Abstract

Malaria is a life-threatening parasitic disease. Although the annual incidence of the parasite has decreased, malaria continues to be a health concern. The incidence of malaria remains high in tropical regions. The Suku Anak Dalam is the indigenous population of Jambi who live in the tropical forest. With limited access to healthcare, low levels of education, poor socio-economic status, and a nomadic lifestyle, the Suku Anak Dalam are vulnerable to malaria infections. Malaria infections trigger immune responses that cause issues with capillary blood vessels and the heart. Changes in the electrocardiogram are considered indicative of cardiac problems. This study aims to understand the electrocardiogram patterns of the Suku Anak Dalam community living in malaria-endemic areas, in order to support preventive measures regarding cardiac issues in populations residing in such regions. This research employed a descriptive cross-sectional design, utilising accidental sampling of nine adult members of the Suku Anak Dalam community who reside in the forest area of Sungai Terap Jelutih village, Batin XXIV Sub-district, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province, and who consented to undergo electrocardiogram (ECG) recording. The ECG results were subsequently analysed descriptively by a ECG specialist, and the findings were then summarised. The results of electrocardiogram recordings from nine respondents showed Left Bundle Branch Block, along with signs of anaemia and hypertension. The conclusion is that the presence of Left Bundle Branch Block may be due to malaria infection, which triggers immune disturbances resulting in capillary and cardiac complications. Continuous cardiac examinations are necessary in endemic areas as a preventive measure.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien tidak lepas dari rasa puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima. Menurut Permenkes RI Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan minimal untuk kepuasan pasien yaitu diatas 95%. Rata-rata kepuasan pasien di RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo dari bulan Januari-September 2021 adalah 82,25 %, hal ini menunjukkan kepuasan pasien di RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo belum memenuhi standar nasional kepuasan pasien. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif. Analisis data secara statistik deskriptif menggunakan program Microsoft Excel dengan metode IPA. Sampel penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan rumus lemeshow didapatkan 70 dari total populasi dengan pengambilan simple random sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah gap analysis, tingkat kesesuaian dari importance dan performance, serta dilakukan pemetaan prioritas dengan IPA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata kinerja pelayanan didapatkan skor sebesar 4,79 maka dapat dikategorikan bahwa kinerja pelayanan sangat baik. Dan untuk kepentingan/harapan pasien didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 4,03 maka dapat dikategorikan bahwa harapan/kepentingan pasien sangat penting. Rata-rata kesenjangan pada penelitian ini didapatkan skor positif 0,77 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada kesenjangan. Terdapat 2 atribut yang terletak di kuadran A. Simpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan rawat inap sudah memenuhi harapan pasien rawat inap. Namun, terdapat 2 atribut yang terletak pada kuadran A yang perlu ditingkatkan pelayanannya. Saran yang direkomendasikan pada 2 atribut yang terletak pada kuadran A yaitu melakukan edukasi kepada pasien mengenai standar takaran porsi untuk orang sakit dan pihak manajemen/direktur menegur dokter yang tidak melakukan kunjungan dengan tepat waktu.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kinerja Pelayanan, Harapan Pasien, IPA

Abstract

Waste of pineapple stem (Ananas comusus L. Merr.) has not been optimally utilized, although it is known that pineapple contain bromelain enzym. This research aimed to isolation and characterization bromelain from pineapple stem. Enzim was extracted from pineapple stem to produce crude enzim of bromelain. Isolation bromelain was done by amonium sulphate precepititation and continued by dialysis. Characterization to determined molecular weight, protein content and protease activity. The result of fractionation by amonium precipitation showed the highest specific activity on amonium sulphate 40-60% fraction 1011,98 U/mg. Caharacterization of purified bromelain showed that molecular weight of bromelain is 23,69 dan 24,72 kD with proteint content 2,78 mg/mL and protease activity is 2833,33 U/mL. This study concluded that the pineapple stem has bromelain enzym with the protease activity.

