Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan berwirausaha Edit video Shooting dan Event Organizer Bagi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) purna Di Sukabumi Jawa Barat, bertujuan: (1) Untuk melatih para TKI Purna memiliki kemampuan literasi keuangan sebagai modal berwirausaha; (2) Untuk melatih para TKI Purna berwira- usaha membuka jasa editing video shooting, dan (3) Untuk melatih para TKI Purna berwirausaha dengan menjadi pelaku event organizer. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para TKI Purna di Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat, khususnya di Desa di Desa Cibolang, Kecamatan Gunung Guruh, Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat sejumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam dua materi penting yang sangat terkait dengan pelatihan berwirausaha TKI Purna, yaitu Edit Video Shooting dan Even Organizer. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama satu hari, yaitu tanggal 20 Agustus 2016. Pada tahap pertama diberikan materi Edit Video Shooting, agar para TKI Purna bisa membuka jasa di bidang tersebut. Selanjutnya pada tahap kedua diberikan materi keterampilan even organizer agar para TKI Purna bisa membuka usaha di bidang tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan didapat beberapa kesimpulan di antaranya: (1) Para TKI Purna sudah memiliki kemampuan literasi keuangan sebagai modal berwirausaha; (2) Para TKI Purna sudah memiliki kemampuan edit video shooting sebagai bekal berwirausaha di bidang tersebut, dan (3) Para TKI Purna sudah memiliki kemampuan even organizer sebagai bekal untuk berwirausaha di bidang tersebut.

Abstract

The personality of the Indonesian Women’s Navy Corps (KOWAL) greatly influences the form of professional commitment that has a good impact on its institution. The objective of this research was to find out and analyze the influence of empowerment and personality of the Indonesian Women’s Navy Corps. The sample of this research was taken by using proportional random sampling. The samples were the Women Navy Corps consisted of 160 respondents from a total of 250 Women Navy Corps. In this research, the researchers used Structural Equation Model in testing, analyzing the data, and model development. The Data were analyzed by using statistical software tools (LISREL 8.8). The results were: 1) Empowerment has a positive direct influence on personality, 2) Empowerment has a positive direct influence on professional commitment, and 3) Personality has a positive direct influence on professional commitment.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan minat berwiirausaha karyawan saat memasuki masa purnabakti. Populasi penelitian adalah tenaga kependidikan di UNJ yang bukan pimpinan dan saat ini tidak memiliki usaha yang menjadi sumber penghasilan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode acak, khususnya teknik acak sederhana. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Merujuk pada temuan pada analisis deskriptif variabel penelitian, beberapa indikator dari efikasi diri yang direspon rendah oleh responden adalah mampu menciptakan produk yang unik, memiliki hemampuan untuk meyakinkan investor; dan mampu membangun kepercayaan investor. Berdasarkan uraian deskriptif tentang karakteristik responden, beberapa temuan antara lain: relative sedikitnya jumlah responden yang telah memasuki masa purnabakti dan tetap diperbantukan sebagai karyawan; terkait dengan jenjang pendidikan responden, sebagian responden memiliki jenjang pendidikan menengah atas, dan diduga kurikulum SMA belum memasukkan kewirausahaan sebagai bagian dari kompetensi yang harus dikembangkan pada saat mereka menempuh pendidikan; pada kelompok pengeluaran di bawah Rp. 1 juta sampai dengan kelompok pengeluaran Rp. 3-3,99 juta, terdapat tren pengeluaran yang meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya usia, dengan rata­rata waktu menjelang pensiun ketiga kelompok tersebut adalah 15 tahun dan diasumsikan laju pertumbuhan inflasi adalah 8% per' tahun, maka pengeluaran responden akan meningkat 2,17 kali lipat saat mereka memasuki masa purnabakti; sebagian responden hanya memiliki satu sumber penghasilan, mayoritas responden dalam kelompok ini sudah berkeluarga dan diduga memiliki pasangan yang tidak bekerja; responden yang memiliki lebih dari 2 sumber penghasilan hanya 1,4% responden. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, seluruh persyaratan penggunan teknik analisis terpenuhi. Hasil uji Hipotesis mendukung dugaan awal terdapatnya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan minat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan: 1) secara umum dapat dideskripikan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat efikasi dan minat berwirausaha yang relatif tinggi, dan 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan minat berwirausaha. Sebesar 266% variasi nilai minat berwirausaha dijelaskan oleh efikasi diri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This researchaimed to find out what explains the concepts of economic resilience through information and technology based assesment for the purpose of studying the micro and small enterprises in The Jakarta Province. In collecting the research datas, interviews were being conducted while the answers from the informants would lead the researchers’ conclusions. Thisresearch have resulted on confirmation that there is a growing trend of economic development in the community of micro and small industrial center as a way to enhance economic resilience. The Jakarta province should reinforce this kind and a like industrial center to build the strengths of the enterprises as economic stimulation to the community. Another result is in the terms of information and technology based assesment, we have found that the concepts of economic resilience could be achieved through the distribution of economic development in the attempt of increasing businesses’ productivity as the result of information and technology applications. Furthermore,the respectively regulation and laws coming from the authorities have provided the protection and guidence needed by the enterprises in the creation of economic development and long-term businesses’ growth. Abstract

