Abstract

Background: Postpartum blues is a mild psychological disorder commonly experienced by mothers after childbirth, especially primiparous mothers who have no prior experience dealing with physical and emotional changes after delivery. This condition is characterized by symptoms such as mood swings, anxiety, frequent crying, and emotional fatigue. One important protective factor in preventing postpartum blues is family support. Purpose: To systematically review family support in preventing postpartum blues among primiparous mothers. Method: A literature review was conducted by searching for relevant scientific articles from databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, and BMC. The analyzed articles were published between 2020 and 2024. Results: The analysis shows that family support, especially from husbands, has a significant relationship in preventing and reducing the risk of postpartum blues. Emotional support, practical assistance, open communication, and active involvement in infant care are key elements in supporting maternal mental health. Qualitative studies also indicate that family support provides a sense of being valued and strengthens mothers’ ability to cope with postpartum changes. Conclusion: Family support has been proven to play an important role as an effective non-medical intervention in preventing postpartum blues among primiparous mothers.   Keywords: Family Support; Postpartum Blues; Primiparous Mothers.   Pendahuluan: Postpartum blues merupakan gangguan psikologis ringan yang umum dialami oleh ibu setelah melahirkan, terutama pada ibu primipara yang belum memiliki pengalaman menghadapi perubahan fisik dan emosional pascapersalinan. Kondisi ini ditandai oleh gejala seperti perubahan suasana hati, kecemasan, mudah menangis, dan kelelahan emosional. Salah satu faktor protektif yang penting dalam mencegah terjadinya postpartum blues adalah dukungan dari keluarga. Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji secara sistematis dukungan keluarga dalam mencegah postpartum blues pada ibu primipara. Metode: Literature review dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah yang relevan dari database Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, dan BMC. Artikel yang dianalisis dipublikasikan dalam rentang tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Hasil: Analisis menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga, terutama dukungan dari suami, memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dalam mencegah dan menurunkan risiko postpartum blues. Dukungan emosional, bantuan praktis, komunikasi terbuka, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pengasuhan bayi menjadi elemen utama dalam mendukung kesehatan mental ibu. Studi kualitatif juga menggambarkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memberikan rasa dihargai dan memperkuat kemampuan ibu dalam menghadapi perubahan pascapersalinan Simpulan: Dukungan keluarga terbukti berperan penting sebagai intervensi non-medis yang efektif dalam mencegah postpartum blues pada ibu primipara.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga; Ibu Primipara; Postpartum Blues.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this research is to see an overview of the scientific attitude possessed by students at SMPN 17 Ksota Jambi based on indicators of adoption of scientific attitudes and indicators of interest in increasing science study time. Methodology: This research is a quantitative study, namely researchers using survey methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Main Findings: The results of the 2 attitude indicators discussed in this study are indicators of the adoption of a scientific attitude by 62.5% of students in the good category. While the interest in increasing the time to study science by 66.4% of students is in the sufficient category. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research is an indicator used to describe the attitudes of students at SMPN 17 Kota Jambi, namely indicators of the adoption of a scientific attitude and an interest in increasing the time to study science.

Abstract

The postpartum period is a critical phase that requires optimal care to prevent maternal and neonatal complications. However, postpartum mothers living in the wetland area of Sri Meranti Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, still have limited knowledge and skills regarding postpartum care and proper breastfeeding techniques. This community service program aimed to analyze the effectiveness of community empowerment-based postpartum care education in improving the knowledge and breastfeeding skills of postpartum mothers in wetland areas. The program employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach involving 30 postpartum mothers in the working area of the Umban Sari Public Health Center from July to September 2024. The intervention was conducted through health education, demonstrations, and re-demonstrations using booklets and educational videos. Evaluation was performed using a knowledge questionnaire and the LATCH Assessment Tool. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test with a 95% confidence interval. The results demonstrated a significant increase in postpartum mothers’ knowledge scores from 70.3 ± 8.5 to 89.7 ± 5.4 after the intervention (p=0.001). In addition, the total LATCH score increased from 5.4 ± 1.8 to 9.0 ± 0.9 after the intervention. All LATCH components showed improvement in breastfeeding technique ability  among postpartum mothers. Educational interventions grounded in community empowerment have the potential to enhance postpartum mothers’ knowledge and breastfeeding skills. Such interventions may be considered routine promotive strategies within maternal health services in wetland communities.Keywords: Community empowerment, health education, postpartum care, postpartum mothers, wetlands area.

Abstract

Tanah inceptisol umumnya memiliki sifat fisik sedang hingga tinggi. Namun, sifat fisik tersebut dapat menurun jika terdapat faktor pembatas di lahan, yaitu derajat kemiringan. Pada lereng yang curam, laju infiltrasi tanah menurun, yang menyebabkan peningkatan limpasan permukaan dan erosi tanah (Dewi et al., 2012). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh bahan organik (kompos dan pupuk kandang) terhadap sifat fisik lapisan tanah bawah dan kandungan C-organik tanah kebun jeruk lemon. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan yang masing-masing diulang 5 kali sehingga jumlah pot yang digunakan adalah 20 pot. Perlakuan tersebut meliputi P1 (Kontrol), P2 (Tanah bawah +kompos), P3 (Tanah bawah + pupuk kandang sapi), dan P4 (Tanah bawah + pupuk kandang kambing). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pupuk kandang sapi (1000 g.pot-1) yang dicampur dengan tanah lapisan bawah (kedalaman tanah 30-60 cm) dapat menurunkan berat jenis tanah, meningkatkan porositas tanah, meningkatkan kestabilan agregat tanah, meningkatkan kapasitas lengas tanah, meningkatkan titik layu permanen, menurunkan porositas makro, meningkatkan porositas meso dan meningkatkan porositas mikro tanah lapisan bawah inceptisol. Penambahan pupuk kandang sapi meningkatkan kapasitas air tersedia (AWC) tanah lapisan bawah inceptisol. Penambahan pupuk kandang sapi meningkatkan kandungan C organik tanah lapisan bawah inceptisol.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study offers fresh insights by analyzing how inflation, exchange rates, and economic growth affect Indonesia’s IDX Finance sector, addressing a key gap in understanding the market's internal dynamics. Research Objectives: This study quantifies the impact of inflation, exchange rates, and economic growth on the Indonesian IDX Finance sector.  Research Method: This study uses 62 monthly observations and a VECM to analyze short- and long-run relationships among variables. Empirical Results:  Long-run VECM estimates reveal that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Exchange Rate (ER) exert significant positive pressures on IDXFINANCE, suggesting that moderate inflationary environments often catalyze credit expansion and heightened demand for financial intermediation. Conversely, Economic Growth (EG) exhibits a statistically negligible long-term impact. Implications: The findings indicate that IDX Finance is largely driven by its own past dynamics rather than by external macroeconomic shocks. As a result, internal market trends provide more reliable short-term predictions than traditional economic indicators, especially when the sector’s persistence is taken into account.
