Abstract

Abstrak : Potensi kepemimpinan siswa tidak cukup hanya dikembangkan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas tetapi juga di luar kelas yaitu melalui layanan ekstrakurikuler untuk memberikan kesempatan yang besar kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi, minat, dan bakatnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi kepemimpinan yang diperoleh siswa melalui adanya layanan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah bidang kemahasiswaan yang didukung oleh informan tambahan seperti Pembina OSIS, Pembina Ekstrakurikuler, Orang Tua, dan Siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi, menyajikan, dan mengambil keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Paskibra, Pramuka, Taekwondo, Karate, Tari Modern, dan Penyiaran merupakan jenis layanan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan siswa melalui pembentukan kepribadian pemimpin dan penerapan langsung dalam memobilisasi, mempengaruhi, dan memotivasi orang lain. Strategi pengembangan potensi kepemimpinan siswa adalah dengan menarik perhatian siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pengabdian penuh, dan pemberian penghargaan kepada siswa dan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Partisipasi yang diberikan oleh guru SMA Negeri Taruna Nala melalui pembinaan dan untuk partisipasi orang tua diberikan melalui adanya komite sekolah. Bentuk partisipasi berupa dana dan bantuan lainnya. Pelaksanaan layanan ekstrakurikuler dilaksanakan mulai dari pembuatan program kerja, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mewujudkan tujuan pengembangan potensi siswa melalui setiap kegiatan, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. Faktor pendukung dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler adalah pembina yang berpengalaman, motivasi belajar siswa, sarana prasarana, dan dukungan dana. Faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya pengawasan, komentar orang tua siswa, kesulitan berkomunikasi, kondisi cuaca, lokasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan kurangnya motivasi siswa. melaksanakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mewujudkan tujuan mengembangkan potensi siswa melalui setiap kegiatan, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kepemimpinan yang diperoleh siswa melalui adanya layanan esktrakurikuler. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan Key dalam penelitian ini yaitu wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswan dengan didukung informan tambahan seperti pembina OSIS, pembina ekstrakurikuler, orangtua siswa serta siswa. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Paskibra, Pramuka, Taekwondo, Karate, Modern dance, dan Broadcasting merupakan jenis layanan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan siswa melalui pembentukan kepribadian seorang pemimpin dan penerapan secara langsung dalam mengerakkan, mempengaruhi, dan memotivasi orang lain. Program pengembangan pada layanan ekstrakurikuler diantaranya yaitu, personal wellbeing, creativity and arts, global citizenship, dan special program. Strategi dalam mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan siswa yaitu dengan menarik perhatian siswa-siswi untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakrurikuler melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelayanan penuh, dan pemberian awards kepada siswa dan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Partisipasi yang diberikan oleh guru SMA Negeri Taruna Nala yaitu melalui pembinaan dan untuk partisipasi orangtua siswa diberikan melalui adanya komite sekolah, bentuk partisipasi tersebut berupa bantuan pendanaan dan bantuan lainnya. Implementasi layanan ekstrakurikuler dilakukan mulai dari pembuatan program kerja, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab, melaksanakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mewujudkan tujuan pengembangan potensi siswa melalui setiap kegiatan, dan memberikan motivasi terhadap siswa-siswi. Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this research is to; Calculating the estimated value of current assets in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi;  Calculating the estimated value of fixed assets in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Calculating the estimated value of the asset is not fixed in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Know the asset management in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. To achieve that goal this research is implemented by a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are by observation methods, documentation and interviews. While the research object is done in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis by data on all assets owned by the school, calculating the value of the assets and reduced by the depreciation rate, and then the value of the asset owned by the school. The results of this study indicate that; Assets owned by SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi belong to current assets, fixed assets, and intangible assets; Based on the results of the study is known that the estimated tangible assets owned by the school is Rp 224,474,037.00. Estimated value of electronic category asset Rp 169,454,490.00. Estimated value of vehicle assets Rp 465,709,286.00. Estimated value of land and building assets Rp. 57,380,000,000.00.Keyword: Value, Assets, and Asset Management Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk; Menghitung taksiran nilai aset lancar di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi;  Menghitung taksiran nilai aset tetap di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Menghitung taksiran nilai aset tidak tetap di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Mengetahui manajemen aset di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan objek penelitian dilakukan di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mendata semua aktiva yang dimiliki sekolah, menghitung nilai aset dan dikurangi dengan nilai penyusutan, dan selanjutnya manaksir nilai aset yang dimiliki sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; Aset yang dimiliki SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi tergolong dalam aktiva lancar, aktiva tetap, dan aktiva tak berwujud; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa taksiran aset berwujud yang dimiliki sekolah yaitu Rp 224.474.037,00. Taksiran nilai aset katagori elektronik Rp 169.454.490,00. Taksiran nilai aset kendaraan Rp 465.709.286,00. Abstract

