Abstract

This study examines the role of traditional music from South Sulawesi as a medium of enculturation in education, highlighting the relevance of John Blacking’s theoretical perspectives. The research is grounded in the phenomenon of declining interest among younger generations in traditional music only 19.4% of Generation Z express such interest due to limited facilities, insufficient early exposure, and perceptions of irrelevance to modern life. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted in formal educational institutions (SMA Negeri 10 Pangkep and SMAN 6 Jeneponto) as well as the Katangka Art Studio. Findings indicate that traditional music genres such as Sinrilik, Pakacaping, and Gandrang Bulo possess strong social, educational, and cultural functions, yet remain underutilized in teaching and learning contexts. Blacking’s concepts emphasizing universal musicality, the significance of early enculturation processes, and the intrinsic connection between music and its socio-cultural context provide a foundation for developing traditional music education that is more inclusive, relevant, and immersive. The study recommends a holistic approach that combines community-based learning, cross-arts and cultural integration, and active student participation, supported by government policy and community engagement, to ensure the sustainability of traditional music heritage in the face of globalization challenges

Abstract

Setelah Orde Baru, Partai Golkar mengalami penurunan dukungan elektoral secara bertahap sepanjang siklus pemilu berturut-turut. Namun pada pemilu legislatif 2019, Golkar tampil sebagai partai unggulan dalam perolehan suara di daerah pemilihan Jawa Barat VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur sebagai pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, strategi politik Partai Golkar diawali dengan proses konsolidasi internal partai. Agenda partai secara signifikan menekankan peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi dan penguatan kader dan sayap. Institut Golkar, sebuah organisasi yang didedikasikan untuk pelatihan politik, aktif mencari dan merekrut generasi muda untuk menjadi kader. Pada kampanye pemilu tahun 2019 di daerah pemilihan Jawa Barat VIII, Partai Golkar menerapkan kebijakan tegas nihil toleransi terhadap anggotanya yang terlibat prosedur hukum. Pendekatan ini efektif menjaga reputasi partai dan menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Golkar aktif menjalin kerja sama dengan banyak organisasi masyarakat dan pemuda demi menjaga proses demokrasi pada pemilu 2019 di daerah pemilihan Jawa Barat VIII. Golkar di daerah pemilihan Jawa Barat VIII telah melibatkan jasa pakar politik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman geopolitik. Keputusan mengambil alternatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya sumber daya teknis partai di bidang survei, periklanan, dan pengolahan Big data. Konsultan didatangkan karena partainya menekankan pada manajemen pemilih. Partai Golkar memanfaatkan data besar yang diperoleh dari platform media sosial untuk merumuskan program kampanye yang secara efektif merespons perubahan demografi pemilih, dengan penekanan khusus pada peningkatan dana kampanye politik, pengaruh pemilih muda, dan perluasan akses internet dan media sosial.

Abstract

Coastal fisheries in Tanjung Medang Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency play an important role in shaping the economic characteristics and culture of its community. Physically, the North Rupat District is predominantly divided into residential areas along the inter-village roads and coastal areas that serve as the primary source of livelihood for most of its population. Now, North Rupat District has become a destination for both residents and visitors, impacting the existence of increasingly complex local economic resources and wisdom along the coastal areas of North Rupat District. Revitalization of coastal fisheries production factors is needed to improve economic life. Therefore, what model of economic development policy is needed to access traditional local economic resources to reduce local poverty? What kind of revitalization is required for traditional fishermen to utilize maritime economic resources fairly for the local population? The economic development policy for alternative marine economic resources involves integrating and collaborating the rights and obligations of state actors, private actors, and the public in maritime politics and economics. The revitalization of coastal fisheries production factors includes organizing the ecological integration of areas as traditional fishing grounds, tourism economic areas, and the originality of traditional culture across various disciplines, as well as fostering cultural integration among stakeholders and intergenerational concern among the Tanjung Medang community.

Abstract

This study presents the development and implementation of a Patient Management System (PMS) at Noura Aesthetic Clinic using the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The aim is to enhance the decision-making process for patient treatment prioritization and management. The PMS integrates various patient attributes, including medical history, treatment urgency, and resource availability, into a comprehensive decision-making framework. By employing the FMADM method, the system addresses the inherent uncertainties and subjectivities in patient data, ensuring more accurate and reliable prioritization. The SAW technique further refines this process by assigning weighted scores to each attribute, facilitating a straightforward and effective comparison. This combination allows for a balanced assessment of multiple factors, promoting optimal resource allocation and improving overall patient care. The implementation at Noura Aesthetic Clinic demonstrated significant improvements in operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. The system's adaptability to diverse clinical settings and its user-friendly interface make it a valuable tool for healthcare providers. This study underscores the potential of advanced decision-making methodologies in transforming patient management practices, paving the way for more informed and equitable healthcare delivery.

