Abstract During the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia, it has weakened various sectors of life in society, including the economic sector. Various policy efforts have been carried out by the government to deal with the covid 19 virus outbreak, one of which is the government implementing PPKM level 4. People in the lower middle class such as street vendors really feel the impact that occurred because of this policy most of the street vendors experienced a drastic decrease in turnover due to the PPKM period with strict rules so that community activities were very limited and made traders hampered in the trading process. The formulation of the problem used in this study is to determine the impact caused during the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) level 4 in Sukoharjo. One of the objectives of this study was to determine the impact of level 4 Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) on street vendors, especially in the Sukoharjo area. The method used in this study uses a case study approach with data collection sourced from primary data. The data obtained were  analyzed qualitatively. Sources of data in this study are the results of questionnaires to the public and the results of interviews from Mr. Suraji as a basic necessities trader, Mrs. Wiji as a kebab seller, and Mr. Afthon as a Labmilk trader in Gentan. The results showed that PPKM level 4 had an impact including: (1) a very significant decrease in turnover; (2) consumers are starting to switch to online shopping instead of offline shopping: (3) unequal government assistance to merchants I.

Recent global issues are always related to food waste. Indonesia is also recorded to have an index value that is in the serious category. Conditions that are quite happening in fact are also followed by high numbers or values of food waste in Indonesia. It is recorded that food waste in Indonesia reaches 300 kilograms of food waste per person every year. The flow of food waste is usually sourced in urban areas caused by many, one of which is the city of Surakarta. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of food waste in the city of Surakarta. This study used a sample of 30 people from the city of Surakarta. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that simultaneously the independent variables consisting of income level, frequency of eating, education level, gender and number of household members affect the level of food waste. Partially there are only two variables that affect food waste, namely education level and frequency of eating, while the remaining three variables, namely education level, gender and number of household members have no effect on food waste.

Patient safety is the main thing in providing nursing services. Nurses must be able to ensure the ongoing patient safety program to suppress or reduce malpractice actions carried out when performing nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of legal responsibility of nurses for patient safety in independent nursing practice, and the concept of legal protection for patients as consumers of nursing service users. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, the method of collecting secondary data is that which is obtained through the literature and also sources of statutory law. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the legal responsibility of nurses for patient safety is divided into two types of responsibilities, namely; civil liability as well as criminal liability. The application of patient protection law as a consumer includes preventive protection in the form of; services in accordance with standard operating procedures, professional standards, and standards of legislation with principles on patient safety and security as well as in the form of coaching, education, and supervision for patients. In a repressive manner in the form of; advocacy, efforts to resolve consumer protection disputes properly from the government and consumer protection institutions, in addition to compensation, compensation, and/or replacement of nursing services that are not in accordance with the agreement or not properly, as well as the implementation of justice and punishment for health care providers who has committed a error to the patient.

Article 28D paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution states everyone has the right to work and to receive fair and proper compensation and treatment in a working relationship. It is emphasized in Article 151 (1) of Law no. 13/2003 concerning Manpower. The entrepreneurs, workers/laborers, trade/labor unions, and the government must make every effort to prevent an employment termination. In fact, many workers have been terminated and some even did not receive any severance pay at all. Accordingly, the researchers formulated the following research questions: how to terminate employment in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, and how is the government’s responsibility for the welfare guarantees for workers. This research employed a normative juridical approach by collecting data from literature studies. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The findings revealed the layoffs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic were a breach of contract by entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs were still obliged to provide severance pay, reward money, and compensation money. In addition, the government has also provided accountability in the form of an economy, the Pre-Work Card. With this card, workers can develop workforce competence, increase productivity and competitiveness of the workforce, and develop entrepreneurship. Abstract Health has a very important element in a country's progress. Each country seeks to give primary attention to health services, starting from the provision of professional health workers to modern health facilities. Health law basically regulates the rights, obligations, functions, responsibilities of the parties involved in the health sector, and provides certainty of legal protection to recipients and providers of health services. This study aims to determine how the legal protection of patients, doctors and health workers in cases of medical accidents and the legal liability of health care facilities in cases of medical accidents. Medical accidents are unexpected and unexpected events, and there is no more intentional element in the form of planning. This research method uses a sociological juridical approach with primary and secondary data collection. Based on the research results obtained that from some of the answers to the questionnaire there must be full attention to error prevention and patient safety. Encourage patients to play an active and involved role and provide information to the health team. The aim is to highlight specific improvements in patient safety and current problem areas in healthcare. From the results of the study that criminal responsibility is imposed on health workers who make mistakes when carrying out health services/treatments/medical actions in hospitals. Health is regulated in Law No. 36 of 2009, in which there are medical personnel and other health workers. Health worker is every person who devotes himself to the health sector and has knowledge and or skills through education in the health sector which for certain types requires the authority to carry out health efforts. Article 30 paragraph (1) of Law No. 38/2014 letter j explains that nurses are authorized to administer drug administration to clients, but the facts on the field nurses are actually arrested by Police for providing pharmaceutical preparations for clients. This shows that there has been an imbalance between regulations and facts on the ground.The problem in this study is how the nurse's authority in the service of giving red label medicines in the practice of independent nursing and how the legal protection of nurses in the practice of independent nursingThis research method uses a normative juridical approach, with secondary data collection, to prove whether it is true that nurses are prohibited from giving red label drugs. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively.Based on the results of the study found that nurses have the authority to administer all drugs including red labeled drugs except drugs that contain narcotics and psychotronics. Nurses can provide these drugs both in terms of limitations and not. In that case, nurses obtain preventive legal protection by carrying out their obligations as nurses and fulfilling the rights of patients and not committing unlawful acts.