Abstract

This study examines public responses to MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023, which prohibits transactions with Israeli-affiliated products and emphasizes support for Palestine. The research aims to bridge the knowledge gap regarding how communities understand and implement the fatwa, while also exploring its potential social and political consequences. A qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data sources include primary and secondary materials relevant to the fatwa and its community impact. The findings reveal that the community in Manggala Sub-district understands and accepts the fatwa’s principles. They view it as an essential step in showing solidarity with Palestine, often expressing support through joint prayers, fundraisers, and adherence to the prohibition of Israeli products. Practical implementations of the fatwa, such as organized charity activities, demonstrate a significant level of community engagement.  This research is original in its focus on a localized response to MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023, contributing to a broader understanding of the social dynamics surrounding Islamic legal directives. The implications highlight the need for enhanced and sustainable education programs to socialize fatwas effectively. Local governments and the MUI should collaborate to provide direct counseling, community leader training, and support mechanisms for traders to adapt without economic disruption. By addressing these aspects, the study underscores the importance of aligning religious directives with practical societal needs.

Abstract

Makassar community is divided into sub-district,  urban village, hamlet, and neighborhood unit with all its issues. One of the problems is in the Sambung Jawa, Mamajang Sub-district where there is still lack of interest and awareness to understand the importance of knowledge about the rights and obligations of a trading business (legal entity). On the other hand, there are some people who have succeeded, but are more concerned with pursuing profits to meet their needs than caring about legal issues. The solution to these problems is providing legal assistance and socialization regarding the establishment of a business entity (formerly home industry) carried out in the communities of RW 6, 7, 8, and 9 who have business activities in clothing, crafts and food industry as UMK (Micro and Small Enterprises) entrepreneurs, procedures and terms of submission of brands, as well as providing information about brand rights.The aim of this activity is to increase legal awareness and provide legal protection by continuous (periodically) mentoring both during service and afterwards. The method that used are direct meeting with servants and local officials / community leaders and discussions with partners as well as with women's organizations which resulted in an agreement that counseling and assistance will be provided by the servant. The results of the implementation of community service provide a positive value for UMK entrepreneurs with very satisfying indicators of success. Public information about brand rights was received enthusiastically by the community and provided a great motivation to increase industrial business skills so that the turnover can increase even more.

Abstract

Pembangunan proyek Kereta Api Trans-Sulawesi ruas Makassar - Pare-Pare bertujuan untuk menghubungkan Pulau Sulawesi dan mempengaruhi perekonomian daerah. Proyek ini meliputi jalur sepanjang 145 km dari Makassar ke Pare-Pare, sebagai tahap awal dari jalur kereta api Trans Sulawesi. Untuk mengurangi risiko, peneliti merancang strategi mitigasi risiko dan sistem peringatan dini menggunakan metode ISO 31000:2018. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan 30 risiko yang dibagi ke dalam berbagai kategori, dengan variabel mitigasi yang mengubah risiko avoidance menjadi reduction atau retention. Respon risiko menunjukkan tindakan stakeholders dalam mengatasi risiko dan meminimalisir kerugian, dengan pelaksanaan monitoring dan review sebesar 95% dari keberhasilan. Meskipun penerapan manajemen risiko hampir sempurna, permasalahan internal mencegah mencapai 100% sesuai standar ISO 31000:2018. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola proyek kereta api untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen risiko dan keberhasilan proyek secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Background: Male Sex Men (MSM) are one of the high-risk groups for contracting HIV&AIDS due to anal and oral sexual behavior. Based on SIHA 2019 data, MSM is the highest risk factor for HIV and AIDS cases (19%). Research Metodes: The purpose of this study was to identify behavior factors that prevent HIV and AIDS infection in Male Sex Men in Indonesia (MSM). Results: This type of This type of research is non reactive with an ecological study research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the entire area that became the 2018-2019 IBBS survey consisting of 24 regencies/cities in Indonesia using the specified total population sample. The data obtained were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is there is a strong relationship between predisposing factors (age and knowledge), and driving factors (peer support) with the behavior of preventing HIV&AIDS transmission among MSM in Indonesia

Abstract

Diphtheria is an infectious disease caused by Corynebacterium diphtheriae. Causes the formation of thick layer called pseudomembrane which can interfere in breathing. This research was conducted to provide a comprehensive overview of characteristics and distribution patterns of diphtheria cases during 2021-2022. Methods of this research is qualitative research time series design with secondary data. This research describes diphtheria using a descriptive epidemiological case according to person, place and time. The results showed based on age, the highest cases occurred in 1-4 year age (66%). Based on gender, it mostly occurs in men (66%). Based on immunization status, some have complete immunization with an 18 month booster. Based on location, diphtheria incidents often occur in Sukodono District. Based on time, diphtheria cases occurs in March - June and September - December. The discovery of diphtheria cases in Sidoarjo Regency from 2021 tends to fluctuate. In March - June and September - December, diphtheria cases in Sidoarjo Regency experienced a significant increase and decreased at the beginning of the year (January). Most diphtheria sufferers were aged 1-4. Some of them have of complete immunization accompanied by18 month booster. Meanwhile, most cases of diphtheria often occur in men.