Abstract

Abstract: As a religious tradition passed down from generation to generation, Samadiyah is full of a sense of community. This article aimed to examine social solidarity in the Samadiyah tradition, focusing on a description of the implementation of the Samadiyah tradition and the forms of solidarity that exist in implementing the Samadiyah tradition based on Emile Durkheim's theory of social solidarity. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. At the same time, the research technique applied was participant observation; by going directly to the field following Samadiyah. Then, the literature study was done by analyzing related documents and paying attention to the steps in data collection, such as books, literature, and reports related to the formulation of the research problem that will be answered. The writer found two big points in this research. First, this study stated that the social solidarity contained in the Samadiyah tradition was indentic with Emile Durkheim's theory of social solidarity. Second, the forms of social solidarity that exist in the Samadiyah tradition were divided into; mechanical solidarity, which has social integration in which the community is present successing the tradiition without having their duties described individually which have the basic concept that members of the community have the same values and beliefs,and organic solidarity, namely social integration that arises from the need for services to one another by individuals which in the Samadiyah tradition has the task of the Teungku as the leader of the Samadiyah procession. So it can be said that the Samadiyah tradition had characteristics and forms that are identical to the picture of solidarity communicated by Emile Durkheim.Keywords: Samadiyah; Social Solidarity; Religious Rituals.Abstrak: Tradisi Samadiyah sebagai tradisi keagamaan turun-temurun yang terus dilakukan sampai saat ini sarat akan solidaritas. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji solidaritas sosial dalam Tradisi Samadiyah dengan fokus terhadap deskripsi dari pelaksanaan tradisi Samadiyah dan bentuk solidaritas yang ada dalam pelaksanaan tradisi Samadiyah berdasarkan teori solidaritas Emile Durkheim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif, teknik penelitiannya yaitu observasi partisipan dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan mengikuti Samadiyah, studi pustaka, dengan menganalisa dokumen yang terkait, memperhatikan langkah-langkah dalam pengambilan data seperti buku-buku, literatur-literatur, dan laporan-laporan yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang dipecahkan. Penulis menemukan dua poin besar dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa solidaritas sosial yang terdapat dalam tradisi Samadiyah sangat erat. Kedua, bentuk-bentuk solidaritas sosial yang ada dalam tradisi Samadiyah terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu solidaritas mekanik yang memiliki integrasi sosial dimana masyarakat hadir tanpa dideskripsikan tugas mereka secara individual yang mana konsep dasarnya bahwa anggota masyarakat tersebut memiliki kesamaan nilai dan keyakinan, dan solidaritas organik yaitu integrasi sosial yang timbul dari kebutuhan akan layanan satu sama lain oleh individu yang mana dalam tradisi Samadiyah adanya tugas Teungku sebagai pemimpin prosesi Samadiyah. Sehingga dapat disampaikan bahwa tradisi Samadiyah memiliki ciri dan bentuk yang identik dengan gambaran solidaritas yang dikomunikasikan oleh Emile Durkheim.Kata Kunci: Samadiyah; Solidaritas Sosial; Ritual Keagamaan.

