Abstract

This research discusses the influence of employee productivity, discipline and performance on the amount of income improvement allowance (tpp). This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of productivity, discipline and employee performance on the amount of Income Improvement Allowance (TPP) at the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. The main focus of this research is to evaluate the extent to which these factors influence the amount of TPP received by employees, as well as to identify any inconsistencies or problems in implementing the performance appraisal system and providing TPP. The samples were selected using a random method or random sampling according to the specified sample size. The number of samples taken in this research was 50 respondents. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Productivity (X1) on the amount of Income Improvement Allowance (Y) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is an influence of Discipline (X2) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) at the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is an influence of Performance (X3) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) at the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is a joint influence of Productivity (X1), Discipline (X2) and Performance (X3) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. The most dominant variable influencing the amount of income improvement allowance (TPP) at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Secretariat State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is Discipline (X2).Keywords: productivity, discipline, employee performance, amount of income improvement allowance (tpp).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak supervisi akademik terhadap profesionalisme guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru-guru PAI yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui penguatan supervisi akademik.

Abstract

Islam merupakan agama yang sangat menghormati dan menghargai perempuan dan laki-laki di hadapan Allah secara mutlak. Islam menghapus tradisi jahiliyah yang begitu diskriminatif terhadap perempuan, dalam Islam laki-laki dan perempuan merupakan makhluk Allah yang setara, bebas bertasarruf, bahkan satu sama lain saling melengkapi dan membutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana dosen perempuan membagi waktu dan tanggung jawab di Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan, mengaplikasikan metode analisis data Miles Huberman dan Saldana. Lokasi penelitian berada di kampus tersebut, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta validitas data diuji melalui triangulasi. Hasilnya menyoroti peran dinamis dosen perempuan yang tidak terbatas pada peran domestik, melainkan juga aktif dalam tugas publik, termasuk kegiatan sosial masyarakat. Implikasinya, penelitian ini menggambarkan evolusi peran perempuan dalam konteks akademis dan sosial, menawarkan pandangan terperinci tentang keseimbangan antara peran rumah tangga dan profesionalisme di lingkungan universitas Islam.

Abstract

Improving employee performance as part of efforts to enhance organizational performance should be a priority to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the management of government agencies, particularly at Directorate General of Taxes as one of strategic government institution. The research aims to investigate how work-life balance influences the performance of Directorate General of Taxes employees at Jember Tax Office. The factors examined include organizational support, workload, and role conflict. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through google form questionnaires filled by 91 employees of Jember Tax Office. The findings indicate that role conflict negatively impacts employee performance directly and indirectly through the mediation of work-life balance. Conversely, organizational support and workload do not directly affect employee performance but show a significant indirect influence through the mediation of work-life balance. The Directorate General of Taxes needs to consider the level of role conflict that may arise for employees with each policy being formulated. Management also needs to pay attention to the organizational support and workload implemented, as they indirectly affect employee performance through the mediation of work-life balance

Abstract

Late adolescence is an important phase in the formation of students’ self-identity and character, so that Islamic religious education has a strategic role in directing this development as a whole. This study aims to examine the development of late adolescents in physical, intellectual, emotional, social, moral, and religious aspects and their implications for Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Banyuasin. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of students, PAI teachers, and the head of madrasah. The results showed that although there is progress in physical and intellectual aspects, the main challenges are still found in the emotional, moral aspects, and the practice of religious teachings in daily life. Therefore, Islamic education needs to be developed with a contextual, reflective, and applicable approach through adaptive learning methods and consistent exemplary behavior. Thus, students are expected to be able to internalize Islamic values more deeply and apply them in various aspects of life.

