Abstract

This research purpose to getting information, analyzing, and discuss data about the effect of environment boarding house towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.Kind research used co relational descriptive. Population research is all of students’ geography number of 655 people. The sample research taken with Random Sampling proportion sample determined 10% so that sum of research sample is 66 students.                                   Based on analyze simple regression linear, fold (multiple) and correlation then sum up as follow:(1)  there are the effect of environment boarding house towards achievement study  students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra because t-calculate > t-table was  (3,393 > 1,668), the effect of environment boarding house who live towards achievement study is low categories       (r = 0,390) and big contribution environment boarding house included minor (15,2%), (2) there are the effect number of students which cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra because t-calculate > t-table was (3,624 > 1,668). Significant effect number of students which cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study included middle         (r = 0,413) and big contribution number of students that cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study is very small that is 17,0% and (3) there are the effect of environment cost’s students and number of students’ cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra with contribution both variable cost’ environment mentioned toward variable Y number of  24,9% included categories small and variable cost’ environment students and number of students’ cost determining achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aimed to obtain, analyze and discuss about Socio-Economic Housewife Oil Palm Plantation Workers Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region views of : 1) education, (2) skills and (3) incomeThis research is classified as descriptive. Population was a homemaker palm plantation workers in Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region and double roles in working in the oil palm plantation as many as 50 people. Sample of respondents was taken by total sampling as many of the 50 people. Collecting data using guided inquiry, statistical analysis used was descriptive using percentage formula . The results showed as follows ; 1 ) the level of education housewives oil palm plantation workers Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region, formal education is generally completed primary school and no informal education, (2) skills housewife working in Oil Palm Plantation Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region, generally have the appropriate skills to work and are satisfied with the salary earned and (3) income housewives oil palm plantation workers Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region, generally income of Rp 500.000 - Rp 800.000/month and labor expenses housewife Palm plantation Pauh Terenja village XIV Koto District Mukomuko region generally Rp 268.000 to Rp 374.000/month

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know Profile of Tenun Songket Unggan at Kenagarian Unggan Kecamatan Sumpur Kudus Kabupaten Sijunjung.Type of this research is descriptive. Population of this research is all of Tenun Songket Unggan worker at Kecamatan Sumpur Kudus that are include of 4 groups. Sample of respondent is taken using Proporsional Random Sampling with 60% proporsional where amount of sample is 98 people. Technique of analysis data uses analysis with percentage formula. Meanwhile, technique of data collection is toward questionnaires or instruments.The result of research is determined that are 1) Average capital of every industry Tenun Songket Uggan which comes from BANK loan by using mean to average is Rp.  8.000.000 - Rp. 9.500.000 (55.10%) and fluent capital Rp. 100.000 – Rp. 200.000 (57.14%) every groups. Furthermore, difficulty of cultivation capital Tenun Songket Unggan industry is profit Bank range which is high (75.51%). 2) Main raw material Tenun Songket Unggan industry is Injek Yarn (100%), and supported yarn is Tembago Yarn and Gold Yarn. For available raw material (54.08%) enough available, and this raw material is get from neighbor village (79.59%) with directly selling to market (79.59%). 3) This worker of Tenun Songket Unggan industry group is average steady worker (82.65%) with activity job between 5 until 7 of hours every day (61.22%). Meanwhile, high skill of worker is sewing skill (51.02%) and there are problems Tenun Songket Unggan crafting program, but it is not difficult. 4) Marketing where is way of marketing the result of Tenun Songket Unggan that directly sell in industry location (77.55%), and main village of seller is Sijunjung village (100%), on the other word of Sijunjung (64.29%) that is foreign country. Fluent of marketing is (55.10%) and constraint in marketing is about narrow as marketing region (78.57%). There resolve this problem that promote of industry (79.59%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT                 This study aims to obtain, process, analyze, and discuss data on factors that influence population mobility in the Village Kerjan River Dani Kerjan Bungo Bungo District of Jambi Province .This type of research is Descriptive Correlational . The populations in this study were all residents who do mobility of the population in 1693 amounted Kerjan River Village KK. To determine the sample size is proportional random sampling with 25 % proportions. Number of sample respondents by 41 people. Data collection techniques used were in the form of questionnaires and interviews .The results of this study indicate that the presence of 1. Influence significant narrowing of employment between the mobility of the population of 13.3 % Kerjan River in the Village District of Dani Bungo Bungo Jambi, 2. Significant influence on mobility between natural disasters population of 12.2 % Kerjan River in the Village District of Bungo Bungo Jambi Dani , 3 . Presence of significant effect of disease on a population of 39.4 % mobility in the Village River District of Bunga Dani Kerjan Jambi Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACT           The purposes of this research are to collect, process, analyze and discuss data about trash management in Alai Market, district of Alai Parak Kopi, subdistrict of North Padang. This research is include in descriptive research is include in descriptive research.             The population for this research is all of the sellers in Alai Market. Sample of the research is taken with Proportional Random Sampling technique, by the proportion 25% taken from the population of research area totally 97 sellers in Alai Market. Based on the used analysis as descriptive statistic by using percentage formula.             Result of the research shows: 1) The condition of basic and pre-basic for the trash management, generally facilitate the trash cans (98,96%) and the government also facilitates trash bins (97,93%), meanwhile the pre-basic of trash management is trash pick-up car (97,93%), the ways in Alai Market are ground (43,29%), the transportation in the market is available (81,44%) 2) The understanding of sellers about the trash management in Alai market, generally they have known the meaning of clean environment and trash management (58,76%) and responsibility of the trash management and keeping the environment clean are handled by all of the sellers there (96,90%) 3) The act and function of government for the trash management in Alai market, generally facilitates infrastructur (91,75%), there is the last bin for market trash (91,75%), and there are two workers available in Alai market (53,60%).

