Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan produk dan legalisasi minuman herbal bagi komunitas Gerakan Seribu Tangan Kreatif di Lampung. Pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan anggota komunitas dalam memproduksi minuman herbal yang berkualitas. Dalam konteks ini, pelatihan tidak hanya mencakup aspek teknis pembuatan minuman herbal, tetapi juga aspek legalitas yang diperlukan untuk memasarkan produk secara resmi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 28 pemilik UMKM yang tergabung dalam wadah Gerakan Seribu Tangan Kreatif Lampung. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota komunitas dalam memproduksi minuman herbal yang berkualitas, serta memahami pentingnya legalisasi produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Jenis produk herbal yang dibuat adalah minuman yang berbahan baku buah serta rempah alami dan diproses secara hygiene. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal dan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, diharapkan komunitas ini dapat menghasilkan karya dalam bentuk minuman kesehatan. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan maka produk minuman herbal memiliki potensi pasar yang tinggi karena diminati konsumen. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota komunitas. Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has transformed traditional agriculture into a more efficient andintelligent system. This study focuses on the development of a data aggregation strategy in Smart Hydroponic Systems tooptimize network consumption without sacrificing data accuracy. By utilizing Threshold Filtering and Delta-BasedFiltering techniques, significant reductions in data transmission were achieved while maintaining essential temperaturemonitoring capabilities. Experimental results demonstrated that both techniques effectively reduced data points andoptimized bandwidth usage, particularly in temperature-stable environments. This research contributes to theadvancement of sustainable digital agriculture by providing an efficient approach to managing network resources in IoTbasedhydroponicsystems.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the philosophical and pedagogical meanings of the hadith “Falyakul Khairan au Liyasmut” in the context of modern education, especially related to the formation of communication ethics and the character of students in the digital era. The research uses a literature study method with qualitative analysis involving primary sources such as classical books of hadith and tafsir, as well as secondary sources such as journals and thematic books. The results show that this hadith has deep meaning in three main aspects: ontological (the nature of speech), axiological (ethical values), and methodological (ways of communication). In education, the implementation of this hadith includes reconstructing the hidden curriculum, developing communication ethics modules, reflective methods, and holistic assessments. The research also highlights the relevance of the hadith in three dimensions: philosophical, pedagogical and digital. The hadith is able to direct communication to be more reflective, meaningful and ethical, and supports the development of emotional intelligence and empathy. The hadith principle does not limit expression but encourages awareness and moral responsibility in communication.

Abstract

Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a type of tuberculosis that is resistant to two first-line antituberculosis drugs (OAT), namely Isoniazid and Rifampicin. MDR-TB treatment involves a combination of first-line and second-line OAT, which is carried out over a long period of time. The prolonged use of these drugs can cause side effects that affect various organs of the body, especially the kidneys. One indication of impaired kidney function is an increase in blood levels of ureum, uric acid, creatinine and albumin. In addition, side effects of drugs such as Kanamycin, which is nephrotoxic, can cause accumulation in the proximal tubules of the kidneys, reduce the glomerular filtration rate, and impact creatinine levels. Another side effect that can arise during MDR-TB treatment is a decrease in appetite, which leads to decreased nutritional intake, reflected in low albumin levels. This study aims to describe the levels of ureum, uric acid, creatinine, and albumin in patients with MDR-TB undergoing treatment at Ario Wirawan Lung Hospital (RSPAW) Salatiga. This study is descriptive qualitative with a cross-sectional approach. Secondary data were collected from the medical record installation from January to December 2023. This study involved 28 respondents, of which 92.86% had normal ureum levels, 71.43% had normal uric acid levels, 96.43% had normal creatinine levels, and 78.57% had normal albumin levels. A small proportion of respondents had elevated ureum or uric acid levels, with some variation in the combination of abnormal creatinine and albumin levels. The conclusion of this study is that although there were patients with abnormal ureum, uric acid, creatinine, or albumin levels, MDR-TB treatment generally did not significantly affect ureum, uric acid, creatinine, and albumin levels in the majority of patients. However, regular monitoring of renal function and nutritional status is still required to detect and manage adverse effects that may arise during long-term treatment.