Abstract This study intends to determine the direct and indirect effects of Quality of Work Life and Career Development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior via Organizational Commitment and Entrepreneurial Orientation. This research explains by evaluating hypotheses regarding the nature of the relationship and influence among factors. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis is utilized for statistical analysis. Results indicated that Quality of Work Life and Career Development positively influenced Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Quality of Work-Life positively influences Organizational Commitment; Organizational Commitment positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Career Development positively influences Entrepreneurial Orientation; Entrepreneurial Orientation positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Quality of Work Life positively influences Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The innovation capabilities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important to enhance the competitive advantage and performance of the business. The aim of the research is to analysis the effect of Social Capital (SC) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) on Innovation Capabilities (In). This research is a descriptive study by applying a quantitative methodology to analyses the significance of the factors that affect Innovation Capabilities using simple random sampling technique on 86 respondents of culinary MSMEs located in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Data processing and analysis was carried out using SMART PLS. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) have a positive and significant effect on Innovation Capabilities (In), but Social Capital (SC) is not significant. Therefore, further research will conduct research model that makes SC as an indirect variable and develop a research model framework for other factors that have an impact on Innovation Capability and Business Performance.

Abstract

A global survey states that humans, in general, are increasingly happy globally. These results contradict the global situation where environmental disasters and global warming are increasingly threatening and making damage in various parts of the world. This, in turn, will result in unhappiness, at least in the long run. Because of this contradiction, sustainable wellbeing is raised, a more ethical concept, and hence, more essential for human welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived job insecurity and mindfulness on sustainable wellbeing. This study used 140 employees in service center companies in Bekasi district and Karawang, The results show that social connectedness has a significant and positive effect on sustainable wellbeing. Mindfulness also has a significant and positive effect on sustainable wellbeing. The researcher uses the socio-ecological perspective as the grand theory to explain the relationship between the hypothesized relationships.

Abstract

In today's modern industry, where intense competition between companies in the global economic era requires companies to always be the foremost and best in providing satisfying services to consumers. In this case the sales force is one of the company's human resources that has a role in achieving the company's goals. This study aimed to investigate the effect of conflict management, compensation, work motivation on the employee performance of sales people. The sampling technique the researchers used is proportional random sampling. In this study, researchers used 200 samples taken. The number of population is one dealer with four different ones, so the sample is also different. The number of sales people who were sampled 200 respondents from 302 salespeople. The sample size is proportional to the population at each dealer. Statistical tools used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data are analyzed by using statistical software LISREL 8.5. This study resulted in the finding that Conflict management has positive effect on work motivation. Conflict management has positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has positive effect on work motivation. Compensation has positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has positive effect on employee performance. Conflict Management also has an indirect influence through work motivation. Compensation also has an indirect influence through work motivation.

Abstract

Human capital management (HCM) is a new development of human resource management. The definition of human capital emphasizes the notion that humans are one of the main capitals in an organization or company with infinite value and amount, manageable in a process, and in turn producing more values for the organization. This study aims to offer an idea in building human capital management for Defense Forces Lecturers at Naval Command and Staf College (NCSC/SESKOAL) through formulating rules about the Code of Ethics of Defense Forces Lecturers and the establishment of the Commission of Ethics at SESKOAL. This study uses soft systems methodology-based action research. The findings of this study indicate that these rules can improve the quality and motivation of lecturers at SESKOAL in Indonesian National Defence Forces (INDF/TNI) towards a world-class military college.
