Right now the whole world, including Indonesia, is feeling uneasy because of the problem about Covid-19 which has caused losses in various sectors of life. The most visible losses are in public health, the economy and in other sectors. The most pronounced example is in the economic sector. Because many companies have been forced to reduce their workforce, so many people have lost their livelihoods. This article contains a discussion of the role of the government in dealing with unemployment in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the steps have been and will be taken by the government to deal with the current unemployment problem. The approach method in this study uses a statutory approach (statute appoarch). This method examines the law based on legal norms and literature. The final result of this research is the government's efforts to deal with unemployment during the Covid-19 pandemic and the success rate or effectiveness of government policies on legal protection for Indonesian Workers during the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many sectors of human life, including the impact on the social, cultural, economic and health sectors, an example of the cultural sector is the prohibition of the sadranan tradition. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview to the public how a noble sanctity of culture can become extinct due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature review approach, with secondary data collection sourced from information, research results and also observations. The results of this study indicate that to anticipate that the sadranan tradition does not become extinct are: Building people's awareness that the sadranan tradition is an ancestral heritage that needs to be preserved. Making the sadranan tradition as a community identity and studying the history of sadranan.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan secara regional melalui daring/webinar. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu DPK PPNI RSUD Sidoarjo. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini, banyak anggota perawat dari DPK PPNI RSUD yang mengalami dilema saat menjalankan praktik khitan melalui homevisite karena belum adanya peraturan yang jelas tentang siapa pelaku yang boleh melakukan khitan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan hukum perawat terkait kewenanganya dalam melakukan tindakan khitan secara homvisite selain itu juga memberikan trik dan strategi dalam menangani masalah dugaaan malpraktik ditingkat penyidikan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendekatan harfiah, yaitu rencana tindakan yang terdiri atas seperangkat langkah untuk memecahkan masalah atau mencapai tujuan, kemudian sebagai prosedur mental yang berbentuk tatanan langkah yang menggunakan upaya ranah cipta untuk mencapai keberhasilan dari pembekalan hukum yang telah dilakukan kepada perawat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh bahwa perawat diperbolehkan dan/atau memiliki kewenangan melakukan praktik circumisisi baik pada praktik keperawatan mandiri maupun secara homevisite, karena apa yang dilakukan oleh perawat tersebut merupakan perintah atribusi dari Pasal 9 ayat (1) dan (2) Jo Pasal 12 Undang-Undang No. 36/2009 tentang Kesehatan sehingga berlaku asas lex superior derogate legi inferior yang mengartikan bahwa Undang-Undang No. 36/2009 mengesampingkan Permenkes No. 26/2019. Legal Briefing for DPK PPNI Nurses at RSUD Sidoarjo Regarding Nurses Who Perform Home-Visit Circumcision This community service will be carried out regionally through online/webinar. This community service partner is the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian National Nurses Association, Sidoarjo Hospital. The problems faced by partners today are that many nurse members from partners experience a dilemma when carrying out the practice of circumcision through home visits because there are no clear regulations regarding who is allowed to perform circumcision. The purpose of this community service is to provide legal debriefing for nurses regarding their authority to carry out home visit circumcision while also providing tricks and strategies in dealing with suspected malpractice problems at the investigation level. The method used in this service is a literal approach, namely an action plan consisting of a set of steps to solve a problem or achieve a goal, then as a mental procedure in the form of an order of steps that use the realm of creativity to achieve the success of the legal briefing that has been done to nurses. The results of this community service show that nurses are allowed and/or have the authority to practice circumcision both in independent nursing practice and at home visits because what the nurse does is an attribution order from Article 9 paragraphs (1) and (2) Juncto Article 12 Law -Law No. 36/2009 on Health so that the principle of lex superior derogate legi inferior applies which means that Law no. 36/2009 overrides Permenkes No. 26/2019.

