Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Quality (X1), Design (X2) and Price (X3) Buying Decision Against Ceramic Products Platinum. This research was conducted in the District of Wringinanom, Gresik in East Java because the object of this study is that consumers ceramics Platinum. The sampling technique used was purposive sample to use the formula to obtain the 100 respondents, the analysis method used is data analysis quantitative use test data quality, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and statistical tests that use independent variables Quality Products (X1), Design (X2), Price (X3) and the dependent variable purchase decision (Y). The results of this study, the value of regression is Y = 5.455 + 0.240 + 0.231 X1 + 0.229 X2 X3 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables. In the classic assumption test, normally distributed, do not have a problem multicoloniarity, heteroskedastisitas not happen, and there is no autocorrelation. The third independent variable Product Quality (X1), Design (X2), Price (X3) significantly influence the purchase decision dependent variable (Y). Testing R2 test (test of determination) values obtained in Adjusted R square of 0.267, or 26.7% of purchase decisions are determined by the ceramic products Platinum Quality (X1), Design (X2), and Price (X3). While 73.3% are influenced by other factors which are not included in this regression model. Keywords: Product Quality, Design, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Marketing activity is important for the company, because each company are required to determine the right marketing strategy in order to grab consumers amid competition is increasingly competitive. One of the factors that determine the customer's decision is the quality of services that focuses on five dimensions: physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsive), assurance (assurance), attention (empathy). This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the Quality of Service which consists of five dimensions: Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance, and Empathy to the Decision of Customer Services Photo Studio FotoKita, and to determine the indicators are of the dimensions of Quality of Service of the most dominant and influential on Customer decisions on Services Studio Photos Kita.This research is a survey. The population in this study are all Customers who already use photos and photo printing services in these studios as many as 100 people were taken by using non-probability sampling decision. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis techniques.The results in this study show that: (1) tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy significantly influence the customer's decision; (2) physical form (tangibles) has a dominant influence on customer decisions.

Abstract

Costumer’s decision to buy the cellular card is influenced by the concept of AIDA while used to promote the advertisement, become the problems of company. Therefore, in this study, the writer chooses the title “Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI (Studi Eksplanasi Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya ”.  This research conducted at University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. However, the study is aimed for knowing the influence of each free variable, such as attention, interest, desire and action to the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card, and also for knowing the influence of variable which most dominant based on AIDA concept toward the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card. Abstract

 This study aims to analyze how much influence brand awareness and product quality to customer loyalty. Sampling method used is Accidental Sampling Method. The sample in this research is 100 customers who buy Bodypack products in Surabaya area and then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis.Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2).The data that has met the validity and reliability test are processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0,608 + 0.376X1 + 0,448X2Where is the variable of Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand Awareness (X1) variable and Product Quality variable (X2).Hypothesis testing using t test showed that both independent variables studied proved to significantly influence partially to dependent variable Customer Loyalty.Then through the F test can be seen that the two independent variables studied simultaneously affect the dependent variable Customer Loyalty.Adjusted R Square number of 0.707 indicates that 70.7 percent of Customer Loyalty variables can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation.While the remaining 29.3 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Product Quality and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence the variable of brand image, service quality and price to the variable of customer loyalty in a partial, simultaneous and variables that dominate it. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression.Population in this research is consumers who use the services of lasika production . The sample used in this study as much 100 respondents drawn from customers of the Event Organizer which works together with Lasika Production by purposive sampling. The results of the research found that Brand Image has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty is partially acceptable. Service quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty partially. The price has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty partially. Brand image, service Quality and Price simultaneously significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Surabaya is an area have all kinds of cafe. Among many cafe in Surabaya one angkringan Jogja Mak Joss having decoration using the concept of ethnic Indonesian Java. So as to create a perception of different received by consumers Mak Joss Surabaya angkringan store.The purpose of this study to know the store atmosphere consumer perception of Java.            In this research using samples from 100 respondents with the accidental sampling and collecting data using a questionnaire.This is the kind of research quantitative. An analysis of the data used was the multiple linear regression analysis, correlation, determination, a partial and simultaneous. The results of the analysis shows that store atmosphere and perception buyers in angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya very attaching with the java and feel calm and comfort, Based on the conclusion of this analysis expected angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya can increase elements store atmosphere Java as general interior, exterior, store layout, the interior of display capable of influence the perceptions the purchase of those who are good in its implementation. Keywords: Store Atmosphere Java , General Interior , Exterior , Store Layout , The Interior Of Display , Consumer Perceptions