Abstract

The use of new types of drugs in RO TB patients will cause disturbances in the body's electrolytes, especially potassium levels, as well as disturbances in urea levels caused by the excretion of urea that is retained in the body. Continuous increases in urea in the body result in the kidneys not being able to work optimally. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between potassium levels and urea levels on new types of drugs in RO TB patients. The research method used is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted on 16 February – 16 March 2023 with research subjects being RO TB patients who received treatment with a new type of drug at the Lung Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga as many as 21 respondents using a sampling technique that is the total population. Potassium levels were measured using the ISE (Ion Selective Electrode) method and urea levels used the enzymatic UV test method. The data was then processed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, then continued with prerequisite tests (crosstab test and homogeneity test) then continued with hypothesis testing, because my data scale was ratio and nominal, the alternative test used was the Chi-Square Test. The equipment test results obtained a homogeneity test with a P value of 0.698 and 0.610 (0.05), meaning the data was homogeneous. The test results for the relationship between potassium and urea levels on new types of drugs for RO TB patients were Chi-Square hypothesis test results with a P value of 0.152 and 0.384 ( 0.05) means there is no relationship between potassium levels and urea levels on new types of drugs in RO TB patients. The results show that the TB drugs bedaquiline and delamanid do not cause kidney function disorders so that RO TB patients can consume these TB drugs regularly.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the problems that often arises in young women is anemia. Knowledge about anemia will influence the attitudes and behavior of young women in preventing anemia. Research objective: to determine health education using booklet media on the level of knowledge and attitudes of young women regarding anemia. Method: using a Quasi Experimental design with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The research sample consisted of 48 young women at MTS Raudhatul Ulum which were divided into 24 intervention groups and 24 control groups. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a knowledge and attitude questionnaire. Research results: Test results in the control group, statistical tests on knowledge produces a p-value of 0.009 (>0.05), which means the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted. These results indicate that there was no significant change in the control group's knowledge after the research was conducted. However, in the intervention group, statistical tests on knowledge and attitudes in the intervention group showed p-values of 0.000 (<0.05) and 0.001 (<0.05), respectively, which means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This indicates that health education using booklet media has a significant positive influence on the knowledge and attitudes of young women about anemia.

Abstract

Green Banking adalah pendekatan perbankan yang berfokus pada praktik keberlanjutan dan lingkungan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Banking terhadap nilai cash flow di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Pamekasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Pamekasan periode tahun 2017-2021. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Green Banking memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai cash flow di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Pamekasan. Hal ini tercermin dari peningkatan penggunaan praktik ramah lingkungan, seperti pembiayaan proyek-proyek berkelanjutan dan investasi yang mendukung lingkungan. Penerapan Green Banking juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap citra dan reputasi BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah dan investor. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang pentingnya Green Banking dalam meningkatkan nilai cash flow di lembaga keuangan syariah seperti BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya lebih banyak bank syariah menerapkan praktik-praktik Green Banking untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan.

Abstract

Currently, culinary development is experiencing a period where Indonesian people are busy looking for new culinary with new names and also appetizing tastes. Culinary names are made that can make consumers interested and curious about the culinary products. Noodles are a culinary that is currently still the choice for people to meet their food needs. One of the goals of culinary is to make the name and taste as attractive as possible to attract tourists both domestically and abroad. The culinary industry continues to grow and develop in several cities in Indonesia, including Jember Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Mie XYZ Jember. This study is a quantitative study with a research population of Mie XYZ Jember consumers. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires online. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inductive statistics. After being analyzed, this study resulted in the product quality of Mie XYZ Jember being able to increase purchasing decisions by consumers. The next result is that the situation of the dining place or store atmosphere at Mie XYZ Jember also has a positive impact on increasing purchasing decisions. The results of this study have implications for developments related to purchasing decisions that can increase due to product quality and the resulting good store atmosphere.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about a major change in consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation. This study aims to determine the influence of flash sale and free shipping on the consumptive behavior of FEB Management Study Program students of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember. The population in this study is all students of the Management Study Program FEB Muhammadiyah University of Jember. The sample was determined on the basis of a large sample, which was n ≥ 30, in this study a sample of 65 respondents. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test as well as multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that flash sales have an effect on students' consumptive behavior. Free shipping affects the consumptive behavior of FEB Management Study Program students of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember.

Abstract

In this context, research on the impact of training and employment incentives on the performance of Siskeudes operators in the district of Seketar, East Lampung becomes important. This research will look at whether the training given to Siskeude operators has a positive impact on their performance. In addition, the research will also dig into the influence of employment inducements on Siskeudas operators' performance in that district. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire with samples of 17 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression with the help of the SPSS 16 application. The results of this study suggest that job training variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The correlation factor was 67.3%, while the remaining 32.7% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the study. Keywords: Training, Incentive, Performance
