Abstract

Keberadaan posyandu dalam mendukung program kesehatan, khususnya program kesehatan ibu dan anak, belum seperti yang diharapkan karena partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan pelaksanaan program posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program posyandu, khususnya dalam memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta masalah gizi anak melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan learning organization (LO). Metode kuasi eksperimen (desain pre-post test treatment-control) digunakan untuk membandingkan posyandu yang didampingi dan dilatih dengan posyandu kontrol (yang tidak didampingi dan tidak dilatih) memakai uji Chi Square dan McNemar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dan pelatihan LO mempengaruhi posyandu, terutama terhadap kinerja kader. Namun, jumlah kader yang terdaftar di posyandu, ibu balita, dan pelayanan imunisasi tidak terpengaruh. Disimpulkan bahwa posyandu partisipatif dapat mendukung surveilans pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. The existence of posyandu (integrated health post) in supporting health program, particularly in mother and child health, has not been as expected due to low community participation in planning, managing, and implementing posyandu programs. The present research is aimed at improving community participation in posyandu programs, especially in monitoring children growth and development as well as nutrition problems through assistantship and learning organization (LO) training. A quasi experimental method (prepost test treatment-control design) was employed to compare the assisted and trained posyandu with the control (unassisted and untrained) posyandu using Chi Square and McNemar tests. The results show that assistantship and LO training influenced the posyandu, particularly to the health volunteers performance. However, the number of health volunteers listed in the posyandu, children’s mother, and immunization service were not influenced. It is concluded that participative posyandu significantly support the children growth and development surveillance.

Abstract

Ducks are one of the poultry that have great potential to be developed as meat producers and are quite well-known in the community. Local duck products in the form of meat are still not very popular because they are tough and smell fishy. One way to tenderize meat is to coat the meat with bromelain enzyme (protease). This study aims to determine the potential of pineapple juice with different concentrations on the quality of rejected duck meat. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 4 treatments and 4 replications. consisting of P0 (control or no treatment), P1 (15% pineapple juice), P2 (25% pineapple juice) and P3 (35% pineapple juice) with a soaking time of 30 minutes. The parameters observed were pH, Tenderness, Color and Aroma. The results of the study showed that soaking with 35% pineapple juice had a significant effect on the pH and tenderness of the meat of retired ducks, where the pH decreased from 6.41 to 5.51 and the tenderness of the meat was 9.97 kg/cm² to 3.31 kg/cm² with a slightly red color and still smelling fishy.

Abstract

This study analyzes how marginalized urban adolescents negotiate their identities through participation in informal learning spaces and how social interaction dynamics within these spaces influence learning and self-recognition. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted in an informal education community in Cirebon City involving 20 informants, including adolescents, community facilitators, and non-formal educators. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and community document analysis, then examined using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that informal learning spaces act as arenas for identity negotiation, enabling adolescents to build self-confidence, expand social networks, and develop life-relevant skills. Moreover, informal education helps reduce social stigma by providing a safe environment for self-expression and active participation. In conclusion, the study offers theoretical insights into the relationship between identity and learning spaces and provides practical implications for designing informal education programs that are inclusive, transformative, and empower marginalized urban youth.

Abstract

Era global saat ini sangat rentan terhadap konflik akibat percepatan interaksi sosial di masyarakat yang mencakup masalah agama, ekonnomi, politik, dan lain-lain. pencegahan dan edukasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara kuliah kerja nyata atau pengabdian kepada masyarakat. maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di desa Padang Sari. agenda-agenda pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di desa Padang Sari bekerjasama dengan pemerintah dan seluruh masyarakat desa. metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah service learning dengan mengambil peran aktif mahasiswa terpelajar yang terintegrasi untuk mengatasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Desa Padang Sari memiliki 1450 penduduk dengan mayoritas bersuku jawa dan batak yang beragama islam secara proporsional. namun, hal ini berpotensi adanya konflik beragama seperti kurangnya penerimaan terhadap pendatang baru yang berbeda dengan kelompok mayoritas dan terzonasinya suatu suku maupun agama. Artinya masyarakat perlu pengedukasian nilai-nilai keberagaman, kebangsaan, dan persatuan baik dari segi spiritual maupun duniawi. dengan demikian, diharapkan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang kuat dan diimplementasikan langsung pada masyarakat desa Padang Sari.

