Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Kemudahan, Manfaat dan Sikap terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan Teknologi SIMRS pada Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto didasari kurangnya penggunaan teknologi SIMRS karena adanya kesulitan dalam proses penggunaan, manfaat dan sikap terhadap penggunaan SIMRS untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada RS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan teknologi, teknologi yang mudah dalam proses penggunaannya serta mudahankan dalam bekerja membuat penggunanya menjadi lebih sering menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian merekomendasikan RS sebagai penyedia layanan SIMRS agar terus meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan terhadap penggunanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel attitude toward using tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan teknologi SIMRS sehingga RS diharapkan dapat memberikan perasaan nyaman, nikmat dan senang bagi tenaga kesehatan dalam menggunakan teknologi.Kata kunci: Kemudahan, Manfaat, Sikap, Penggunaan Teknologi, SIMRS

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) perlu didukung karena SDM merupakan bagian terpenting dari suatu RS, untuk menunjang keberhasilan serta efisiensi dan efektivitas RS, SDM membutuhkan kecerdasan emosional, pemimpin yang dapat memotivasi serta pemberdayaan karyawan yang baik dengan tujuan karyawan RS memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk RS sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta dapat tercapainya visi dan misi dari RS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Dan Employee Empowerment terhadap employee performance baik seara langsung ataupun dimediasi melalui employee engagement. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh pekerja rumah sakit yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan Smartpls 4. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa emotional intelligence, leadership, dan employee empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance melalui employee engagement sebagai variable mediasi dengan nilai p-value < a (0,05) maka hubungan tersebut signifikan. Melalui hasil tersebut diharapkan tercapai efektivitas fungsi SDM dalam melakukan fungsinya serta dapat diterapkan oleh RSAL Dr. Oetojo Kota Sorong untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Management Strategy for the Implementation of BPJS Health Non-Capitation Claim Submission at Asiki Clinic, Boven Digoel, South Papua ’ which is motivated by the high rejection rate of BPJS Health non-capitation claims at Asiki Clinic, which reached 48 cases from January 2021 to December 2023. This high rejection rate indicates weaknesses in human resource management, the absence of clear SOPs, and the limitations of the information technology system used. This study aims to analyse the implementation of non-capitation claim submission in terms of inputs, processes, and outputs and formulate management strategies to improve the effectiveness of claims management at Asiki Clinic. Using qualitative methods, this study found that Asiki Clinic lacks trained claims officers, does not have adequate SOPs, and uses ineffective IT systems. The claims process was often disrupted by a lack of training and the absence of a structured management strategy, resulting in incomplete claims files and high rejections. Recommendations include developing and training human resources, developing SOPs, optimising information technology, and improving communication with BPJS Kesehatan. Effective implementation of management strategies is expected to improve the quality of health services, reduce claim rejections, and ensure the financial sustainability of Asiki Clinic. This study contributes to the health management literature and can serve as a model for other primary healthcare facilities facing similar problems in remote areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Obstetri Neonatal Emergensi Komprehensif (PONEK) di RSUD Sungai Gelam Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam partisipan yang terdiri dari dokter, bidan, perawat, dan pengelola PONEK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor input seperti sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana masih kurang memadai, terutama terkait dengan ketersediaan layanan 24 jam. Faktor proses menunjukkan adanya pembagian tugas yang jelas namun masih ada hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti kurangnya dokter spesialis yang standby. Pada faktor output, pencatatan dan pelaporan sudah dilakukan sesuai standar, namun perlu ditingkatkan dari segi detail dan ketepatan waktu. Kesimpulannya, meskipun program PONEK di RSUD Sungai Gelam telah dilaksanakan sesuai standar kebijakan, masih ada beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki agar program ini dapat lebih efektif dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi.

Abstract

The research titled "The Influence of Communication Style and Communication Messages of Emergency Room Doctors on Patient Satisfaction at Siti Hajar Islamic Hospital Mataram" is based on numerous complaints regarding patient satisfaction with the communication style of doctors in the emergency room (ER). Communication between doctors and patients often triggers dissatisfaction, as expectations do not match the outcome. This study aims to analyze the influence of communication style and communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was taken based on accidental sampling. The findings of the study show a significant influence of the communication style of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, the communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, and collectively, both the communication style and communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, with a satisfaction percentage of 84.2%. The remaining 15.8% of patient satisfaction is influenced by other factors, such as short waiting times to receive medical services and the smoothness and speed of the medical service process experienced. The implications of this research explain that good communication by ER doctors has a positive impact on patient satisfaction at the hospital.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, competence and work motivation which have a dominant influence on employee work productivity at HS Samsoeri Mertojoso Hospital. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach and is included in the type of associative research. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population is nurses at HS Samsoeri Mertojoso Hospital, totaling 92 people using a total sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The research results show that leadership style, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this research are to increase nurses' work productivity, leaders must be able to set good examples, such as being consistent in implementing policies and being able to make the right decisions. Apart from that, leaders must also be able to be fair to all nurses. Management needs to improve competence, such as by including training and seminars, as well as providing flexibility to pursue higher education.

