Abstract

Database is a collection of data that forming an information that useful for managers in an organization to facilitate data management process to become more effective and safely guarantee. A good database has fast and accurate response time performance in data execution processing. To manage the database, it requires a special language or query known as Structure Query Language (SQL). Increase need for fast information, will need a proper SQL as well. Therefore, through this research, a test analysis will be used to optimize the query response time in database management system commonly used today, namely the My Structured Query Language (MySQL) using PHP version of 7.2.27 relational database which will be tested on the Oebufu Village Aspiration and Information Service System (SELMA) that acessed from localhost panels with a total of 1000 test data records. The test is devoted to the effectiveness of using SELECT queries in calling and displaying data through restructuring the use of clauses. This study aims to help improve data management by providing the results of the comparative analysis of response times between the general query model and the optimized query results in order to determine the correct and efficient query structure. The result is proven by doing query optimization, it is found that the presentation of time optimization is significant, which is 78% much faster than the initial query, through this test it can be concluded that optimization plays an important role in streamlining the response time of database queries.

Abstract

School management information system is an important application used to manage data and information of a school in order to provide the best service to the community. To create an effective and efficient information system, an effective database design is needed. This needs to be done because if the database is not designed properly, in the future when a system starts to develop, the integrity data stored in the database will decrease. One aspect that needs to be considered is database security. Database security is very important, because the data stored in the database is important information for schools, such as student, financial and employee data. One of the method that can be used to improve database security is Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which is limiting access to users or roles according to their respective roles. Abstract

The title of this study was Retrieval Citra Batik Pesisir. The purpose of this study is how to measure the similarity between the query image to the image database on the image of a very diverse coastal batik influenced by the geographical location of the islands, the state of nature, and the structure of society, by implementing the transformation method curvelet fast discrete and HSV color space. And knowing the average yield precision image retrieval based coastal batik content using relative method manhatan. This research uses experimental analysis on coastal batik image dataset of the query image with the image in the database. Coastal batik image data taken are secondary data from the internet already results reproduk regardless of noise and shooting techniques. Applications are designed and built in stages as a test prototype image retrieval coastal batik using programming language Matlab R2014a. Based on the description of explanation and discussion on the overall chapter thesis for image retrieval batik to determine the extraction of the best features that the average value of precision curvelet scale of 4 to 85.17%, curvelet scale of 5 namely 88.62%, curvelet scale of 6 average precision value ie 90.73 %. For the average value of precision for HSV color space by 81.55%. As for the average value of precision curvelet scale 4 and HSV color space by 83.44%, to curvelet scale of 5 and HSV color space by 85.34% and to curvelet scale 6 and HSV color space by 87.71%. From this it can be deduced that the higher the measurement scale, the average precision is getting better at the time of image retrieval.Keywords: Content Based Image retrieval, Transformasi Curvelet Fast Discrete , Ruang Warna HSV , Relative Manhatan, Precision.

Abstract

The application of SI/TI in the Organization has three main objectives to improve work efficiency, effectiveness of management and competitive advantage. Planning of integrated information system strategy very important is done at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, so can having a mechanism applying SI/TI to optimal achieve the vision, mission and purpose. Abstract

The development of communication is increasingly rapid which does not escape from various threats such as eavesdropping or data theft, because that security aspect of data security is now very calculated. Various ways have been done to secure data that contains confidential information. One method used is to scramble the data into unclear content, so that when tapped it will be difficult to find out the actual information content. Encryption techniques by changing and randomizing the original form of data are called cryptography. Vigenere cipher is one type of classical cryptography algorithm that is popular and often used. This Vigenere cipher uses a substitution technique in encrypting the message where each plaintext character in the message will be encrypted into another character in the ciphertext based on the key used. One Pad algorithm is one algorithm that has perfection when encrypting and decrypting it. The basic concept of the One Time Pad algorithm is almost the same as the Vigenere algorithm, except that in this algorithm the key is generated randomly. In this paper, we will explain how to strengthen Vigenere cipher by modifying Vigenere ciphers. Modifications are carried out by applying One Time Pad encryption generated from the key and the next key generation technique using Vigenere encryption continues so that the key used for the coding will be different from the key used previously. With the use of this method, the connection between plaintext and ciphertext will become less and more difficult to solve cryptanalis.Keywords: Cryptography, Modification, Vigenere Cipher, One Time Pad, and Cyber Security.

Abstract

Gablind is an Android-based application which used as assisting tool for enhancing mobility of visually impaired person. But, in it’s actual use, Gablind have not get positive feedback from user. Acceptance factor become one of big factor for succession of an application. One of method that can be use to measure user acceptance is Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT. This research proved performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence effect to behavior intention variable and facilitating condition effect to use behavior with help of gender, age, experience, voluntariness of use moderators. Data retrieved from thirty sample that consist from visually impaired person from YAKETUNIS Institution Yogyakarta. Data processing analysed using SPSS. Research result showed there are positive and negative effects between variable context. Performance expectancy proved does not have no effect toward behavior intention. While effort expectancy and social influence have positive effect and significantly affect behavior intention. Facilitating condition and behavior intention also have positive effect and significantly affect use behavior.   Keywords: gablind, acceptance, UTAUT.

