Abstract

Abstract : Supervision is part of school-specific management. The principal's leadership is essential to understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure and improve the quality of teaching, especially in schools. Ensuring and improving the quality of education cannot be separated from quality management. Improving quality does not have to be public schools, private schools must also improve the quality of their education to support better education in Indonesia. In this case, quality control measures are always needed. The weak commitment of principals, teachers and lecturers to the implementation of quality assurance and the limited number of competent employees make the school quality assurance system ineffective. Currently, school counseling can be done not only offline, but also online through digital media. The use of digital media requires employees who manage digital media. The purpose of this study is to find out how human resources can be prepared to improve the quality of education with the help of digital counseling in schools.  Abstrak : Pengawasan merupakan bagian dari manajemen khusus sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, khususnya di sekolah. Menjamin dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tidak lepas dari manajemen mutu. Meningkatkan kualitas tidak harus sekolah negeri, sekolah swasta juga harus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya untuk mendukung pendidikan yang lebih baik di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, tindakan pengendalian mutu selalu diperlukan. Lemahnya komitmen kepala sekolah, guru dan dosen terhadap pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu serta terbatasnya jumlah pegawai yang kompeten membuat sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah tidak efektif. Saat ini konseling sekolah dapat dilakukan tidak hanya secara offline, tetapi juga secara online melalui media digital. Penggunaan media digital membutuhkan karyawan yang mengelola media digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang dapat disiapkan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan dengan bantuan penyuluhan digital di sekolah.

Abstract

The research aims are: (1) to determine level interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency in Korean Pop (K-Pop) culture; (2) to determine level the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency; (3) to determine the effect of the influx of K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Research using quantitative descriptive with regression analysis technique. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling were used in each school with a total sample of 187 students. Analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlation through the help of IBM SPSS 20. Results of this research are: (1) the interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency towards K-Pop culture is in high category; (2) the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency is in high category; (3) there is a significant positive influence between K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

