HUBUNGAN KANDUNGAN TIMBAL (Pb) DI UDARA DENGAN Pb DALAM TALUS LICHEN Xanthoparmelia xanthofarinosa Mohammad Jamhari

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kandungan Pb di udara dengan Pb dalam talus lichen X.  xanthofarinosa. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Malang. Hipotesis yang diajukan terdapat hubungan kandungan Pb di udara dengan Pb dalam X. xanthofarinosa. Lichen X. xanthofarinosa diambil dari 20 lokasi yang tersebar di kota Malang. Kandungan Pb dalam X. xanthofarinosa dianalisis dengan metode Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (ASS). Sedangkan kandungan Pb di udara diukur dengan menggunakan alat High Volume Air Sampler (HVAS). Data tentang hubungan kandungan Pb di udara dengan Pb dalam X. xanthofarinosa dianalisis dengan regresi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pada Standardized Coefisients (Beta) memiliki nilai 0,657, hal ini  menunjukkan bentuk hubungan positif dan tingkat korelasi antara Pb di udara dengan Pb dalam X. Xanthofarinosa. Nilai t = 3,702 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002. Karena 0,002 < 0,05, maka hipotesis statistik (Ho) ditolak, dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif  antara kandungan Pb di udara dengan Pb di dalam talus lichen X. Xanthofarinosa.   Kata kunci : Pb, Udara, dan  X. Xanthofarinosa

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam  penelitian  ini  yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN Padauloyo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Padauloyo dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian dilaksanakan  di SDN Padauloyo, melibatkan 21 orang siswa terdiri atas 9 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru siklus I diperoleh presentase 68,75%, pada siklus II 89,58% presentase peningkatan aktivitas guru yaitu 20,83%. Untuk aktivitas siswa siklus I diperoleh presentase 60% dan meningkat menjadi 90% pada siklus II sehingga presentase peningkatan aktivitas siswa 30%. Ini menunjukan bahwa pada aktivitas guru dan siswa pada siklus 1 masuk kategori cukup sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas guru dan siswa berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar pada siklus 1, diperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal 57,14%, hasil belajar pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 90,47%. Daya serap klasilal pada siklus I mencapai 65,71% dan pada tindakan siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,76%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi pada pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Padauloyo. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the application of modules in science learning on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. This type of research is a quasi-experimental by forming two groups of research subjects, namely the experimental group using learning modules and the control group using student books in the learning process. The research design used was unreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest samples. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the average learning outcomes of experimental group students and control group students. The average experimental group student learning outcome of 79.54 and the average value of control group student learning outcomes is 73.04. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. (2-tailed) on a t-test smaller than 0.05, Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of application of modules in science learning on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of teachers' candidates’ facing 21st-century skills. This research is a survey research, survey research activities carried out on students of Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka from the Chemistry Education S-1 in 3 different batches. Data collection and collection were carried out from January to June 2021. The instrument is in the form of student perceptions in the form of 12 statements and 10 questions. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 40 people. The data analysis process was carried out by measuring the percentage of each statement and question. obtained information on 4C (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity) still obtained weaknesses in the level of understanding of the Knowledge of creative and innovative thinking, namely 15 respondents (37.5%) and the concept of understanding the knowledge of the teacher's social competence, namely 14 respondents (35%). The results of the study are taken into consideration for the learning process in courses related to the knowledge base of becoming a teacher, which is important to be carried out contextually in the process of direct practice in a formal environment in a measurable and sustainable manner.

Abstract

The research was aimed to describing the influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject at grade X, and than to describing the influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique simultaneosly on the learning achievement. The research was quantitative with quasi- experimental design. Population in this research were all students in grade X SMAN 3 Poso which consists of 8 study groups. Research sample that is graders XD and XH, taken with random probabiliy sampling. Research data were obtained from the student achievement, and were analized by t-test was followed by ANOVA test with SPSS 20. The result of the research showed that there was a significant influence jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject, and there is significant influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique simultaneosly against on the learning achievement for biology subject. The Conclusion of this research that there is significant influence of jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject at grade Xof class X SMAN 3 Poso.

