Abstract

Motivation Labor Women In Increasing Family Income Through pineapple farming (Ananas comusus L. Merr) in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of women workers, to determine the outpouring of women workers, to determine the contribution of pineapple farm income. This research was condusted in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency of July until the month of Agustus 2015. The method used was a survey, While the sampling method used is the method by farmers census respondents as many as 19 people. Data collection method used observation and interviews directly to farmers. To answer the first problem formulation using qualitative descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The survey results revealed that the motivation of women farmers to come to work on a pineapple farm belonging to the category with a score of real low and the percentage obtained for 2021 (70.91%). With each variable spare time with thepercentage of 84.10%, followed by the variable no other job opportunities in accordance skill of 67.68% and a variable meet the economic needs of 60.94 %. The outpouring of female workers on a pineapple farm on average 36.00 HKSP. Pineapple farm income contributes to the family income average of 71.93 %.

Abstract

Analysis of the comparisons of farmers benefit that used Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine at Pulokerto Subdistrict Gandus District Palembang City. This research has purpose to analysis the factors of what the influence of the farmers that used Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine. And to analysis the differences of the benefit that given by the farmers whoused Rice Thresher Machine and without used Rice Thresher Machine. The method of the research that used in this research was the survey method. The collected sample method used was Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling with the 60 samples from the farmers, that divided by two groups. Group I was the farmers that used Rice Thresher Machine has 30 farmers. Group II was the farmers without used Rice Thresher Machine has 30 farmers. The method of the collected the data that used in this research was direct interview with the sampling. The data that given from the field should be classes then producted in tabulation. To answer the first problem by mathematics and explained by descriptive with the similar logit regression equation model. Next to analysis and compare the farmer’s payment in group I and group II used the analysis parametric t-test using the SPSS computer application for Windows 16,00.

Abstract

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers' groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has conducted to find out about how much rubber farm income and labor contribution of harvesting CV. Nusa Jaya to the income of rubber farmers. This research aims to find out how much is the income of rubber farming and how much is the contribution to the harvest labor income of CV. Nusa Jaya to the income of rubber farmers. This research was conducted in the Air Kumbang District of Banyuasin District in November 2018 to January 2019. The research method used was Survey. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used in the study was direct observation and interviews with respondents using a list of questions prepared previously and data obtained from relevant institutions related to this study. To answer the first problem is how much rubber farming income. Meanwhile, to answer the second problem formulation, how much is the contribution of harvest labor income in the CV. Nusa Jaya, on the income of rubber farmers, the data obtained from the field are processed tabulating. The results showed that farmers' income from rubber farming averaged Rp. 20,088,769.3 / Lg / Year. And the average income of the sample farmers who worked as harvest laborers in the CV. Nusa Jaya averages Rp 39,666,161 / Year. As for the contribution of harvest workers’ CV. Nusa Jaya to the income of rubber farmers in the District of Air Kumbang, which is 66.78%.

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6M merupakan model pembelajaran terpadu. Pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan proses pembelajaran penanaman tata nilai kewirausahaan melalui pembiasaan dan pemeliharaan perilaku dan sikap. Melalui Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory yang ditunjang dengan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan, diharapkan siswa mempunyai minat untuk berwirausaha. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory bertujuan untuk membentuk kompetensi siswa melalui satuan kesatuan lingkungan sekolah dengan berbasis pada industri dan ditunjang dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dalam pembentukan mental kewirausahaan. Artikel ini menelaah pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6M dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap minat wirausaha pada siswa Patiseri kelas XII SMKN 9 Bandung. Abstract

