs the SystematicLiterature Review (SLR), focusing on a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant literature. The study examines 26 sources from databases such as Open Knowledge, Google Scholar, and DOAJ, covering publications from 2014 to 2024. The findingsindicate that the most common supervisory strategy is the adaptation of regular school supervision practices, with focus group discussions involving supervisors and teachersbeing the primary data collection technique. Abstract

Character education is a process of personality formation, ways of thinking and human behavior which will later become a moral foundation in social life. This is why the goals of education at all levels are closely related to the formation of students' character. The application of character education, especially at the elementary school level, is to form and develop potential in students so that they can have values and character both in terms of culture and nation. This research aims to; (1) describe the school's efforts in implementing the GSM (Quran School Movement) activities; (2) to describe the school's efforts in implementing the Kepusa Got Talent activities; (3) to describe the school's efforts in implementing the Kepusa Berhias activities; (4) to describe the overall results of the SMART program. Abstract

In this article, we will review relevant literature related to SPMI management based on e-SPMI KPIs in universities, especially at Widya Mandira Catholic University. The focus of this article's study includes; a). How the implementation of e-SPMI KPIs compares to the concept of quality management in higher education, and b). Impact on institutions implementing quality assurance systems based on e-SPMI KPIs. The method of this research is to use a qualitative fan quantitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques through direct observation, document and archive searches, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are The results of this study show that a). The SPMI document is determined at Unwira through the determination of key indicators based on government regulations, regulations of the PT/LAM accreditation body, based on the Vision and Strategic Plan. The Main Indicator as the key to SPMI is made in e-SPMI and developed by the Unwira IT Team. The trial of the use of e-SPMI KPIs was carried out for 3 years with achievements, namely in 2021 with a score of 2.79 out of a maximum score of 4 or 62%, in 2021 with a score of 2.5 out of a maximum score of 4 or 69.75%, and in 2023 with a score of 3.07 out of a maximum score of 4 or 76.75%. The e-SPMI KPIs model has advantages and disadvantages, so it needs continuous improvement to become a superior accredited university

Abstract

This research uses qualitative literature methods reviews. Literature review is carried out by reading various sources from international and national journals. Result of Literature review found that education in Indonesia Especially in the 3T area, the quality is still low. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the quality of education in the 3T region by explaining the theory in more detail regarding: Definition of 3T (Tertinggal, Terdepan dan Terluar) Region, Indicators of the Low Quality of Education in Indonesia, Procedures for Improving the Quality of Education in the 3T Region, and Strategies for Improving the Quality of Education in the 3T Region.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is currently very rapid, especially in the field of education management. Teachers are required to master all competencies in order to be able to design and implement learning in accordance with existing regulations. The aim of this research is to create media that is easily accessible to teachers and easy to implement, to help teachers improve pedagogical and digital competence. The research uses the waterfall method in development which consists of five main stages, namely the first is analyzing user needs to find out the features needed on the website. Second is designing the website according to the needs analysis that has been determined using wireframes. The third is the development step using website programming languages such as PHP and HTML. The four testing steps are carried out by media experts, supervision experts and a supervisor, then there is a product feasibility test called a usability test using system usability scale (SUS) calculations. The final stage is maintenance, which functions to revise the product. The results of the development that have been tested by experts get a percentage value of 96% valid which can be used for expert 1, a value of 94% valid which can be used for expert 2, and a value of 92% valid which can be used for expert 3. Furthermore, the results of the usability test test get a value 95.4% which means that a product has an EXCELLENT value category, which means it can be used without any revisions and is very suitable for general use.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of digital applications in reducing teachers' administrative burden at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. In the digital age, excessive administrative workload can disrupt the quality of learning. The integration of digital technology in school management is the main solution, using a qualitative approach with a location at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. Informants in this study included the principal, the vice principal for public relations, and four class teachers. Data collection is done through interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses a thematic approach with steps in the form of a transcription of interviews, identification of key themes from the collected data, preparation of findings, and validation of data with participants to ensure accuracy and depth of understanding. The results show significant benefits of such applications, such as increased efficiency and focus on teaching. The findings of this study underscore the importance of optimizing the use of digital applications to improve the quality of education. The PDCA strategy is used to ensure successful implementation. More research is needed to develop more effective digital applications across a variety of educational contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses lesson study sebagai upaya membina para dosen muda untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengajar. Hasil penelitian pada tahap perencanaan ditemukan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dosen model saat mengajar, diantaranya tidak percaya diri mengajar mahasiswa, kurang pengalaman, penggunaan metode serta media yang monoton, serta teknik penilaian yang belum sesuai. Pada tahap implementasi, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan yang harus diperbaiki, seperti penggunaan media dan teknologi pembelajaran, serta kemampuan memaparkan materi saat sesi ceramah. Sebagai tahapan berikutnya yakni tahapan refleksi, dilaksanakan forum group discussion (FGD) yang menghasilkan perbaikan untuk perencanaan serta implementasi tahap berikutnya

Abstract

This research examines school and community relationship management strategies in developing a positive image at My Little Island Malang Elementary School, with a focus on public relations strategies, public relations activities to build a positive image, and educational consumer preferences. SD My Little Island Malang implements effective public relations strategies through superior programs such as Character Solution International (CSI) which emphasizes student character development. The use of technology, such as websites and social media, supports transparency and easy access to information, which in turn increases parental trust and preference for schools. This research uses qualitative methods with NVivo data analysis through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that good public relations management has a positive effect on education consumer preferences, with school policies that promote tolerance between religions and cultures increasing the school's attractiveness in the eyes of a multicultural society. Based on the results of the analysis, it is recommended that school principals support improving digital infrastructure for the public relations and IT teams, strengthen interactive activities with the community and parents, and develop the school website to be more interactive and responsive. Parents are also expected to participate more actively in their children's learning and collaborate with schools, and further research can use these findings as guidelines in developing successful public relations management strategies in educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the preparations made by the campus teaching students in driving student literacy at SDN 1 Pusungmalang Puspo; (2) analysis of the challenges and obstacles of the campus teaching students in acting as implementers of the implementation of the program to improve student literacy at SDN 1 Pusungmalang Puspo; (3) strategies used by the campus teaching students in acting as implementers of the implementation of the program to improve student literacy at SDN 1 Pusungmalang Puspo; (4) the impact of the campus teaching program in improving student literacy at SDN 1 Pusungmalang Puspo. The research approach used is a qualitative method with a case study, the location was implemented at SDN Pusungmalang 1 Puspo Pasuruan, data collection techniques include observation interviews, and field data analysis and documentary studies. The data analysis process includes data collection, data condensation and drawing conclusions using Nvivo 12 pro software. The validity of the research data uses triangulation techniques. This study reveals various findings related to the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program in improving student literacy at SDN Pusungmalang 1 Puspo. Students start with thorough preparation, following training provided by the program, which includes understanding student needs, adjusting learning materials, and using relevant media to support the learning process. However, they face several challenges, such as limited facilities at school, including limited access to books and technology, as well as difficult-to-reach geographical conditions and low student interest in reading.