Pasal 1 Permenkes No. 290/Menkes/Per/III/2008 menyebutkan bahwa tindakan invasif adalah suatu tindakan medis yang diakui sebagai kewenangan dari dokter. Fakta di lapangan masih terdapat perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif tanpa adanya pengawasan dari dokter, padahal kewenangan melaksanakan tindakan medis hanya diperoleh apabila ada pelimpahan wewenang dari dokter. Di sinilah terjadi terjadinya tumpang tindih mengenai tugas dan wewenang perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif pada praktik keperawatan mandiri. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kewenangan dan perlindungan hukum bagi perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif pada praktik mandiri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif-sosiologis dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari kajian kepustakaan dan juga perundang-undangan atau statuta aproach, dan data sekunder diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Tipe desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Descriptive Design. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perawat yang telah memiliki ijazah profesi, SIPP dan juga sertifikat kompetensi memiliki kewenangan melakukan tindakan invasif. Kewenangan yang lahir merupakan keadaan overmacht sehingga menimbulkan kewenangan atributif dari hukum perikatan. Kewenangan tersebut diperbolehkan selama dilakukan sesuai dengan Standar. Perlindungan hukum diberikan kepada perawat secara preventif yakni dengan melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan oleh dinas kesehatan dan juga organisasi profesi PPNI meskipun belum ada Peraturan Daerah yang mengatur tentang tindakan tersebut.

Pangan merupakan kebutuhan essensial bagi manusia. Ketersediaan pangan dan gizi yang cukup menjadi hal yang penting dilakukan sebagai upaya pemenuhan pangan. Peningkatan ketersediaan tersebut nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap indikator nilai ketahanan pangan. Nilai indikator pangan secara makro mungkin cukup namun bukan berarti di tingkat rumah tangga nilai tersebut juga akan baik. Hal tersebut tidak menjamin bahwa sebuah wilayah dengan akses pangan yang cukup dapat menunjukkan nilai ketahanan pangan yang cukup pula. Kondisi tersebut terjadi di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia dan dimungkinkan juga di Kota Surakarta terutama di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai ketahanan pangan masyarakat Kota Surakarta pada saat pandemi covid-19. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diambil melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan sampel masyarakat Kota Surakarta sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi silang ketahanan pangan menurut Jonnson and Toole. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar rumah tangga masyarakat Kota Surakarta berada pada kategori tahan pangan.

Law No.23 of 2004 explains the Elimination of Domestic Violence where there are sanctions threats for people who commit violence in the household, but the facts on the ground of domestic violence are still found due to the lack of supervision by the city / district government of women victims of domestic violence. The problem in this study is how the legal protection of women victims of domestic violence is viewed from a human rights perspective and what are the factors that influence domestic violence control. The form of this research is descriptive analysis, with secondary data collection, to find out the legal protection of women victims of domestic violence from a human rights perspective. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study determined that women in the city of Surakarta received legal protection by the city government of Surakarta through organizing, community empowerment through PTPAS, procurement of operational support facilities, provision of education and public outreach as the seriousness of the city government of Surakarta in handling cases of domestic violence against women. But it is still constrained by several factors including: Lack of awareness for victims of violence to report to the authorities, economic rehabilitation that is not effective, law enforcement officials who are less capable of handling cases of female violence, people who tend to be indifferent to incidents of violence in their environment.

Right now the whole world, including Indonesia, is feeling uneasy because of the problem about Covid-19 which has caused losses in various sectors of life. The most visible losses are in public health, the economy and in other sectors. The most pronounced example is in the economic sector. Because many companies have been forced to reduce their workforce, so many people have lost their livelihoods. This article contains a discussion of the role of the government in dealing with unemployment in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the steps have been and will be taken by the government to deal with the current unemployment problem. The approach method in this study uses a statutory approach (statute appoarch). This method examines the law based on legal norms and literature. The final result of this research is the government's efforts to deal with unemployment during the Covid-19 pandemic and the success rate or effectiveness of government policies on legal protection for Indonesian Workers during the pandemic.
