Abstract

Prevalensi bullying di kalangan remaja Indonesia menempati angka yang cukup tinggi. Konsekuensi negatif yang ditimbulkannya dapat membahayakan semua orang yang terlibat, terutama korban. Sehingga sangat perlu adanya upaya untuk mengatasi dan memberikan pendampingan atau penanganan pemulihan sosial untuk mengurangi kasus ini di masa mendatang. Artikel ini menyajikan literaratur yang berkaitan dengan "Model Konseling Islam dalam Menangani Korban Bullying pada Remaja”. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengungkap beberapa permasalahan terkait, yaitu: 1) Menganalisis konsep konseling islam berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits; 2) Fenomena dan dampak bullying pada remaja; 3) Model konseling islam bagi korban bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan atau studi literatur dari beberapa artikel ilmiah, buku, media online, dan sumber kredibel lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pokok penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model konseling islam yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani korban bullying yaitu model Taujihat Wa Irsyadat Robbani.

Abstract

Autism is a neurological disorder during development that results in a child having barriers, one of which is communication barriers, so that they require special guidance and services. An autistic person is also a visual learner, they receive information more easily visually than verbally or otherwise. Assistive technology has been widely used as a tool to help children with special needs, including autism. The Research use a TEACCH Method of PECS stage 1 until 3. Research and development of this application uses the RnD model (in Sugiyono) which consists of 10 stages, and researchers only took 9 stages, namely (1) Potential and Problems, (2) Data Collection, (3) Product Design, (4) Design Validation , (5) Design Revision, (6) Product Trial (7) Product Revision (8) Usage Trial (9) Potential and problems. The validation subjects in this research were material experts, media experts and practitioners. The validation technique uses Aiken V. The data analysis technique uses non-parametric tests, quantitative percentage techniques, descriptive techniques for qualitative data. The results of the analysis produced application validation results with an average above 0.8, which means it is very feasible, and there is an increase in value when using the application by autistic students with basic communication

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) melalui studi literatur. Pendahuluan menjelaskan pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sepuluh artikel yang membahas pelatihan dan bimbingan guru SLB. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tujuh artikel menggunakan metode pengabdian masyarakat, satu artikel menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, satu penelitian eksperimen, dan satu penelitian tindakan sekolah. Pelatihan terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran, meskipun terdapat hambatan dalam implementasi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan bimbingan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru SLB.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of school principals' visionary leadership based on an ethical culture in improving school quality. This research uses a systematic literature review method to examine several related articles. The research results show that visionary leadership by school principals plays a significant role and positively influences the quality of schools and institutions. The role of the school principal's visionary leadership style in improving the quality of education is demonstrated by several factors and characteristics of this style. The relationship between visionary leadership and ethical culture can drive innovation to improve the quality of education. The ethical culture in schools enables the formulation of the school's vision, mission, and goals by examining the school's characteristics and the community that participates in it. The final results of this research concluded that school principals who have vision, characteristics, competence, motivation, strong work standards, and a value orientation are leaders expected to improve the quality of education. This research is hoped to provide insight to other researchers, educators, school principals, and schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the essence of instructional leadership in change management in educational institutions and (2) the change process in an elementary school during the unfreezing, movement, and refreezing stages to enhance the teaching capabilities of a teacher at SD Negeri Wonokerto 04. The research method used is qualitative, using a phenomenological approach with a case study design at SD Negeri Wonokerto 04, Malang Regency. The data were collected using three techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary study. The analysis technique used is single-case analysis. To ensure data validity, the researcher performed triangulation, member checking, prolonged observation, and reference material adequacy activities. The results of this study indicate that instructional leadership plays a role as a controller in the change process. The micro-educational institution's change process in enhancing the teaching capabilities of teachers follows Kurt Lewin's change model, which consists of three phases: a) the unfreezing process using symposiums and "Kultin" (Routine Spiritual Sessions); b) the movement process using a workshop and the formation of an assistant team consisting of fresh graduate teachers; and c) the refreezing process carried out through collaborative workshops with SD Negeri Wonokerto 01 and the initiation of meta-learning.