Abstract

Companies must prioritize work safety as the main thing to create a safe and healthy work environment. The research conducted has the aim of knowing the role of safety climate as a predictor of safety behavior through safety knowledge as a mediating variable. The method used is a convenient sampling technique. The number of respondents was 154 workers. The research instrument used a safety behavior scale created by Neal and Griffin, safety climate measured using (LSCAT) compiled by Cox and Cheyne, safety knowledge scale compiled by Vinodkumar and Bhasi. To analyze the data using classical assumptions, namely, Kolmogorov-smirnov normality test, linearity test and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing, namely mediation regression analysis technique. The results of the direct effects test of the safety climate variable on safety behavior show a significant effect with a significance level of 0.006 which indicates a significant influence between safety climate and safety behavior, besides that the indirect effects between safety climate and safety behavior through mediation of safety knowledge have a significance level of 0.004, meaning that there is a mediating role between safety climate and safety behavior through safety knowledge. PT X is expected to maintain and improve safety behavior with a safety climate that supports the work safety program and can also design a more effective safety training program that suits the needs of workers.Perusahaan harus memprioritaskan keselamatan kerja sebagai hal utama untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran safety climate sebagai prediktor safety behavior melalui safety knowledge sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik convenient sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 154 pekerja. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan safety behavior scale yang dibuat oleh Neal dan Griffin, safety climate diukur dengan menggunakan (LSCAT) yang disusun oleh Cox dan Cheyne, skala safety knowledge yang disusun oleh Vinodkumar dan Bhasi. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan asumsi klasik yaitu, uji normalitas Kolmogorov-smirnov, uji linearlitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta uji hipotesis yaitu teknik mediation regression analysis. Hasil uji direct effects variabel safety climate terhadap safety behavior menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan taraf siginifikansi 0,006 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara safety climate dengan safety behavior, selain itu pengaruh indirect effects antara safety climate dan safety behavior melalui mediasi safety knowledge memiliki taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.004 artinya ada peran mediasi antara safety climate dengan safety behavior melalui safety knowledge. PT X diharapkan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan perilaku keselamatan (safety behavior) dengan iklim keselamatan (safety climate) yang mendukung program keselamatan kerja, selain itu juga dapat merancang proram pelatihan keselamatan kerja yang lebih efektif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of the times, where sellers must adapt to the digital advancements of the internet in the online-based sales process. One of the platforms used to sell products online is the shopee marketplace. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of marketing public relations in establishing effective communication to promote products on the shopee marketplace through the MJE Online Shop account. This study employs a qualitative approach with the content analysis method, and data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews with three informants. The research findings, verified using the 4P and AIDA theories, indicate that the role of marketing public relations in price-strikethrough discount promotions shows a strong positive correlation between marketing public relations and promotion. Promotions attract consumers due to more economical prices and the convenience of purchasing their needs at affordable costs. These findings suggest that the role of marketing public relations can serve as a strategic tool for sellers on the Shopee marketplace to enhance their competitiveness and increase product sales.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa SMA Jakarta. Fokusnya adalah pada bagaimana kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi seperti analisis, sintesis, evaluasi, dan kreativitas mempengaruhi minat seseorang dalam memulai atau mengembangkan usaha. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan eksperimen, sampel diambil dari populasi SMA Jakarta dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 60 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelas (kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai rata – rata tersebut yaitu rata – rata kelompok kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok kelas kontrol. Kelas Kontrol memiliki Median = 69,1, Modus = 69,5, dan Simpang baku = 115,15. Sedangkan kelompok eksperimen memiliki Median 67,16, Modus = 81.1, dan Simpangan baku = 88,53. Pengujian persyaratan analisis pada uji normalitas eksperimen menggunakan uji Liliefors diperoleh nilai tertinggi pada Lh = 0,160715 sedangkan nilai Lt = 0,161. Jelaslah bahwa Lh < Lt maka disimpulkan variabel penelitian berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal. Pada uji normalitas kontrol nilai Lh = 0,15659, sedangkan nilai Lt= 0,161. Jelaslah bahwa Lh > Lt maka disimpulkan variabel penelitian berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal. Kata kunci: HOTS, Fokus, Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas.  ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on the entrepreneurial interest of Jakarta high school students. The focus is on how higher-level thinking skills such as analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and creativity influence a person's interest in starting or developing a business. This research method uses an experimental approach, samples were taken from the Jakarta high school population with a sample size of 60 students divided into 2 classes (control class and experimental class). The results of the research show that the average value of the experimental class group is higher than that of the control class group. The Control Class has Median = 69.1, Mode = 69.5, and Standard Deviation = 115.15. Meanwhile, the experimental group had a Median of 67.16, Mode = 81.1, and Standard Deviation = 88.53. Testing the analytical requirements in the experimental normality test using the Liliefors test obtained the highest value at Lh = 0.160715 while the value for Lt = 0.161. It is clear that Lh < Lt, it can be concluded that the research variables come from a normally distributed population. In the control normality test, the Lh value = 0.15659, while the Lt value = 0.161. It is clear that Lh > Lt means it can be concluded that the research variables come from a normally distributed population. Keywords: HOTS, Focus, Entrepreneurship, Creativity.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are a type of plant that provides additional aesthetic value. One of the ornamental plants that is currently trending and popular with consumers is the aglaonema flower. Humans always need the aglaonema flower ornamental plant to fulfill consumer satisfaction. The research aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the seller of aglaonema ornamental plants in Tulus Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The research location is in Rejo Ikhlas Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency with the consideration that this area is a production center for sales of aglaonema flower ornamental plants. The research respondents were 30 consumers who bought Aglaonema flowers from within and outside the Pekalongan area, determined by the census method. The sampling technique was accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the research on the sale of decorative aglaonema flower plants in Tulus Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency are in the "satisfied" category, this can be seen from the calculation CSI of 71.20 percent, which means consumers are satisfied with the seller of aglaonema ornamental plants on the attributes of aglaonema ornamental plants having good quality and quality so that they succeed in satisfying consumers of aglaonema ornamental plants.

