Abstract

Masyarakat saat ini telah memasuki era new digital ecomomy yang ditandai dengan adanya mobile technology, akses internet yang semakin meluas, dan kehadiran teknologi cloud yang digunakan dalam setiap kegiatan ekonomi digital. Dalam upaya memperkuat posisi pada kegiatan ekonomi digital tersebut, upaya pemasaran melalui digital hingga penguatan citra dari suatu perusahaan dilakukan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menarik kepercayaan pasien dan membuat pasien tersebut memilih produk atau jasa dari perusahaan tersebut. Keberadaan digitalisasi ini berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor, yang salah satunya adalah sektor kesehatan. RSGMP Nala Husada sebagai salah satu industry di sektor Kesehatan, ikut memanfaatkan trend perkembangan digitalisasi ini. Melalui beberapa platform yang mereka miliki, mereka mencoba menarik kepercayaan masyarakat melalui strategi pemasaran digital dan penguatan citra mereka yang dipublikasikan di platform-platform digital yang mereka miliki untuk memilih RSGMP Nala Husada sebagai instansi kesehatanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implikasi Pemasaran Digital dan Citra Merek Terhadap Pilihan RSGMP Nala Husada Melalui Kepercayaan Pasien. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 40 orang. Teknis pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji pengaruh mediasi (Sobel Test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable pemasaran digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (0,000), citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (0,000). Kemudian pemasaran digital dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan (0,000) dan (0,000) terhadap kepercayaan pasien. Secara keseluruhan pemasaran digital dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi kepercayaan pasien.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how much influence the management of health facilities has on patient satisfaction at PTPN VII Primary Clinic Office of the Board of Directors. The method used in this research is quantitative with the concept of cross-sectional study. The population in this research is all outpatient PTPN VII Pratama Clinic Office of the Board of Directors in 2022 and the sample collection method uses non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method. So that a sample of 315 people was obtained. Based on the research results it is known that the P-Value simultaneously is 0.000. As for the partial infrastructure facilities (X1), location (X2), personnel (X3), and pharmacy (X4) variables have a P-Value 0.05, if the probability value is 0.05 so it can be concluded that infrastructure, location, personnel, and pharmacy influence simultaneously and partially on patient satisfaction (Y). Primary Clinics can maintain and improve aspects of manpower related to service and attitudes of officers such as through continuous briefings and outreach regarding a culture of responsive, mutual respect, and empathetic actions.

Abstract

The research titled "The Influence of Communication Style and Communication Messages of Emergency Room Doctors on Patient Satisfaction at Siti Hajar Islamic Hospital Mataram" is based on numerous complaints regarding patient satisfaction with the communication style of doctors in the emergency room (ER). Communication between doctors and patients often triggers dissatisfaction, as expectations do not match the outcome. This study aims to analyze the influence of communication style and communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was taken based on accidental sampling. The findings of the study show a significant influence of the communication style of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, the communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, and collectively, both the communication style and communication messages of ER doctors on patient satisfaction, with a satisfaction percentage of 84.2%. The remaining 15.8% of patient satisfaction is influenced by other factors, such as short waiting times to receive medical services and the smoothness and speed of the medical service process experienced. The implications of this research explain that good communication by ER doctors has a positive impact on patient satisfaction at the hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) Service Quality; (2) patient satisfaction; and (3) The Effect of Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction on Patient Loyalty at Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this study is Applied research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The unit of analysis in this study was the parties related to the inpatients of Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic with a sample of 120 people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the quality of service of Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic had a negative and insignificant effect on patient loyalty. For patient satisfaction, Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic has a positive effect and more dominantly affects patient loyalty. Patient loyalty of Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic can generally be said to be good. While simultaneously both variables are equally influential, and partially only patient satisfaction is more dominantly influential. Because Patient Satisfaction predominantly affects Patient Loyalty, it becomes a top priority in increasing Patient Loyalty. Therefore, Bakti Praja Medika Karawang Clinic is advised to consistently maintain patient satisfaction carried out to patients, so that they will become patients who have high loyalty. Word