Abstract

The existence of outdoor learning that began to be carried out by nature schools became an exciting learning method. This outdoor learning activity raises interest in students' enthusiasm for learning because students get new experiences and discover new things. This study used a qualitative method and was conducted at the Aceh Islamic Nature School (AINS) by examining students' understanding of English using outdoor learning. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing and interviewing English teachers at the school. As a finding, learning English with outdoor learning methods has various ways, such as inviting students to know directly in English. For each material, a song is sung together so they can remember the lesson and the material studied. Outdoor learning at AINS also has adequate supporting factors, such as the provision of vocabulary stickers on the walls of spaces/objects. The teacher gets used to speaking in English to improve students' listening so that they are used to it and can respond. Based on these results, From the data based on observations, interviews, and document analysis above, outdoor learning by inviting students to see material objects directly from nature is considered effective. What teachers apply with this method to students is successfully meeting all kinds of targets for each material, especially in increasing English language skills, which can be seen from their mastery of vocabulary. Apart from that, outdoor learning is also considered to prevent students from getting bored quickly and being enthusiastic about following all the material the teacher provides.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the concept of dissenting opinion from the point of view of the Judge of the Makassar State Administrative Court and to find out the position of the dissenting opinion in the final decision and how the form of the dissenting opinion is in the perspective of Siyasah Syar'iah. The problem in this study is that the position of dissenting opinion is not clearly regulated in the system of laws and regulations in Indonesia where as a rule of law all actions that exist must be regulated clearly and specifically in laws and regulations. This research is a qualitative research (field research) with a juridical and normative syar'i approach. Primary and secondary data sources such as: results of interviews conducted at the State Administrative Court, books, case files of the State Administrative Court, scientific journals. The results of this study are 1) The concept of dissenting opinion is a different opinion from judges who have a minority voice, which occurs because the views and analysis of each judge are different. 2) The position of dissenting opinion is jurisprudence, namely as literature or reference if there are similar cases. The position of dissenting opinion is not clearly regulated in laws and regulations because basically dissenting opinion is considered not to conflict with existing laws and regulations. 3) The form of dissenting opinion in the perspective of sharia judges' siyasa is ijtihad from or maximum effort in producing sharia laws from their foundations through serious and in-depth thought and research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, customer experience, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh pada PT. Nadhira Berkah Haramain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada jamaah umroh pada PT. Nadhira Berkah Haramain. Populasi dan sampel jenuh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 jamaah umroh PT. Nadhira Berkah Haramain Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepercayaan customer experience, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan jamaah. Secara simultan kepercayaan, customer experience, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan jamaah pada PT. Nadhira Berkah Haramain sebesar 94,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

Indonesia’s rich biodiversity includes Moringa oleifera, widely used in traditional medicine. However, environmental factors such as climate, soil, and agronomic practices can influence the phytochemical composition and bioactivity of its leaves. This study aimed to investigate the phytochemical profile and antioxidant activity of acetone extracts of M. oleifera leaves sourced from South Lampung. Leaves were air-dried, powdered, and extracted via maceration in acetone. Phytochemical screening employed standard reagents (Dragendorff’s and Mayer’s for alkaloids; Mg and HCl for flavonoids; Liebermann–Burchard for steroids and triterpenoids; FeCl₃ for tannins; foam test with 2 N HCl for saponins). Antioxidant capacity was assessed using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) assay. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, triterpenoids, and tannins, while saponins were not detected. In the DPPH assay, percentage inhibition increased with concentratio, yielding an IC₅₀ of approximately 209.4 ppm. This relatively high IC₅₀ indicates weak radical-scavenging activity under the present conditions. The findings provide the first detailed report of phytochemical constituents and DPPH-based antioxidant capacity for acetone extracts of M. oleifera leaves from South Lampung. Although secondary metabolites with known bioactivities were detected, the weak DPPH scavenging suggests that acetone may not optimally extract the most potent antioxidant compounds or that local growth conditions yield lower phenolic/flavonoid concentrations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa pubertas merupakan masa yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia karena  proses pertama pematangan reproduksi  manusia  disebut dengan masa pubertas. Kesehatan reproduksi remaja adalah keadaan dimana remaja dapat menikmati kehidupan seksualnya serta menjalankan fungsi dan proses reproduksi secara sehat dan aman. Pendidikan kesehatan merupakan penerapan konsep pendidikan di bidang Kesehatan guna meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja. Melakukan pre test dan post melalui pengumpulan data dari data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan format observasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipan sebanyak 50 orang di Pantoloan Boya dan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam pengumpulan data. Data menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dalam menyikapi kemampuan responden dalam menerima dan memahami materi kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang diberikan berbeda-beda, pendidikan kesehatan merupakan metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja. Terdapat pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan remaja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Reproduksi, Anak, Pubertas, Pendidikan Kesehatan  ABSTRACT Puberty is a very important period in human life because the first process of human reproductive maturation is called puberty. Adolescent reproductive health is a state where adolescents can enjoy their sexual life and carry out reproductive functions and processes in a healthy and safe manner. Health education is the application of educational concepts in the field of Health in order to improve health status. To determine the effect of counseling on the level of knowledge of reproductive health in adolescents. Conducting pre and post tests through data collection from primary data obtained from questionnaires and observation formats. This activity involved 50 participants in Pantoloan Boya and nursing students in data collection. The results of the research analysis showed an increase in knowledge before and after being given health education about adolescent reproductive health, this proves that in addressing the ability of respondents to accept and understand the adolescent reproductive health material provided is different, health education is an effective method to improve adolescent knowledge. There is an influence on adolescent knowledge before and after being given health education about adolescent reproductive health. Keywords: Reproductive Health, Children, Puberty, Health Education
