Abstract

This study aims to determine feed consumption, conversion and income over feed cost on kedu?s chicken. The method used in the study was Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 5 treatments i.e P0, P1, P2, P3, P4. Each treatment was repeated 4 times and gained 20 experimental units. Each replication consists of 1 chicken which laided separately. The treatment of feed consisted of P0: 100% feed without waste, P1: 85% formulated feed and 15% market waste, 80 formulation feed and 20% market waste, P2: 85% formulated feed and market waste flour 15 %, feed formulation 80% and market waste flour 20%, P3: fomulation feed 85% and market waste boiled 15% fomulation feed 80% and market waste boiled 20%, P4: feed formulation 85% and market waste steamed 15% feed formulation 80% and market waste is steamed 20%. The variables observed in the study were feed consumption, conversion and the value of income over feed cost. The research showed that the best feed consumption as 85% formulated feed and added with 15% boiled market waste. This feed was feeded 123,475 g/each/day. The best conversion was the lowest conversion value using 85% formulated feed plus 15% dried market waste and found in the treatment of P1 (4.52 g). The best treatment of Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) was 85% formulated feed and added with 15% market waste is found in treatment of P1 (24,300 Rupiah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsumsi pakan, konversi dan income over feed cost pada ayam kedu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga terdapat 20 unit percobaan. Setiap ulangan terdiri dari 1 ekor ayam yang dikandangkan sendiri-sendiri. Pakan perlakuan yang digunakan terdiri dari : P0 : pakan jadi 100% tanpa limbah, P1 : pakan formulasi 85% dan limbah pasar dijemur 15%, pakan formulasi 80 dan limbah pasar dijemur 20%, P2 : pakan formulasi 85% dan tepung limbah pasar 15%, pakan formulasi 80% dantepunglimbah pasar 20%, P3 : pakan fomulasi 85% dan limbah pasar direbus 15% pakan fomulasi 80% dan limbah pasar direbus 20%, P4 : pakan formulasi 85% dan limbah pasar dikukus 15% pakan formulasi 80% dan limbah pasar dikukus 20%. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian adalah konsumsi pakan, konversidannilai income over feed cost.Penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi pakan terbaikyaitu dengan menggunakan pakan formulasi 85% ditambah limbah pasar 15% yang direbusterdapat pada perlakuan P3. 123,475 gram/ekor/hari. Konversi terbaik yaitu nilai konversi terendah dengan menggunakan pakan formulasi 85% ditambah limbah pasar yang dijemur 15%terdapat pada perlakuan P1 yaitu sebesar 4,52 gram. Sedangkan perlakuan terbaik dari Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC)dengan menggunakan pakan formulasi 85% ditambah limbah pasar yang dijemur 15% terdapat pada perlakuan P1 yaitu Rp. 24.300.

Abstract

This study aimed to get a good storage of chicken eggs for hatching, and to get the ideal temperature on local chicken eggs hatching. This research was conducted in the Inbis ranch of Faculty of Agriculture, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang, East Java. The design used Factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments consists of two factors are the length of the egg storage (L) consists of three levels (L1 = 3 days, L2 = 5 days, L3 = 7 days) as the first factor and the second factor (S) is the hatching temperature with three levels (S1 = 35-36°C, S2 = 37-38°C, and S3 = 39-40°C). The parameters observed were hatchability of the eggs. The results showed that the storage duration of eggs and different temperatures showed a significant effect (P> 0.05) on the hatchability of local chicken eggs. The hatchability of the study ranged from 85.17% to 88.87%. The highest hatchability in this study is 88.87% which found in the treatment of L1 (3 days) and the temperature of treatment is S2 (37-38°C). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan lama penyimpanan telur ayam kampung yang baik untuk penetasan, serta untuk mendapatkan suhu yang ideal dalam penetasan telur ayam kampung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikandang Inbis Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi, Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial, terdapat 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor : faktor ke-1 (L) adalah lama simpan telur terdiri dari tiga level yaitu L1=3 hari, L2= 5 hari, L3= 7 hari, Faktor ke-2 (S) adalah temperatur penetasan telur ayam kampung terdiri tiga level yaitu : S1=35°C-36°C, S2=37°C-38°C, dan S3=39°C-40°C. Parameter yang diamati adalah daya tetas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama penyimpanan telur dan suhu yang berbedah menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan (P>0.05) terhadap daya tetas telur ayam kampung.. Daya tetas penelitian berkisar antara 85.17% sampai 88,87%. Daya tetas tertinggi pada penelitian ini terdapat pada perlakuan L1 (3 hari) dan suhu perlakuan S2 (37°C-38°C) yaitu 88,87%.