Abstrac: The leadership of the head of the school is the effort to achieve the goals of education and carry out educational programs in order to improve the quality of education. To achieve the vision and mission of the school of motivation in work so that teachers have good performance learning process. The gap is found at the moment is the principal have not showed the applicability of management education in schools in rural areas. This research aims to know the factors which form the principal leadership in rural areas, see invalid constructs of motivation and the factors that affect the performance of teachers in rural invalid constructs. Then to describe the influence of principal leadership and motivation against the performance of primary school teachers in the Blitar. The research design used was descriptive korelasional. Results of the study of leadership high school principal (46.7%), motivation levels are (56.7%), a high level of teacher performance (44.4%)  There is a positive influence provided leadership and motivation against the performance of teachers. The influence of the leadership after invalid constructs models made on performance and path analysis gained 0.68 β value. For motivation on performance of teachers acquire the value of β 0.6. So the factors that can affect the performance of primary school teachers such as leadership, and motivation.Keywords: leadership, motivation, performanceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang membentuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di daerah pedesaan, melihat konstruk motivasi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi konstruk kinerja guru di pedesaan. Kemudian untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar (SD) di Kabupaten Blitar, populasi penelitian sejumlah 106 diambil sampel 180 responden dari 20 SD di Kec Garum dan Kec. Gandusari. Desain penelitian yang digunkan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tinggi (46,7%), tingkat motivasi sedang (56,7%), tingkat kinerja guru tinggi (44,4%)  ini terdapat pengaruh positif yang diberikan kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh kepemimpinan setelah dibuat model konstruk terhadap kinerja dan path analysis memperoleh nilai β 0,68. Untuk motivasi terhadap kinerja guru memperoleh nilai β 0,6. Sehingga faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD diantaranya adalah kepemimpinan, dan motivasi.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, motivasi, kinerja

Abstract

Abstrak: The aim of this study is to describe: (1) the differences in students' needs for cafeterias at the Ma'arif Foundation elementary and high schools in Malang; (2) the types of foods and drinks cafeterias needed by students in elementary and high schools of the Ma'arif Foundation in Malang City; (3) the differences of range of prices of food and beverages needed by students in elementary and high schools in the Ma'arif Foundation in Malang; (4) the different characteristics of cafeterias that required by students in the Ma'arif Foundation elementary and high schools in Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative descriptive design. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling technique. Samples obtained as many as 328 from a total population of 1807 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The conclusions of this study: (1) there is a significant difference, namely Ma'arif Elementary School students need more snacks while Ma'arif High School students need heavy food; (2) the types of foods and drinks required by Ma'arif Elementary School students include toast, buns, bake cakes, donuts, pastels, mini moonlight, snacks, brownies, ice tea, orange ice. While the types of foods needed by high school students are meatball, fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, mineral water; (3) Students of Ma'arif Elementary School need a price range of Rp. 500.00 - Rp. 3,000.00 while Ma'arif High School students Rp. 500.00 - Rp. 5,000.00; (4) the cafeteria characteristics needed at Ma'arif Elementary School is the location of the school canteen which closer to the classroom and open space canteen while in Ma'arif high school, buyers are served directly by the canteen officer using a tray. Keyword: Students Needs, School Cafeterias Service Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) perbedaan  kebutuhan peserta didik terhadap kafetaria di SD dan SMA Yayasan Ma’arif se- Kota Malang; (2) jenis makanan dan minuman kafetaria yang dibutuhkan peserta didik di SD dan SMA Yayasan Ma’arif se- Kota Malang; (3) perbedaan rentangan harga makanan dan minuman yang dibutuhkan peserta didik di SD dan SMA Yayasan Ma’arif se- Kota Malang; (4) perbedaan karakteristik kafetaria yang dibutuhkan peserta didik di SD dan SMA Yayasan Ma’arif se- Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 328 dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 1807 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam  penelitian  ini berupa angket. Simpulan penelitian ini: (1) secara signifikan  terdapat perbedaan yaitu peserta didik SD Ma’arif  lebih membutuhkan makanan ringan sedangkan untuk peserta didik SMA Ma’arif  lebih membutuhkan makanan berat; (2) jenis makanan dan minuman yang dibutuhkan peserta didik SD Ma’arif antara lain roti bakar, bakpao, kue cucur, donat, pastel, terang bulan mini, snack, brownis, es teh, es jeruk. Sedangkan jenis makanan yang dibutuhkan peserta didik SMA bakso, lalapan ayam, ayam bakar, air mineral; (3) peserta didik SD Ma’arif membutuhkan rentangan harga Rp500,00- Rp3.000,00 sedangkan peserta didik SMA Ma’arif Rp500,00- Rp5.000,00; (4) karakteristik kafetaria yang dibutuhkan di SD Ma’arif lokasi kantin sekolah yang dekat dengan kelas dan kantin dengan ruangan terbuka sedangkan di SMA Ma’arif  dimana pembeli dilayani secara langsung oleh petugas kantin dan penyajiannya menggunakan baki. Kata Kunci: kebutuhan peserta didik, layanan kafetaria sekolah

