Abstract

PT. MNC Kabel Mediacom merupakan penyedia layanan televisi kabel dan internet berlangganan berbasi serat optik. PT.MNC kabel Mediacom didirikan pada januari 2013 sebagi bagian dari Global Mediacom (MNC Group) yang fokus Dengan menggunakan infrastruktur terkini Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Fiber to the x (FTTX) merupakan suatu format penghantaran isyarat optik dari pusat penyedia (provider) ke kawasan pengguna dengan menggunakan serat optik sebagai medium penghantaran. Perkembangan teknologi ini tidak terlepas dari kemajuan perkembangan teknologi serat optik yang dapat mengantikan penggunaan kabel konvensional.DAFTAR LAMPIRAN. PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom saat ini telah banyak melakukan transaksi penjualan khususnya di Kota Medan Sumatera Utara. Sistem pola penjualan pada Mediacom saat ini memiliki masalah yaitu kurang efektif dan transparan dalam penjualan seperti sisa kabel yang di pasang akan di salah digunakan atau pun di transaksikan kepada teknisi provider yang lain, serta ada kecurangan harga di lapangan atas unsur kerjasama oleh karyawan pada saat transaksi sehingga kinerja kurang transparan. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin mengetahui sejauh mana tinggak efektivitas dan efesien clustering kebel Mediacom ini di terapkan pada saat pemasangan pada rumah, kantor, dan perusahaan.Solusi dari masalah yang terjadi pada PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan data mining untuk pemecahan masalah ini. Di mana data mining adalah suatu proses ekstrasi atau penggalian data dan informasi yang benar yang belum di ketahui sebelumnya, namun dapat di pahami berguna dari database yang besar serta digunakan untuk membuat suatu keputusan bisnis yang sangat besar. Fungsinya adalah mengidenfikasi fakta-fakta kesimpulan yang disarankan berdasarkan penyaringan melalui data untuk menjelajahi pola-pola atau anomali-anomali data. Dari hasil data normalisasi di atas, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat transparan dalam melakukan penjualan kabel mediacom terletak pada cluster kedua dan dilakukan oleh dua orang yaitu Mariani dan heru dartono, dan karyawan berikutnya juga berpotensi untuk terlibat dalam penjualan kabel mediacom, karyawan tersebut bernama Ratna Sari, Surya Ningsih, dan Indiani. Cluster tersebut lebih dominan berpengaruh karena tingkat hasil normalisasi datanya pada metode yang digunakan cenderung lebih terperinci dan cenderung transparan dan efesien dalam penjualan kabel mediacom tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko dan tindakan pencegahan terhadap kebocoran data pada Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di RS P Surakarta. Implementasi RME diwajibkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 24 Tahun 2022 untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui integrasi digital. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi risiko terkait faktor fisik, human error, kesalahan sistem, interaksi sistem-pengguna, kompleksitas TI, danperetasan data eksternal. Tindakan pencegahan yang diterapkan menekankan prinsip keamanan informasi: kerahasiaan, integritas, autentikasi, ketersediaan, kontrol akses, dan non-repudiation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan kerangka Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko fisik berasal dari kondisi ruangan yang tidak stabil yang memengaruhi perangkat elektronik. Human error meliputi data yang tidak lengkap dan kesalahan input, sedangkan kesalahan sistem mengganggu penyimpanan dan pengambilan data. Kesalahan pengguna, seperti penggunaan auto-fill, serta kompleksitas TI memperburuk kerentanan. Tindakan pencegahan meliputi pembatasan akses fisik, penerapan autentikasi biometrik, enkripsi data, dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi staf dalam menggunakan RME secara aman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan RME yang efektif membutuhkan protokol keamanan yang kuat, integrasi sistem, dan kepatuhan hukum untuk menjaga kepercayaan pasien serta perlindungan data. Rekomendasi mencakup pembaruan sistem secara berkala, pengembangan fitur bersama penyedia layanan TI, serta penelitian lanjutan untuk mengevaluasi hasil implementasi RME.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi blockchain, terutama Non Fungible Tokens (NFT), telah menciptakan tantangan bagi investor dalam menentukan nilai investasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menilai NFT sebagai alternatif investasi. Proses penelitian melibatkan beberapa tahap, termasuk identifikasi masalah, analisis permasalahan, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, dan analisis data.Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian NFT mencakup harga, pemilik/asal usul, format, kelangkaan, dan industri, masing-masing dengan bobot yang ditetapkan. Setelah mengumpulkan data tentang berbagai NFT, matriks keputusan dibangun dan dinormalisasi untuk mencerminkan kinerja setiap alternatif. Metode WASPAS dan TOPSIS digunakan untuk memberikan nilai preferensi bagi setiap alternatif NFT berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa NFT yang diberi nama "Video Klip" (A3) memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan preferensi 0,671, diikuti oleh "Lagu" (A5) dengan nilai 0,445, dan "Buku" (A2) dengan nilai 0,465. Sementara itu, "Foto Selvie" (A4) dan "Foto" (A1) memiliki preferensi terendah masing-masing 0,196 dan 0,189. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi NFT, dengan menyediakan pendekatan sistematis dan berbasis data yang dapat mengurangi risiko dan memaksimalkan potensi keuntungan bagi investor. Kombinasi metode WASPAS dan TOPSIS menawarkan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk penilaian NFT, sehingga dapat diadopsi oleh investor dan pengembang platform NFT dalam mengevaluasi nilai aset digital secara lebih efektif

