Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of training on the use of Google Form as an online exam medium in improving teacher competence and the efficiency of the assessment process at SD Negeri Besuk Agung, Probolinggo. The main objective of this study is to identify how this training can improve teachers' skills in using digital technology, as well as its impact on student motivation and participation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Google Form training significantly increases teachers' confidence and competence in using this technology, as well as speeds up the assessment process. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and access to technology among students still need to be overcome. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of infrastructure support and ongoing training to maximize the benefits of technology in education. This research makes an important contribution to the basic education literature and offers practical guidance for technology adoption in resource-constrained schools.

Abstract

Community empowerment can be interpreted as a process that builds a community or group of people that departs from their own will and initiative, which can be in the form of capacity building, grouping and all forms of community behavior change. One of the community empowerment is community empowerment through the utilization of siwalan water treatment into tribung sugar in Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village. By optimizing the synergy of the Ansor Youth Movement with the Lembena hamlet community, Bancamara village which is dominated by farmers and fishermen. The reasons for choosing the use of cow dung include: 1) Considering the population of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village, 50% of whom work as farmers and fishermen, 2) Seeing the situation that almost every yard in people's homes has a palm tree, 3) taking advantage of the existing potential namely siwalan tree, 4) Processing costs are not too expensive, 5) The ingredients can be directly found, 6) tribung sugar if consumed continuously will be able to reduce the pressure on the cost of granulated sugar which is so expensive and productive for the community. From initial observations it was found that the people of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village did not use and process siwalan water wisely and did not understand the advantages of tribung sugar and were more interested in granulated sugar. The results of the service at the STAINH 2022 KKN Posko I are able to provide public understanding of the advantages and conveniences in the processing process, and the Ansor Youth Movement is willing to accommodate the community's processed tribung sugar products and receive a supply of raw siwalan water from the residents of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village.

Abstract

PT Roda Pasifik Mandiri is a manufacturing company engaged in the bicycle manufacturing industry so that the risk of work accidents is quite high. This research discusses the analysis of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) using the Hazard And Operability Study (HAZOP) method. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential hazards of work accidents, provide a risk assessment of the hazard sources contained in the E-Bike production area of PT Roda Pasifik Mandiri and provide recommendations for improvements to hazard sources that have extreme and high risk values. Data analysis using descriptive data analysis method with HAZOP. The results showed that there are 8 potential and sources of hazards found in the E-Bike production area of PT Roda Pasifik Mandiri. Based on the risk assessment, it shows that the risk of hazard sources in the E-Bike production area of PT. Roda Pasifik Mandiri includes Extreme Risk, namely at the pointed corners of the frame, High Risk, namely in the cutter blade, gerindra machine, and worker attitude. Moderate Risk is on bicycle frames, raw material cartons piling up, impact machines and compressor dust.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out by the PKM Team of STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot PAI Study Program by choosing a theme that attracts the attention of many people today, including students. The number of corruption cases that occur in society encourages the PPM team to provide knowledge about the crime of corruption and its legal arrangements to prevent students from being affected by acts that lead to criminal acts of corruption in various forms, therefore the PKM team chose the theme of "Counseling Anti-Corruption Education Programs in Junior High Schools to Form an Integrity Young Generation". This article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the anti-corruption education program carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. Anti-corruption education aims to form a young generation that has integrity and awareness about the importance of opposing corruption in society. The methods used in this research are participatory observation, interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis related to the anti-corruption education program at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. The results of this study are expected to provide insights and recommendations for relevant parties in developing anti-corruption education programs in schools. The recommendations generated from this journal can serve as guidelines for related parties, including schools, teachers, and policy makers, in implementing the anti-corruption education program. Thus, it is expected that the young generation involved in the program will become agents of change who have high integrity and strong awareness to fight corruption in society.

