Parenting in the family has an impact on the child in all aspects. A contemporary approach to child care will produce an effective and appropriate model for current conditions. Neuroparenting is a contemporary parenting model that is starting to be adopted by many families, especially in Indonesia. This article aims to examine the concept of neuroparenting and find its relevance to contemporary Islamic family law. This article is a qualitative descriptive research whose data was collected from related literature. Literature data was obtained from journals and books that discuss neuroparenting and contemporary Islamic family law, which focuses on discussing the purpose of Islamic law (maqāshid al- al-sharīah). The data was then reduced, presented, and analyzed using an inductive method using hadanah theory and maqāshid al-sharīah to conclude. The research results show that parenting today cannot be separated from developments in science and technology, including neuroparenting. Neuroparenting is a parenting model that uses a medical approach to neuroscience studies. Neuroparenting helps direct child care tailored to gender, age, existing facilities, and infrastructure in the family, especially parents. The implementation of neuroparenting has been under the goals of Islamic law as a form of integration of contemporary science

Mengingat masih tingginya angka stunting di Indonesia, tim mahasiswa KKN-T UIKA Bogor dalam program kerjanya mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting di Desa Cinangneng. Fokus utamanya yaitu pencegahan stunting melalui aspek fisik dan psikologis. Tujuannya untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan pemahaman tentang pencegahan stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskIrptif dan metode ceramah interaktif. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan lancar dibuktikan dengan keterlibatan aktif dan antusiasme peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung dan kegiatan ini dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

The relationship between learning theories and their consequences for the creation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum is examined in this paper. The requirement of integrating cognitive, behavioral, and constructivist learning theories, the challenges of successful implementation, and the need to match the curriculum with contemporary educational practices are some of the main topics covered. The goal of the study is to examine how different learning theories might improve the PAI curriculum and give students a more interesting and fulfilling learning environment. Using a qualitative methodology, the study collected information on current practices and difficulties by conducting interviews with curriculum developers and instructors as well as literature reviews. The results show that incorporating different learning theories into the curriculum enhances it and fosters students' moral and critical thinking. In order for teachers to successfully implement these theoretical frameworks in their instruction, the study also highlights the significance of continual professional development. In order to fulfill the varied requirements of kids, curricular policymakers should embrace a dynamic and inclusive approach to PAI, according to the research's conclusions.

The culture of religious character is manifested in building a neat and structured culture at various levels of education. It is highly appropriate to implement this with the foundation of religious character values within students, as it will strengthen their faith and the application of these Islamic values can be nurtured through the school environment. Building a religious culture is very important and will indirectly influence the nature, attitudes, and actions of students. The goal of religious character education is the realization of awareness in applying normative values, which has a significant influence. Broadly speaking, this research aims to understand student management in enhancing the culture of religious character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Oku Timur Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with research locations at MIN 2 Oku Timur and MIS NU Sumedangsari Oku Timur. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation. The research results show that through structured student management, MIN 2 and MIS NU Oku Timur not only create a conducive academic environment but also instill strong religious values in students. With well-planned and closely monitored programs, these two madrasahs have successfully shaped students who are disciplined, responsible, and have a high love for Islamic teachings, making them individuals of noble character who are ready to contribute to society.

Latar belakang: Penyakit tidak menular yang banyak menyebabkan kematian salah satunya adalah kanker payudara. Pada remaja beresiko mengalami gangguan pada gangguan reproduksi dan salah satunya masalah pada remaja adalah kurangnya membiasakan diri melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri. Setiap tahun di negara Indonesia untuk penderita kanker sendiri selalu mengalami peningkatan. Kanker merupakan penyakit tumor ganas atau pertumbuhan sel yang abnormal yang tidak terkendali sehingga sel ini terus tumbuh. Setelah mengetahui dari latar belakang dan kasus yang terjadi, peneliti ingin melakukan eksperimen dengan pemberian intervensi video sadari beserta penjelasan yang ada dalam video tersebut, guna mengetahui ada tidaknya dampak positif untuk bisa dilakukan secara mandiri oleh responden. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif sebelum dan sesudah intervensi terhadap satu kelompok intervensi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 76 siswi dengan tekhnik purporsive sampling. Penelitian ini pada variabel bebas menggunakan instrumen SOP dan variabel terikat menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur sikap periksa payudara sendiri (SADARI). Untuk analisis datanya menggunakan Spearman Rank Test. Hasil: Penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pre-test dan post-test sikap remaja santriwati mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan perbandingan 0,000 > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan sikap setelah diberikan intervensi video SADARI pada remaja santriwati.