Banyak perawat memiliki keahlian yang diperoleh dari pengalaman, sehingga tidak jarang ditemukan di beberapa lokasi, seorang perawat melakukan tindakan di luar kompetensinya seperti melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh dokter, fisioterapi, dan juga farmasis. Apabila hal ini terus dilanjutkan maka dikhawatirkan akan terjadi malpraktik administratif, sebab keselamatan pasien adalah sasaran utama dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana kewenangan perawat dalam tindakan TENS-EMS secara homevisite dan bagaimana penerapan keselamatan pasien pada tindakan TENS-EMS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan pengumpulan data dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa perawat memiliki kewenangan dalam melakukan terapi TENS-EMS karena ini sudah menjadi bagian dari standar intervensi penatalaksanaan nyeri yang dikeluarkan oleh Organisasi Profesi PPNI. Disamping itu, penatalaksanaan EMS juga menjadi bagian dari tugas yang diperintahkan oleh Peraturan pada perawat yang melakukan praktik mandiri. Ini membuktikan bahwa perawat yang melakukan tindakan TENS-EMS secara homevisite diberikan kewenangan secara atributif oleh Peraturan Perundang-Undangan, dengan catatan bahwa homevisite yang dilakukan adalah merupakan bagian integral dari pelayanan keperawatan praktik mandiri perawat. Penerapan keselamatan pasien pada tindakan TENS-EMS yaitu dengan cara mengidentifikasi pasien dengan benar, meningkatkan keamanan obat-obatan emergency, memastikan tindakan terapi dilakukan pada lokasi rangsangan dengan benar, mengurangi risiko infeksi saat dilakukan terapi, dan mengurangi risiko cedera akibat arus listrik yang tidak stabil.

Universities develop academic pulpits both hard skills and soft skills by channeling students through internship programs. An internship program is conducted to prepare students in entering the world of work. Students as apprentices have rights that must be fulfilled by the apprentice operator based on The Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Apprenticeships in the Country. But the fact that happened in the field still encountered apprentice organizers who do not fulfill the rights of students as apprentices. The apprenticeship operator instead employs students as apprentices with the capacity to work as permanent workers. This research was conducted to find answers to the formulation of problems on how to implement The Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2020 on students as apprenticeship participants and how effectively the implementation of The Minister of Manpower Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 on students as apprenticeship participants. This study uses qualitative descriptive research methods with a sociological juridical approach. The result of this study is the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Apprenticeships in the Country is still not implemented perfectly in terms of fulfilling the rights of students as apprentices. In addition, the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Domestic Apprenticeships on the rights of students as apprentices is still not effectively applied in the field. Abstrak Perguruan Tinggi mengembangkan akademik baik hard skill ataupun soft skill pada menyalurkan mahasiswa melalui program magang. Program magang dilakukan untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan memiliki hak-hak yang harus dipenuhi oleh penyelenggara magang berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemagangan di Dalam Negeri. Namun fakta yang terjadi di lapangan, masih ditemui penyelenggara magang yang tidak memenuhi hak-hak mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan. Penyelenggara magang justru mempekerjakan mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan dengan kapasitas bekerja layaknya pekerja tetap. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan jawaban dari rumusan masalah mengenai bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 pada mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan serta bagaimana efektivitas implementasi Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 pada mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemagangan Di Dalam Negeri masih belum terimplementasi secara sempurna dalam hal pemenuhan hak mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan. Selain itu, implementasi Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemagangan Di Dalam Negeri terhadap hak mahasiswa sebagai peserta pemagangan masih belum efektif diterapkan di lapangan.

