Abstract

Abstract

Clinical pathways are essential for achieving good clinical governance in hospitals as they standardize patient care. However, the compliance with the implementation of the inguinal hernia clinical pathway at Linggajati Hospital does not meet the minimum standard of 80%. Specifically, the service quality is below the desired 80%, treatment costs do not align with INA CBGs standards, and the length of stay exceeds the recommended ≤3 days. This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance with the implementation of the inguinal hernia clinical pathway on service quality, treatment costs and length of stay at Linggajati Hospital. This type of research is survey research. The population of this study was the medical records of inguinal hernia patients from January 2023 to June 2024. The sample in this study was 204 respondents taken using the purposive sampling technique. Univariate data analysis uses frequency distribution and the Three Box Method, and multivariate analysis uses multinomial regression and ordinary least squares (OLS) regression. Results: Compliance with the implementation of the inguinal hernia clinical pathway does not have an impact on the quality of service and cost of care but only has an impact on the length of stay at Linggajati Hospital with an R-square value of 0.039 and a P-value of 0.000. Conclusions: The results of this research have implications for providing information to health workers to further optimise clinical pathway compliance and monitor quality control evaluation and hospital care costs.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of environmental accounting disclosure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. A quantitative approach was employed as the methodological basis of the analysis. The findings reveal that, simultaneously, environmental accounting and CSR have a significant impact on corporate financial performance. However, when examined partially, the effects of each variable exhibit contrasting directions, with variable X1 showing a significant positive effect, while variable X2 demonstrates a negative effect. These results highlight the importance of integrating environmental and social issues into the corporate reporting framework as a strategic step toward sustainability, while also serving as a reference for regulators in strengthening policies on transparency and accountability in non-financial reporting.

Abstract

Civil dispute resolution is an important aspect of the legal system, aiming to achieve a fair and efficient solution for the parties involved. Mediation and arbitration, as alternatives to out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR), have gained significant popularity in recent years. This systematic literature review aims to examine the role of mediation and arbitration in civil dispute resolution. This study uses a systematic search methodology to identify and analyze relevant studies in various scientific databases. The results of this study conclude that mediation and arbitration are valuable tools for resolving civil disputes. By raising awareness and addressing existing challenges, mediation and arbitration can play a greater role in achieving fair and efficient settlement of civil disputes. Both methods not only reduce the burden on the court, but also increase the participation and satisfaction of the parties to the dispute. Mediation and arbitration provide procedural flexibility that allows for adjustments to the specific context of the dispute, ultimately resulting in better acceptance of the decision. However, the successful implementation of mediation and arbitration is highly dependent on a supportive legal framework and policies that promote its use. Overall, mediation and arbitration are vital components in the modern civil dispute resolution system, with great potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the justice system.

Abstract

This paper is to evaluate the use of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) at Hospital X which has been used so far. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage and user satisfaction on net benefits. Researchers use the DeLone and McLean method because this model is known as a simple model but is considered quite valid by researchers in measuring an information system. This research was conducted on the population of Hospital X staff who used SIMRS using a questionnaire. The research results show that system quality has no effect on usage. Then system quality affects user satisfaction. The results of this research also show that information quality and service quality jointly influence user usage and satisfaction. Additionally, usage and user satisfaction influence net benefits. As a mediator of use and user satisfaction, it also influences system quality, information quality and service quality on net benefits. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for developing the potential of SIMRS to be even better and provide information regarding the factors that influence the quality of SIMRS at Hospital X.