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang: (1) esensi instructional leadership dalam manajemen perubahan pada lembaga pendidikan; (2) proses perubahan sebuah SD saat proses unfreezing, movement dan refreezing dalam peningkatan kapabilitas mengajar seorang guru SDN Wonokerto 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif melalui pendekatan fenomenologi dengan rancangan studi kasus di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Wonokerto 04, Kabupaten Malang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan 3 teknik, yaitu: wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis kasus tunggal. Untuk memperoleh keabsahaan data, peneliti melakukan kegiatan triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, ketekunan pengamatan, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah instructional leadership mengambil peran sebagai pengendali proses perubahan dan proses perubahan sebuah lembaga mikro pendidikan dalam peningkatan kapabilitas mengajar guru yang mengacu pada teori perubahan model Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu a) proses unfreezing menggunakan simposium dan Kultin (Kultum Rutin); b) proses movement menggunakan sebuah workshop dan pembentukan tim pembantu dari guru fresh graduate; dan c) proses refreezing dilaksanakan dengan workshop kolaborasi bersama SD Negeri Wonokerto 01 dan inisiasi meta learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of charismatic leadership as an effective strategy in improving teacher performance through a systematic review of the latest literature. Charismatic leadership has long been considered a potential strategy for improving teacher performance in educational contexts. This study aims to systematically review the literature on charismatic leadership using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify its antecedents, implications, and limitations. The results of the review indicate that certain personality traits, such as agreeableness, persistence, and cognitive ability, are consistent predictors of idealized influence, while extroversion is more dominant in influencing inspirational motivation. Empirical evidence also supports that charismatic leadership can increase teachers' extra-role behaviors (OCB), improve task performance, and positively impact performance outcomes at both the group and educational organization levels. These findings confirm the important role of charismatic leadership in professional and service contexts in education, and its implications for leadership selection and training practices. However, the results also reveal significant limitations, including heterogeneity in definitions and measurement instruments, the predominance of cross-sectional research designs with self-reports, and the lack of a multilevel approach to analysis. Therefore, further research is needed to adopt longitudinal, experimental, and multilevel designs to achieve a more comprehensive, valid, and applicable understanding of the role of charismatic leadership in education. The results of this study provide a theoretical and practical basis for leadership development and the design of training programs for teachers.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the prevalence of juvenile delinquency, which indicates that moral education in schools has not been entirely successful in internalizing moral values in a profound and practical manner. In addition, the moral content in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) textbooks is considered to be unfocused and incomplete. This study aims to develop a supplement book on morals based on the interpretation of the Qur'an as teaching material to support PAI at the Senior High School (SMA) level, as well as to test the feasibility and user response to the developed book. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments consisted of a needs analysis questionnaire, expert validation sheets, and teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the supplementary book received positive responses from 88.2% of teachers and 96.2% of students, while the expert validation results showed an average score of 3.58 out of 4.00 (92%) with a category of very feasible. This supplementary book consists of three volumes containing morals towards Allah and oneself, morals towards fellow human beings, and despicable morals, supplemented with verses from the Qur'an, interpretations, practical examples, and reflective exercises. Thus, this book is suitable for use as a supplement to PAI learning to strengthen the moral education of high school students. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih maraknya kenakalan remaja yang menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran akhlak di sekolah belum sepenuhnya berhasil menginternalisasi nilai-nilai moral secara mendalam dan aplikatif. Selain itu, materi akhlak dalam buku Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang beredar dinilai belum fokus dan komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku suplemen akhlak berbasis tafsir Al-Qur’an sebagai bahan ajar pendukung PAI di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), serta menguji kelayakan dan respons pengguna terhadap buku yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar validasi ahli, serta kuesioner tanggapan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku suplemen memperoleh respons positif dari guru sebesar 88,2% dan siswa sebesar 96,2%, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,58 dari 4,00 (92%) dengan kategori sangat layak. Buku suplemen ini terdiri atas tiga jilid yang memuat akhlak terhadap Allah dan diri sendiri, akhlak terhadap sesama manusia, serta akhlak tercela, dilengkapi ayat Al-Qur’an, tafsir, contoh aplikatif, dan latihan reflektif. Dengan demikian, buku ini layak digunakan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran PAI untuk memperkuat pendidikan akhlak siswa SMA.