Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence the institutional ownership, managerial ownership, firm size, company age, profitability to corporate social responsibility in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. The population is all companies of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the year 2014-2016 which has published and published annual report and include the relevant CSR report in 2014-2016. (b) The Company discloses CSR or social responsibility report through its annual report. (c) The Company earns profit period of 2014-2016. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Institutional ownership has no effect on CSR. Managerial ownership positively affects CSR. Company size has no effect on CSR. The age of the company has a positive effect on CSR. Profitability has a positive effect on CSR. Abstract

This reseach aimed to analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Quality Audit Integrity Financial Statements Against the Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical test results showed that the F-Test Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Quality Audit together influential Against Integrity Financial Statements.And the result of hypothesis testing partially indicate that Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee and Audit Quality have positive Influence not significant to Integrity of Financial Statement. Institutional ownership has no significant negative effect on Financial Statement Integrity. While Independent Commissioner has a significant negative effect on Financial Statement Integrity.Keywords: Integrity Financial Statements, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Audit Quality

Abstract

Capital expenditure has an important role because it has a long-term benefit to provide services to the public. So the central government should provide more activities or programs to the local government so that the program can prosper and advance the local government. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund, Financing of Capital Expenditures in Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province in 2013-2015.The sample in this study covers all Regencies / cities in Central Java province during 2013-2015 as many as 105 data. The analysis tools used are normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and model test.The result showed that the Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund and Financing has a significant positive impact on capital expenditure.Keywords: Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund, Financing and Capital Expenditure

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Original Income of General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Profit Sharing Funds for Capital Expenditure in Kalimantan and Sulawesi Provinces/Regions 2012-2015. The type of data used is secondary data from the financial statements years each province. The sampel obtained is 42 data. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Research data were then tested using multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the local revenue is positively significant to the Capital Expenditure. General Allocation Fund has significant negative effect to Capital Expenditure. The Special Allocation Fund has a significant positive effect on Capital Expenditure. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to influence Corporate Governance Mechanism, Company Size, Leverage And Audit Quality To Integrity Of Financial Statement at Manufacturing Company Listed on BEI Period Year 2014-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI); The Company uses Rupiah currency; The company has a positive profit and the manufacturing company has complete data according to the variables needed in the study. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Institutional ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Managerial ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. The audit committee has no effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Independent commissioners have a positive influence on the integrity of financial statements. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Leverage does not affect the integrity of the financial statements. Abstract

This Study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the capital expenditure. The independen variables this study the are original revenues, general allocation funds, profit sharing funds, and the rest of budget financing. The population in this study is the budget realization report of all districts/cities in central jawa province obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Semarang city and the financial inspection body of Republic Indonesia representatives of Central Java year 2013-2015. Samples included in this research criteria as much 98 out of 105 file. By using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the original revenues have a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, general allocation budget have a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, revenue sharing has a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, and the remaining budget financing has a negative and insignificant effect on spending capital.Keywords :Local Revenues, General Allocation Budget, Revenue Sharing Funds, The Rest The Budget Financing, Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Financial Performance on Stock Returns on Manufacturing Companies Available In Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2013-2015. The sample in this research is taken with Purposive Sampling method. Data were analyzed by using Independent sample ttest. In Return On Asset variable obtained significant value. This means Return On Asset variable. statistically have a significant positive effect on stock Return. In Return On Equity variable obtained significant. This means the Return On Equity variable statistically significant positive effect on stock Return. In Economic Value Added variable obtained significant. This means Economic Value Added variables are statistically significant positive effect on stock Return. In the Debt to Equity Ratio variable obtained significant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds and Economic Growth of Capital Expenditures in the District / City in Central Java Province 2014-2016. Economic growth in this study is proxied with Gross Regional Domestic Product. Population in this research is all District and City in Central Java Province. The sample of this research are 35 regencies and cities in Central Java Province with period 2014-2016. This research data in the form of secondary data in the form of Realization Report of APBD and table of Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the Local Government Revenue , General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Funds has a significant positive effect to Capital Expenditures. Economic Growth does not significant negative effect on Capital Expenditure. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Domestic Product, Total Population, Room Occupancy Rate, Government Expenditure and Inflation on Local Own Revenue in Regency / City in Central Java Province 2014-2016. Population in this research is all Regency and City in Central Java Province. The sample of this research are 35 regencies and cities in Central Java Province with period 2014-2016. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS Central Java Province. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the number of residents have a significant positive effect on Local Revenue and Inflation have a significant negative effect on Local Revenue. While GRDP, Room Occupancy Rate positively insignificant effect on Local Revenue and Government Expenditure have negative effect not significant to Local Original Revenue.