Abstract

Positive intentions and attitudes to not smoking are strong predictors of adolescent non-smoking behavior in the future. The purpose of this study was to identify the attitudes and intentions of adolescents to behave non-smoking in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 400 adolescents who study in junior high school and senior high school in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. the data is then analyzed using path analysis using the stata 13 program. The results there is a direct influence on the intention of adolescents not to smoke towards non-smoking behavior of adolescents in the Kulon Progo Regency of Yogyakarta (b = 1.45; 95% CI = 1.45 to 2.49; p <0.001).There is a direct influence on the attitude of adolescents not to smoke towards non-smoking behavior of adolescents in the Kulon Progo Regency of Yogyakarta (b = 1.17; 95% CI = 0.66 to 1.69; p <0.001). the conclusion there is a direct influence of smoking attitudes and intentions on adolescent non-smoking behavior. There is an indirect influence of attitudes through the intention to adolescent non-smoking behavior in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta.

Abstract

History education, including the teaching and learning of history, is a form of teaching and learning that is establishing national character values as to develop critical and chronological thinking as well as to acquire knowledge about the past in order to understand and explain the development and the changes in society as well as socio cultural diversity in order to find national identity among world society. The goals of the teaching and learning will be achieved if the student are well managed. As to manage teaching and learning in a proper way, educational management is required. Teaching and classroom management are a certain activities or process in managing cooperative group efforts in educational organization as to reach the goals effectively and efficiently. The functions of management includes: planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluating. History education requires the functions in order to manage teaching and learning to be productive. Productivity is reflected from the effectivity and efficiency of learning.

Abstract

Kemampuan anak dalam berhitung di Taman Kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Simpang IV Lubuk Basung masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak melalui permainan ular tangga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Menggunakan metode praktek langsung. Penelitian ini di lakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berhitung pada siklus ke II. Di simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan permainan ular tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Simpang IV Lubuk Basung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on lecturer performance at the Institute of Social and Political Sciences (IISIP), Yapis Biak. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews involving all permanent lecturers who are active in the Yapis Biak Institute of Social and Political Sciences. The population in this study were 43 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The research approach used is a qualitative approach and the data testing techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results of the study based on statistical tests, the results of multiple linear regression showed that motivation influenced the performance of lecturers at the Yapis Biak Institute of Social and Political Sciences with a regression coefficient of 0.808.

Abstract

The background of the research is how to low ability to recognize mathematical concepts of early childhood. The low ability is due to the use of instructional media which is less enjoyable for children when playing and learning in class. Gender of boys and girls may have different orientations in playing and in recognizing mathematical concepts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the influence of the use of animated films and animation on the ability to recognize mathematical concepts, analyze the differences in the influence of gender on the ability to recognize mathematical concepts, and analyze the interaction between animated films and gender in their effects on the ability to recognize mathematical concepts early childhood. This research uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design using Factorial (2x2). A population of 151 children with a purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 105 kindergarten B children in the Dahlia PAUD cluster in Batangan’s Kecamatan. The collecting of data in this study from the results of observations and tests and analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results showed, there were differences in the influence of the use of animated films and animation, F = 17.546 in sig. 0.001, there is a difference in the influence of gender, F = 5.399 with sig. 0.022 and there is no interaction between animated films with gender differences in the ability to recognize mathematical concepts in early childhood, F = 0.130 with sig. 0.719. This research can be used as an alternative in choosing fun learning media to introduce mathematical concepts in early childhood.

