Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Agricultural counselor effort to convince farmer group in applying drip irrigation technology in Regency of Banyuasin And the obstacles of farmer in applying drip irrigation technology in Regency of Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the Budi Mulya Village of the district Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. In March until May 2017. The research method used is case study method. The sampling method that used in this research are purposive sampling and systematic sampling. Data methods of collection used in this study are observation and interviews directly to the respondents who have been determined using the tools of quisionary aids that have been prepared previously and documentation and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the study showed that the efforts of Agricultural counselor in applying drip irrigation technology include: drip irrigation technology socialization, selection of extension method, the procedures for the use of drip irrigation, the application of drip irrigation. And obstacles faced by farmers in the process of applying drip irrigation technology is a problem: capital for the purchase of equipment for drip irrigation such as drip hoses and Water source caused the dry season farmers getting difficulty water supply to watering and fertilizing plants.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe coconut plant is one of the plantations that have the ability to adapt to the environment, therefore the coconut plant is highly developed in varying land and climatic conditions. However, there are certain conditions where coconut plants can not grow and develop well to achieve high production. This study aims to determine the Revenue earned by Coconut Farmers in Teluk Payo Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Teluk Payo Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency. In July to August 2017. The research method used is Survey method, for sampling method used in this research is Simple Random Sampling method, where in this research there are 20 samples of coconut farmers. Data collection method used in this research is direct observation method and interview. The method of data processing is done by tabulation and then analyzed descriptively with qualitative approach to answer how big contribution of coconut farmer to family income. The results can be concluded that the amount of income obtained by coconut farmers in Teluk Payo Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin is Rp. 65,217,450.15 / ha / yr or with a percentage of 75.09%. The income is derived from the basic agricultural income of coconut.ABSTRAKTanaman kelapa merupakan salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, oleh karena itu tanaman kelapa sangat dikembangkan pada kondisi lahan dan iklim yang bervariasi. Akan tetapi ada kondisi tertentu dimana tanaman kelapa tidak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik untuk mencapai produksi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Besarnya Pendapatan yang diperoleh Petani Kelapa di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksakan di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Survei, untuk metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Simple Random Sampling, dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapat 20 sampel petani kelapa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi langsung dan wawancara. Metode pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara tabulasi lalu dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menjawab berapa besar kontribusi petani kelapa terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin yaitu sebesar Rp. 65.217.450,15/ha/th atau dengan persentase sebesar 75,09%. Pendapatan tersebut diperoleh dari pendapatan usahatani pokok yaitu kelapa.

Abstract

Analysis of the comparisons of farmers benefit that used Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine at Pulokerto Subdistrict Gandus District Palembang City. This research has purpose to analysis the factors of what the influence of the farmers that used Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine. And to analysis the differences of the benefit that given by the farmers whoused Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine. The method of the research that used in this research was the survey method. The collected sample method used was Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling with the 60 samples from the farmers, that divided by two groups. Group I was the farmers that used Rice Thresher Machine has 30 farmers. Group II was the farmers without used Rice Thresher Machine has 30 farmers. The method of the collected the data that used in this research was direct interview with the sampling. The data that given from the field should be classes then producted in tabulation. To answer the first problem by mathematics and explained by descriptive with the similar logit regression equation model. Next to analysis and compare the farmer’s payment in group I and group II used the analysis parametric t-test using the SPSS computer application for Windows 16,00.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine To analyze the effect and efficiency of the use of factors of production such as land, labor, seed, fertilizer Urea, SP36, KCl fertilizers and herbicides Gramaxone on hybrid corn production. in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency. The method used is the method of a survey of corn growers in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency. Sampling method is done using a random method (simple random sampling) using the formula Slovin. The number of members of the population of hybrid corn farmer in the village of 168 on the Sugih Waras then the amount calculated into the formula Slovin with a confidence level of 85%, 85% confident that the true and the research results with significance level of 0.15, then a sample of the entire population of hybrid maize farmers which can be taken are 35 farmers. Data processing method is the method of interview data collected in this study included primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from respondents through direct interviews and field observations accompanied by a list of questions has been provided while secondary data obtained from the competent institutions or agencies associated with this research. Data were processed using mathematical models and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the factors of production labor, urea, fertilizers and herbicides Gramaxone SP36 no significant effect on the production of hybrid corn. While the seeds, area of land and fertilizer KCl significant effect on the production of hybrid corn. Based on the level of inefficiency of production factors such as labor, land, urea and herbicides Gramaxone inefficient that need to be reduced in order to achieve an efficient level. While the factors of production seed, fertilizer KCl, and SP36 has not been so efficient that need to be added to reach the level of inefficiency.

