Abstract

Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools located in Banyuwangi, East Java. It was founded in 1951 with the Salaf learning method which is still maintained until now Darussalam Pondok continues to develop with the times. Apart from religious learning taught to students, Islamic boarding schools also focus on developing Islamic da'wah in society. Therefore, the students are given a platform for self-development in the form of a da'wah extracurricular called KODASA Santri Da'wah Corps (KODASA) and digital literacy called Multimedia Darussalam (MMD). It is through this second institution that the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School actualizes conventional preaching and digital Da'wah activities. It is against this background that researchers focus their research on da'wah activities carried out by Islamic Boarding Schools to optimize Islamic preaching students in the digital era by looking at the da'wah strategies that have been used in optimizing da'wah activities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher tries to understand the meaning of the events that occurred based on the information of the people who experienced them. The results of this research show that the Kodasa and MMD Institutions make students at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School have da'wah skills, both conventional and digital, and the media owned by the Islamic boarding school can be used as a means of da'wah for Darussalam Blokagung students.

Abstract

The integration of online stores with chatbots is something that must be done so that chatbot answers are able to customize customer needs. Semantic-based product search is done to find products according to the context sought so that it will help customers find their products. The integration between online stores with intelligent chatbots and semantic-based search can significantly improve the user experience in online shopping. An intelligent chatbot assists users in finding products quickly, providing relevant product information, and addressing customer queries or concerns directly. Semantic-based search allows users to find products more accurately based on their context and preferences. The integration of online stores with intelligent chatbots and semantic-based search has great potential to improve services in the context of e-commerce. The cosine similarity method is used to give weight to each search result obtained, so that the search results obtained are more relevant to the keywords. Testing using the precission method to calculate the relevance value of the results obtained from the ontology, while testing with kappa statistics is used to calculate the value of the cosine similarity results by comparing the results obtained from the system and the results according to expert observations, it is expected that semantic-based product search is able to find products with a precision level of 98% so that customers will be satisfied.

Abstract

System integration allows companies to bring together customer data from multiple channels, from websites to mobile apps and physical stores. Companies can have a more complete view of customer preferences and behavior, which in turn allows them to serve more relevant and personalized content to their customers. In an era where customers are inundated with information, content personalization is key to attracting customers' attention and maintaining their engagement. Furthermore, this business model emphasizes deep customer engagement across multiple channels. In an omnichannel environment, it is important for companies to stay connected with their customers no matter where they are. This can be achieved through responsive customer service, ongoing loyalty programs, and engaging content on social media and other online platforms. The results of this study discuss the analysis of application quality using five characteristics, namely Functional Suitability, Usability, Performance Efficiency, Portability and Compatibility. The results of the functional suitability characteristics of the omnichannel platform are said to be good. Usability gets 76.67% which means the omnichannel platform is called feasible. Performance efficiency of the website is good because the load process is less than 10 seconds. From these results it is concluded that the Omnichannel platform meets the predicate of satisfied. Compatibility of the Omnichannel platform did not find any location and performance problems on Edge, Chrome and Android browsers. The assessment results are expected to be recommendations and suggestions for developing an omnichannel platform to help the process of sending digital reminders that are better and more efficient.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of regional financial management in Tolitoli Regency from 2018 to 2022. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach, using effectiveness and efficiency ratio analyses based on secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). The findings reveal that the effectiveness of regional financial management for capital expenditures averaged 94.57% over the five-year period, which is classified as effective. However, the efficiency analysis showed an average of 94.65%, indicating that regional financial management was less efficient.

Abstract

This study examines how inter-generational respect and value negotiation unfold in Acehnese coffee shops, where Islamic traditions meet modern influences. Through surveys with 200 young and 15 older participants, alongside interviews and observations, the research highlights how younger generations respect Islamic values but often adapt them to fit modern social settings. Behaviors like casual dress and informal language sometimes create tension with elders, who see these actions as challenges to communal and religious norms. The study introduces the Theory of Generational Value Negotiation in Public Spaces (GVNPS), framing coffee shops as spaces where self-expression and cultural traditions are continuously negotiated. Elders act as cultural guardians, while youth navigate these expectations to assert their autonomy. This framework sheds light on how generational values are shaped in public spaces. The findings, though focused on Aceh, invite exploration of similar dynamics in other cultural contexts, considering factors like globalization and varying interpretations of tradition and religion.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge about financial management with the main topic being the preparation of operational budgets at Imako Trenggalek photo studio. The problems faced by partners are first, Imako has difficulty in preparing an operational budget to run a photo studio business due to lack of knowledge about financial management. Second, Imako has difficulty in sorting out business money and personal money. Third, the recording of expenditure and income transactions is unclear. Providing training and support to partners in making operational budgets and financial management is the solution offered.