Issues related to the procedure of competition law proceeding in KPPU RI is a very important study. Moreover, this research specializes in reviewing the legal standing of the monitoring team in the commitment decision mechanism (which is one of the stage of many stages) in the case proceeding at KPPU RI. This study aims to answer the question whether the norm regulates the legal standing and legal authorities of commitment decision’s monitoring team in Business Competition Supervisory Commission Regulation No. 1/ 2019 concerning Procedures for Handling Cases of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition is in accordance with the nemo judex in causa sua principle. This research is normative doctrinal legal research with statutory and conceptual approach. This study concludes that the norm regulates the legal standing and legal authorities of commitment decision’s monitoring team in Business Competition Supervisory Commission Regulation No. 1/ 2019 concerning Procedures for Handling Cases of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition is in accordance with the nemo judex in causa sua principle.Keywords: KPPU; Nemo Judex; Commitment Decision; Monitoring Team. AbstrakPermasalahan terkait prosedur penanganan perkara persaingan usaha di KPPU RI merupakan kajian yang penting, terlebih dalam penelitian ini penulis mengkhususkan kajiannya dalam meneliti terkait kedudukan tim pengawasan pada masa pengawasan mekanisme perubahan perilaku yang menjadi salah satu proses dari sekian tahapan dalam prosedur penanganan perkara di KPPU RI. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah norma tentang kedudukan dan kewenangan hukum tim pengawas perubahan perilaku dalam Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha No. 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Tata Cara Penanganan Perkara Praktik Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat berkesesuaian dengan asas nemo judex in causa sua? Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan konseptual (conceptual approach). Bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa semua sumber hukum yang berkekuatan hukum tetap, dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa jurnal, buku, dan karya ilmiah terkait. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa norma tentang kedudukan dan kewenangan hukum tim pengawas perubahan perilaku sebagaimana dalam Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha No. 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Tata Cara Penanganan Perkara Praktik Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat tidak berkesesuaian dengan asas nemo judex in causa sua. Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan keanekaragaman budaya, suku, dan tradisi, yang membentuk identitasnya sebagai bangsa besar. Salah satu tradisi budaya yang menarik perhatian adalah keberadaan benda pusaka, yang di beberapa daerah dipercaya memiliki kekuatan gaib dan nilai historis tinggi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kepercayaan masyarakat Banjar di Kabupaten Tapin terhadap pemeliharaan benda pusaka, seperti keris dan besi tua. Berdasarkan keyakinan animisme yang masih berkembang, benda-benda ini dianggap memiliki kekuatan spiritual yang dapat memberikan perlindungan, keberuntungan, hingga kemudahan dalam menghadapi masalah hidup. Dengan perspektif hukum Islam, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi batasan antara pemeliharaan benda pusaka sebagai budaya dan keyakinan akidah, yang dapat menimbulkan khurafat jika tidak dipahami dengan benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologi, didukung oleh wawancara dengan tokoh ulama di wilayah Tapin, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan benda pusaka dapat dianggap mubah dalam hukum Islam selama tidak dijadikan objek pujaan atau keyakinan yang melampaui syariat. Tradisi seperti membersihkan benda pusaka pada waktu tertentu dan menyertai ritual dengan doa-doa Islam masih menjadi praktik yang umum di masyarakat Banjar. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi tentang pemisahan antara tradisi budaya dan akidah untuk menjaga kemurnian keyakinan serta melestarikan nilai budaya tanpa melanggar prinsip-prinsip agama.

Lansia sering mengalami perasaan kesepian akibat perubahan sosial dan psikologis, seperti kehilangan pasangan, berkurangnya interaksi sosial, serta keterbatasan fisik. Kesepian yang berkepanjangan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental dan kualitas hidup lansia. Salah satu intervensi non-farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi kesepian adalah terapi hipnotis lima jari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi hipnotis lima jari terhadap penurunan tingkat kesepian pada lansia di Desa Alastengah, Kecamatan Besuk.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre experiment dengan pendekatan pretest-postest desaign. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 lansia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Intervensi berupa terapi hipnotis lima jari diberikan sebanyak 1 sesi selama 3 hari. Pengukuran tingkat kesepian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner UCLA Loneliness Scale sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan terapi hipnotis 5 jari kesepian pada lansia dengan kategori sedang 27 responden (67,5) dan sesudah diberikan terapi hipnotis dengan kategori rendah 29 responden (72,5). Hasil uji analisa menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan tingkat kesepian setelah diberikan terapi hipnotis lima jari, dengan nilai p = 0,001 < α = 0,05. Terapi hipnotis lima jari efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kesepian pada lansia. Intervensi ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif terapi non-farmakologis yang sederhana dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional lansia di komunitas.

Educational management is a fundamental order in the implementation of education that is applied in the development of education. So in this discussion, Islamic educational management is interpreted as the art and science of managing Islamic educational resources to achieve Islamic educational goals effectively and efficiently in planning, implementation and results. Therefore, basic knowledge is needed in order to form a perfect and in-depth understanding of the science being studied, namely, an understanding of the concept of Islamic educational management that takes the perspective of the Qur'an, As-Sunnah and applicable laws as the basis for implementing Islamic educational management. by using this research analysis method, it produces the learning method applied in Ma'had Aly Al Mukmin currently there are three methods or learning systems. Namely intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. The intracurricular learning method is the core learning method or the main learning that we can later convey to students.

The purpose of this research is to understand the teachers' comprehension and challenges regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the subject of Islamic Education (PAI), as well as the strengths and weaknesses in its implementation at SMP Negeri 1 Buay Bahuga. This study uses qualitative field research, with primary data sources being individuals (informants), and the research findings are summarized in statements consisting of sentences and words. The researcher conducted direct observations to gather necessary information for the study. Research findings show that the Merdeka curriculum has significant potential to improve the quality of education at SMPN 1 Buay Bahuga, particularly in the subject of Islamic Education (PAI). However, its successful implementation is heavily dependent on the readiness and capability of teachers, as well as continuous support and training.