Abstract

In this study, polyesters synthesized from AB Tung oil-based polyols (TOBPs) monomers via step-growth polymerization reactions. TOBPs are polyols made from Tung oil through a series of hydroxylation and epoxidation procedures. They have hydroxyl (OH) and carboxylic (COOH) functional groups. The polymerization was performed in a three-necked round-bottomed flask (250 mL) equipped with a magnetic stirrer, thermometer, and condenser. It is placed in an oil bath to maintain the reaction temperature. The generated moisture was collected using a vacuum pump. In the meantime, oxygen is being expelled from the reactor by nitrogen. The temperature and stirring speed were kept constant for 6 hours throughout the operation. According to the experiment, 150°C was the ideal temperature for polyesterification. The reaction rate constant rose by 4.73 to 19.99% with the addition of the p-TSA catalyst. The [COOH] and [OH] models were nearly identical to the experimental results, demonstrating the viability of the proposed kinetic model. According to the calculation's findings, polymerization without a catalyst yielded activation energies (Ea) and collision factors (A) of 27.2215 kJ/mol and 16.2965 g.mmol-1.min-1, respectively. Then, polymerization with catalyst decreased Ea and A values, which were around 26.4681 kJ/mol and 14.6746 g.mmol-1.min-1. Copyright © 2025 by Authors, Published by BCREC Publishing Group. Abstract

This study aims to examine the legality and function of electronic currency evidence in Money Laundering Crimes. Existing laws that regulate electronic evidence also do not provide a clear understanding of whether this electronic currency evidence is evidence that can stand alone or is included in electronic evidence that has been previously regulated. The problem is focused on Electronic Currency Evidence which is a new form of evidence whose existence has not been explicitly and clearly regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code, ITE and the Money Laundering Crime Law. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference is used from the Legal Certainty Theory. The research method used in this study is normative juridical. Data were collected through literature and field studies, and data collection tools were document studies and interviews and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show that the existence of Electronic Currency has not been explicitly recognized in laws and regulations, although electronic evidence has been recognized in various regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Indonesian government through the Smart Indonesia Program provides cash assistance through the Smart Indonesia Card. The problem that occurs is that the selection process for KIP assistance recipients has not gone through the right procedure, resulting in social jealousy among students who should not be eligible to receive assistance but receive the KIP assistance funds. This is because some students have relatives from school officials so that student data can be manipulated. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to select the eligibility of students receiving KIP funds quickly and accurately by using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method which in line performs calculations on the matrix multiplication between criteria that have a weighted value of each alternative so as to produce a PSI value which will be the final result in determining the eligibility of students to receive KIP assistance funds. The resulting impact is the selection of students who really have the eligibility requirements to get KIP funding assistance.

