Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan hasil analisis terhadap modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Ditemukan berbagai problematika didaktis dalam menyusun TP, ATP, KKTP, dalam modul berbasis PBL, PjBL dan DBL. Guru belum memahami teknik menyusun modul ajar secara optimal. Pembelajaran yang kurang terencana akibat ketidaksiapan modul ajar mengakibatkan pembelajaran belum optimal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah guru PAI di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar, Kepala Madrasah, dan wakil kurikulum. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi, pemaparan (display data) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik penjaminan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah guru memahami kewajiban untuk menyusun modul ajar berbasis kurikulum merdeka, namun mengalami beberapa kendala. Pertama, untuk merumuskan (TP) guru mesti menganalisis TP kognitif (konseptual dan factual), TP psikomotorik (prosedural), TP afektif (meta kognitif). Kedua, untuk merumuskan ATP dilandasi analisis kebutuhan peserta didik. Ketiga, untuk menyusun KKTP dan rubric harus disesuaikan dengan TP. Keempat, untuk menyusun modul PBL dan PjBL guru membutuhkan pedoman dan pelatihan dalam MGMP.

Abstract

This research is part of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program supervised by Ihwan Firmansyah. This study aims to determine the effect of using word card learning media on the motivation and learning outcomes of first-grade students at the UPTD SDN Polongan. The background of this research is based on the low motivation and learning outcomes of students in the Indonesian Language subject, so that innovations in learning media are needed that are more interesting, interactive, and in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This design is used to see changes in student conditions before and after being given treatment in the form of using word card learning media. Data collection techniques are carried out through learning outcome tests and learning motivation questionnaires. Before being used, the research instrument was first tested for validity and reliability to ensure the instrument's feasibility in collecting research data. Data analysis was carried out using a normality test and a paired sample t-test to determine the level of significance of changes that occur after being given treatment. The results of the paired sample t-test on learning outcomes showed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that the word card learning media has a significant effect on improving students' Indonesian language learning outcomes. In addition, the results of the paired sample t-test on learning motivation also obtained a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that the use of word cards has a positive effect on students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian. The results of this study prove that the use of interactive learning media, such as word cards, can help improve the motivation and learning outcomes of elementary school students, especially in the Indonesian language subject in lower grades.

Abstract

This study examines employee retention challenges among Generation Z in the post-pandemic SME food and beverage sector. It aims to analyze the effect of career development on employee loyalty and the mediating role of job satisfaction at Roti Gembong Panglima Samarinda. Using an explanatory quantitative design, data were collected from all 30 employees and analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results indicate that career development significantly affects job satisfaction and employee loyalty, with job satisfaction acting as a dominant complementary mediator. The findings imply that SMEs should implement transparent and satisfaction-oriented career systems to strengthen emotional commitment and reduce turnover risk.

Abstract

Abstract: Poverty is still a major problem in Indonesia, therefore an effective and comprehensive strategy is needed. Zakat is considered to be able to overcome the problem of poverty because it directly involves the structure of the community. This study aims to empirically investigate the impact of zakat distribution on poverty alleviation both in quantity and quality by using the BAZNAS Welfare Index (IKB) of 8 provinces that have the highest percentage of poor people in Indonesia. This research uses panel data method with REM analysis. The result of this study is that the distribution of zakat funds has a significant effect on reducing the number of poor people (P0). A panel data approach with REM analysis is used in this study. This study's conclusion is that there are much fewer impoverished individuals (P0) as a result of the distribution of zakat payments. But, at the provincial level, zakat (IKB) has no discernible impact on the degree of poverty depth (P1) or poverty severity (P2).l.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the lecture method, video based-learning, and recitation in learning the History of Islamic Culture in grade 5th of MINU Putri Malang, and to find the solutions of the obstacles that arise from the implementation of these methods. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in the implementation of learning, the lecture method is still a method that is often used by educators, but this method has several weaknesses such as the lack of interaction and enthusiasm of students, causing boredom. Therefore, educators collaborate it with other methods, namely video-based learning as a reinforcement of students' understanding of the material that has been explained, and the recitation method as a means for educators to measure the level of students' understanding through the assignments given, although sometimes students ignore it. The solution to these obstacles to increase students' interest and enthusiasm is to integrate various learning methods to create more interactive and enjoyable learning, utilize technological developments to provide more varied assignments, and provide sanctions to students who neglect their assignments. Apart from that, further research needs to be carried out with the aim of developing more effective, interactive and efficient learning methods in learning the History of Islamic Culture in grade 5. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective learning methods in learning the History of Islamic Culture at elementary school. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan dan efektivitas metode ceramah, pembelajaran berbasis video, dan resitasi dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di kelas 5 MINU Putri Malang, serta menemukan solusi atas kendala-kendala yang timbul dari penerapan metode-metode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, metode ceramah masih menjadi metode yang sering digunakan oleh pendidik, namun metode ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti kurangnya interaksi dan antusiasme peserta didik sehingga menimbulkan kebosanan. Maka dari itu, pendidik mengolaborasikannya dengan metode lain yaitu pembelajaran berbasis video sebagai penguat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi yang telah dijelaskan, dan metode resitasi sebagai sarana pendidik mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta didik melalui pengugasan yang diberikan, walaupun terkadang peserta didik mengabaikannya. Solusi atas kendala-kendala tersebut untuk meningkatkan minat dan antusias peserta didik adalah dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai metode pembelajaran untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi untuk memberikan pengugasan yang lebih variatif, dan memberikan sanksi kepada peserta didik yang mengabaikannya. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan tujuan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, interaktif, dan efisien dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di kelas 5. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di tingkat dasar.

Abstract

This research is to know: (a) how the image of PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (b) how the efforts of PT. AR Tour & Travel in build the image as a form of differentiation marketing, (c) marketing advantages by use dimension of image done by PT. AR Tour & Travel. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data source used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data with observation, interview, and documentation. Test of data validity use triangulation. The results are: First, some images that apply to the PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (a) PT. AR Tour & Travel has an expensive package price, (b) PT. AR Tour & Travel provides the best facilities, (c) PT. AR Tour & Travel is able to provide a manasik that is easily understood and followed by the pilgrims, (d) PT. AR Tour & Travel has a variety of packages that can be adapted to the needs of pilgrims, (e) The employees of PT. AR Tour & Travel has a friendly attitude in service. Second, the efforts made by PT. AR tours & Travel in image building are, (a) utilizing the charismatic image of the leader of the AR Foundation, (b) varying product packages, (c) applying work traditions and culture, (d) maintaining good communication with service users. Third, the advantages of marketing differentiation using image dimension is quite effective, the indication can be seen from the data of the number of service users who always show well.
