Abstract

This study aimed to test whatever there is influence of Competence, Independence, Professionalism, Integrity, and Objectivity of the Quality Audit. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The study population was Affiliates Medium Public Accountants and Public Accounting Firm Medium Non Affiliates. Data analysis is done using multiple regression. The result showed that the competence, independence, professionalism, integrity and objectivity  affect audit quality on an ongoing basis. In addition, this study proves that the partial competency, independence and Professionalism while simultaneously all influence the quality of audits. For research in the future, this study suggests the development of survey area coverage and the addition of more variables that affect audit quality

Abstract

Organization is a means or instrument achieving goals . Therefore, the organization is said to be a container or vehicle , the activities of people who work together to achieve goals . Further Consultative Body Kepenghuluan organization that is one element of government at the level of kepenghuluan , whose membership consists of representatives of concerned residents kepenghuluan defined by means of Deliberation and Consensus . What is meant by a representative masyawarakat in this case as the Chairman Pillars of Citizens , indigenous stakeholders and community leaders that serves to protect the customs, making the rules , and share their aspirations of society , and of the functions of the Consultative Body tersbut kepenghuluan Pujud Kepenghuluan in Rokan Hilir district Pujud districts have authority discuss the draft regulations kepenghuluan with the prince , to supervise pelaksnaan kepenghuluan rules and regulations of the prince , propose the appointment and dismissal of the prince , the prince of the selection committee formed , digging , accommodating , collect , formulate and channel the aspirations of the people , and arrange the order of kepenghuluan consultative body . Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to shed light on the representations of global and local cultures in an EFL textbook. The analysis of cultural themes of the local English textbook was described qualitatively. The textbook was analyzed in terms of its cultural contents in order to examine how the representations of foreign, local and global cultures are portrayed in this textbook. The study also looked into the degree and ways in which the authors’ resistance toward English culture as the target culture in this textbook. The analysis revealed that cultural content in this textbook is dominated by local cultures. The textbook authors attempt to instill local values in this textbook in order to provide students with more meaningful locally relevant materials. The study also suggests that EFL local textbooks should ideally include both global culture and local culture in order to equip students with diverse learning experience and better intercultural learning. Keywords: EFL textbook, culture-related content, and locally relevant materials. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi budaya global dan lokal dalam buku teks bahasa Inggris. Hasil analisis tema-tema budaya dalam buku teks bahasa Inggris lokal ini dijelaskan secara kualitatif. Buku teks dianalisis dalam hal konten budayanya untuk melihat bagaimana representasi budaya asing, lokal dan global digambarkan dalam buku teks ini. Studi ini juga mengkaji sejauh mana cara dan resistensi penulis buku terhadap budaya bahasa Inggris sebagai budaya target dalam buku teks ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konten budaya dalam buku ini didominasi oleh budaya lokal. Penulis buku berusaha untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai lokal dalam buku teks ini untuk memberikan siswa materi yang relevan secara lokal dan lebih bermakna. Studi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa buku teks Bahasa Inggris lokal idealnya harus mencakup budaya global dan budaya lokal untuk membekali siswa dengan pengalaman belajar yang beragam dan pembelajaran antar budaya yang lebih baik. Kata-kata kunci: buku teks Bahasa Inggris, konten budaya, materi lokal yang relevan

Abstract

This study is concerned with teaching vocabulary by using audiovisual media. The objectives of this final project are 1) to find out the students’ vocabulary taught without using audiovisual media, 2) to find out the students’ vocabulary taught using audiovisual media, 3) to find out significance difference between the students’ vocabularywho are taught by using audiovisual media and those taught without using audiovisual media. The population of this study is the tenth grade students of SMA N 1 Cepiring Kendal. The researcher takes two classes as the subject of thisresearch. The classes are X IIS 3 and XIIS 4. They are divided into experimental group (X IIS 3) and control group (X IIS 4). The researcher uses test to get the data. The test consists of two tests, they are pre-test and post-test. From the data analysis, the researcher obtains the mean score both the experimentaland control groups. The mean score of thepre-test in the experimental group is 56.71, while the mean score of the post-test in the experimental group is 75.42. The improvement in the experimental group is 18.42. The mean score of the pre-test in the control group is 52.85, while the mean score ofthe post-test in the control group is 61.00. The improvement in the control group is 8.15.The result of t-test is 8.01, while the value of t-table is 2.00. It means that the value of t-test is higher than t-table (8.01 > 2.00). From the data above, it can be concluded that there are significant difference between the students’ who are taught by using audiovisual media and taught without using audiovisual media. The data proves that it is affective to use audiovisual mediato increase students’ vocabulary ability.

