Abstract

Organizational culture in Indonesia is still not considered as an important factor, in contrast to Japan and America which use organizational culture as a measure of company success. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of organizational culture on the organization. This research is a systematic literature review using the PRISMA and bibliometric methods. The findings show that organizational culture influences many organizational lines such as innovation, performance, strategy, etc. We suggest that companies take organizational culture as a consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of occupational safety in various working environments and conditions. The method used in this study is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method and Bibliometric analysis using VosViewer. Sources of data obtained from Scopus and Taylor & Francis for the 2017-2022 period. The results of 136 journals were obtained, then data reduction was carried out using inclusion and exclusion criteria, 34 journals were obtained which would be reviewed. The results of this study indicate that the application of work safety will be very effective if you always follow and adapt to technological developments and the times.

Abstract

The quality of education is driven by good human resources. Therefore, in preparing professional educators, every educational institution is required to have the ability and competence in accordance with their field and profession. This systematic literature review aims to analyze teacher recruitment management. Using the PRISMA principles, this literature review successfully identified 12 relevant studies derived from scopus indexed articles (Q1-Q4). The analysis grouped themes and displayed the interconnectedness of the emerging themes using Watase Uake software. The results of the systematic literature review show that research on teacher recruitment strategies is limited and that current teacher recruitment strategies are well-intentioned and likely to play a role in attracting new teachers, but little is known about their effectiveness, and little attention has been paid to important theories and research from sources outside education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress among female employees at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, as well as to examine the role of burnout as a mediator between these variables. The study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence work stress among female workers, in order to provide recommendations for improving employee well-being and company productivity. The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work stress but does not mediate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress

Abstract

The contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy is large, but this sector still has obstacles in obtaining capital. Therefore, referring to Indonesian Capital Market regulations, the government, through the OJK (Financial Services Authority), issued Regulation Number 37/POJK.04/2018 concerning Crowdfunding Services through information technology-based share offerings (Equity Crowdfunding). LandX is an organizer registered with ALUDI which already has OJK permission. The average level of funds collected by LandX for each project is up to 4 billion. The population in this study is 88,572 investors who have registered with LandX as of December 2022. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The conclusion of this research is that Brand trust has a significant effect on investors' investment interest, Brand value co-creation engagement attitude has no significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM, Brand value co-creation engagement behavior has a significant effect on investors' investment interest in LandX through e-WOM, Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM and E-WOM has a significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX

Abstract

Purpose – This This study aims to synthesize literature data that discusses work motivation and employee performance. Methodology/approach – A This research was prepared using PRISMA method (Prefered Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) from research related to work motivation to employee performance. The data collection method in this study used the PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome) method using 2 accesses, namely Google Cendikia and ResearchGat. Findings – It Based on the results of a systematic literature review, the authors found 144 articles filtered using data inclusion criteria so a total of 33 data were obtained that were following the eligibility standards of 30 selected articles to be analyzed qualitatively descriptively. This research, shows that 17 literature has a positive and significant effect and dominates, 11 literature has a positive and & significant effect but does not dominate, and 2 literature has a negative and significant effect. Novelty/value – As employee performance has been an important factor in the human resource development last decades it is vital to understand how to retain employee performance. Keywords systematic literature review, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

The role of women in improving the economy has often been echoed in relation to their work in doing business independently. However, so far, micro, small and medium enterprises managed by women have not been properly developed so that they are able to grow and develop and have optimal competitiveness. Is it true that businesses run by women are less profitable than businesses run by men? This study uses a systematic literature review method by analyzing the results of research in various places related to this, including factors that can be observed so that businesses managed by women can show maximum performance. The results of this study are expected to provide information related to improving performance, especially for women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana persepsi guru PAI dalam mengintegrasikan telepon seluler dalam kegiatan pembelajaran agama Islam, mengeksplorasi bagaimana manfaat potensial dan juga kendala dan tantangan terhadap penggunaan telepon seluler dalam pembelajaran agama Islam, dan bagaimana wawasan guru terhadap dampak penggunaan telepon seluler pada peserta didik. Data-data yang akan dihadirkan dalam penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif atau dengan kata lain data yang dihimpun bersumber langsung di lapangan penelitian melalui angket dan wawancara kepada guru PAI sebagai sumber utama penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru PAI SD Negeri 2 Bone-Bone terhadap penggunaan telepon seluler dalam pembelajaran memberikan ruang yang efektif bagi siswa dalam mengakses kebutuhan sumber belajarnya, selain dari buku dan juga ceramah yang disampaikan oleh guru, dan siswa juga tidak mudah bosan mengikuti kegitan pembelajaran. Adapun manfaat potensial penggunaan telepon seluler yaitu siswa aktif dan mudah paham dalam pembelajaran.  Sedangkan kendala dan tantanganya tidak semua siswa memiliki telepon seluler. Sementara wawasan guru PAI terhadap dampak penggunaan telepon seluler dalam kegiatan pembelajaran lebih mengutamakan pada kondisi siswa yang rata-rata tidak semuanya memiliki telepon seluler, dan juga pada aktifitas siswa yang melampau batas dalam penggunaan telepon seluler.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi jilbab gaul di kalangan mahasiswi STAIN Pekalongan. Jilbab gaul dimaksudkan sebagai busana muslimah yang gaul, yang cenderung seksi sehingga di satu sisi menutup tubuh pemakainya, di sisi lain menampilkan keseksian. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma naturalistik. Sifat penelitian ini deskriptif analisis kritis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswi STAIN Pekalongan terhadap jilbab gaul sangat positif, syar’i secara kognitif namun secara afektif bervariasi. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi pemakaian jilbab gaul berupa faktor personal dan faktor situasional.

Abstract

Setiap tahun, peningkatan populasi Muslim Indonesia menghadirkan tantangan baru untuk pengelolaan zakat, terutama bagi lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengelolaan zakat harus lebih efisien dan efektif untuk memastikan distribusi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis web di Yayasan Masjid Nurul Iman lebih efisien dalam mengelola zakat. Metode Agile dalam pengembangan sistem memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dapat diulang, fleksibel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Kalkulator zakat digital, pembayaran online, manajemen data mustahik, pelaporan keuangan, dan pemantauan distribusi zakat secara langsung adalah fitur utama. Framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL digunakan untuk menjalankan implementasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menyederhanakan proses administrasi, dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat dan jelas. Pendekatan Agile juga memungkinkan pembuatan sistem yang responsif terhadap input pengguna. Diharapkan bahwa aplikasi ini akan berfungsi sebagai model yang dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga zakat lainnya untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan zakat dan membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui distribusi zakat yang lebih efisien.
