Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze what factors influence the use of  E-wallet in paying BPJS contributions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is the people of Sialang Village. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 people. In this research, data analysis uses normality test, linear regression test, partial test, simultaneous test , coefficient of determination test using the SPSS 25 program. Partial research results show that literacy and security have no influence on usage decisions, price and service have a significant and significant influence on decisions. use. Meanwhile, simultaneously, literacy, security, price and service influence usage decisions. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value was obtained, namely 0.630 or 6.30 % . This means that the decision to use is 6.30 % . Meanwhile , 4.70 % is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model.

Abstract

This article aims to identify tourism development strategies for Punden Rejo Sawah in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The descriptive analysis method is used to analyze the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and the external environment (opportunities and threats) of the tourist attraction. The results of the SWOT analysis present four main strategies: S-O (Educating about rice plants and improving facilities with agricultural concepts), W-O (Implementing a time-variety planting system and improving supervision), S-T (Improving facilities and quality), and W-T (Promoting tourism through social media). Through QSPM analysis, the S-O strategy was identified as the main priority for maximizing the tourism potential of Punden Rejo Rice Fields. The results of this research provide guidance for tourism managers to improve visitor experiences and local economic growth

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan penerimaan PAD dalam upaya meningkatkan kemandirian keuangan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Magelang pada periode 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan PAD Kota Magelang dari tahun 2017-2021 terjadi secara fluktuatif dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan sebesar 7,72%. Elemen PAD sebagai kontributor terbesar terhadap total penerimaan PAD di Kota Magelang bersumber dari sektor lain-lain PAD yang sah sebesar 81,33% yang diikuti sektor pajak daerah sebesar 13,23%, sektor hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan sebesar 3,19%, dan sektor retribusi daerah sebesar 2,25%. Rasio kemandirian tergolong rendah atau menunjukkan pola hubungan konsultatif dengan rata-rata sebesar 41,97%. Sementara nilai IPM tergolong tinggi dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 78,67%, tetapi dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perlambatan kenaikan.

Abstract

Background: Globally, approximately 2.3 million newborn deaths occur within the first 28 days of life, equivalent to around 6,500 deaths each day. This accounts for about 47% of all under-five child deaths, making it a critical concern in global efforts to reduce child mortality. In Indonesia, the infant mortality rate is recorded at 16.85 per 1,000 live births, placing the country third highest in terms of infant mortality among ASEAN countries. One of the leading causes of this high mortality rate is neonatal asphyxia. Objective: This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with neonatal asphyxia in newborns at Waibakul Regional Hospital, Central Sumba Regency, in 2023. Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The population included all infants born at Waibakul Regional Hospital between January and December 2023, totaling 220 newborns. The sample was selected using total sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: The analysis revealed a significant association between maternal age and neonatal asphyxia (p = 0.016), as well as between fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia (p = 0.001). However, no significant association was found between the mode of delivery and neonatal asphyxia (p = 0.877). Conclusion: Maternal age and fetal distress are significant risk factors associated with the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia. These findings can serve as a basis for healthcare professionals to enhance early detection and prevention efforts for neonatal asphyxia. Abstract

This research examines the impact of a collaboration-oriented culture on the quality of sustainability reports and the role of competitive pressure on this relationship. This quantitative research applies multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis to a sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Sri Kehati index for the 2020-2022 period. Research data was obtained from the company's annual report and sustainability report. Research findings show that collaboration-oriented culture has a negative effect on the quality of sustainability reports. Competitive pressure was not found to weaken the negative effect of collaboration-oriented culture on the quality of sustainability reports. These findings indicate that the high and low competitive pressures faced by companies in their industry are unable to encourage companies to produce better-quality sustainability reports. This research has implications for companies to loosen collaboration-oriented culture to improve the quality of sustainability reports. This research also contributes to regulators (Indonesian Institute of Accountants and Financial Services Authority) to prepare sustainability report standards to improve the quality and comparability of reports. Riset kuantitatif ini menerapkan analisis regresi berganda dan moderated regression analysis untuk sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan indeks Sri Kehati periode 2020-2022. Data riset diperoleh dari annual report dan sustainability report perusahaan. Temuan riset menunjukkan collaboration-oriented culture berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Tekanan kompetisi tidak ditemukan memperlemah pengaruh negatif collaboration-oriented culture terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tinggi rendahnya tekanan kompetisi yang dihadapi perusahaan pada industrinya tidak mampu mendorong perusahaan untuk menghasilkan sustainability report yang lebih berkualitas. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perusahaan untuk melonggarkan collaboration-oriented culture dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas sustainability report. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi kepada regulator (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia maupun Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) untuk menyusun standar sustainability report dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas maupun komparabilitas laporan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Harga dan Ease of Use Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Produk Halal Pada Pengguna E-commerce. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam UIN Sumatera Medan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan 100 sampel untuk penelitian ini dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria responden. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel independent (X) juga Variabel dependent (Y), ada 3 variabel independent kepercayaan (X1), Harga (X2), Ease Of Use (X3) sedangkan variabel dependent perilaku konsumtif produk halal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepercayaan dan Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif produk halal, sedangkan variabel Ease of Use berpengaruh negatife dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumstif produk halal. Namun berdasarkan hasil uji F variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat

Abstract

Purpose: The study explores the work program preparation, budgeting, implementation, and accountability of SDGs targets and achievements by Central Java and Yogyakarta. Method: The research used a qualitative approach and included case studies of the governments of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Data was collected through interviews with the SDGs Implementation Team and study of SDGs documentation, then reduced, presented, and concluded. Findings: The results showed three main themes that reveal accountability SDGs in Central Java and Yogyakarta: preparation and budgeting, implementation and accountability, and strengthening the implementation of SDGs. Those themes explained that the implementation of SDGs by Central Java and Yogyakarta governments are not carried out separately but are attached to programs and activities prepared about the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. This study is expected to improve integration between central and regional governments so that SDGs can be reported according to actual conditions. Novelty: The research provides an overview of the accountability mechanisms for SDG programs and activities, starting from the planning process, budgeting, and implementation to strengthening. This also reveals the facts SDGs accountability in the field, which demonstrate the legitimacy of local governments towards the commitment of implementation of SDGs.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata oleh mahasiswa kelompok KKN 130 Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara bertempat di Desa Perkotaan, Kecamatan Secanggang, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian terhadap masyarakat. KKN tersebut terlaksana sejak tanggal 27 Juli 2024. Terdapat tiga program kerja utama dalam kegiatan tersebut, yakni Moderasi Beragama, Pencegahan Stunting dan Pengentasan Kemiskinan Ekstrim. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, terdapat program kerja tambahan berupa Festival Anak Shaleh, Mengajar, Sosialisasi Masyarakat, Penyuluhan Narkoba, Pengadaan Pojok Baca dan kegiatan tambahan lainnya. Kegiatan KKN ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (sdm) di Desa Perkotaan baik dari segi agama, kesehatan dan ekonomi masyarakat. Berbagai program kerja mahasiswa mendapat sambutan dan respon yang baik. Hal tersebut dapat ditandai dengan adanya sinergitas antara mahasiswa dan pihak terkait, seperti struktural dan staff desa, guru, remaja setempat dan masyarakat desa. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat desa dan mahasiswa yang melaksanakan kegiatan guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The Somethinc brand in 2024 is experiencing tight competition with other local brands that are also growing rapidly. This condition is a challenge for the owner of the Somethinc company to maintain its position as the main choice in the minds of consumers. Moreover, many other companies are increasingly showing concern for environmental issues, so they have adopted the concept of green marketing which may be more attractive and effective than the approach used by Somethinc. Within the scope of this research project, the objective is to ascertain the impact that green marketing and the brand image of certain cosmetic goods have on the loyalty of student consumers. An strategy that is quantitative and makes use of a questionnaire distribution method is used in this investigation. This research is being conducted with the participation of students who are enrolled in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. A method known as purposive sampling is used in this investigation. The strategy that is used is known as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is based on variance and utilizes the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study is suggest that the Green Marketing strategy and brand image used by Somethinc cosmetic goods are factors that lead to an increase in the level of student loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the lapse of life insurance policies on customers of PT Prudential Insurance Binjai Branch. Lapse is the termination of an insurance policy due to the customer's inability to pay premiums after the grace period, which is a big challenge for the insurance industry. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the main factors causing policy lapse were unstable economic conditions, lack of insurance literacy, changes in personal financial needs, and social and cultural influences. Some customers experienced a decrease in income due to job changes or family conditions, so they decided not to continue paying premiums. In addition, a lack of understanding of the long-term benefits of insurance makes customers more vulnerable to lapse decisions. The impact of policy lapse is significant for the company, including loss of premium income, reduced customer retention rates, and potential damage to the company's reputation. Although lapse can reduce claim payment obligations for the company, the negative impact on cash flow is often greater. This research provides insights for insurance companies in designing strategies to reduce lapse rates. Some recommendations that can be implemented include increasing insurance education to customers, offering more flexible products according to customer financial needs, and strengthening communication and relationships with customers to remain committed to paying premiums. With a more proactive approach, companies can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and ensure business sustainability in the midst of intense insurance industry competition.