Abstract

The rise of sexual violence in children or the so-called pedophilia into a picture of how weak security guarantees. This prompted the birth of Perpu No. 1 of 2016 which regulates the Punishment of the Kiri as a new punishment for pedophiles. Until now still reap the pros or cons or still in debate. The Punishment of the Left raises the debate over whether sanctions of the left can provide protection and prevention associated with cultural human rights adopted in Indonesia. Human rights embraced in Indonesia are not liberal human rights as they are adopted in western countries, especially those that enforce the law. Human rights in Indonesia is a human right that embraces the principles of Pancasila. If it is linked to Article 10, Article 33, Article 71 and Article 74 of Law 39/1999 on Human Rights, this is contradictory, because the Government should respect and uphold Human Rights for the sake of every survival person.The purpose of this thesis writing is: to know the Law Arrangement In Indonesia Against Pedophilia Crime Sanction, secondly, criminal sanction in the case of criminal pedophilia in the perspective of Human Rights in Indonesia. This type of research is normative legal research or can be called also research doctrinal law.From the research results of the problem there are two main points that are concluded, First, the laws and regulations that apply to crimes of sexual violence you value from the Criminal Code, Act No.23 of 2002 on Child Protection into Law No.35 of 2014 until the exit Perpu No. 1 Year 2016 which adds to the punishment of the hazel, still prioritizes penalties. Second, the prevailing criminal offense has been contradictory to the applicable Human Rights in particular the right to hereditary and the right not to be tortured. Punishment also has contradicted the principle of Prisons which prioritizes the self-improvement of the perpetrator to be accepted again in the midst of society.Kaywords: Criminal Sanctions Kebiri, Pedophilia Crime, Human Rights.

Abstract

Abstract : In the world of education there are some problems became a phenomenon and become problem that need special attention. One of it is the motivation of learning. This research was Conducted in MA Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The end of this research is 1). To know if there is a description of the learning motivation of students before the given information services. 2). To know the description of learning motivation of students after the given information services. 3). To to know if there is a difference between learning motivation of students before and after the given information services. The sample in this research is a student MA Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. Before they are given information services about the learning motivation, students of class X MA Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru learning motivation is in middle category (43,59 percent). After they are given service there is increasing to middle category (61,54). the magnitude of the influence of information services to students learning motivation is measured by the correlation formula and interpretation of the determinant of the coefficient values contained on the strong category. Conclusion the results of this research are based on the calculation of thitung is greater than t_tabel (11,67 > 1,980). Thus Ho is rejected and accepted which means there are Ha a significant difference to student learning motivation MA Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru before and after the given information services.Keywords: information services, learning motivation.WISUDA OKTOBER

