Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether group counseling was effective in increasing student empathy. The type of research used was pre-experiment with type one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class X.1 of SMAN 1 Padang Ganting who were registered in the 2017/2018 school year, the sampling technique used to determine the sample was purposive sampling technique that is with certain considerations, consideration of researchers is students who are identified lacking empathy and not empathy with a sample size of 10 people. The results showed that group counseling had a significant effect on increasing student empathy. This is evidenced by the increase in the posttest score after being given treatment through group counseling. This means that t0 ttt so that Ha which states group counseling is effective in increasing student empathy is significantly accepted, and H0 which states that group counseling is not effective in increasing student empathy is rejected.

Abstract

UMKM’s Business activities are very popular nowadays like rainy season. This group has been proven to advance the country's economy through its ability to absorb labour and open new jobs. Business partners in this Community Service activity are business groups which include food clusters, namely Gusniwati's business which is engaged in the loading and selling of donuts and fried bread.The purpose of this service is to assist partners in business management and production. Through this activity, it is expected that partners can improve their business management capabilities, expand their marketing areas, improve the quality of their production, which in turn will increase partners' income and profits. This activity will be carried out in the form of business management training (packaging, business motivation marketing), and the provision of production assistance goods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran proses pembelajaran siswa sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw, Untuk mengetahui hasil aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada materi Himpunan dan untuk mengetahui apakah kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pendidik dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas(PTK) atau classroom action research. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah sebanyak 25 siswa,terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Instrument yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, test, LKS, dan lembar observasi.Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis secara kualitatif artinya data yang di peroleh dari pelaksanaan observasi akan di analisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah disajikan , maka disimpulkan bahwa (1) Gambaran proses pemblajaran siswa sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw adalah menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga kurang melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif dalam pembelajaran dan kurang aktif dalam berdiskusi, sehingga peserta didik didik merasa bosan karena selalu metode ceramah yang di ajarkan disaat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, maka perlu diadakan perubahan metode belajarnya yaitu dengan menerapkan kooperatif tipe jigsaw. (2) Model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik pada materi Himpunan pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba, dan (3) Dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi Himpunan pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba

Abstract

This research start from the fact at school that it has 55 % the result of the study of the students in class x on Jasa Boga Competition in Subject Prosessing Continental Food are down of the KKM (7,5).This process make the hypothesis because of the proseces of the study still focus to the teacher and the studying process in teaching, the teacher also teacher also explain the material with conventional method. The purpose of this research to know the effect using demonstration method of Professsional Competition  students in their subject the proses of continental food in class x Jasa Boga department at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang in academic year 2012 / 2013. The kind of this research is quasi experiment research by using factorial planning one direction with all the population are students in class x Jasa Boga SMK N Sintuk Toboh Gadang. The sample is taken by using Total Sampling technique. The instrument is used test to estimate professional competition students are value form practice of questions test that given in the last research. The data analysis technique get thitung > ttabel =  (4,8 > 1,67) in clusion, using demonstration method give positive effect it’s means that in significant level 0,05 of professional competition students on subject how do the process continental food in class x at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang in academic year 2012 / 2013.   Kata kunci: Metode Demonstrasi, Kompetensi Profesional.

Abstract

The purpose of research is describe the form of suntiang mangkuto and analyze the inner meaning of suntiang mangkuto . This research is a descriptive kualitatif. Object this research is suntiang mangkuto. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Analysis techniques with reduction data, display of data and conclusion. The results of resesearch obtained form suntiang mangkuto resembles a crown shape with a diameter of 17,1 cm has 4 support bars with a width of 2 cm has wide range of decorative flora and fauna materials used for the manufacture of suntiang mangkuto the original and the latest. The meaning of philosophy contained in suntiang mangkuto is that women in minangkabau should not uphold the heavy burden. Suntiang mangkuto show beauty and serves as a golden yellow colored flowers on suntiang mangkuto symbolizes custom rules and customary philosophy in minangkabau that is nature takambang be a teacher.2Keywords : Suntiang Mangkuto, clothes, Minangkabau

