Abstract

Abstract: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government has shifted face-to-face teaching and learning activities to online learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning and the obstacles faced by students during online learning at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were students of class 2017,2018,2019 who actively participated in online learning with a sample of 70 people. Quantitative data collected through online questionnaires through the google form application media. The results of data analysis in this study are where online learning can be said to be effective if it is in accordance with indicators of learning success such as learning mastery, learning activities, the ability of educators to manage learning, facilities and infrastructure that support learning. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion of this study is that the effectiveness of online learning carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic which in terms of various indicators has been running very effectively with a percentage of 75.45%. Thus, the analysis of the effectiveness of online learning carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic has been very effective. As for the obstacles faced by students, students can overcome the obstacles well.Keywords: Effectiveness, Online Learning, Indicators, Learning Constraints.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership on agency costs in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2015-2019 period). The population of this study is all manufacturing companies that have data on institutional ownership and agency costs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Companies are limited by using specific criteria or types that can provide the required information, which is 9 companies. This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements of each company as well as from other sources such as supporting records in the company and supporting websites through www.idx.co.id or the website of each company regarding reports company finances. The analytical technique used in this research is simple linear regression with the help of the statistical software package for social science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that if using a significant value of 5%, institutional ownership has no significant effect on agency costs. this is evidanced by the result of the t test which shows that t_count is 1.206 and t_table is 2.01669. the higher the institutional ownership, the lower the agency costs.Key Word: Institutional Ownership, Agency Cost.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the teacher's lack of mastery of the learning material because the teacher teaching was not in accordance with the field so that students were not interested and motivated to follow the learning process. Seeing this, the author wants to examine one of the schools in Kampar district to see whether there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student motivation at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, Kampar district. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that became the population in this study, namely class XI students of SMAN 1 Bangkinang kota, Kampar district in the academic year 2021/2022, amounting to 375 people with a sample of 77 respondents determined by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression formula assisted by the SPSS version 25 application with the formula Y = a + Bx. With the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the regression equation Y = 45.308 + 0.790X, the results of this equation can be concluded that the constant is 45.308 which means that the consistency value of the student learning motivation variable (Y) is 45.308 while the teacher's professional competence (X) is 0.790 which states that for every 1% addition to the value of a teacher's professional competence (X), the motivation (Y) will increase by 0.790. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student learning motivation at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, Kampar district, which is 49%.Key Words: Influence, Professional Competence, Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of using digital learning media based on google classroom in increasing student interest in learning economics at SMA Negeri 1 Hulu Kuantan. The population in this study were all students of class XI at Sma Negeri 1 Hulu Kuantan, as many as 60 people. The sampling technique is by random sampling. This research uses quantitative methods with experimental research models. Researchers use this method in order to know the level of effectiveness of the google classroom learning media in increasing student interest in learning. The design used in this study was the pretest posttest control group design or the pretest posttest control group design, namely in this design there were two groups, each of which was chosen randomly. The results showed that there were differences in the average learning outcomes of the Experiment class and the Control class. This proves that the use of google classroom digital learning media is effective in increasing students' interest in learning economics at SMAN 1 Hulu Kuantan.Keywords: Digital Learning Media, Google Classroom, Learning Interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Dumai Kota, Kota Dumai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan memberikan batas margin error sebesar 5% dan menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling, sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 77 orang.  Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik pertanyaan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan beberapa persamaan regresi linear dan bukti hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji t variabel stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji statistik (uji F), secara simultan stres kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SDN di Kecamatan Dumai Kota, Kota Dumai. Berdasarkan uji t dan F, maka hipotesis diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Reward and Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Survey dengan teknik korelasional (correlational resarch). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner/angket dengan 96 responden dari 114 guru di SD Negeri Perhentian raja kabupaten kampar yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian dilakukan yaitu responden memberikan tanggapan terhadap kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari lima pilihan jawaban yaitu Sangat Sering, Sering, Kadang-Kadang, Pernah, dan Tidak Pernah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial.Berdasarkan dari analisis data diketahui bahwa, terdapat Pengaruh Reward and Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar, baik sebagian maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini diharapkan berguna untuk perbaikan Disiplin Kerja Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya.