Abstract

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

                                                                              ABSTRAK             Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keaktifan partisipasi petani sawit dalam KUD Mukti Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah petani sawit anggota KUD Mukti Jaya yang terdiri dari petani yang aktif perpartisipasi dalam KUD dan petani yang tidak aktif perpartisipasi dalam KUD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2010 sampai dengan November 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus KUD dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat keaktifan partisipasi petani dalam KUD Mukti Jaya. Sedangkan pendapatan usahatani sawit dan umur anggota tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat keaktifan partisipasi petani.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the difference of production of paddy field farming in various types of lebak land in Berkat Village, Subdistrict, Sirah pulau Padang , Ogan Komering ilir Regency. And to know the difference in income of paddy field farming lebak on various types of land in the village Lebak Berkat District Sirah Island padang Ogan Komering ilir regency. This research was conducted in Berkat Village, Sirah Island, Padang Regency of Ogan Komering ilir. In August to October 2016. The research method used is Survey method, for sampling method is done by purposive (proposive). Data collection methods used in this study is the observation and direct interviews to the respondents who have been determined by using tools in the form of queriers that have been prepared previously. Data processing is done by tabulation and then analyzed descriptively with qualitative approach and descriptive analysis with mathematical approach. The result of research shows that there is real production difference that farmers receive layer I is 7808 kg / ha, layer II is 6,519,99 kg / ha and layer III is 5,800 kg / ha. And selanjutya there is a significant difference in income received patani Layer I is Rp 19.434.900, Farmers layer II is Rp 17.993.654, and farmers layer III that is Rp 15.745.209.3 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perbedaan produksi usaha tani padi sawah lebak pada berbagai tipe lahan lebak di Desa Berkat Kecamatan Sirah Pulau padang Kabupaten Ogan Komering ilir. Serta untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Pendapatan usaha tani padi sawah lebak pada berbagai tipe lahan lebak di Desa Berkat Kecamatan Sirah Pulau padang Kabupaten Ogan Komering ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Berkat Kecamatan Sirah Pulau padang Kabupaten Ogan Komering ilir. Pada bulan Agustus sampai bulan Oktober 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Survei, untuk metode penarikan contoh dilakukan dengan sengaja (proposive). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa quisoner yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara tabulasi lalu dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan produksi yang nyata yang diterima petani  lapisan I yaitu sebesar 7.808 kg/ha, lapisan II sebesar 6.519,99 kg/ha dan lapisan III sebesar 5.800 kg/ha. Dan selanjutya terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang nyata yang diterima patani Lapisan I yaitu sebesar  Rp 19.434.900 , Petani lapisan II yaitu sebesar  Rp 17.993.654 , dan petani lapisan III yaitu sebesar Rp 15.745.209,3 .

Abstract

Tujuan percobaan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk nitrogen terhadap produksi tanaman sorgum pada pola tanam tumpangsari dengan tanaman kedelai.Percobaan dirancang dengan pola petak terbagi (split plot design). Petak utama adalah pola tanam yang terdiri dari monokultur sorgum dan tumpangsari sorgum-kedelai.Anak petak adalah dosis pupuk urea yang terdiri atas0; 62,5; 125 dan 187,7 kg urea/ha (atau 0, 25%, 50% dan 75% dari250  urea  kg/ha)  yang  diaplikasikan  pada  umur  sorgum  8  HST.  Parameter  utama  yang  diamati  adalah  laju pertumbuhan tanaman sorgum (g/hari), bintil akar aktif (%) tanaman kedelai yang diamati saat kedelai berumur 40HST, nisbah kesetaraan lahan, dan prakiraan produksi sorgum (t/ha). Nilai rerata perlakuan dibedakan berdasarkan nilai simpangan baku rata-rata nyata atau SEM (Standard Errror Means). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pola tanam tumpangsari sorgum-kedelai mampu meningkatkan produksi tanaman sorgum sampai 60% seiring dengan meningkatnya dosis pupuk urea dengan dosis maksimum 75% dari dosis rekomendasi. Kata Kunci : kedelai, sorgum, tumpangsari, urea.