brought in significant revenue for traders and tourism operators in Berastagi. Unfortunately,many visitors often get lost on their way to their destinations, highlighting the need forinformation regarding public transportation in Berastagi. This research aims to design a websitethat provides information about public transportation, route options, and applicable fare rates.The goal is to ensure that visitors to Berastagi can explore the city's attractions with ease andconfidence. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach were employed for thisstudy. Interviews were conducted with station personnel from various public transportationproviders using purposive sampling techniques. The research resulted in a user-friendly websitethat assists users in finding transportation options that meet their needs. Station personnel citedthe lack of inquiries from visitors and the absence of clear information on public transportationroutes as reasons for visitors choosing the wrong mode of transportation. In conclusion, thisresearch has developed a comprehensive web application that offers information on variouspublic transportation choices based on users' destinations when visiting Berastagi. Based on the survey questionnaire conducted by the author with 15 users of the website that has been created,it is concluded that satisfaction in using the website according to its function reaches 90%, whichis stated as excellent.

Abstract

The development of blockchain technology, especially Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), has created challenges for investors in determining the right investment value. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to assess NFT as an investment alternative. The research process involves several stages, including problem identification, problem analysis, literature study, data collection, and data analysis. The criteria used in assessing NFT include price, owner/origin, format, rarity, and industry, each with a set weight. After collecting data on various NFTs, a decision matrix is ​​constructed and normalized to reflect the performance of each alternative. The WASPAS and TOPSIS methods are used to assign preference values ​​to each NFT alternative based on their proximity to the positive and negative ideal solutions. The analysis results show that NFT named "Video Clip" (A3) has the highest value with a preference of 0.671, followed by "Song" (A5) with a value of 0.445, and "Book" (A2) with a value of 0.465. Meanwhile, "Selvie Photo" (A4) and "Photo" (A1) have the lowest preferences of 0.196 and 0.189, respectively. This study contributes to NFT investment decision making, by providing a systematic and data-driven approach that can reduce risk and maximize potential profits for investors. The combination of WASPAS and TOPSIS methods offers a comprehensive framework for NFT valuation, so that it can be adopted by investors and NFT platform developers in evaluating the value of digital assets more effectively.

Abstract

Microalgae have proven to be a promising resource in renewable energy search; Products such as bio-oils could contribute to the replacement of petroleum. The objective of this investigation is to determine the decomposition mechanism, obtain the kinetic reaction, as well as evaluate the potential to obtain microalgae bio-oil through microwave-assisted pyrolysis (MAP). MAP is a new thermochemical conversion from biomass to bio-oil that is faster, efficient, controllable, and flexible, compared to conventional pyrolysis, rapid pyrolysis, or instant pyrolysis. As raw material in this experiment, Indonesian microalgae, Botryococcus braunii was used. The investigation focused on the temperature effect (100-300 °C) and the residence time (10-30 min); a modified microwave oven was used with a power of 900 W. Hexane was used for the extraction of bio- oil. The bio-oil composition was measured with chromatography of mass spectrometry gas (GC-MS) and then this data was used to evaluate a kinetic model and calculate the constant kinetic reaction of the pyrolysis process. The results indicated that bio-oil production begins from 100 °C, however, temperatures between 200-250 °C favor the production of bio-oil, while temperatures above 250 °C and the long residence times prioritize the production of bio-gas. Regarding the kinetic evaluated, the reactions seem to show from third to sixth order with an activation energy (E) of around 30 kj/mol and a pre-exponential factor (ln A) of around 9 s-1. Based on GC-MS Analysis, the bio-oil contains short chain alkanes, cycloalkanes, organic acids as well as aromatic, phenol, benzene compounds. On the other hand, although small amounts of oil were achieved, the decomposition of biomass was up to 50% favoring gas production, these results indicate that MAP has potential in the obtaining of biofuels such as bio-gas and bio-oil.