Abstract

Perancangan yang berjudul “Redesain Identitas Visual Usaha Ayam Tonk”, yang bertujuan untuk merancang ulang identitas visual pada pada usaha Ayam Tonk dalam meningkatkan tingkat identitas visual dan membantu menonjolkan ciri khas Ayam Tonk. Perancangan ini dibuat karena identitas sebelumnya tidak sesuai dengan karakter Ayam Tonk. Maka perancang menemukan masalah yaitu untuk mengembalikan identitas baru untuk memperkenalkan dan menonjolkan ciri khas Ayam Tonk secara modern, familiar, dan historical. Metode perancangan ini menggunakan analisis SWOT (kekuatan kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman) wawancara kepada pihak Ayam Tonk, observasi lapangan, kuesioner responden yang merupakan konsumen dan masyarakat, data kepustakaan tentang teori-teori yang digunakan, ruang lingkup (geografis, psikologi, demografis) dan dokumentasi. Proses penciptaan karya melalui konsep verbal dan visual, brainstorming, moodboard, studi tipografi, sketsa, dan digitalisasi. Hasil perancangan diaplikasikan berupa media utama yaitu logo yang di aplikasikan kedalam bentuk neonbox, dan bauran media sebagai media pendukung yaitu pendekatan konsumen dengan brand Ayam Tonk, berupa poster, poster perancangan, packaging, desain cup, menu board, sign board, x-banner, seragam, apron, stiker, pin, dan gantungan kunci. Bauran media di atas merupakan media pendekatan kepada pendengar dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the mimicry memorization method in teaching Arabic vocabulary, analyze its implementation based on its inherent characteristics, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of this method in the context of Arabic vocabulary learning among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Takhassus Darul ʿUlum Ngaliyan, Semarang. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach through fieldwork, the research utilized data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that the mimicry memorization method at MI Takhassus Darul ʿUlum involves processes of listening, pronouncing, imitating, and memorizing vocabulary. Its strengths include direct skill acquisition by students, accurate and proper pronunciation, ease and enthusiasm in memorizing vocabulary, improved understanding of vocabulary material, increased student engagement, and enhanced recall of vocabulary. The weaknesses identified are limited learning time during memorization, reduced student attention to the teacher’s pronunciation in noisy classroom settings, and a lack of diverse media resources.

Abstract

International-based social education has become a crucial strategy in addressing the challenges of globalization. This concept emphasizes openness, inclusivity, and sustainability in the education system to develop globally competitive students. MTsN 3 Pamekasan has implemented various innovative programs to support international-based social education, such as participation in international academic competitions, the development of the Learning Resource Space (Rusuh) program, and the integration of pesantren curriculum with a modern approach. This study aims to analyze how the transformation of international-based social education at MTsN 3 Pamekasan contributes to sustainable education. Using a case study approach, this research examines policies, implementation, and the impact of the educational model applied in this institution. The findings indicate that this approach enhances students' academic achievements, strengthens digital literacy, and fosters 21st-century character and skills. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teachers’ readiness remain obstacles to its implementation. Therefore, sustainable strategies are needed to optimize the potential of international-based social education in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Organization citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan isu penting dalam organisasi untuk mencapai efektifitas dan efisiensi. Saat ini keberadaan perempuan yang bekerja semakin banyak jumlahnya. Peran perempuan selain dalam pekerjaannya tersebut namun juga berperan baik di rumah tangga, sebagai ibu maupun istri di keluarga. Hal ini mempengaruhi perilaku OCB yang dimunculkan oleh perempuan yang bekerja. Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja diprediksi dapat meningkatkan peluang organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh happiness at work terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu perempuan yang bekerja berjumlah 99 orang. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peran happiness at work dalam memunculkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada perempuan yang bekerja. Happiness at work memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 32,3% dan sisanya sebesar 67,7% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study explores ndalem, the residence of kiai kampung (village kiai) in Madura, as an embodiment of Sufistic values and practices. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through historical analysis, ethnography, and interviews, this research examines the historical roots of Sufism in Madura, the role of kiai in Sufi practices, as well as the architectural and symbolic elements of ndalem as a spiritual and cultural space. The findings indicate that the ndalem serves as both a residence for the kiai and a place where social and religious activities of the kiai, santri, and the religious community take place. The history and background of Sufism in Madura point to the character of kiai kampung as religious leaders in rural areas who play crucial roles in spreading and revitalizing Sufi teachings among society. The structure of ndalem, as a place of kiai to dwell, reflects Sufistic values, particularly those that embody deep spirituality. One of the essential aspects is the preservation of dikr (remembrance of God) and wirid (spiritual recitations). Kiai kampung also plays a key role in maintaining these traditions among the Madurese community. Contribution: This study contributes to capturing the Sufistic expression in spatial space, besides social and ritual practices, as part of Living Sufism.