Abstract

The aim of this reserach is to describe the increasing of the activities and the learning outcomes of student on IPA subject by using the scientific approach in class VA SD Inpres Kotapulu. The learning was focused on the weathering topic in the first cycle while in the second cycle was the identifying the types of soil topic. The method used in this study is a classroom action research (PTK). The instrument data collection used are the initial test sheets, the observation activity sheets for teacher and student, and the final test sheets. The results showed that there is an increasing in the activities of teacher and students also the learning outcomes of student from the first cycle until the second cycle. The increasing of the student’s learning outcomes is proved by the result the attainment of absorption average score and the percentage of classical completeness that increase from the pra-action, the first cycle and the second cycle respectively. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning of subject IPA by using the scientific approach can increase the activities and the student learning outcomes of student in class VA SD Inpres Kotapulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Combined problem-based learning and scaffolding models on students’ critical thinking ability at SMP Negeri 21 Palu. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The research was conducted in two class groups: class VII and class VIII B as the experimental class. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The main instrument used was the 7th-grade of critical thinking essay test which consisted of 8 questions. Data were analyzed by a non-parametric test. It is the Wilcoxon test signed ranks test. Obtained the results that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is 0,000 on the critical thinking ability test, H1 is accepted, this means that there is a significant effect of the combined problem-based learning and scaffolding models on the critical thinking ability of students at SMP Negeri 21 Palu in the 2019 / 2020 school year.

Abstract

The research method uses the Hopkins model design which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation and test methods. The results showed that the percentage of student activity in cycle I was 69% (enough), increased in cycle II to 88% (very good), the percentage of teacher activity in cycle I was 72% (enough), increased in cycle II to 91% (very good). Good). Likewise with the assessment of student learning outcomes; the percentage of attitude evaluation in cycle I was 87% increased in cycle II to 90%, evaluation of the realm of knowledge in cycle I for Classical absorption (CA) 74% and Classical Learning Mastery (KKB) 83% increased in cycle II to Classical absorption (CA) 80% and Classical Learning Mastery (PKK) 93%, the assessment of the domain of skills in cycle I was 69% increased in cycle II to 94%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model based on real experience can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students in learning science on the movement of animals and plants at SMP Negeri 1 Tombusabora Sindue.

Abstract

Low metacognitive abilities and high-level thinking cause students to have difficulty understanding genetics course material. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of PBLRQA, PBL, and RQA strategies on students' metacognitive and higher-order thinking skills. This research uses a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Sampling was carried out on 118 students consisting of four classes using saturated sampling techniques. The research instruments used were observation sheets on lecturer and student activities, essay-based metacognitive skills tests, and multiple-choice tests on high-level thinking skills. Lecturer and student activity data were analyzed based on the percentage of indicators categorized as high and very high syntactically. Data on metacognitive skills and higher-order thinking were analyzed using the Normalized Gain and Independent Kruskal Wallis tests. Research findings show that implementing PBLRQA, PBL, and RQA strategies is ineffective in improving students' metacognitive and higher-order thinking skills. To follow up on these findings, further research is needed to explore the involvement of learning styles and social support on students' metacognitive skills and higher-order thinking skills, focusing on implementing PBLRQA and RQA strategies.

Abstract

The Islamic conception of knowledge does not limit knowledge about reality to that obtained through experimentation and theoretical reasoning only. Natural knowledge that is understood does not just answer human desires if we can accommodate revelation and intuition, including the spiritual and physical aspects of humans and the cosmos. Understanding the integration of Islamic values ​​in natural science (science) learning is implied in the Qur'an. The Koran does not conflict between science and religion. In fact, in many of His verses it is emphasized that humans should always think about events in nature to strengthen their religious beliefs. Science in this case is also not a separate part of religion. Science is an integral part of the Islamic religion. The Koran states that science, like the science of human life, is an integral part of religion. Science teaches humans how to manage nature, carry out various processes, and produce things for life's needs. Meanwhile, religion teaches humans about value systems. Religion teaches the value of piety towards the Khaliq and the value of kindness towards others.