Utilization of Carambola Sari (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) in the Maintenance of Vaname Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) to Suppress Population of Vibrio sp. Green Colony. Jurnal Sains Teknologi Akuakultur, 3(1) : 33-41. This research was conducted in July-August 2018 at PT. SyAqua Indonesia Serang, Banten. It used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replicates and three treatments which were bilimbi juice in 20 ppm (T1), 30 ppm (T2) and without bilimbi or control (CT). The monitoring of Vibrio sp., defined as total Vibrio sp., total   yellow colony, total green colony, the ratio of total green colony, survival rate of shrimp and water quality. The result showed that bilimbi juice was able to suppress the population of Vibrio sp. in the maintenance media and shrimp body. At the end of the maintenance period (d7-d9), total population of green colony in treatment were lower than control with the ratio of the green colony was 0%. In contrast, bilimbi juice with concentration 20 ppm and 30 ppm had no significant effect (P>0,1). The best survival rate was given by T2 about 16% and based on regression y = 0.3589x+5.0279 the optimal dose to protect shrimp from Vibrio sp. by using bilimbi juice is about 264,62 ppm.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu matakuliah wajib Universitas dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB), dalam proses nya Kuliah Kerja Nyata memerlukan kinerja pengolahan data yang baik. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu telah membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Khusus untuk menunjang Kegiatan KKN yakni sebuah website KKN secara online yang diharapkan membantu kegiatan KKN lebih cepat, efektif dan Efisien.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap penggunaan sistem KKN Online, dan Variabel Kemanfaatan terhadap penggunaan sistem KKN Online.Menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner.Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu yang mengikuti KKN.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh dari kemudahan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatan sistem terhadap penggunaan sistem, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Kanker payudara adalah penyakit yang mengancam  kesehatan perempuan. Diagnosa pada wanita yang mengidap penyakit kanker payudara bukanlah hal yang mudah menyebabkan ketidaksiapan seseorang dalam menghadapi kenyataan masa depan, pengobatan, perubahan hubungan social, dan berbagai perubah fisik maupun respon psikologis. Untuk itu diperlukan penerimaan diri yang baik agar perempuan dapat menerima kondisinya, menerima tubuhnya sendiri, melihat dirinya secara objektif, memahami perubahan emosi untuk kembali ke normal. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk menyimpulkan literature yang berhubungan dengan tahap penerimaan diri pada wanita dengan kanker payudara. Metode pencarian literature pada studi ini dimulai pada periode tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2020 dengan sumber data dari PubMed, Sincedirect, dan willey. Artikel teridentifikasi 1.768 artikel setelah dilakukan studi appraisal menggunakan program Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP), dan metode sintesis menggunakan modifikasi PEOS didapatkan 6 artikel untuk direview akhir. Hasil dan pembahasan jurnal didapatkan di dapatkan 4 tema terkait dengan tahap peneriman diri yaitu: tahap krisis, tahap kompromi, tahap penerimaan diri, tahap penerimaan transendensi. Kesimpulan: Penerimaan diri sangat penting untuk menigkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis wanita dengan kanker payudara yang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan dari keluarga, sosial, dan kepercayaan spiritual yang dapat membantu dalam mengahadapi diagnosa kanker payudara. Diagnosis in women with breast cancer is not easy to cause someone to be unprepared in facing future realities, treatment, changes in social relations, and various physical changes and psychological responses. This requires good self-acceptance so that women can accept their conditions, accept their own bodies, see themselves objectively, understand emotional changes to get back to normal. The purpose of this review literature is to conclude the literature relating to the stage of self-acceptance in women with breast cancer. The literature search method in this study began in the period of 2015 to 2020 with data sources from PubMed, Sincedirect, and Willey. Articles identified 1,768 articles after an appraisal study using the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) program, and synthesis methods using modified PEOS obtained 6 articles for final review. The results and discussion of the journal were obtained in getting 4 themes related to the stage of self-acceptance namely: the crisis stage, the compromise stage, the self-acceptance stage, the transcendence acceptance stage. Conclusion: Self-acceptance is very important to improve the psychological well-being of women with breast cancer that is influenced by support from family, social, and spiritual beliefs that can help in dealing with a diagnosis of breast cancer.