Abstract

Understanding of mathematical concepts is different than expected. Students need help learning mathematical concepts. Based on this, this research aims to develop an integrated learning tool for the ethnomathematics of traditional games. This type of research uses the Plomp development model with three stages. Subjects in this development research include instrument validators, expert validators (2 material experts, 1 language expert, and 1 cultural expert), teachers as expert practitioners, and third-grade students in three elementary schools. The methods used in collecting data were observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Data collection instruments are questionnaire sheets and test questions. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively, as well as inferential statistics. The research results are validation results from experts in the very valid category. Second, the practical results of students are in the convenient category. Third, the results of teacher practicality are in the convenient category. The results of the N Gain score test show increased learning outcomes by developing an integrated worksheet on ethnomathematics on whole numbers counting operations to understand mathematical concepts in class III elementary school students. It was concluded that the integrated learning tools for ethnomathematics in the operational material for calculating whole numbers were valid and practical for increasing the understanding of mathematical concepts for class III elementary school students. This research implies that the traditional game ethnomathematics integrated learning tools developed can be used in learning.

Abstract

Clean water is one of the basic needs for human life. Making simple raw water treatment equipment using a filtration system is expected to help the community to process dirty water into raw water on the scale of household needs. Poor water quality will affect the health of existing residents. There is a need for innovation in the manufacture of water filters in order to improve the quality of water for daily needs so that it becomes a more useful product or material. The method used in achieving the goal is to provide training in making simple water filters. The right method used for processing turbid water from household dug wells into clean water in an area is to use the multilevel filter method. This filtering process is to remove suspended solids or the separation process between solids/colloids and liquid solids. The conclusion in this activity is that the training on making simple water filters can be accepted by local residents to get clean and not cloudy water. It is hoped that with this activity there will be more efforts and willingness from the community to improve the quality of healthy life by paying attention to aspects of the availability and use of clean water

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of leadership in teacher mobilisers. This research is a qualitative research with literature review type. Information collection was carried out by searching for several important sources including primary sources of literature sources that discuss the concept of leadership in the driving teacher and several other literature sources related to the research. The data collected was then analysed so as to obtain the results of the study which showed that the role of the teacher as a leader is an interactive, consultative, parsitive and controlling figure. in the concept of the driving teacher model in a structured education policy formation to produce teachers as leaders of the teaching and learning process in the future with efforts to implement a curriculum that is dressed in Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational philosophy.

Abstract

Educational success depends on leadership. Schools can move towards improving quality and service if the principal chooses the right leadership style. The purpose of this study is to provide a description and analysis of the principal's leadership style at SMP Negeri 27 Bandar Lampung in an effort to improve the performance of teachers and education personnel, and to examine the factors that influence the principal's leadership style. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely field research, where data is collected in the field to see phenomena in a natural environment. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews or interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers used the Triangulation technique to test the validity of the data. The results of the study include several leadership styles: (1) democratic leadership; (2) autocratic leadership; (3) bureaucratic leadership; (4) charismatic leadership; (5) transformational; and (6) transactional leadership.

Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari masyarakat modern. Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif, seperti kecanduan, kecemasan, dan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis emosi pengguna media sosial berdasarkan durasi penggunaan harian dengan algoritma machine learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengguna media sosial. Data tersebut meliputi durasi penggunaan harian, platform media sosial yang digunakan, emosi yang muncul saat menggunakan media sosial, dan jumlah interaksi di media sosial. Algoritma machine learning kemudian digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan emosi pengguna media sosial berdasarkan durasi penggunaan harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi penggunaan media sosial dengan emosi pengguna. Pengguna yang menggunakan media sosial lebih lama cenderung mengalami emosi negatif seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana durasi penggunaan media sosial dapat memengaruhi emosi pengguna. Hasil studi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan strategi intervensi guna mencegah dampak negatif media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Education implicitly functions and aims to develop students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor personality potential. Advances in information technology have an impact, namely the easy entry of biotechnology and the infiltration of foreign culture which is negative, this can affect both the ethics, morals and character of students. So Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung created and implemented a religious culture for all school members. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the concept of organizational management based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School with the functions of planning, organizing, acting, evaluating in creating and cultivating religious culture in the elementary school. The approach method is descriptive with qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation regarding records of past events or school history and others, which discuss the problems in the research. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity checking technique uses extended participation and source triangulation. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Organizational planning based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture has gone through systematic planning stages and processes, in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school; 2) Organizing a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School based on religious culture in the division of authority, functions, duties and responsibilities based on the school organizational structure that has existed so far; 3) Implementing (actuating) a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture during implementation on a daily, weekly and annual basis; 4) Evaluation of religious culture-based organizations at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture is carried out with supervision, reporting and control.
