This research was motivated by a change from direct learning to online learning. This is due to the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020. There are students who think that learning Mathematics online is difficult. So that students have negative perceptions about learning Mathematics online. This study aims to describe students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online in terms of the stages before learning, while studying, and after learning. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The population in this study was students of SMA UNP Laboratory Construction for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 621 and sample 243 students. The sample selection used simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire on students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. This research as a whole shows that the students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online at the UNP Laboratory Development High School as a whole are in the quite good category with a percentage of 60%. Furthermore, seen from the aspect of the stages before learning is in the quite good category, namely 65%, Then, seen from the aspects of the stages during learning, it was in the quite good category, namely 60%, and seen from the aspect of the stages after learning is in the quite good category, namely by 66%. The implication of this research can later be used as a consideration of guidance and counseling in the school.

Groups are an integral part of students' daily lives, and activities carried out in groups can make students into individuals who have the ability to interact, communicate, and work together to achieve the same goals. However, in reality, there are still students who reduce their efforts to be involved in group activities. This reduced effort is an individual's tendency to engage in social loafing or social laziness. This study aims to describe students' social loafing behavior in several aspects: (1) motivation, (2) activity, (3) responsibility, (4) dompleng (a free ride), and (5) responses to evaluations from other people. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 645 students in grades XI and XII at SMAN 16 Padang for the 2021/2022 academic year and a sample of 250 students. sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The collection of data for this study used a behavioral questionnaire on social loafing in students of SMAN 16 Padang. The results of this study indicate that the social loafing behavior of SMAN 16 Padang students is in the moderate category. The results of research on the social loafing behavior of students at SMAN 16 Padang can be seen in detail as follows: (1) The social loafing behavior of students seen from the motivational aspect is in the low category; (2) students' social loafing behavior seen from the aspect of liveliness is in the medium category; (3) students' social loafing behavior seen from the aspect of responsibility is in the medium category; (4) students' social loafing behavior seen from the dompleng aspect is in the medium category; and (5) students' social loafing behavior seen from the aspect of the response to the evaluation is in the medium category.

Academic cheating is a behavior that must be avoided by students in carrying out the educational process in tertiary institutions in order to be able to honestly optimize their potential, interests and talents. However, the phenomenon found in the field is that there are still students who commit academic fraud. This study aims to describe students’ perceptions of academic cheating in the aspects of cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, and facilitating academic cheating. This study uses the quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 721 FIP UNP students in the 2018 entry year enrolled in the July-December 2022 semester, with a research sample of 261 students who were selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data is processed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study on student perceptions of academic fraud as a whole are in the good category. In Other Words, Students perceive academic cheating as a negative behavior. In details: the cheating aspect is in the good category, the plagiarism aspect is in the good category, the fabrication aspect is in the good category, and the facilitating aspect is academic cheating are in the good category.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya siswa yang sulit menyesuaikan diri terhadap pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid. Pembelajaran daring merupakan pembelajaran yang berlangsung di dalam jaringan, dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet dalam proses pembelajarannya. Dalam pembelajaran daring siswa menyesuaikan diri dengan pembelajaran yang baru yaitu belajar di rumah dengan menggunakan HP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 129 orang siswa yang berada pada kelas VII, VIII, IX di SMPN 3 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru, yang terdaftar pada semester Januari-Juni Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan penarikan sampel sehingga responden penelitian berjumlah 129 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala Likert. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dalam penyesuaian diri siswa terhadap pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid 19 berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata 103,2 dan persentase 64,5% dari skor ideal.

Penelitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perkembangan teknologi internet, sehingga mahasiswa perlu mengontrol diri dalam menggunakan media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan membandingkan kontrol diri mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media sosial ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan tahun masuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif komparatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 5012 mahasiswa yang terdaftar di angkatan 2020, 2021, 2022, dan 2023 di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNP pada semester Januari-Juni 2024 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 396 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen kontrol diri mahasiswa dengan skala model Likert. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji anava dua arah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan: 1) rata-rata skor kontrol diri mahasiswa FIP UNP ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan tahun masuk berada pada kategori sedang, 2) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan interaksi antara jenis kelamin dan tahun masuk dalam menjelaskan kontrol diri mahasiswa. Implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap Bimbingan dan Konseling yaitu dengan memberikan layanan informasi, layanan penguasaan konten, dan layanan bimbingan kelompok.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena mahasiswa yang mengalami kecemasan akademik pada saat menjalani proses perkuliahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kecemasan akademik mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah 458 mahasiswa yang terdaftar di angkatan 2020, 2021, dan 2022 Departemen Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) FIP UNP pada semester Juli-Desember 2023 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 246 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen kecemasan akademik mahasiswa dengan skala model Likert. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji Anava dua arah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kecemasan akademik mahasiswa BK ditinjau dari aspek pengerjaan tugas, mengikuti perkuliahan, dan menghadapi ujian berada pada kategori sedang. Implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap BK yaitu dengan memberikan layanan konseling individual, layanan konseling kelompok, dan layanan bimbingan kelompok.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kegiatan belajar siswa yang berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya self-efficacy akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan self-efficacy akademik siswa, 2) mendeskripsikan kegiatan belajar siswa, dan 3) menguji seberapa besar hubungan self-efficacy akademik dengan kegiatan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 267 siswa SMA N 1 Sitiung yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket self-efficacy akademik dan angket kegiatan belajar yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif, dan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat self-efficacy akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) kegiatan belajar siswa berada pada kategori baik, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara self-efficacy akademik dengan kegiatan belajar siswa dengan rxy=0,711 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Penelitian ini didasari karena masih banyaknya siswa yang memiliki masalah dalam komunikasi interpersonal. Komunikasi interpersonal dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung. Secara rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan komunikasi interpersonal siswa, 2) mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri, 3) menguji seberapa besar hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi kelas X, XI siswa SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung sebanyak 332 siswa dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 yang dipilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner komunikasi interpersonal dan kepercayaan diri yang valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan korelasional Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) komunikasi interpersonal siswa berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 121,34 dan persentase 75,84% dari skor ideal, 2) kepercayaan diri berada pada ketegori sedang dengan skor rata-rata 66,70 dan persentase 66,70% dari skor ideal, 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,534 dan signifikansi 0,000.Keywords: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kepercayaan Diri

Work-family conflict (WFC) is a psychosocial problem that arises due to a mismatch between work and family role demands, which impacts an individual's psychological well-being. The high impact of WFC requires the availability of accurate, valid, and reliable measurement instruments. This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the Work-Family Conflict instrument using the Rasch Model. The study involved 60 married working women respondents. The instrument was developed based on the Greenhaus and Beutell framework, which includes time-based, strain-based, and behavior-based conflict dimensions with a Likert response format. Data analysis was conducted using Winsteps software to evaluate item suitability, reliability, and unidimensionality. The results showed that 19 of the 22 items were declared valid, item reliability was very high (0.94-0.95), and the unidimensionality assumption was met, although there was overlap in the middle response category. Overall, the instrument has good psychometric quality and is relevant for use in the context of Guidance and Counseling.