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen merupakan tahapan awal dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk mencari dan menarik calon pelamar kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi, baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan, maupun kepribadian. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat melamar pekerjaan, khususnya di sektor pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses rekrutmen, seleksi pegawai, dan kompensasi terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan pada pegawai di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kesehatan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora yang berjumlah 263 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 159 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket (kuesioner), yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan untuk proses rekrutmen, 20 pertanyaan untuk seleksi pegawai, 20 pertanyaan untuk kompensasi, dan 16 pertanyaan untuk minat melamar pekerjaan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen, seleksi pegawai, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut merupakan faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pihak rumah sakit untuk menarik calon pegawai yang berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of patient safety culture at Kimia Farma Kosambi Karawang Clinic using a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. The research is motivated by the importance of safety culture as an indicator of healthcare service quality, especially considering the continued occurrence of incidents such as patient falls and the use of non- sterile equipment. The qualitative method involved in-depth interviews and observations of medical staff and management, while the quantitative method used a questionnaire based on 12 dimensions from AHRQ and was analyzed using SPSS. The findings show that active involvement of management, compliance of healthcare workers, and effective communication significantly contribute to the development of a strong safety culture. Identified barriers include low incident reporting, limited regular training, and weak inter-team collaboration. Recommended strategies include strengthening transformational leadership, implementing a non-punitive reporting system, SBAR communication training, and integrating local values into the organizational culture. The study concludes that the success of safety culture implementation highly depends on collaboration between management and healthcare workers in building a safe, adaptive, and sustainable service system, while also offering theoretical and practical contributions to the development of safety culture in primary healthcare settings.

Abstract

This study outlines the strategies for demographic bonus management to increase revenue at RSU Pratama Warmare of Manokwari Regency. The demographic bonus, which is marked by a predominance of the productive-age population, becomes a strategic opportunity when it is managed through adaptive healthcare services. However, high morbidity and unemployment rates among the productive-age group in Manokwari create significant challenges to hospital revenue. This study used a qualitative approach with informants from hospital management, medical staff, and patients. The results indicated that the hospital has carried out several strategies: healthcare services according to age groups, digitalization, strengthened external partnerships, and health education programs. Although patient visits and service efficiency have increased, problems still exist—limited human resources and infrastructure as well as low public health awareness among the population. The study recommends that strategic management of the demographic bonus can improve hospital revenue through cross-sectoral policy support and strengthened internal capacity.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in Public Relations (PR) practices, including the emergence of the phenomenon of AI influence that is influencing the way organizations build relationships with the public. This study aims to explore the role of AI influencers in PR communication strategies through a case study of Arbie Seo, one of the AI influencers active on social media. The method used is qualitative with a constructivism paradigm, involving eight informants who were deliberately selected, consisting of practitioners, academics, and PR students. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The results show that AI influencers play a strategic role in improving the effectiveness of communication with audiences through interactive, personalized, and data-driven approaches. However, there are obstacles in the integration between technology and the human element, especially in the context of empathy and credibility. Therefore, collaboration between human communication expertise and AI technology capabilities is essential to achieve a sustainable communication strategy. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching digital PR literature and emphasizing the importance of technological adaptation in the PR profession. Practically, the results emphasize the need for PR actors to be ready to respond to changes in the communication landscape due to the development of artificial intelligence technology.

Abstract

All Indonesians, especially Generation Z, need to be politically literate, as they are the ones who will shape the nation’s future. Since Generation Z constituted the majority of voters in the 2024 election, understanding their political insights is crucial. Despite their digital fluency, many Gen Z individuals remain disengaged from formal political processes. This study aims to analyze how Generation Z constructs political insight after watching the Bacapres Bicara Gagasan program on YouTube. Using a qualitative phenomenological method, this research explores their cognitive, affective, and personal integration experiences. The findings reveal that the program provided new perspectives on politics and influenced how Gen Z evaluates presidential candidates. The study underscores the importance of media, especially YouTube, in enhancing youth political awareness and participation in the digital age.

Abstract

Indonesia and Japan are among the countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Education in the two countries relies on digital technology so learning is done online. This situation is interesting to study because this is the first time massive online learning has been implemented. The options are either studying online or picking up death. However, online learning of course must be well prepared so as not to leave a bad impact on students. The purpose of this study was to compare students' experiences during online learning during the pandemic between Indonesia and Japan. This research uses a phenomenological study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were through interviews with 30 college students as informants consisting of several universities in Indonesia and Japan. The results of this study are that Indonesian students still experience synchronous and asynchronous obstacles, consisting of technical and non-technical obstacles. Technically with regard to internet networks. Meanwhile, non-technical means that students are not ready to follow online learning so assistance is needed. Students in Indonesia also need time to adapt to using technology. Meanwhile, online learning in Japan has no obstacles. Even online situations are designed to be like classroom learning environments. Lecturers apply a collaborative adaptive learning model by prioritizing an adaptation approach to situations. Adaptation is categorized as one of the aspects of online communication competence which is considered as a success factor in online learning in Japan.