Abstract

Aims of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors and external factors on the interest of alumni of the university of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya for entrepreneurship. The population in this study was University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya alumni who became an entrepreneurs with a sample size of 80 people. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling method with accidental techniques (accidental sampling). Data from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for Validity and Reliability Tests. From the validity test, the r value of all questions is bigger than the value of r-table (0.361), so it could be stated that the questionnaire is valid, and from the reliability test, the cronbach alpha value of 1,000 was obtained so that it could be concluded that the questionnaire was reliable. Data were then analyzed using the Regression Test using SPSS version 16.0. Regression testing obtained a sig value of 0,000, this indicates that the Internal Factor (X1) and External Factor (X2) variables have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y), in addition the R square value (R2) was 0.910 or could be expressed that 91% UNTAG alumni entrepreneurship is influenced by internal and external factors. From these results it can be concluded that both Internal (H1) and External (H2) or both (H3) Factors have a significant effect on UNTAG's alumni entrepreneurship interest.Keywords : Internal Factor, External Factor. Abstract

In This study to determine to effect of atmosphere stores, product Variation and Price to Consumer buying interest in Food Coma Daily Cafetaria. Where independent variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Product Variation (X2), and Price (X3) influence Consumer buying interest (Y). in this population are all consumer of Food Coma Daily Cafetaria samples taken as many as 100 respondent. This sampling method used in Non Random Sampling Method. Then done the analysis through data obtained by using data analysis quantitative. This analysis includes: test of validity, reliability, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis test through t test, F test coefficient of determination analysis (R2).Based on the research has fulfiled the validity and reliability test by obtaining the regression equation as follow: Y = 0,047+ 0,157(X1) + 0,419(X2) + 0,414(X3). Testing t test hypothesis shows that variable Store Atmosphere no significant effect on consumer buying interest. based on the results of this study suggested that Food Coma Daily Cafetaria still maintain the benefits of Store Atmosphere is adequate because some consumers decided to buy because Store Atmosphere and still make one of the main goals because it has a major impact on subsequent purchases. And variable Product Variation and Price significantly influence consumer interest. then F test can know that the three independent variables are meticulous simultaneously affect the dependent variable consumer buying interest can be explained by Store Atmosphere, Product Variation and Price while the rest 52,6% . so the rest factora beyond other variables in this study.Keyword: Store Atmosphere, Product Variations, Price and Consumer buying interest

Abstract

Telecommunication operator must know what are the factors that make the customer determine the decision to purchase the prime card. One only for quality services are needed in the company to win the market in the world the competition. In addition to the quality of service prima, companies can improve customer confidence that customers have a relationship with the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the quality of service provision and customer trust to purchase decision Telkomsel card. Samples in this research are 100 respondents taken in Surabaya West. while the analysis methods used, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using F and T tests The results of this research showed that the Variable Quality of Service Provision and customer trust partially significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is known from the value of the service quality thitung Prima of 3.283 greater than ttabel (1.292), so that the research hypothesis that reads "there is the influence of the quality of service provision against the decision of the purchase of the card Telkomsel in Surabaya West", can be declared accepted. And the value of 3.011 thitung customer confidence greater than ttabel (1.292). So the research hypothesis that reads "no influence of customer trust to purchase decision Telkomsel Card in Surabaya West", can be declared accepted. Key Words : the Quality of Service Provision, Customer trust, Purchase Decision
