Abstract

Sejak awal 2000-an, gelombang budaya Korea terutama K-Pop masuk ke Indonesia dan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap generasi muda. Di Kota Padang, fenomena ini dimulai dengan terbentuknya komunitas penggemar K-Pop pertama pada tahun 2008. Seiring berjalannya waktu, komunitas tersebut berkembang menjadi dua kelompok utama: komunitas dance cover dan komunitas fandom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalis munculnya budaya korea di Indonesia dan menganalisis perkembangan komunitas penggemar musik Korea di Kota Padang tahun 2012-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan menggunakan sumber yang berasal dari Komunitas De One, S2J, dan NCTzen Padang seperti daftar event dari tahun 2012-2022, daftar anggota dan daftar pengunjung event serta wawancara dari informan De One, S2J, dan NCTzen Padang. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pada periode tahun 2012-2017, komunitas penggemar musik Korea di Kota Padang bersifat terbuka dan menerima semua penggemar K-Pop karena berorientasi ke budaya Hallyu secara umum yang ditandai dengan kegiatan acara dance cover. Namun, pada tahun 2018-2022 terjai pergeseran kea rah komunitas fandom yang lebih spesifik dan loyal terhadap satu grup idola sehingga aktivitas terfokus kepada kegiatan fanbase seperti nonton acara langsung konser dan perayaaan ulang tahun idola. Pergeseran ini menunjukkan perubahan dari sebelumnya komunitas penggemar bersifat umum menjadi lebih eksklusif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the miscommunication that has recently occurred in the city of Makassar between Makassar community members and Papuan students, so it is interesting to study from the perspective of intercultural communication with the aim of knowing the intercultural communication process that occurs and the factors that influence the intercultural communication process between the Makassar community and Papuan students in the city of Makassar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and the researcher used a purposive sampling technique to select subjects with 4 Papuan students and 7 Makassar community members so that the total number of informants was 11. The data sources used were primary and secondary data sources related to the empirical situation or condition with interviews and documentation in order to obtain primary data regarding the purpose of the study. The results of this study indicate that the intercultural communication process carried out by the Makassar community and Papuan students occurred quite smoothly with an attitude of mutual cooperation, tolerance and being quite friendly to each other and living side by side. The obstacles to intercultural communication, both Papuan students and Makassar community still have difficulty in understanding each cultural difference. Other obstacles in intercultural communication are differences in language, dialect and their perceptions in assessing each culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Communication Strategy for Teman Bus Mamminasata Transportation Services on Social Media in Makassar City. The method used is the Qualitative Method using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, while the targets of this study are the transportation agency, passengers, and the community. The results of this study indicate that the application of Communication Strategy to Teman Bus Maminasata transportation services through social media has not been carried out systematically. It can be seen in several posts on Teman Bus Mamminasata social media accounts that were updated 2 years ago, although the marketing strategy carried out by the transportation agency is in the form of public socialization through forums, visits and events, but this does not affect public interest in using Teman Bus Mamminasata. Therefore, the application of marketing strategies through social media can help managers to easily disseminate information related to tutorials on using Teman Bus Maminasata, as well as the routes taken by this public transportation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to  to produce multimedia of science learning in the topic of pressure the circulatory system and respiratory system in humans for students of junior high school class of VIII. In this study uses a Research and Development model that refers to the model of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). In the phase of analysis; a needs analysis, material analysis, and analysis of the level of ability and characteristics of the aim users carried out. Design Phase: create flowcharts and storyboards. At the stage of development, multimedia made. The phase of Implementation, multimedia that has been made validated by experts and limited trials. In the phase of evaluation; at this stage, the multimedia that has been implemented thoroughly evaluated. The evaluation results used to see the level of achievement linked the objectives set at the beginning of the program ” data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires. The data sources in this study consisted of 2 material experts, four media experts, two learning experts, and tested limited to 2 teachers and 18 students from junior high school  8 Kendari. The expert trial results stated that Adobe Flash CS6-based  the multimedia of Science learning on pressure material in the circulatory and respiratory systems in humans for students of Class VIII junior high school was under the design, and the material included inappropriate used as science learning multimedia. The results of a limited trial show that the multimedia of science learning in the material of pressure in the circulatory system and the respiratory system in humans is worthy used as a multimedia learning science

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar dan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 066 Pekkabata. Metodologi penelitian ini berupa pelaksanaan eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data one shot case study. Temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pada pre-test, minat belajar siswa rendah sebanyak 14 siswa atau 56%, sedang sebanyak 9 siswa atau 36%, dan tinggi sebanyak 2 siswa atau 8%. Pada pre-test, 13 siswa atau 52% siswa belum tuntas, sedangkan 12 siswa atau 48% sudah mencapai tuntas. Pada post-test, 2 siswa atau 8% belum tuntas, sedangkan 23 siswa sudah tuntas.  Atau 92%.. Menggunakan media secara efektif untuk meningkatkan minat dan meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Media Canva diharapkan dapat menarik minat siswa sehingga memicu rasa ingin tahunya dalam belajar dan menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang memenuhi standar yang ditentukan.Kata Kunci: Minat belajar, hasil belajar, media Canva.