Pasal 67 UU No 13 Tahun 2003 menyebutkan bahwa pengusaha yang mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas wajib memberikan perlindungan sesuai dengan jenis dan derajat cacatnya, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih banyak perusahaan yang menolak penyandang disabilitas sebelum mengetahui kemampuannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitataif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penyandang disabilitas kesulitan mendapat pekerjaan yang layak bahkan mereka didiskriminasi. Sudah ada kebijakan agar perusahaan tetap mempekerjakakan penyandang disabilitas sesuai kemampuannya seperti dijelaskan pada UU No 8 Tahun 2016, namun dalam kenyataannya masih terdapat perusahaan yang melanggar UU tentang Ketenagakerjaan, sedangkan pemerintah dalam hal ini, belum mampu secara maksimal menangani permasalahan perusahaan yang menolak tenaga kerja disabilitas.

Pasal 28D ayat (2) UUD 1945 menjelaskan bahwa setiap orang berhak bekerja serta mendapat imbalan danperlakuan yang adil dan layak dalam hubungan kerja. Dijelaskan dalam pasal 90 ayat (1) UU No. 13 tahun 2003 tentangketenagakerjaan disebutkan bahwa pengusaha pengusaha dilarang membayar upah rendah dari upah minimum. Persoalan yangterjadi dilapangan, beberapa tenaga kesehatan honorer mendapat upah lebih rendah dari upah minimum. Permasalahan dalampenelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengupahan tenaga kesehatan kontrak di rumah sakit dan bagaimana pertanggungjawabanhukum yang diberikan terhadap tenaga kesehatan kontrak sebagai pemberi jasa layanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan pengumpulan data dari studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Untukmengetahui apakah ada singkronisasi antar peraturan yang berlaku dengan praktik dilapangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisissecara kualitatif.

The problem faced by partners at this time is that many nurse members experience a dilemma when carrying out health services through home visits due to limited authority while the community's need for the role of nurses is increasing due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this community service is to improve the performance of health workers in hospitals, update the expertise of hospital employees in handling complaints, and help solve operational problems in hospitals. The method used in this service is a literal approach, namely an action plan consisting of a set of steps to solve a problem or achieve a goal, then as a mental procedure in the form of an order of steps that uses the efforts of the creative realm to achieve certain goals. This community service will be carried out in September 2021 after obtaining approval from Educational Institutions and Partners. The output of this service is used as a community service journal published by LPPM Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta. The results of this community service are used as a reference by the PPNI Cilacap Professional Organization to be used as a reference in the formulation of policies related to the independent practice of nurses.

Article 30 paragraph (1) of Law No. 38/2014 letter j explains that nurses are authorized to administer drug administration to clients, but the facts on the field nurses are actually arrested by Police for providing pharmaceutical preparations for clients. This shows that there has been an imbalance between regulations and facts on the ground. The problem in this study is how the nurse's authority in the service of giving red label medicines in the practice of independent nursing and how the legal protection of nurses in the practice of independent nursingThis research method uses a normative juridical approach, with secondary data collection, to prove whether it is true that nurses are prohibited from giving red label drugs. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study found that nurses have the authority to administer all drugs including red labeled drugs except drugs that contain narcotics and psychotronics. Nurses can provide these drugs both in terms of limitations and not. In that case, nurses obtain preventive legal protection by carrying out their obligations as nurses and fulfilling the rights of patients and not committing unlawful acts.

The no. 11 2020 law on occupational copyright in section 82 verse 1 mentions that the rule of chapter 18 was changed to read as follows: a social security program includes (a) health insurance, (b) occupational safety, (c) retirement security, (e ) a guarantee of death, (e) a guarantee of death, and (f) a bail of death, but in execution, it cannot be fully implemented by the giver of such social security. The study aims to know the form of legal protection for labor through a social security program by 2020's statute 11 on job copyright and knowing how the implementation of the social security program for labor. The study employed an empirical juridical method using primary and secondary data conducted with a random sampling technique. The data obtained is analyzed with qualitative data analysis. From this study came that legal protection contained rights and obligations. The government has published a 2020 statute of no. 11 to create legal protection for the workforce. But in development in the field, there is still a large amount of manpower that has not earned their right to social security, which means that governments have not been able to provide maximum protection to the workforce.