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project, or P5, is a government policy realized through various school projects to instill a good culture in students. This study aims to describe the implementation of P5 for students with special needs. The project carried out is making Batik. This research lasted two months (following the project agenda) at the Sumber Dharma Special School for the junior high school level. The sub-focus in this study includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and party involvement. This research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentary. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning for P5 includes forming a team of facilitators, identifying the level of readiness of education units, designing dimensions, themes, and time allocations, and compiling modules; 2) Project Implementation, including project education, practical implementation, and final project exhibition; 3) Evaluation of P5, carried out to determine the project achievement by looking at student's daily activities and reflections on each class; 4) Involvement of parties, which is carried out by collaborating with parents in approving the project activities at the planning stage, and parental support. The supporting factors in implementing P5 are customized planning, a grouping of students, teachers as facilitators, peer tutors, and parents. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor during the implementation of P5 lies in the limited practice space and inappropriate implementation time.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of community service-based learning in electrical installation techniques for vocational high school students in South Kalimantan. It addresses key challenges in vocational education, including the gap between hard and soft skills, limited practical facilities, insufficient character formation, and weak community participation. Using a qualitative case study with an Accidental Ethnography approach, data were gathered from 89 respondents through observation, interviews, and documentation from 2020 to 2024. The findings reveal that students’ involvement in home electrical installation repairs enhances both their technical competence and customer satisfaction, as indicated by reliability, assurance, attention, responsiveness, and tangible results. Values of social worship, intention, responsibility, and care were effectively internalized, reaching an average achievement of 92%. The program achieved a 100% completion rate and over 96% customer satisfaction. In total, 412 students contributed to 226 service points in 88 households, making community homes serve as contextual learning laboratories that also address limited school facilities. Since 2024, interschool collaboration has expanded the program’s reach and impact. The study concludes that community service-based learning transforms vocational education by producing graduates who are technically skilled, ethically grounded, and socially beneficial, reinforcing emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, and evaluating BK and UKS services. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. While the procedure for collecting data in this study uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results obtained from this study are: (1) BK and UKS service planning is carried out at the beginning of the new school year through meetings held by the Principal with the Head of Student Affairs; (2) the parties involved in BK management include the Principal, Head of Student Affairs, Head of Special Services, and BK officers. While, the parties involved in UKS management include the Principal, Head of Student Affairs, Head of Special Services, and UKS officers; (3) the implementation of BK services was carried out through a consultation program with psychologists, Multiple Intelligences tests, parenting clasess, class visits, and home visits. While, the implementation of UKS services is carried out through dental examination programs, general examinations, first aid services, screening, ant surgery, training for tiwisada cadre and initial PMR; and (4) evaluation of BK and UKS services is carried out through year end meetings conducted by the Principal and Head of Student Affairs. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi layanan BK dan UKS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sedangkan prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) perencanaan layanan BK dan UKS dilaksanakan pada awal tahun ajaran baru melalui rapat yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah dengan Kabid Kesiswaan; (2) pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam struktur organisasi BK antara lain adalah Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Kepala Bagian Layanan Khusus, dan petugas BK. Sedangkan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam struktur organisasi UKS antara lain adalah Lurah, Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Kepala Bagian Layanan Khusus, petugas UKS, petugas puskesmas, komite sekolah dan dewan anak; (3) pelaksanaan layanan BK dilaksanakan melalui program konsultasi dengan psikolog, tes MIR (Multiple Intelligences Research), parenting class, kunjungan kelas dan kunjungan rumah. Sedangkan pelaksanaan layanan UKS dilaksanakan melalui program pemeriksaan gigi, pemeriksaan umum, layanan P3K, screening, operasi semut, pelatihan kader tiwisada dan PMR Mula; dan (4) evaluasi layanan BK dan UKS dilaksanakan melalui rapat akhir tahun yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan.