Sekolah dapat diandalkan apabila melakukan pengelolaan pendidikan dengan memberikan wadah bagi siswa berprestasi. Penelitian ini mengenai strategi optimalisasi program unggulan sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa dibidang Sains. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis multi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian multi kasus ini untuk mencari tahu perbedaan dan persamaan strategi optimalisasi program di SMAN 1 Malang (L1) dan MAN 2 Kota Malang (L2). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) latar belakang pengoptimalan program unggulan; (2) strategi optimalisasi yang diterapkan program; (3) pihak yang terlibat dan perannya dalam program; (4) faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta solusinya; (5) hasil-hasil dari pengoptimalan program unggulan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di bidang Sains. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni ditemukan strategi optimalisasi program peningkatan prestasi siswa dalam bidang Sains di L1 dan L2, yang melibatkan beberapa pihak serta adanya hasil dari pengoptimalan program yakni konsistensi prestasi siswa yang bermanfaat bagi siswa serta sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract Improving the quality of education is one of the triggers for a strategy in management to improve the quality and strength of school. Every school must have a desire to compete so as to obtain quality school quality quality that can be seen as good by the wider community. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management concept that helps an organization to improve quality. In this article, the aim is to finf out school management in improving the quality of education in schools includes: (1) Programs that can improve the quality of schools; (2) Planning programs that can improve the quality of education in schools; (3) Implementation of school programs that can improve school quality management; (4) Evaluation of programs in improving the quality of education in schools. UM Laboratorium Middle School has various excellent programs that bridge schools to high quality educational institutions. One of these programs is the Creativity Event (JANGTAS). In this article using the research method is a qualitative research type where research data is obtained through observation and interviews as well as various other literature as a basis for conducting research. It is hoped that the planned program can improve the quality and qualitu of education in schools. Abstrak Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan salah satu pemicu adanya strategi dalam manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kekuatan pada sekolah. Setiap sekolah pasti memiliki keinginan dalam bersaing sehingga memperoleh kualitas mutu sekolah yang dapat dipandang baik oleh masyarakat luas. Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan konsep manajemen yang membantu dalam sebuah organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Dalam artikel ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui manajemen sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di sekolah meliputi: (1) Program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah; (2) Perencanaan program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah; (3) Pelaksanaan program sekolah yang dapat meningkatkan manajemen mutu sekolah; (4) Evaluasi program dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. SMP Laboratorium UM memiliki berbagai program unggulan yang menjembatani sekolah menuju lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu tinggi. Salah satu program tersebut yaitu Ajang Kreativitas (JANGTAS). Dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara serta berbagai literatur lain sebagai landasan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. Diharapkan dalam program yang telah direncanakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta mutu pendidikan pada sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract : Supervision is an activity process consisting of control, inspection and coaching supervision. The main purpose of supervision is to make sure that what is planned is realized and aims to carry out work in accordance with predetermined orders, and to find out the weaknesses and difficulties encountered in implementing the plan based on the findings so that appropriate action can be taken in fix it, either at that time or in the future. The research method used is literature study. Literature Study, namely literature study, is a research method that is carried out by analyzing sources of information in the library, such as books, journals, theses, and scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic being carried out. Supervision has four main objectives in increasing the effectiveness of the performance of educational staff, namely: a) educational aspects; (b) administrative aspects; (c) supervised individuals; (d) Education office policies. the presence of administrative staff, laboratory staff, and librarian staff in schools has now become a basic requirement needed by schools.Abstrak : Pengawasan merupakan suatu proses kegiatan yang terdiri atas pengendalian, pemeriksaan dan pembinaan supervisi. Tujuan utama pengawasan adalah untuk memastikan bahwa apa yang direncanakan menjadi kenyataan dan bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perintah yang telah ditentukan, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan rencana berdasarkan temuan. untuk dapat diambil tindakan yang tepat dalam memperbaikinya, baik pada waktu itu juga maupun di masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka. Studi Pustaka yaitu Studi pustaka adalah suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap sumber informasi yang ada di dalam pustaka, seperti buku, jurnal, tesis, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik penelitian yang sedang dijalankan. Pengawasan memiliki empat sasaran utama dalam meningkatkan keefektifan kinerja tenaga kependidikan yaitu: a) aspek edukatif; (b) aspek administratif; (c) individu yang diawasi; (d) kebijakan dinas Pendidikan. kehadiran tenaga administrasi, tenaga laboran, dan tenaga perpustakaan di sekolah-sekolah saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze the service etiquette of school administrative staff at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (2) To analyze the quality of school administrative staff services based on the 3A concept (attitude, attention, action) at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (3) To analyze the satisfaction level of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency; (4) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) To analyze the relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational type. The population in this study consists of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency, with a total population of 11,490. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling and consisted of 400 students. Data collection was done using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive correlation analysis with Pearson product moment correlation, tested using IBM Statistics 22. The results of this research show: (1) The level of school administrative staff service etiquette falls within the good category; (2) The quality of school administrative staff services falls within the good category; (3) The level of student satisfaction falls within the good category; (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of technological innovation on school management, especially in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and service quality. Through a literature review, this research analyzes various studies that discuss the application of information technology in educational management. The results of the analysis show that technological innovation has great potential to increase operational efficiency, facilitate collaboration, and improve the quality of educational services. However, this research also identified a number of challenges such as the digital divide, data security and lack of human resource competence. This research concludes that despite challenges, technological innovation is the key to improving the quality of education in the digital era. To achieve this, careful planning, cross-sector collaboration and human resource capacity development are needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation, as well as the supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions of the traditional extracurricular dance management at SDN Dinoyo 3. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. The data collection methods used in this research include interviews, participatory observation, and documentation techniques. The main informants for this study are the extracurricular coordinator, school head, dance instructors, assistant dance instructors, Asmoro Bangun Dance Studio, teachers, guardians, and students. The research findings include (1) planning involves considering the background, determining the objectives, formulating the benefits, meetings with teachers and guardians, allocating facilities and equipment, drafting programs and materials, selecting instructors, and planning external collaborations; (2) organization involves an informal organizational structure and task and responsibility distribution; (3) implementation includes conducting activities, maintaining order, achieving achievements, preparing for competitions, appreciating achievements, developing dance habits, and creating a supportive environment for male students; (4) supervision and evaluation are carried out; (5) supporting factors are divided into two categories: general factors and factors related to male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities; and (6) obstacles include the assistant's lack of experience teaching elementary school students, students' interest in participating but guardians' disapproval, unequal practice times, lack of transportation during practice, ridicule of male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities, and negative perceptions of male students. The solutions proposed are the extracurricular assistant should be more firm, approach guardians with empathy, one party should compromise, offer transportation from Mr. Budi, provide encouragement and motivation to students, and gather guardians to provide understanding. Abstract

This study aims to examine the importance of public image for schools in the era of globalization. A positive school image not only attracts the interest of prospective new students, but also increases community support and strengthens the school's existence in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. This study found that administrative and public relations personnel have a crucial role in shaping the school's image. Administrative personnel are the vanguard of interaction with the community, while public relations functions as a bridge between the school and the community. Both play an important role in building positive relationships and managing public perception of schools. A positive school image can be built through various strategies, such as improving the performance of all school components, establishing cooperation with various parties, improving services, and highlighting achievements. In addition, transparency in school management, as well as creating a conducive physical and learning environment are also important factors. This study concludes that public image is a long-term investment that provides significant benefits for schools.

Abstract

The research was aimed to examine: (1) the influence of the effectiveness of school principal leadership on teacher performance, (2) the influence of the effectiveness of school principal leadership on teacher performance, and (3) the simultaneous effects of the effectiveness of school principal leadership and teacher commitment on teacher performance in Islamic high schools across Malang City. The research employs a descriptive quantitative design utilizing a correlational approach. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, and the collected data are analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Results of the study indicate (1) a significant influence of the effectiveness of school principal leadership on teacher performance; (2) a significant influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance; and (3) a significant simultaneous effects of the effectiveness of school principal leadership and teacher commitment on teacher performance.