Community Participation in Peatland Fire Control in Muara Medak Village, Bayung Lencir Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. This research aims to determine how much the level of community participation in responding to peatland fire control that often occurs when the dry season comes. This research was conducted in Muara Medak Village, Bayung Lencir Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency of Sumatera Selatan Province from March to August 2016. The method used research is the purposive sampling by taking sample 10%. Based on the results obtained in this research that some people in Muara Medak Village have participated in the peatland fire control, it is seen from the meeting of the interest the people who do land processing still take into account in order to avoid the spread of land fires during the land clearing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims determine To find out the differences in income of rubber farmers with the auction and non auction system in Cipta Praja Village, Keluang Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin District.    This research was conducted in Cipta Praja Village, Keluang Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency from June to August 2019.  The research method  used was  a survey.  Sampling methods,  namely the first  is  purposive sampling (Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling (unbalanced random), where this study amounted to 30 people from the auction and non-auction systems used as samples  Data collection methods used in this study were observation and interviews directly to respondents who have been determined, in addition to the type of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, analysis in this research Data collection methods used in this study were observation and interviews directly to respondents who have been determined, in addition to the type of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, analysis data  in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive, then to calculate the outflow of labor and labor income using the formula. Based on the results of the study that the difference between the income of rubber farmers with the auction and non- auction  systems  in  Cipta  Praja  Village,  Keluang  District,  Musi  Banyuasin Regency,  for  which  the  auction  system  averages  Rp  1,435,135.67  haktar  per month and for non-auction Rp 1,104,248.14 hectares per monthABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan petani karet dengan sistem lelang dan non lelang di Desa Cipta Praja Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cipta Praja Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Metode penarikan contoh, yaitu yang pertama adalah purposive sampling (sengaja) dan Disproportionate Stratified Random  Sampling  (acak  tak  berimbang),  dimana  penelitian  ini  berjumlah  30 orang dari sistem lelang dan non lelang yang dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden yang telah ditentukan, selain itu jenis data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya analisis data dalam penellitian ini analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif, selanjutnya untuk menghitung curahan tenaga kerja dan pendapatan tenaga kerja menggunakan rumus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa perbedaan pendapatan petani karet dengan sistem lelang dan non lelang di Desa Cipta Praja Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin untuk yang sistem lelang rata-rata Rp 1.435.135,67 haktar per bulan dan untuk non lelang Rp 1.104.248,14 hektar per bulan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of farmers who sell dry rubber and wet rubber and to find out how much income farmers get from selling dry rubber and wet rubber and what are the factors that influence farmers who sell dry rubber and wet rubber in Talang Ubi District Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). Regancy, South Sumatera Province. The sampling method used was disproportionate stratitifed ramdom sampling with rubber farmer respondents in Talang Ubi District. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and direct interviews with respondents using tools in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared in advance. The data analysis method used in quantitative descriptive analysis. The number of respondent in this study were 54 farmers. From the research results, it was found that the characteristics of farmers who sell dry rubber are influenced by education, selling price, number of family members and income, while wet rubber farmers are influenced by age and land area. Based on the results of the study note that the average income of farmers dry rubber is Rp. 12.135.160./lg/month. While the average income of farmers who sell wet rubber is Rp. 9.859.225/lg/month. And the factor that influenced farmers to prefer selling dry rubber to wet rubber was the higher selling prince of dry rubber.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the variation of land use in yard Village in Tanjung Mas Village, Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency, to find out how much farmers' income from using yard land and to determine the contribution of income earned by farmers from using their yards. This research was conducted in Tanjung Mas Village, Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency.  This research was conducted from December to February 2020. The research method used was a survey method, for the sampling method used the proportional simple random sampling method where in this study there were 88 respondent farmers.  The data collected were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively descriptive. The results showed that the variations in the use of yards developed by farmers in Tanjung Mas Village varied greatly with a total of 24 variations. The largest income for the respondent farmers was IDR 30,142,083 while the smallest income was IDR 3,620,250. The contribution of the respondent's farmers' income from using their yards is 10.51 percent.Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variasi pemanfaatan lahan pekarang di Desa Tanjung Mas Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan petani dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dan untuk mengetahui  kontribusi pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tanjung Mas Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember samapai dengan februari 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, untuk metode penarikan contoh digunakan metodeproportional simple random sampling dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapat 88 petani responden. Data yang dikumpulkan, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan variasi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang dikembangkan oleh petani di Desa Tanjung Mas sangat bervariasi dengan total variasi sebanyang 24 variasi. Pendapatan terbesar petani responden adalah Rp 30.142.083 sedangkan pendapatan terkecil adalah Rp 3.620.250. Kontibusi pendapatan petani responden dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan  adalaha 10,51 persen

Abstract

Bokar Processing and Marketing Unit (Rubber Processing Material) hereinafter referred to as (UPPB) according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 38/PERMENTAN/0T.140/8/2008 article 1 paragraph 13 Bokar Processing and Marketing Unit is a business unit or business unit formed by two or more plantation groups as a place for providing technical guidance to planters, processing, temporary storage and marketing of bokar (rubber processing materials). This study aims to determine the role of UPPB in Sembawa District and the level of income differences received by farmers who sell bokarya to UPPB and non-UPPB. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, income calculation and T-test were carried out. The results showed that the role of UPPB in marketing bokar by making a liaison between suppliers and farmers directly in marketing bokar as well as efforts to increase the income of rubber farmers. The average income of rubber farmers who market bokar through UPPB is Rp. 2,556,298.09 ha/month, while farmers who choose marketing through non-UPPB are Rp. 1,419,130,764 ha/month.
