Organizational communication plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of civil servants. This study aims to explore communication strategies at the Bureau of People's Welfare, Secretariat of the West Sumatra Provincial Government, and their impact on performance. The research employs a case study approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. Results show that both formal and informal communication are essential for creating a productive work environment. However, challenges such as lack of openness and miscommunication persist. Recommendations include improving transparency and strengthening informal communication channels. The findings are expected to provide practical guidance for enhancing organizational communication strategies and overall performance of civil servants.

This research aims to describe the various factors behind the phenomenon of taqlid in fiqh, analyze the factors causing the impasse in fiqh in Islamic countries, and present the efforts at tajdid fiqh that have been carried out in various spheres and fields of life. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a normative, historical, and phenomenal approach. The research results show several things. First, the main cause of the decline of jurisprudence is the disease of Islamic faith that befalls the people. Second, there is a stalemate in jurisprudence so that the application of jurisprudence laws in various areas of life cannot be applied due to colonialism in many Islamic countries, a secular education system that eliminates Islamic religious education lessons in schools, errors in interpreting the meaning of worship, and a breakdown in communication between ulama in each Islamic country. Third, in the midst of the existence of Muslims who are declining due to the disease of taqlid, on the other hand, there are visible efforts to reform, namely in the form of the emergence of Islamic movements in various countries, the presence of various centers and research institutions of jurisprudence and law in various Islamic countries, the presence of various major projects in the field of jurisprudence in the form of the creation of the Encyclopedia of Islamic Jurisprudence, and the presence of the jurisprudence writing movement.penelitian), hasil kajian atau penelitian, dan simpulan.

Character education is very much needed for today's young generation. This is caused by the progress of the times whose impact is increasingly being felt on changes in the character or behavior of Indonesia's younger generation. Law Number 20 of 2003 also mandates to create students with noble character or morals. This is the basis for this community service activity. This service activity is carried out through several stages, namely (1) needs analysis; (2) work plan; (3) implementation of activities and (4) evaluation. The final result of this community service activity is an increase in the understanding of Sipora 2 Public High School students about the importance of character in responding and continuing life activities in the future.

This service describes a community empowerment initiative through service to the oyster mushroom cultivation group in Tasiwalie Village. This empowerment approach focuses on the application of technology and innovation in oyster mushroom cultivation with the aim of increasing production, diversifying processed products, product branding and waste management. By integrating modern technology such as sensors, automatic irrigation systems, and temperature and humidity control techniques in kumbung, oyster mushroom production is increased significantly. In addition, through training and business assistance, the oyster mushroom food business group is provided with assistance and training regarding product diversification and effective branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of its products in local and regional markets. In addition, waste management from the cultivation process is converted into high-value resources such as charcoal briquettes. The result is an increase in the income of cultivation groups, improvement in community welfare, and the creation of a sustainable model of rural economic empowerment. This dedication makes a real contribution in strengthening local economic resilience while reducing environmental impacts, thereby creating a positive outlook towards sustainable agricultural development.

Pendampingan pemahamanAl Quran bagi muallaf tentang makanan halal dan harammenjadi solusi untuk para muallaf dalam memahami agama Islam dari segala segi. This research aims to examine Ibn Sina's concept of coaching in the book al-Siyāsah, especially the five aspects that Ibn Sina highlights, namely the concept of self-cultivation, the concept of financial management, the concept of family coaching, the concept of child coaching, and the concept of coaching servants. This research is a type of library research using descriptive qualitative methods with a historical and social approach. The results of this research show several things. First, Ibn Sina views that the first thing a person must pay attention to is himself (siyāsatu nafsihi) because if a person succeeds in getting around (managing) himself, then he will have no difficulty in managing those above him. Second, in economic and financial matters, Ibn Sina emphasized that whoever wants a profession to meet his needs, he should try to pursue it until he continues to develop (taqaddum) and become an expert in that field and really emphasizes the aspect of itqān (professionalism) in pursue a job. Third, in family development, Ibnu Sina emphasized the importance of the position of pious women as partners for men who have the characteristics and muwaṣafāt as recommended by the Prophet Muhammad. Fourth, in terms of child development, Ibn Sina believes that parents must choose good names for their children, then choose and provide mothers for them, so that they do not grow up to be stupid, stupid and disabled children, alienating their children. their children from bad morals and turning them away from despicable habits. Fifth, Ibn Sina stated that the relationship between a servant and an employer is like the relationship between a member of the body and the whole body. Therefore, Ibn Sina suggested that employers should be grateful to Allah who has subdued them (taskhir).

