Abstract

Online learning has become a reality in Indonesia in mid-2022. Conventional learning has experienced a suspended animation, and suddenly, online learning has become viral and a necessity for all schools, including high schools. This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher readiness and high school student’s readiness for online learning during the post pandemic. There were 407 teacher and high school student respondents, respectively. They used the correlation approach, F test, and regression equation to measure the correlation between each teacher's readiness and student readiness indicator. The findings show that the relationship between teacher and student readiness is insignificant. Readiness of online learning infrastructure has more influence than indicators of digital literacy and teacher self-efficacy, pedagogical abilities, teacher attitudes, and readiness for document management. The teacher’s attitude toward online learning does not influence student readiness for online learning.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the education technology (edutech) sector demands the development of entrepreneurial skills among university students to foster innovation and address educational challenges. This study employed the 4D instructional design model—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—by creating an online platform that features personalized learning paths, interactive modules, collaborative tools, and real-time analytics. This research design was employed with 100 university students specializing in education and technology. Over eight weeks, participants engaged with microlearning modules focused on key entrepreneurial concepts and collaborated on projects simulating real-world Edutech scenarios. The findings show that online microlearning models prioritize technological accessibility, quality content, engagement, and flexibility, which are in high demand. Microlearning with short modules and interactive videos improves comprehension and engagement. Task and Concept Analyses frame learning and deepen understanding of key concepts, enabling students to apply learning outcomes. The cyberlearning model used criterion-referenced exams, evaluation tools, and interactive media like short movies, infographics, and gamification to increase edutechpreneurship. A Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis revealed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p-value < 0.05). The cyber learning model boosted students' Edutechpreneurship skills. Edutechpreneurship, which combines educational technology and entrepreneurship, improves online learning and promotes entrepreneurship. This model requires entrepreneurship education in online learning platforms. This research offers valuable insights into innovative educational practices that prepare students to lead and innovate in the evolving EdTech industry. The model is effective and relevant to augment depth, readability, and personalization for an optimal learning experience

Abstract

Purpose – Despite the growing use of artificial intelligence in higher education, prior studies have focused more on initial adoption than on continuance intention, while the role of AI literacy in sustaining AI use remains underexplored. This study examines an integrative model linking AI literacy, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using AI, behavioral intention, and continuance intention in AI-supported learning.Methods – A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted with 324 students from the Educational Informatics and Computer Engineering and Computer Engineering programs at Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data were collected from January to February 2025 using a 25-item Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4 using bootstrapping with 10,000 subsamples.Findings – All hypothesized relationships were significant: AI literacy → perceived usefulness (β = 0.449, p < 0.001), AI literacy → attitude toward using AI (β = 0.177, p < 0.001), perceived usefulness → attitude toward using AI (β = 0.686, p < 0.001), attitude toward using AI → behavioral intention (β = 0.757, p < 0.001), and behavioral intention → continuance intention (β = 0.800, p < 0.001). Research implications – The cross-sectional design, self-reported data, purposive sampling, and single-institution context limit causal inference and broader generalizability.Originality – This study extends TAM by positioning AI literacy as a competence-based antecedent within a post-adoption sequence that explains continuance intention through perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavioral intention. Practically, the findings suggest that sustainable AI integration in higher education requires not only access to AI tools but also structured support for students’ AI literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, lingkungan belajar, metode mengajar guru dan peran orang tua terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika. Metode penelitian survei dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 465 orang dan sampel berjumlah 215 ditarik secara Proportional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolonieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan: (1) minat belajar pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) lingkungan belajar pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. (3) metode mengajar guru pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. (4) peran orang tua siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. (5) jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh minat belajar terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,2%. (2) ada pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,4%. (3) ada pengaruh metode mengajar guru terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,4%. (4) ada pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 4,3%. (6) ada pengaruh minat belajar, lingkungan belajar, metode mengajar guru dan peran orang tua terhadap jiwa kompetitif siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,4%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Nilai Mahasiswa Berbasis Web dengan Layanan SMS Autoreply merupakan sistem penyampaian nilai untuk mahasiswa yang di implementasikan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan penginputan dan penyampaian nilai kepada mahasiswa sehingga tidak lagi berfokus kepada media manual (kertas) dan website saja untuk melihat nilai. Selain berbasis web, sistem informasi ini memiliki layanan sms autoreply untuk mempermudah akses informasi nilai secara cepat dan mudah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan perangkat lunak (software development) dengan menggunakan model prototyping. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan observasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi nilai yang dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi nilai secara efektif dan efisien, bisa langsung di akses serta informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi nilai mahasiswa berbasis web dengan layanan sms autoreply dapat membantu proses pengelolaan nilai sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan penginputan nilai dan membantu dalam menyampaikan informasi nilai kepada mahasiswa sehingga proses penginputan dan penyampaian nilai menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