Abstract

The background of this study is the change in the customary government system in the Tigo Luhah Semurup area, Kerinci Regency, as an impact of the implementation of Law No. 5 of 1979. The law abolished the existence of customary government and replaced it with a village government system. This change gave rise to dualism of power between customary institutions and village governments, and raised concerns about the erosion of local cultural identity. The purpose of this study is to examine the process of transformation of the customary government system to village government, the institutional role of customary post-transformation, and how the community adapts customary values ​​in the modern government structure. This study uses a qualitative approach with historical methods as explained by Sjamsudin and Kartodirjo, which includes the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the study show that although administratively the Kemendapoan system was abolished, customary values ​​and practices persisted through the process of cultural adaptation and symbolic resistance. Changes occurred gradually through the influence of the dominant state on the government system in Tigo Luhah Semurup. However, the community still maintains customary institutions as a source of social legitimacy. In conclusion, the transformation of the government system does not completely eliminate the role of custom, but creates a new space for negotiation between tradition and modernity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing communications through Instagram on Generation Z's shopping interest in Makassar, with a focus on dyaozha clothing products. A qualitative approach was adopted, utilizing methods such as observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with Generation Z consumers. The research participants included shop owners and followers of the dyaozha Instagram account. The findings reveal that marketing communications through Instagram—particularly through the use of engaging visual content, appealing design implementation, and active interaction—play a crucial role in shaping Generation Z's shopping interest. Instagram features such as Stories, Reels, interactive polls, and comment sections enable brands to connect more personally with potential buyers. Attention-grabbing content helps build initial interest, while endorsements and testimonials contribute to trust and credibility. Furthermore, consistent interaction between the brand and followers fosters emotional connection and brand loyalty. These factors collectively influence both interest and purchasing decisions among the Gen Z demographic. The study concludes that dyaozha’s strategic use of Instagram marketing communications has proven effective in influencing the shopping behavior of its target audience. Recommendations for dyaozha include the continuous optimization of Instagram's interactive features—such as Q&A sessions, behind-the-scenes content, and user-generated content campaigns—to sustain engagement and improve conversion rates. Additionally, it is suggested that dyaozha expands its reach by targeting broader market segments and utilizing data-driven content strategies to adapt to evolving consumer preferences. This research highlights the vital role of social media in modern marketing strategies, especially when targeting digitally native audiences like Generation Z.

Abstract

Employee performance is essential for government agencies in achieving organizational goals. Several factors can affect employee performance, including the physical work environment and soft skills, which can be moderated by work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of the physical work environment and soft skills on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of Musi Rawas Regency, with work motivation as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 65 employees who represented the population in the agency. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderation tests. The results showed a significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance, which is moderated by work motivation. In addition, soft skills also have a considerable impact on employee performance, which is also moderated by work motivation. This research highlights the importance of paying special attention to motivation and soft skills in government agency human resource development programs. A conducive work environment and high work motivation contribute to improved employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana portal berita daring Kompas.com, Detik.com, dan The Guardian mengonstruksi narasi visual dalam peliputan bencana alam melalui pendekatan semiotika visual. Dengan menggunakan kerangka Charles Sanders Peirce dan Roland Barthes, analisis dilakukan pada tiga tataran makna: denotatif, konotatif, dan mitologis. Sebanyak 50 foto dari lima bencana besar dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan perangkat lunak ATLAS.ti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap foto tidak sekadar menyampaikan fakta, melainkan menjadi instrumen pembingkaian ideologis yang kuat. Temuan utama mengungkap empat mitos dominan: korban pasif dan penderitaan yang difeminisasi, pahlawan penyelamat, alam murka versus kegagalan manusia, serta ketangguhan komunitas. Perbandingan antara media lokal dan internasional menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam strategi pembingkaian yang dipengaruhi oleh jarak psikologis dan konteks budaya audiens. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kekuatan persuasif fotografi bencana terletak pada sifat indeksikalnya, yang menjadikan pesan ideologis tampak alami dan faktual. Abstract

The practice of waqf in South Sumatra society has been going on for a long time and is regulated both in Islamic law and in applicable legislation. However, disputes related to waqf land still occur, such as the case in Prabumulih, South Sumatra, where heirs tried to reclaim property that had been donated as waqf. This article discusses waqf from a legal perspective and analyzes disputes over the withdrawal of waqf assets by heirs within the framework of human rights (HAM). The theory used is the human rights theory, which asserts that the rights of every individual are protected by law, including the rights of the deceased waqif. This study employs a normative-empirical approach: the normative approach is used to examine waqf regulations, while the empirical approach is applied in analyzing the waqf dispute case in Prabumulih. The results of the study show that in Islamic law, differences in the definition of waqf among schools of thought lead to variations in practice in society. Regulations in Indonesia require the registration of waqf land at the Office of Religious Affairs to prevent disputes. From a human rights perspective, the heirs' efforts to withdraw waqf assets are illegal and violate the waqif's human rights, which should remain protected. Praktik wakaf di masyarakat Sumatera Selatan telah berlangsung sejak lama dan telah diatur baik dalam hukum Islam maupun dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Namun, sengketa terkait tanah wakaf masih terjadi, seperti kasus di Prabumulih, Sumatera Selatan, di mana ahli waris mencoba menarik kembali harta yang telah diwakafkan. Artikel ini membahas wakaf dari sudut pandang hukum serta menganalisis sengketa penarikan harta wakaf oleh ahli waris dalam kerangka hak asasi manusia (HAM). Teori yang digunakan adalah teori HAM, yang menegaskan bahwa hak setiap individu dilindungi oleh hukum, termasuk hak waqif yang telah wafat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif-empiris: pendekatan normatif digunakan untuk mengkaji regulasi wakaf, sementara pendekatan empiris diterapkan dalam menganalisis kasus sengketa wakaf di Prabumulih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum Islam, perbedaan definisi wakaf di antara mazhab menyebabkan variasi dalam praktik di masyarakat. Regulasi di Indonesia mengharuskan pencatatan tanah wakaf di Kantor Urusan Agama guna mencegah terjadinya sengketa. Dari perspektif HAM, upaya ahli waris untuk menarik kembali harta wakaf merupakan tindakan yang melanggar hukum dan mencederai hak asasi waqif yang seharusnya tetap dilindungi.