Abstract

Strategi internasional merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan ekspansi dan penjualan produk/jasa di luar dari pasar domestiknya. Dalam melaksanakan strategi internasional, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan budaya dan regulasi negara tujuan, serta kondisi perusahaan untuk menentukan mode of entry yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi internasional dan mode of entry ICBP dalam memasuki pasar global. Adapun jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui penelitian ini, tim penulis berhasil menemukan bahwa strategi internasional yang diterapkan oleh ICBP adalah strategi multidomestik dengan mode of entry berupa ekspor, aliansi strategis, akuisisi, dan pendirian pabrik di luar negeri. Harapannya melalui penelitian ini, ICBP dapat terus memperluas kehadirannya di pasar internasional dengan memanfaatkan SWOT yang dimiliki perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of land sale and purchase agreements based on customary law in Sungai Sayang Village, Sadu Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, as well as to examine the legal strength of such agreements from the perspective of national law. In customary communities, land transactions are not only guided by formal legal principles but are also deeply rooted in local norms and traditions that have been passed down through generations. This research employs an empirical juridical approach using qualitative methods. Data were collected through interviews with traditional leaders, village officials, and community members who have engaged in land transactions, as well as through a review of relevant documents. The findings reveal that land sale and purchase processes in Sungai Sayang Village are typically conducted orally, witnessed by customary leaders and local witnesses, and accompanied by symbolic gestures as a sign of a valid agreement. Although unwritten, such agreements are deemed legitimate and binding under customary law.However, from the perspective of national law, these agreements do not carry full legal force unless formalized through an authentic deed in accordance with applicable statutory regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize customary law with positive (national) law to ensure that community land rights are protected and future disputes are prevented