Abstract

Abstract: Inclusive education in early childhood begins by accommodating children's needs, identifying children with special needs, as well as mapping the potential developments and obstacles of children today and in the future. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of inclusive education in early childhood education institutions in one of the early childhood education institutions in the city of Bandung. First, researchers collect information about the implementation of inclusive education in early childhood education institutions, the obstacles and constraints experienced, program optimization, and follow-up to the problems encountered by PAUD in providing inclusive education. Then, researchers perform data analysis by enriching information, looking for relationships, comparing, finding patterns based on the original data. Abstrak: Pendidikan inklusi pada anak usia dini dimulai dengan mengakomodasi kebutuhan anak, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan khusus anak, serta memetakan potensi perkembangan dan hambatan anak saat ini maupun di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana implementasi pendidikan inklusi pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Kota Bandung. Peneliti menghimpun informasi mengenai implementasi pendidikan inklusi di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini, hambatan dan kendala yang dialami, optimalisasi program, serta tindak lanjut dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami PAUD dalam mengadakan pendidikan inklusif. Peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan memperkaya informasi, mencari hubungan, membandingkan, menemukan pola atas dasar data aslinya.

Abstract

This study aims to, (1) determine the cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students, who are in the faculties of the State University of Malang (UM); (2) knowing student achievement in UM environment faculties; and (3) knowing the relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students to study achievement in UM faculties. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The instrument of this study was to use the Google form survey assistance with respondent are students of UM dormitory in UM environmental faculties. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of cost effectiveness analysis of the occupants of UM student dormitory residing in the faculties of the State University of Malang is classified as a rarity that uses cost effectiveness analysis in managing finances for dormitory and educational needs; (2) the level of learning achievement that is spread in all faculties at the State University of Malang tends to be poor; and (3) the results of the study show that there is a relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM student dormitory students on learning achievement.

Abstract

Learning media can be made using audio-visual media. Audio-visual media here is the media that conveys the message specifically to the senses of hearing and sight. The media has sound elements and image elements. Teachers who provide modifications to the media will make learning more interesting for students, especially if there are students with slow learner barriers in class. The slow learner is a learning barrier in children, which is characterized by a gap between the level of intelligence and academic ability that should be achieved. The use of audio-visual media is able to have a positive influence on the reading and numeracy skills of students with slow learners.

Abstract

The commitment to implementing inclusive education in Indonesia is already at the higher education level. However, in reality, disabled people still have difficulty obtaining opportunities to study in university. Concerning the gap in inclusive education (commitment and implementation), this article aims to examine the inclusive education management performance at universities in Indonesia. This review is critical because only 401 disabled people in Indonesia are registered as students at various universities in Indonesia. The articles in the current study go through three stages of narrative review: determining the scope of the research focus, determining the urgency and novelty of the research, and determining the research formulation and objectives. A study of 14 articles through the Google Scholar database was published in 2000-2021. The study results show that most universities in Indonesia are still not open to inclusive education and the admission of students with disabilities implementation. In addition, universities in Indonesia are not ready to provide management and facilities that support the learning process and the accessibility of the campus environment to suit the needs of students with disabilities. Human resources in higher education such as lecturers and education staff are not ready to provide services and modify learning for disabled students.

Abstract

Slow learning is a learning disability in children that greatly slows down the learning process so that every learning activity takes longer than their peers. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a learning design defined as the design of material that is generally made to be more easily understood by diverse students in an inclusive classroom. That way, UDL aims to minimize learning difficulties for students with different learning needs, including students with special needs. In learning, media is an important factor that helps support learning success, especially for students with special needs, including children who are slow to learn. Learning media that are considered suitable to support the success of children slow to learn are interactive games whose core material is presented in the form of videos that are enhanced with audio and visual media. Audio media with narrated and text, graphics, images, visual animations, and interesting kinesthetic interactions to sharpen students' abilities. The method used to create this article is literature review from various relevant sources. The result of this study is that the use of interactive game learning media based on Universal Design Learning (UDL) can help provide convenience for slow learner students in understanding the subject matter at school.

Abstract

Education is a human right, everyone has the right to get educational services as a manifestation to achieve a better life. This study tries to analyze the guarantee of disability rights and inclusive school policies in a juridical and implementing way. Education guarantees for disabilities are contained in Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, Government Regulation No. 13 of 2020 concerning Adequate Accommodation for Students with Disabilities and Permendikbud No 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education. Malang City has designated 57 public/private elementary schools, and 16 public/private junior high schools as inclusive schools. The City of Probolinggo has designated 16 public/private elementary schools and 6 public/private junior high schools as inclusive schools. The policies in these two areas are based on the principle that schools should not refuse students with disabilities, after a prospective student registers, the school prepares for inclusive classroom learning. The weakness of the implementation of inclusive education in these two areas is the unavailability of adequate learning facilities and the availability of qualified special assistant teachers. So that to achieve the success of inclusive education policies, it is necessary to support infrastructure and human resources of educators that match the educational background with the required competencies.