Abstract

The background is the Marketing Performance of MSMEs. Currently, many problems arise related to the Marketing Performance of MSMEs. Therefore, problems related to performance need to find a solution. Focus on two issues, namely (1) Is there an influence of Business Strategy on MSME Marketing performance, and (2) Is there a Proactive influence on MSME Marketing performance. Research conducted on companies includes Anttila J., Jussila K., 2018, Ramayah T., The long-term objectives of previous research have focused on Business Strategy and Proactivity issues regarding Marketing Performance. Meanwhile, this research focuses on research conducted in Banjarmasin MSMEs. Specific targets to be achieved. Analyze and determine the influence of partially significant Business and Proactive Strategy on MSME Marketing Performance. Analyze and determine the influence of partially significant Proactive Strategy on MSME Marketing Performance. Based on the researcher's observations, the problem is that the Business Strategy and Proactivity in MSME Marketing Performance are not yet optimal. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples taken was 48 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while data analysis uses Smart PLS. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of Business Strategy (X1), on the marketing performance of MSMEs. And there is a significant influence of Proactivity (X2), on the marketing performance of MSMEs. This research is explanatory research, namely testing the influence between Business Strategy variables. (X1), Proactive (X2), while the dependent variable is MSME Marketing Performance (Y), Data collection techniques used by researchers, namely Interviews, Questionnaires, Documentation. and Hypothesis Testing The proposed activity plan in the research aims to provide information that better interactions and relationships are actually a side effect of providing space for MSMEs to be competitive and proactive while still being able to accommodate existing problems.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan merupakan kegiatan yang esensial, untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu wilayah, khususnya Kabupaten Parigi Mautong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan perkembangan infrastruktur jalan dan perluasan ekonomi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dimana dilakukan pemeriksaan atas informasi atau data yang telah ada sebelumnya. Sementara itu, metode perhitungan elastisitas digunakan dalam alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana panjang jalan, anggaran jalan, dan keadaan jalan tetap mempengaruhi pertumbuhan PDRB (Domestik Regional Bruto Produk) di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, elastisitas inelastis dari catatan panjang jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dari tahun 2007 hingga 2019 adalah 0,49 persen. Di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, elastisitas anggaran untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi ruas jalan dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2019 sebesar -0,07 persen, atau inelastis. Yang termasuk kategori inelastis adalah elastisitas 0,49 persen status jalan tunak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dari tahun 2007 hingga 2019, dan dari tahun 2007 hingga 2019, pengaruh infrastruktur jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Parigi Maoutong bersifat inelastis, dengan pengaruh yang relatif kecil.

Abstract

Program Pendampingan belajar kepada siswa merupakan salah satu program kerja dalam Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa (PKM) Setia Walisembilan yang dibimbing oleh DPL (Dosen Pendamping Lapangan), melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran pada era new normal pasca covid 19, di Desa Jurangagung, Kec. Plantungan, Kab. Kendal. Era new normal pascapandemi Covid-19 semua siswa melaksanakan belajar di rumah atau secara daring. Untuk siswa yang berada di zona hijau boleh melakukan pertemuan secara luring namun tetap mentaati protokol kesehatan guna mencegah bertambahnya jumlah pasien positif Covid-19. Sedangkan belajar daring mengakibatkan siswa tidak dapat belajar maksimal seperti semula, yaitu pada saat pembelajaran normal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu kesulitan tersebut, mulai dari penggunaan aplikasi dan pendampingan terhadap orang tua siswa bersama anaknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, FGD, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman, melalui reduksi data dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menemukan permasalahan yang ada pada pembelajaran daring di MI Roudlotussybyan Jurangagung, yaitu selain belum banyak menggunakan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran daring, juga terkendala signal dikarenakan di daerah ini belum banyak tower yang masuk. 2) memberikan pendampingan belajar menggunakan aplikasi android selain whatsapp, yaitu google meet, google classroom dan zoom meeting. 3. Memberikan pendampingan berupa bimbingan belajar sebagaimana guru private.

Abstract

Penggunaan perangkat teknologi pembelajaran secara daring telah menciptakan tantangan baru bagi anak-anak usia sekolah komunitas suku Kokoda Maibo Papua. Mereka selama ini tidak mengenal teknologi pembelajaran diharuskan memiliki dan menggunakan teknologi sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengungkap terjadinya kesenjangan teknologi pendidikan di masa pandemi dan menemukan solusi atas masalah pendidikan berbasis penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran online bagi anak suku Kokoda Maibo Papua. Pengumpulan data secara kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Data dianalisis secara interaktif terus menerus hingga data dianggap jenuh dari lapangan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran secara online telah mempersulit anak-anak suku Kokoda Maibo mengikuti pelajaran. Kesulitan mengikuti pelajaran diakibatkan faktor ketidakmampuan memiliki dan mengoperasikan perangkat teknologi serta tidak ada dana yang cukup untuk membeli pulsa internet. Faktor tersebut menjadi penghambat proses pembelajaran bagi anak-anak suku Kokoda Maibo yang memicu munculnya kesenjangan pendidikan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pemerintah melakukan pemberdayaan dan menyiapkan perangkat teknologi pembelajaran pada siswa. Kebijakan pemberlakuan belajar online selain berdampak positif bagi masyarakat juga berdampak buruk pada kelompok masyarakat lainnya, masyarakat membutuhkan kebijakan pemerintah yang berdampak positif untuk semua lapisan masyarakat. Tulisan ini dapat berkontribusi pada penambahan literatur pada aspek kebijakan penggunaan perangkat teknologi pembelajaran online bagi kelompok masyarakat