Abstract

Elopement is not a culture, but there has been a shift in values in the order of social life that occurred in the village of Raman Island. This was triggered by a feeling of dissatisfaction with a decision taken by the woman so that it has an impact on the continuation of the life journey towards marriage. What cannot be achieved is due to the policy of parents being more dominant in determining their children's life partners, so that children do not have the authority to decide for themselves. This is done because of the conditions that make the youth of Raman Island village take a stance which is considered an action to resolve the problems they face which they cannot afford. Resolved well, and the parents' decision regarding the child's rights in making decisions in determining his life partner was defeated by the tenacity of the principles carried out by the woman's parents, they wanted their child to be a candidate who met their expectations, such as having a job and earning an income. which is large enough, so that the child will not have a difficult life in the future. However, the journey of human life, in determining the attitude towards marriage is not easy for a woman, where the child must obey the orders of the parents, the end of all parental decisions has been This has an impact on children, ultimately children take their own stand in dealing with the problems they face. So the shortcut that women take is how they can unite in a household life and from the young man or man because the conditions set by the prospective in-laws are more material because for application capital alone the conditions demanded are very large, the market is 50 up to 75 million, this will not be possible for men because in principle they still have low incomes on average. The salary you get while working is not enough to propose to the person you love, because the opinion you get every month is sometimes not enough, how can you add to the amount of money to propose to someone's daughter. If the conditions set by the prospective bride are too high So this makes the youth of Raman Island village take a stand to find their life partner by eloping. The culture of elopement that occurs in practice is based on behavioral patterns that are based on emotions which are in principle contrary to the existing customs in the village of Raman Island.

Abstract

Regarding the settlement of divorce outside the court, it is not something new, but there are many problems related to marriages that were carried out previously. According to the provisions of the marriage law, divorce should be carried out in a court session, and not outside the court session, This is what makes me interested in exploring divorce cases that are carried out outside of court, the impact of a divorce that is carried out outside of court, for the wife, especially not only on the wife's rights but also regarding the rights of children and joint property that they acquired during the marriage. not obtained by the wife and their children, if during the marriage they obtained children and property. However, the divorce carried out by this husband and wife couple is not the same as marriage in general, where the implementation of the marriage carried out by both parties is carried out in Mudung Darat Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency in a private manner or privately, and witnessed. by local traditional leaders, the divorce cannot be carried out in court, only traditional leaders can finalize the divorce from the couple, besides that the woman (ex-wife) does not get any rights at all towards her husband.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Burnout is a psychological condition characterized by symptoms of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and inner inadequacy finish the job. Burnout Syndrome among the nursing profession has been widely studied abroad. In Andalusia, Spain, it was reported that 674 (80%) of the nurses studied had an average high rate of burnout syndrome. Nurses are health workers who directly interact with patients for a long time, so nurses have twice the risk of experiencing burnout. Nurses with a high workload are not only at risk of suffering from burnout, they are also at risk of developing Low Back Pain determine the relationship between workload and the incidence of low back pain and burnout among nurses. Analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were all nurses on duty in the operating room of the Bekasi District Hospital, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. the majority of nurses with mild stress 48.9%, and self-disclosure moderate nurses 68.2%. There is the influence of self-disclosure on the stress level of nurses in the Mental Ward of the Duren Sawit Mental Hospital, East Jakarta (p value. 0.001). There is a relationship between workload and the incidence of low back pain and burnout among nurses in the operating room. It is hoped that the hospital can pay attention to the workload of nurses by providing opportunities for nurses to attend training to optimally support the nursing process and provide appropriate rest hours. Keywords: Workload, Burnout, Low Back Pain  ABSTRAK Burnout merupakan kondisi psikologis yang ditandai dengan dengan gejala kelelahan emosional, sikap sinisme dan ketidakmampuan diri dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Burnout Syndrome dikalangan profesi perawat banyak diteliti di luar negeri. Di Andalusia Spanyol dilaporkan dari 674 (80%) perawat yang diteliti rata-rata memiliki tingkat burnout syndrome yang tinggi. Perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang secara langsung berinteraksi dengan pasien dalam jangka waktu yang lama, sehingga perawat memiliki risiko dua kali lebih besar untuk mengalami burnout. Perawat dengan beban kerja yang tinggi selain berisiko menderita burnout juga berisiko terkena Low Back Pain. mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian low back pain dan burnout pada perawat. Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas di Ruang operasi RSUD kabupaten Bekasi sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Distribusi frekuensi sebagian besar perawat tidak mengalami low back pain (85,2%) burnout ringan (65,0%), lama kerja < 5 tahun (63,3%) dan beban kerja sedang (60,0%). Ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian low back pain pada perawat di Ruang Operasi (p value 0,003). Ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout pada perawat di Ruang Operasi (p value 0,004)  Ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian low back pain dan burnout pada perawat di Ruang Operasi. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat memperhatikan beban kerja perawat dengan cara memberikan kesempatan perawat untuk mengikuti pelatihan untuk menunjang proses keperawatan dengan optimal serta memberikan jam istirahat yang sesuai. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Burnout, Low Back Pain