Abstract

Seiring pekembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi transformasi serta persaingan di industri kesehatan, rumah sakit diharuskan proaktif dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pada era digital ini trend strategi pemasaran telah bergeser ke arah pemasaran digital (Digital Marketing). Digital marketing mengubah cara bisnis, cara berkomunikasi antar organisasi/perusahaan agar organisasi dapat berkembang pesat untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis persiapan dan kesiapan RSI Kota Magelang dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen pemasaran digital dan juga menganalisis sistem monitoring dan evaluasinya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada stakeholder rumah sakit, pasien dan keluarga pasien, serta dengan studi literatur dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku dan penelitian terdahulu, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa strategi manajemen pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh RSI Kota Magelang masih belum tepat dan terarah. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat Kota Magelang dan sekitarnya belum tersosialisasi dengan baik mengenai profil rumah sakit dan layanan-layanan RS. Dengan beralih menggunakan digital marketing maka rumah sakit harus melakukan langkah-langkah aktif seperti membuat tim khusus pemasaran, membuat media sosial resmi rumah sakit, menjalin kerja sama lebih lanjut dengan vendor platform kesehatan online,serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi dengan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan yang dikaji melalui rapat unit dan kemudian merumuskan kembali tujuan RS serta mengembangkan layanan RS.

Abstract

One of the key efforts undertaken by hospitals to provide high-quality healthcare services, both individually and comprehensively, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services is improving the quality of medical record management. Properly completed and well-organized medical records play a crucial role as a guideline in delivering healthcare services and serve as a source of information that supports medical research. Additionally, medical records function as a basis for assessing healthcare service performance and hold medico-legal significance. Medical records are considered to be of high quality when they meet several criteria, including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal aspects. However, based on observations, several medical record documents in the Outpatient Emergency Department of RSIA Rinova Intan Bekasi were found to be incomplete, particularly in terms of identification, important reports, authentication, and documentation. This study employs the Mixed Method Explanatory approach, in which a quantitative analysis is followed by a qualitative examination to gain a deeper understanding of the findings. The quantitative approach involves 104 patient samples who sought treatment at the Outpatient Emergency Department of RSIA Rinova Intan Bekasi from February to March 2025, while the qualitative approach includes 7 informants, consisting of medical personnel and medical record officers. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Thus, this study aims to analyze the influence of identification, important reports, authentication, and documentation on the accuracy of medical records in the Outpatient Emergency Department of RSIA Rinova Intan Bekasi. The findings of this research are expected to provide insights into the factors affecting the quality of medical records and serve as a foundation for enhancing the efficiency of medical record-keeping systems in hospitals.

Abstract

Seni Tarawangsa sebagai kesenian tradisional Sunda kian terancam punah akibat rendahnya minat generasi muda dan kurangnya strategi komunikasi budaya yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi branding melalui event budaya sebagai strategi enkulturasi dan pelestarian Seni Tarawangsa di Kampung Cikondang, Bandung. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan public relations budaya, pendekatan berfokus pada perilaku komunikasi dalam mengelola hubungan dengan menonjolkan aspek budaya lokal. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa event budaya yang dikelola dengan prinsip strategi branding dan komunikasi budaya mampu meningkatkan kesadaran, apresiasi, serta keterlibatan generasi muda terhadap Seni Tarawangsa. Selain menjadi media pertunjukan, event ini juga memperkuat identitas dan kebanggaan budaya lokal. Event budaya dikemas tidak hanya sebagai pertunjukan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana edukasi dan komunikasi antargenerasi. Kesimpulannya, event budaya berperan signifikan dalam enkulturasi dan pelestarian seni tradisional. Saran, dibutuhkan sinergi antara pelaku seni, pemerintah, dan praktisi komunikasi budaya untuk menciptakan event yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak dalam menjaga warisan budaya.

Abstract

The implementation of higher education evaluation in Indonesia is closely related to the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). Several previous studies that highlighted the implementation of SPMI in higher education often encountered problems, including the lack of relevance of the education process to stakeholder needs or the lack of availability of human resources, especially auditors to support SPMI, but these studies were less specific in highlighting academic SOPs as part of the managerial strategy for developing SOPs in higher education. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate and see the strategy for developing academic SOPs at STIE Balikpapan by referring to the Determination of the Implementation of Evaluation and Improvement Control (PPEPP). The form of research conducted was qualitative with a descriptive approach through a case study design. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the implementation of academic SOPs at STIE Balikpapan has generally been implemented, and has been socialized using internal media, monitoring of academic SOPs has been running but needs to be carried out in a planned, structured and specific manner, evaluation of academic SOPs is carried out by the internal quality assurance unit in the form of audits per semester, but has not been carried out comprehensively in all fields or work units in the academic scope. The academic SOP development strategy model implemented at STIE Balikpapan has been running, but has not fully referred to the existing PPEPP standards, the development strategy still focuses on certain SOPs, namely the curriculum, and is still flexible, namely adjusting to needs that are considered urgent.