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Based the results of observations conducted by researchers in the field at extracurricular activities, the researchers found that the problem is still the lack of explosive power (power) limb muscle on extracurricular activities of students who take the long jump. Based on the existing problems, the researchers aim to provide a form of exercise that can increase power and administration Exercise intensive program. In this study the authors only focus on one form of exercise that exercises power drill speed single leg hop for this exercise has never been applied to students' extracurricular SMP 6 Siak Hulu.This study used an experimental method, in order to determine the effect of exercise. Thus the experimental research method can be interpreted as the research methods used to find a specific treatment effect against the other in uncontrolled conditions. The first step taken is to Pree-test is a test to measure the long jump long jump before trained its power. Subsequently the samples were treated namely practice speed single leg hops. Then do the final test is the post-test with the long jump test, to see if there is increased after a given treatment.Data were analyzed descriptively, then further testing research hypotheses have been proposed to fit the problem is: there is influence of plyometrics exercises single leg hop speed significantly to the results of long jump squat style. Based on t test analysis produces Tcount of 9.12 and Ttable of 1.83. Means that Tcount> Ttable. It can be concluded that H0 rejected Ha accepted. So it can be summed up as follows: there is a single leg exercise speed influence on the results of the long jump hop style squat extracurricular SMP 6 Siak Hulu.Keyword : Exercise single leg speed hop, power

Abstract

Peningkatan produksi jagung dapat terjadi melalui kombinasi penerapan teknologi, khususnya penggunaan bibit unggul/hibrida dan praktek pemupukan yang berimbang (baik pupuk organik maupun anorganik). Penelitian ini jenis pupuk yang diberikan pada jagung adalah pupuk organik dari sludge bio–digester. Sludge sendiri merupakan zat cair yang berasal dari pupuk kandang hasil fermentasi kotoran sapi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu teknik pemberian pupuk disebar dipermukaan tanah (A1), diaduk bercampur dengan tanah (A2) dan dibenamkan kedalam tanah (A3) dengan dosis pemberian pupuk 0.36 kg m-2 (D1) dan 0.72 kg m-2 (D2). Hasil tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan A3D2 dengan rata-rata 3 buah tongkol, berat kering pipilan jagung 56.34 g m-2, tongkol 19.67 gr m-2, batang 106.87 gr m-2 dan akar 15.87 gr m-2, berbeda nyata (P<0.05) terhadap perlakuan lainnya, kecuali A1D2, A3D1 pada berat kering pipilan dan tongkol jagung, A3D1 pada berat kering batang dan A2D1, A2D2, A3D1 pada berat kering akar. Kata Kunci :    Teknik dan Dosis Pemupukan, Sludge Bio–Digester, Produksi Tanaman Jagung

Abstract

Era industrialisasi serta globalisasi menghasilkan batik jenis baru yang disebut dengan batik cap. Proses pembuatan batik melalui beberapa langkah, rangkaian proses pewarnaan akan menghasilkan limbah cair. Berbagai permasalahan pun meningkat karena limbah yang dihasilkan dari produksi batik dan harus diolah lebih lanjut. Adsorpsi methyl violet di limbah batik telah dilakukan menggunakan adsorben yang dibuat dari cangkang kacang tanah dan diaktivasi menggunakan KOH dan HNO3. Cangkang kacang tanah dipanaskan hingga 450 oC selama 2 jam dan diseragamkan ukurannya hingga 80 mesh. Aktivasi basa dilakukan dengan mengaduk adsorben dengan KOH 50% selama 30 menit pada pengadukan 180 rpm. Untuk aktivasi asam, digunakan asam nitrat dengan konsentrasi 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, dan 50%  pada suhu 90 oC selama 2 jam. Hasil terbaik diperoleh adsorben teraktivasi KOH, diperoleh efisiensi penyerapan sebesar 95% untuk zat warna methyl violet. Persamaan isoterm yang paling sesuai adalah isoterm Langmuir, dengan persamaan untuk adsorpsi methyl violet yaitu y = 0,0101x – 0,0472 dengan R2 = 0,97.Era industrialisasi serta globalisasi menghasilkan batik jenis baru yang disebut dengan batik cap. Abstract

Telah dilakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas Sekolah Muhammadiyah se-kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo, upaya yang dilakukan adalah berupa pembuatan website serta pelatihan pengelolaan website. Hasil yang diperoleh telah dikelola dengan baik sebanyak 16 website sekolah Muhammadiyah sebagai sarana untuk promosi sekolah yang lebih efektif dan menjangkau lebih luas. Kata kunci : website, sekolah, kualitas, Teknologi Informasi