Abstract

This research is supposed to know meatballs seller income in Kendari City and to analyze the balance of the income of cost.  This research held from May until June 2013 in Kendari City Southeast Province. This research is applying with the survey method and determination location with purposive sampling. The research location consists of Mandongga District, Kadia District, Baruga District, and West Kendari Discrete. The respondent's determination is using census method meatball sellers as a respondent is a seller only sell the meatball without the other type of it. The total of respondents is 13 people. Data that wed to research is classified include two types are primer data and secondary data. Data analyze is used to count the income π = TR-TC meanwhile to count the balance of cost income is  R/C ratio = income totally and outcome the result of the research shows us that average of outcome still issued by meatball sellers Kendari City Rp  1.780.564,00/mouth/ seller, variable cost is 9.040.584,00 /mouth/seller and the total cost is 10.821.130,00 mouth/seller. On the other hand, the seller income is 13.594.000,00/mouth/seller, income is 2.789.500/mouth/seller and the balance of the income of cost is 1,2 it means that the seller meatballs business in Kendari city is suitable to develop.

Abstract

This research was an experimental research which aimed to examize the effect of the Student Worksheet (LKM) to inquiry learning model on the metacognitive awareness of students in the STKIP-PI Biochemistry course. The research design was a one group pretest-posttest design. The instrument was a metacognitive questionnaire. The steps of the guided inquiry model consist of orientation, presenting the problem, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and drawing conclusions. Measuring metacognitive awareness refers to the metacognitive categorization guidelines. First, the prerequisite test statistical data was the normality test and the homogeneity test. Hypothesis statistical testing used the help of the SPSS for Windows 17 application through the Paired Sample ttest. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the paired sample ttest obtained a significance result of p = 0.06 > α = 0.050, so this states that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected, which means that there was no effect of guided inquiry learning assisted by LKM on metacognitive awareness of STKIP-PI students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model assisted by interactive learning videos on the cognitive abilities of MA Ummul Mukminin students. The research design was a one group pretest-postest design. The population of this research was all students of class XI MA Ummul Mukminin. The sample in this study was chosen randomly. The instrument used to measure students' cognitive abilities was in the form of multiple-choice questions of 20 numbers given at the pretest and posttest. The data analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Inferential statistical analysis consisted of normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Hypothesis testing used the help of the SPSS For Windows 17.0 application through the Paired Sample t-test. The test results obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that there was a significant effect of using the discovery learning model assisted by interactive learning videos in improving the cognitive abilities of MA Ummul Mukminin's students.

Abstract

The important role of Posyandu cadres as the front guard in providing services to thecommunity through Posyandu. Posyandu cadres are people who are chosen, willing, capable, andhave the time and care for basic social services for the community. Therefore, training for Posyanducadres is an effort to increase the capacity and capability of Posyandu cadres.Activities at the Posyandu are aimed, among others, to monitor the weight growth of childrenunder five using the Card Towards Healthy (KMS), provide nutritional counseling, and providebasic nutrition and health services, which are closely related to stunting. The intervention effortsmade by the Ministry of Health, point 4, to monitor the growth of children under five at posyanduare very strategic efforts to detect early growth disorders.Stunting is a problem because it is associated with an increased risk of illness and death,suboptimal brain development so that motor development is delayed and mental growth is inhibited.Several studies have shown the risk caused by stunting, namely decreased academic achievement,increased risk of obesity, more susceptibility to non-communicable diseases and an increased risk ofdegenerative diseases.This community service is to provide education in an effort to increase posyandu cadres'knowledge about stunting. The method used is the pretest and posttest evaluation. The results andconclusions were that there was an increase in the knowledge of posyandu cadres after healtheducation was carried out on stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of fertilizer price subsidies, Chinese GDP and the exchange rate on the trade balance of Riau Province in 2000 - 2018. This study uses secondary data obtained from data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the technique of least simple squares (Ordinary Least Square (OLS)). Testing is carried out on the hypothesis and the feasibility of data (classical assumptions) using a 5% significance level. Based on the results of the study note that subsidies on fertilizer prices, Chinese GDP and the exchange rate together (simultaneously) significantly influence the trade balance of Riau Province in 2000 - 2018. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000000, meaning fertilizer price subsidies, GDP China and the exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on the trade balance in Riau Province. The magnitude of the effect of fertilizer price subsidies, China's GDP and the exchange rate on the trade balance of Riau province was 88.0991%. Whereas 11,9009% is explained by other variables outside the regression equation. And Partially, subsidies, China's GDP and exchange rates respectively affect the trade balance of Riau Province.Keywords: Subsidies, Chinese GDP, Exchange Rate and Trade Balance