Abstracts                                                                                                                                                   The aims of ithis study to look at the cracker business in the Kenagarian Tarung - Tarung Pasaman Rao . The problem that often ariset are a lack of capital , production processes and products . The low production of crackers can be seen from the lack of quality of produced goods and raw materials that are difficult to get . This research is a descriptive study used, a method of research / troubleshooting procedure melakskan investigated by describing the state of the business and industry based on the facts that appear or as they are. The sample used a total of 20 sampling cracker industry entrepreneurs . Data were collected through observation and questionnaires were used to look at the existing industrial business crackers in Kenagarian Tarung-Tarung. Availability of capital cracker industry in Kenagarian Tarung - Tarung craftsmen with a percentage of 40% . Industrial processes crackers bambang seen from the production process is one week , the manufacturing process using the mold as much as 65 % of the respondents . And industrial results Bambang crackers can be seen from the amount of production in the production of as much as 100-200 times 1 pack per day , with a 75 % sales gain from the sale of crackers .

Abstracts                 Hill Punai Aquatic Center opened in 2006, used to fumction as a car stop. Before its opening, a restaurant had been there and hill Punai Aquatic Center is located in the village of Baliak Koto Kenagarian Pelangai Kaciak, Ranah Pesisir subdistrict roadside cross Padang and Bengkulu. This study aimed to obtain information, analyzing the impact on attraction Hill Baths Punai gained from the community around the village Baliak Koto Kenagarian Pelangai Kaciak, Pesisir Selatan District viewed from 1) economic development, 2) damage to the environment, and 3) the commercialization of culture.This study is a qualitative research, conducted Hiil Punai Aquatic Center Kenagarian Pelangai Kaciak Pesisir Selatan District. Informants were taken by purposive, the people living  arounnd the Mount not gained attraction Punai baths. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was done by using data reduction, data display, data interpretation and conclusion. The results show: 1) The impact Hill Punai Aquatic Cente from the economic development community Punai seen around the village of Baliak Koto Kenagarian Pelangai Kaciak, seen from the changes in livelihood, the growths of sidejobs, 2) impact of Hill Punai Aquatic  Center gained from Punai  seen  from the garbage strewn when visitors crowded. This leads to less clean environment and and 3) Impact of Hill Punai Aquatic Center gained from Punai views of culture villages in community Baliak Koto Kenagarian Pelangai Kaciak, seen from the changes in behavior and norms of social interaction, esecially the youths.