Fish is one of them a large source of animal protein consumed society, it's easy got it, but the price is relatively not cheap. In 100 grams of fresh fish less more contains 17% protein, 4.50% fat, 2.52 - 4.5% minerals, and 76% water. From composition the can seen that fish have High protein value and content the fat low so that Lots give benefit health for body man. By general content nutrition of fish is very good For growth, esp growth for age children. The fish protein content is sufficient big namely 20% with almost identical amino sequence The same with arrangement amino acids from human protein so that absorption the protein more maximum. objective study For know Effect of adding meat fish There is no doubt about the acceptability and nutritional content of making nuggets. study This use design Completely Randomized Design ( CRD ), which was carried out from January to February 2023, involving 30 authors with 4 treatments. Research purposes This is For know Effect of adding meat fish There is no doubt about the acceptability and nutritional content of making nuggets. Analysis results study using organoleptic tests and analysis chemistry or mark nutrition. The panelists' evaluation of the best formulation from the overall samples of nuggets with the addition of snakehead fish meat showed that the treatment sample (A4 = 200g of wheat flour + 100g of snakehead fish meat) had the highest average score of 3.91, categorized as "liked." This A4 treatment provided the best overall acceptance in the hedonic test conducted in this study. The sample with the lowest average score was (A1 = 200g of wheat flour + 0g of snakehead fish meat), with an average score of 2.74.

The aim of this research is to understand the history of the islāḥ al-Gazālī movement and its relevance to the concept of contemporary education. This research method is qualitative-descriptive, using library research techniques and historical and sociological approaches. The findings indicate that al-Gazālī started the islāḥ movement by repairing himself first. Further, al-Gazāli diagnosed the problems faced by the Islamic community and found that the quality of society, good or bad, depended on the knowledge and credibility of scholars. Based on this diagnosis, al-Gazālī took improvement measures by including: producing a new generation of scholars and educators; designing educational systems and curricula in accordance with Islamic principles; reviving the mission of al-‘amr bi al-ma’rūf wa al-nahyī ‘an al-munkar; and fighting for social justice. Al-Gazālī's thoughts and actions played a crucial role in the process of reform and renewal in society, which produced the generation of Ṣalāḥuddīn al-Ayyūbī through reform of thought and education. In today's context, al-Gazālī's thought and movement suggest that the problem of Islam needs to be overcome from its root, namely "moral reform". The role of the scholar and the leader of the people are the two main elements that support the survival of the people, and both of these aspects should get serious attention.

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Posbindu lansia memiliki peran dalam melakukan kegiatan Promotif dan preventif dimana kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Namun pelaksanaan posyandu lanjut usia mengalami berbagai kendala. Demikian halnya yang terjadi pada Posbindu Nalu II di Keluarahan Nalu Kecamatan Baolan Tolitoli. Kegiatan Posyandu setiap Bulan dilaksanakan, namun kegiatan hanya berupa pemeriksaan Tekanan darah, penimbangan berat badan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pemberian obat sederhana. Kehadiran Lansia rata-rata 20-25 orang, padahal anggotanya sebanyak 173 orang. Peran kader belum optimal hal ini dibuktikan setiap bulan kegiatan yang aktif adalah petugas dari Puskesmas dan tidak adanya catatan yang hasil kegiatan yang diarsipkan di Posyandu. Tujuan Kegiatan adalah melaksanakan revitalisasi Posyandu sehingga posbindu dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Metode Kegiatan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26-28 April 2024, tempat di Gedung Gereja GPIBT Jemaat Paulus Dinopi Kelurahan Nalu Sebagai Pihak Pemrakarsa Posbindu Nalu II. Jenis kegiatan pengabmas berupa pelatihan 10 kader posyandu lansia, demonstrasi operasional Posyandu lansia sistem 5 meja, pengembangan kegiatan diantaranya Ibadah bersama, pemberian makanan tambahan dan senam bersama, bekerjasama dengan pihak Puskesmas Baolan untuk menerbitkan sertifikat bagi para kader. Hasil Setelah dilakukan pengabmas, pemahaman kader tentang ; Kebijakan upaya kesehatan lansia, Lansia dan perubahan perubahannya, Manajemen dan Administrasi Posyandu Lansia. Serta keterampilan mengoperasionalkan Posyandu semakin meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan hasil Pretest sebelum pelatihan rata-rata nilai yang didapat para kader adalah 53 point, setelah pelatihan rata-rata nilai post test sebesar 83 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 30 Point. Pada akhir pelatihan, Kader mampu berperan dan menjalankan pelayanan di masing-masing meja pada sistem 5 meja dalam Posyandu, demikian juga dalam hal membuat catatan dan pelaporan hasil kegiatan. Kader dibantu team juga mampu mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan diantaranya kegiatan Ibadah bersama, kegiatan senam jasmani bersama dan Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT). Kesimpulan dengan kegiatan revitalisasi Posyandu lansia dihasilkan peningkatan pemahaman kader tentang Posyandu lansia, peningkatan keterampilan kader, adanya kegiatan pengembangan di Posyandu lansia, Saran Kiranya Pihak Pemrakarsa terus mendukung program yang dijalankan dan terus termotivasi untuk pengembangannya, dan Pendampingan terus dari pihak Puskesmas.

Computer technology has developed recently and is used to help humans, one of the technologies is the use of the Microsoft Excel computer application. A village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries and has the authority to regulate and manage community interests and is led by the village head or village head. The use of Microsoft Excel has been used to process data but it is not fully known so it does not provide benefits and is less effective in serving the community. The aim of this training is to improve the quality of human resources in the Tanjung Baru village apparatus. The methods used are interviews and surveys. The results obtained from this training are an increase in the ability of Tanjung Baru village equipment and staff in operating Microsoft Excel to help smooth work and village administration services