Abstract

ABSTRAC The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out and analyze the implementation of interfaith marriages and to find out and analyze interfaith marriages in the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. The research method is normative research type, namely research that is more oriented to the study of phenomena where all data obtained is based on research on legal materials in the form of legislation or books and documents that have to do with the topic of the research proposal. The results of this study show that: Interfaith marriages can cause psychological pressure, in the form of psychological conflicts, potentially choosing a secular lifestyle. In the Compilation of Islamic Law article 40 point c and article 44, it expressly prohibits interfaith marriages, both Muslim men and non-Muslim women and Muslim women with non-Muslim men. While in Figih law, there are views about interfaith marriages in four schools, namely Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Syafi, Hambali School and Maliki School. 1/1974 concerning Marriage Law is not yet clear and complete in regulating interfaith marriages so as not to cause legalinterpretations which result in confusion in the community related to these problems and the consistency of the government must be emphasized again. ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksananaan Perkawianan Beda Agama Dan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisiPerkawinan Beda Agama Dalam Perspektif Hukum Positif dan Hukum Islam. Metodepenelitian dengan tipe penelitian normatif, yakni penelitian yang lebih berorientasipada kajian fenomena dimana semua data-data yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian terhadap bahan hukum berupa perundang-undangan atau buku-buku dan dokumen yang ada hubungannya dengan topik proposal penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjunjukkan bahwa: Perkawinan beda agama dapat menimbulkan tekanan psikologis, berupa konflik kejiwaan, berpotensi memilih pola hidup sekuler.berdampak negatif baik bagi keutuhan rumah tangga, keyakinan maupun pendidikan anak, dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam pasal 40 point c dan pasal 44 dengan tegas melarang perkawinan antar agama baik laki-laki muslim dengan wanita non muslim maupun wanita muslim dengan laki-laki non muslim. Sedangkan dalam hukum Figih, terdapat pandangan mengenai perkawinan beda agama dalamempat mahzab yaitu Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Syafi‟i Mazhab Hambali dan mazhabMaliki Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah Perlu rumusan ulang atau revisi tentangperkawinan antar agama, karena dalam UU No. 1/1974 Tentang Hukum Perkawinanbelum jelas dan tuntas dalam mengatur perkawinan beda agama sehingga tidakmenimbulkan penafsiran hukum yang berakibat adanya kebingungan padamasyarakat yang terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut dan konsistensi pemerintah harus dipertegas lagi.

Abstract

Water is one of the basic needs that is very important for humans, but water can also be a medium for spreading disease. Therefore, the government established the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2023 concerning Environmental Health. One of the drinking water quality requirements listed in the Permenkes is a microbiological parameter with an indicator of E. coli bacteria content in drinking water as much as 0/100ml. In the process of storing drinking water, a clean water storage area is needed so that it is not contaminated. This study aims to determine the presence of E. coli bacteria in drinking water with descriptive methods and data used secondary data at the Surabaya Class I Port Health Office, Tanjung Perak Working Area. The results showed that 1 Food Management Place did not meet the requirements because the drinking water contained E. coli bacteria as much as 2/100 ml. Keywords:          Mineral water, E. coli   Abstrak Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang sangat penting bagi manusia, namun air juga bisa menjadi media penyebaran penyakit. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 2 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan. Salah satu persyaratan kualitas air minum yang tercantum dalam Permenkes tersebut adalah parameter mikrobiologi dengan indikator kandungan bakteri E. coli dalam air minum sebanyak 0/100ml. Dalam proses penyimpanan air minum diperlukan tempat penyimpanan air yang bersih agar tidak terkontaminasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan bakteri E. coli pada air minum dengan metode deskriptif dan data yang digunakan data sekunder di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Surabaya Wilayah Kerja Tanjung Perak. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 1 Tempat Pengelolaan Pangan tidak memenuhi syarat karena air minum tersebut mengandung bakteri E. coli sebanyak 2/100 ml. Kata Kunci:         Air Minum, E. coli