Abstract

Nutritional problems in toddlers are still a major problem in the population order, one of which is stunting which is still a major nutritional problem in developing countries such as Indonesia and even still a serious global problem. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing stunting in toddlers in the working area of the Puskesmas Terjun, Medan Marelan District. This study used analytical survey research using a case-control design. The population of cases is mothers who have toddlers <5 years old who are stunted in the working area of the Puskesmas Waterfall Medan Marelan District, which has 23 stunting cases. Sampling is done by total sampling technique. Case and control samples were taken based on a ratio of 1: 2 with a total sample of 69 respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between birth length (p-value 0.000), exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.000), maternal height (p-value 0.000), and maternal education (p-value 0.001) on the incidence of stunting. There was no relationship between birth weight (p-value 0.081) and birth distance (p-value 0.085) with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. This study concludes that there is a relationship between birth length, exclusive breastfeeding, maternal height, and maternal education with the incidence of stunting in the work area of the Puskesmas Waterfall, Medan Maryland District. It is recommended that researchers conduct further research by adding direct causal variables to enrich information about the factors that cause stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Milano Farma baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian  dan kelengkapan produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga  berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 260 orang dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang di Apotek Milano Farma dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu sumber yang dicatat langsung oleh peneliti melalui hasil kuisioner dan wawancara mengenai masalah- masalah menyangkut kelengkapan produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Milano Farma. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara bersama-sama variabel kelengkapan produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Milano Farma.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: The prevalence of obesity, or an excessive fat accumulation, is keep increasing. In obesity, inflammation can be induced by leaky gut due to the intestinal tight junction barrier dysfunction. Zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) plays a role in developing intestinal tight junction barrier dysfunction and gut microbiota imbalance, thus promote the translocation of bacterial endotoxin characterized by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) into circulation. Black rice extract (BRE) has been known to have anti-inflammatory property. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of BRE on body weight (BW), waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI), ZO-1 and LPS of obese patients.METHODS: Twenty-three male subjects were divided into non-obese group (NOG), obese group (COG) and BRE-obese group (BOG). Subjects in BOG received a daily dose of 5.6 g/day BRE for 4 weeks. BW, WC and BMI, serum ZO-1 and LPS were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS: BRE was prepared successfully and free from microbial contamination. Treatment of BRE for 4 weeks reduce BW (95.40±5.78 vs. 94.59±6.00 kg, p=0.043), WC (109.25±3.55 vs. 107.50±3.46 cm, p=0.000) BMI (32.65±1.86 vs. 32.18±1.80, p=0.000) and LPS (222.27±38.63 vs. 131.63±9.70 ng/mL, p=0.020) of obese subjects. The pre-post ZO-1 levels in all groups were not significantly different (p>0.05).CONCLUSION: Treatment of 5.6 gr BRE daily for four weeks can reduce BW, WC, BMI and serum LPS, but not serum ZO-1 in obese patients. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar passing atas pada permainan bola voli melalui variasi pembelajaran pada sis akelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Jeneponto. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang mana setiap siklus terdiri dari Perencanaan, Tindakan, Observasi, Dan Refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Ips SMA Negeri 8 Jeneponto yang berjumlah 27 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Tes, Dokumentasi, Dan Observasi. Hasil belajar bola voli pada siklus I dalam kategori tuntas adalah 74.07% yakni berjumlah 20 orang. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan presentase hasil belajar bola voli pada siswa dalam kategori tuntus sebesar 100% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas yakni 27 orang. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar passing atas pada permainan bola voli melalui variasi pembelajaran siklus I ke siklus II Tercapai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai di desa waode angkalo kecamatan bonegunu kabupaten buton utara. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian dilapangan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa efektivitas implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) di desa waode angkalo kecamatan bonegunu kabupaten buton utara masih belum efektif karena tidak tegap sasaran dan tidak tepat proses. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kelemahan institusi, ketidakmampuan sumber daya manusia dan aktor tujuan agenda. Faktor ketiga inilah yang menjadi penghambat efektivitas implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai di desa Waode Angkalo Kecamatan Bonegunu Kabupaten Buton Utara.

Abstract

The liver and entrails of cakalang fish can be mixed into bakery products and other snacks using the latest technology to eliminate the fishy flavours. Although this product is believed to have selling value, this product has never been used as an idea in entrepreneurship. the target group is students and graduates who are or have been in the product sales business and have experience in the field of product marketing, a total of 10 people. The method of implementing the coaching system is related to practical knowledge about entrepreneurship and product manufacturing through training activities and technical guidance. Monitoring and evaluation of program success is carried out after 3 (three) months of entrepreneurial development with the achievement targets being the number of promotional activities and net profit earned. The results obtained were that there were 4 (four) people or 40% of participants who developed products in their line of business, where 2 people carried out business/entrepreneurship development and 2 people developed products into a snack menu at work. The average percentage of sales profit achievement is around 50% calculated during product sales. Based on the results of the program, it can be concluded that superior products have been created that can be developed into business ventures for students and graduates as training participants.