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of inaudible speech in multimedia content due to the lack of post-production techniques, particularly in the ducking process, which remains a persistent problem in the audio engineering industry. This study presents two methods of sidechain compression: basic sidechain compression and multiband compression, aimed at improving the quality of speech in multimedia content. Using a comparative analysis of the two compression methods, this paper recommends the most suitable method for each musical genre that will be used in multimedia content. This research offers valuable insights for media industry professionals and audio processing researchers, as it provides a better understanding of the role of sidechain compression in enhancing the quality of multimedia content. The results of the study demonstrate the effectiveness of the compression methods in improving the quality of dialog in multimedia content. Studi ini mempresentasikan dua metode sidechain compression: basic sidechain compression dan multiband compression, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pidato dalam konten multimedia. Dengan melakukan analisis perbandingan dari kedua metode kompresi, tulisan ini merekomendasikan metode yang paling cocok untuk setiap genre musik yang akan digunakan dalam konten multimedia. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi profesional industri media dan peneliti pemrosesan audio, karena memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran sidechain compression dalam meningkatkan kualitas konten multimedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas metode kompresi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dialog/narasi dalam konten multimedia.

Abstract

The Indonesian government continues to strive to improve public services to meet global demands, one of which is the development of technology such as a broad and integrated internet known as e-government. In implementing the e-government concept, it is necessary to have an IT audit to align the IT management process with the plans, objectives, and business strategies of government institutions. One framework that can be used as a standard is COBIT. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review research method to answer Research Questions (RQ): RQ1 regarding how the COBIT framework is used in IT audit case studies, especially in the e-government field, RQ2 regarding the COBIT domain used in research. The results of the study obtained 32 journals that were selected through a literature search process, literature selection according to criteria, and quality assessment. The results of the study, especially in the context of the main research question, namely the journals reviewed using the COBIT framework with various versions in evaluating e-government implementation. In COBIT there is a workflow that starts from identifying problems in the organization to analyzing capability level. In this study, it is known that the COBIT 2019 version is more adaptable to organizational conditions and technological developments because this version has more domains and design factors have been added (answer RQ1). The COBIT framework has 5 domains, namely the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA domains. The most dominant domains used in assessing e-government implementation in journals are the APO and DSS (answer RQ2).

Abstract

Berhubungan dengan era revolusi industri 5.0 kita perlu bersyukur semua pekerjaan menjadi dimudahkan dengan terdigitalisasi. Berbagai pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan jauh lebih mudah, cepat dan secara otomatis. Konsep era industri 5.0 memiliki fokus pendayagunaan aspek dari manusia, data dan teknologi berbasis modern. Manusia dan sistem saling terhubung dan mendapatkan hasil maksimal dengan bantuan AI. Konsep ini memberikan dampak positif untuk menghadapi perubahan besar pada transformasi digital. Perkembangan pesat dari transformasi digital saat ini ada pada pendeteksian objek menggunakan machine learning. Deteksi objek adalah teknik dari computer vision dalam pembacaan pengenalan objek pada gambar ataupun video. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan klasifikasi deteksi objek dengan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) menggunakan arsitektur VGG16Net dengan mengklasifikasikan wajah bermasker dan tidak bermasker. Dataset yang digunakan untuk proses training diperoleh dari kaggle berjumlah 3.725 menggunakan masker, 3.828 tidak menggunakan masker dan dataset untuk proses testing menggunakan dataset personal berjumlah 16 dataset. Evaluasi jaringan pelatihan model menggunakan confusion matrix sedangkan tahap pengujian menggunakan SSD ResNet10. Hasil evaluasi dari rancangan implementasi pelatihan model didapatkan nilai akurasi 0,992%, presisi 1.000, dan recall 0,984. Kemudian hasil pengujian testing mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dengan akurasi 100%.

Abstract

The political year for 2024 has now increasingly entertained all Indonesian people to hold a democratic party. Various political parties have become quite dramatic in expressing their coalitions and declaring their alignment with several presidential candidates that are known to the whole community. The electability of each presidential candidate that is determined is increasingly interesting and hotly discussed, which often makes anyone take action to voice their partisanship between the pros and cons. One of them is Ganjar Pranowo, who is a political figure for the governor of Central Java. Recently, in the middle of 2023, a political party has proposed him to advance to the seat of head of state as a presidential candidate for the upcoming 2024 election. With the existence of various polemics of opinion from various layers of society, this is the right moment to carry out an analysis as a form of polarization unanimity which is presented from various public opinions as a general description and an outline in sentiment in the form of information on the conclusions of public opinion. The stages in this research began with conducting a literature study and exploring studies related to opinions and alignments with public sentiment regarding the electability of Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate, and then collecting opinion data from Twitter on the electability of Ganjar Pranowo. At the experimental stage, the authors divided the data with a percentage of 80% training data and 20% testing data. The modeling used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Naïve Bayes to classify text data as well as make comparisons of the two. In the implementation process, the author uses python as a programming language in building the model. Confusion Matrix is used for every performance evaluation related to model accuracy in each algorithm. The results showed that the division of training data and testing data and the value of k in the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) model greatly affect the accuracy of the model. From the test results on the comparison of the two models, the K-Nearest Neighbor model has the best accuracy with an accuracy value of 99% of the K-Nearest Neighbor with an accuracy value of 96%. The percentage of sentiment with a comparison of 96.6% positive sentiment and 3.4% negative sentiment concluded that most people still dominate positive sentiment.