Abstract

Nation or state will prosper if it have at least 2% of entrepreneurs.According to the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, entrepreneurs in Indonesia are still around 1.6%.For that, we need to developtechnopreneurship in order to produce highly competitive entrepreneurs.The purpose of this research is to get information about technopreneurship development in University of Riau.The research was conducted on the application of entrepreneurship at University of Riau, Pekanbaru.Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the number of students who have a business plan in accordance with their academic disciplines on average only 5%.The factor is the implementation of technopreneurship development has not been optimal.Lecturers have not emphasized the creative ability of students in accordance with academic science, while entrepreneurship lecturers only instill knowledge, insight, and entrepreneurial interest.Units and support student entrepreneurship programs have not direct students' creative business ideas to the field that were appropriate to their academic sciences.

Abstract

The problems in this research was the factors that influence students’ learning motivation at economics department in faculty of teachers training and education of Riau university (i.e: motivation to learn in the classroom (Y1), motivation to carry out structured tasks (Y2), and motivation to learn independently (Y3)), particularly from external students (ie: the quality of lecturers (X1), the lecture method (X2), the conditions and atmosphere of the lecture hall (X3), the library facilities (X4), and the conditions and atmosphere of the park study (X5)). The participants of this research were the students of economics department at faculty of teachers training and education in Riau University in the academic year 2012/2013, the number of students is 294. This research was conducted in 50% samples (147 students), it was taken by the proportional technique of purposive sampling. The data were taken by using a questionnaire with four alternative answers. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, regression, and partial correlation with the level of significance of 5%. The result of descriptive analysis found that the students generally have high motivation  (to learn in the classroom, to do structured task, and to learn independently) respectively 86.4%, 87.1% and 88.4%. They also said that the quality of lecturers, the classroom conditions and atmosphere, as well as the library facilities are good, respectively 66.7, 59.2% and 45.6%. While the lecture method, as well as the conditions and atmosphere of the park study is enough to learn, respectively 59.2% and 51.7%. From the multiple regression analysis found that all of five independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) have a significant effect on Y1, Y2, and Y3 with donations amounting to 22.8%, 24.2%, and 22.0%. While partially X1 and X2 have a significant relationship with Y1, Y2, and Y3. Unlike  X5 which has a significant relationship with Y2 and Y3, but not significant with Y1. Abstract

Posisi Usaha Mikro di Indonesia memiliki peran yang strategis karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang lebih banyak dibanding usaha besar. Namun kondisi usaha mereka sangat lambat berkembang. Di sisi lain banyak tersedia bahan baku yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penambahan produk mereka. Sepertihalnya di Desa Tarai Bangun, Kampar, Riau, yang juga terdapat banyak usaha mikro dan limbah kulit nenas yang belum dimanfaatkan secara ekonomis oleh usaha mikro yang ada. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan pembinaan untuk pengembangan usaha mereka melalui diversifikasi produk usaha minuman nata de pina. Kegiatan pengabdian pembinaan diversifikasi produk usaha mikro ini dilakukan di Desa Tarai Bangun, Kampar, Riau pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2020. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi aktivitas yang berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik pembuatan produk, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa wawasan dan pengetahuan mitra tentang pengembangan usaha melalui pendiversifikasi produk yang memanfaatkan limbah menjadi meningkat. Mitra juga memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat produk minuman nata de pina sebagai salah satu strategi pengembangan usahanya. Mereka berharap dapat dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian lanjutan seperti pemasaran dan keuangan. Kata kunci: Usaha Mikro, Diversifikasi Produk, Nata de Pina

Abstract

This article aims to find out entrepreneurial education as a solution to the impact of the industrial era 4.0 (E.I.4.0). The data were collected by documentation techniques and observation, and then analyzed using descriptive exploratory techniques. The results indicate that E.I.4.0 had a negative impact is the loss of various jobs, but on the other hand had a positive impact, that are the emergence of business and employment opportunities. In E.I.4.0, human resources are required to have the ability to create, innovate, think critically, and collaborate and self-confidence. Entrepreneurship education provides knowledge and skills and develops attitudes that can be a solution to the impact of E.I 4.0. Entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitudes will shape human beings in accordance with E.I.4.0, which were the ability to create, innovate, think critically, collaborate, and be confident. This ability will be able to reach opportunities that arise in order to replace lost jobs. At the level of pre-school education, basic education and general secondary education (SMA/MA), entrepreneurship education should be emphasized more on developing entrepreneurial attitudes and knowledge. At the level of vocational secondary education (SMK/MAK) and higher education, entrepreneurship education should be emphasized more on the development of entrepreneurial skills. Effective implementation of entrepreneurship education for E.I.4.0 requires synergy and integration between subjects or subjects, teachers / lecturers, education levels, and among various stakeholders in a sustainable.