Tingginya persentase mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang belum menyelesaikan studi di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer FT UNM menimbulkan tantangan dalam proses pemantauan dan pembinaan akademik. Selama ini proses pemantauan masih manual sehingga kurang dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem klasifikasi aktivitas mahasiswa tingkat akhir menggunakan algoritma SVM. Dataset dikumpulkan melalui crawling pada media sosial X dan menghasilkan 3.000 data yang kemudian diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing dan ekstraksi fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Model SVM dilatih menggunakan kernel linear. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model SVM mampu mencapai akurasi sebesar 92,33%, dengan rata-rata akurasi pada pengujian 10-fold cross validation sebesar 92%. Selain itu, evaluasi model juga menghasilkan nilai rata-rata precision 92,44%, recall 92,44%, dan F1-score 92,30%. Model kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem berbasis website. Hasil pengujian berdasarkan standar ISO 25010 menunjukkan bahwa sistem memenuhi kriteria kelayakan pada aspek: functional suitability, portability memperoleh skor 100%; usability dengan skor 90,73%; reliability dengan error rate 0,0%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis guna meningkatkan kelulusan tepat waktu.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the need for innovation in the learning process to improve students’ learning outcomes and engagement. One form of such innovation is the use of technology-based interactive quizzes such as Quizizz. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa through the implementation of Quizizz as an interactive learning medium. The research employed Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 30 Grade X students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations of student activities, and questionnaires on students’ responses to the use of Quizizz. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 70.5 in Cycle I to 85.3 in Cycle II, and classical learning mastery reaching 90%. In addition, students’ learning activities and motivation also improved, as indicated by their enthusiasm during the learning process and positive responses to the interactive and competitive features of Quizizz. It can be concluded that the use of Quizizz as an interactive learning medium is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and engagement, and therefore can be used as an alternative innovative learning medium at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa

Abstract

Ikan tuna juga merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi, terutama di wilayah pesisir yang memiliki sumber daya alam laut melimpah. Namun, meskipun ikan tuna memiliki potensi pasar yang besar, seringkali petani ikan dan nelayan menghadapi masalah dalam hal pengelolaan dan pemanfaatannya, terutama dalam menjaga kestabilan harga adan memliki nilai tambah yang tinggi  serta mengurangi kerugian akibat hasil tangkapan yang tidak terjual dengan baik. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengolah ikan tuna menjadi produk olahan yang lebih awet dan memiliki nilai tambah, salah satunya adalah abon ikan tuna. Abon ikan tuna tidak hanya dapat memperpanjang umur simpan ikan, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen, baik di pasar lokal maupun pasar ekspor. Selain itu, produk abon ikan tuna dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif produk makanan olahan yang lebih praktis dan bergizi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknik pengolahan ikan tuna yang tepat dan efisien, dan juga memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat pesisir dalam mengolah ikan tuna menjadi abon ikan yang berkualitas, sekaligus memberikan pemahaman tentang manfaat gizi abon ikan tuna sebagai produk olahan dan  juga peningkatan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam lokal untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir melalui produk olahan bernilai tambah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan beberapa keterampilan berhasil di transfer kepada mitra meliputi pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan tuna, inovasi kemasan, pemasaran dan manjemen usaha termotivasi untuk mendirikan unit usaha mengolah ikan tuna menajdi abon ikan tuna berbagai rasa, memasarkan produk, dan memahami bagaimana cara mengelola manajemen usaha setelah di berikan materi di karenakan di kecamatan banggae timur  potensi SDA melimpah untuk di olah. Melalui diskusi yang di laksanakan setelah pelatihan berlangsung menjadikan peserta paham akan hal-hal apa yang harus di perhatikan dalam pembuatan produk abon ikan tuna, manajemen pemasarannya, manajemen usaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has significantly influenced engineering and computer technology education, particularly in laboratory-based practical learning. However, many higher education institutions still face limitations in providing integrated IoT laboratory facilities, causing learning to rely on simulations or fragmented hardware modules that do not adequately represent real-world IoT system integration. This study aims to develop and validate a web server-based IoT trainer to support practical learning in higher education. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of six stages: needs analysis, prototype design, product development, expert validation and limited trials, product revision, and dissemination. The developed trainer integrates an ESP32 microcontroller with multiple sensors and actuators, enabling real-time monitoring and control through an embedded web server. Data were collected through functional testing, system performance testing, and expert validation involving six experts in media, content, and instructional design. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and percentage-based feasibility calculations. The results indicate that all hardware components operated with error rates below 5% and response times under 250 ms. The web server system achieved an average response time of 648.1 ms with an error rate of 0%, indicating high reliability. Expert validation showed very high feasibility across all aspects, including programming (99.2%), content relevance (98.8%), and instructional design (100%). These findings demonstrate that the developed IoT trainer is technically reliable, pedagogically appropriate, and suitable for supporting IoT practical learning in higher education.
