Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komprehensip mengenai pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru senior, ketua komite, petugas kebersihan dan siswa. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara terstrktur dan mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan melakukan member chek, kecukupan referensi, dan melakukan triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan dan memaknai data.Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan pengelolaan sekolah  adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Kabupaten Landak telah direcanan dengan bak. 2) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Kabupaten Landak telah terlaksana dengan baik. 3) Evaluasi pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Kabupaten Landak telah berjalan dengan baik. 4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat  pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Kabupaten Landak dapat diminimalisir dengan baik.   Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, sekolah adiwiyata Abstract: This study aimed to obtain information on the management of the school komperehensip Adiwiyata in SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Source data is comprised of principals, senior teachers, the committee chairman, janitor and siswa.Prosedur data collection is done by observation, interviews and in-depth terstrktur, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings made by the member check, the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is to describe and interpret the data. The results of the following conclusions: 1) Planning Adiwiyata school management in SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Porcupine District has been planned with a tub. 2 ) the implementation of school management in SMP Negeri 02 Adiwiyata Ngabang Porcupine District has been performing well. 3) evaluation of school management Adiwiyata in SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Porcupine District has been going well. 4) Factors supporting and school management Adiwiyata in SMP Negeri 02 Ngabang Landak can minimal well. Abstract

    Abstrak: Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  implementasai MBS. Secara khusus untuk memperoleh informasi mendalam mengenai, 1) perencanaan MBS, 2) strategi MBS, 3) hasil monitoring pelaksanaan program MBS, 4) pencapaian serta efektifitas program MBS, 5) mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat MBS. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Sumber datanya kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi non partisan dan studi dokumenter. Analisis data melalui 3 alur yaitu reduksi,penyajian dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitiannya bahwa implementasi MBS di Entikong perencanaanya cukup baik dengan melibatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki sekolah, berhasil dijalankannya program sekolah sehingga: (1) Kepala sekolah perlu perbaiki perencanaan program dengan memperhatikan perkembangan output pendidikan yang mengarah pada perbaikan MBS. (2) Untuk mencapai kepuasan dan harapan masyarakat sebagai pelanggan di SMP Negeri 1 Entikong, kepala sekolah perlu strategi implementasi MBS. (3) kepala sekolah perlu memonitor implementaasi MBS, (4) Kepala sekolah bekerjasama dalam upaya meningkatkan pencapaian secara berkala. Kata kunci : Implementasi, Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, Abstrac: The focus of the research is an implementation of School-Based Management at Junior Secondary schools of Border Region of Indonesia-Malaysia : A Case Study at SMP Negeri  Entikong. The research applied qualitative approach with case study design. The sources of data are the principal, teachers, school committee, and students. The data are obtained from interview, non-participant observation and documentary study. The data are analyzed through triangulation, i.e. data reduction, data presentation and data verification.  The research has involved all resources of the school who have implemented the school?s programs, thus, some problems could be solved. From the research conclusions, some suggestions are proposed as follows: (1) the principal need to do improvement continuously on education service planning programs  on educational outputs which are directed to the improvement of school-based management, (2) to reach society?s satisfactory and hope on SMPN 1 Entikong, the principal need to implement some strategies of School-Based Management, (3) relating to the tasks as leadership, the principal needs to do monitoring on School-Based Management implementation so that the results of school programs could be known, (4) the principal needs to cooperate with all resources in order to increase achievements of the plans.   Keywords : Implementation, School-Based Management

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan  Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Disiplin Guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Seponti Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik tidak langsung pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan instrumen yang berbentuk angket.  Sampel penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Seponti yaitu sebanyak 53 responden. Instrument terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru. Hasil hasil analisis didapat beberapa temuan. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dengan disiplin guru (Y) SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Seponti dengan t hitung memiliki nilai 2.562 sedangkan t tabel 2000. Ini berarti t hitung > t tabel, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima, atau menolak Ho. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja kepala sekolah (X2) dengan disiplin guru (Y) SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Seponti dengan t hitung memiliki nilai 2.513 sedangkan t tabel 2000. Ini berarti t hitung > t tabel, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima, atau menolak Ho.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Guru Abstract: This study aims to reveal the Principal Influence Leadership and Motivation Work on Discipline Master Junior High School District Seponti Se District of North Kayong, The instrument consists of three variables: the principal leadership, motivation and discipline of the school head teacher. Before being used for research, the research instrument first tested using the external validity test, the instrument was tested by comparing the existing criteria on the instrument with the facts impiris that occur in the field. Based on the analysis results obtained some findings. First, a significant difference between school leadership (X1) to discipline teachers (Y) SMP se District of Seponti with t has a value of 2,562 while t table 2000. This means that t> t table, so the research hypothesis is accepted or rejected Ho. Secondly, a significant difference between the principal work motivation (X2) to discipline teachers (Y) SMP se District of Seponti with t has a value of 2,513 while t table 2000. Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of academic supervision is done routinely and continuously will enable the improvement of teacher performance which ultimately have an impact on improving student's learning achievement also. Factors influencing teacher performance in this research are academic supervision and Teacher Work Motivation of principal. The problems in this study are as follows: 1) What is the description of the principal academic supervision, teacher work motivation, and teacher performance? 2) Does the principal's academic supervision affect teacher performance? 3) Does teacher work motivation affect teacher performance? 4) Does the teacher's academic supervision and work motivation jointly affect teacher performance?This research generally aims to reveal the influence of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on the performance of SDN teachers in Kecamatan Selakau Sambas District. This research uses quantitative approach. The data used is quantitative data. The population in this study amounted to 215 teachers. While the sample amounted to 140 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires by measurement model using Likert scale. The collected data is tabulated. Then performed an analysis using the help of computer application program, namely SPSS version 16 for Window. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The first step in conducting hypothesis testing, namely test requirements regression analysis (normality test and linearity test). After the analytical requirements test is met, the next is hypothesis testing. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Abstract

AbstractTo achieve the quality of school one of them is determined by the leadership quality of the principal. The results of the last three years of SDN 4 Sungai Nilam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas decreased. Researchers assume that need to improve the leadership of school principals in improving the quality of schools in SDN 4 Nilam River District Jawai Sambas District. It is expected that this increase can improve the service and quality of education at SDN 4 Sungai Nilam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas. The focus of this research is the principal's leadership in improving the quality of school in SDN 4 Sungai Nilam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas, with research questions directed at: How styles, functions, factors affecting principal leadership and quality of education reality at SDN 4 Sungai Nilam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas? To express the question, the researcher uses qualitative research method of case study research type. To extract data and information from informants, researchers used observation techniques, interviews, and document studies. The results revealed that; style leadership of the principal in improving the quality of education in SDN 4 Sungai Nilam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas is a delegating style but more tendency to the style of permissive leadership. The leadership function that is applied is not in line with the concept of leadership function that experts find. Supporting factors in the form of qualifications possessed by teachers who are in accordance with the required provisions, inhibiting factors of insufficient facilities and infrastructure, the age of teachers who averaged retirement and lack of teachers. Reality quality in SDN 4 Nilam River District Jawai Sambas district, among others, the quality of raw input is low, the input quality is not complete and ineffective, and the quality of the environment is less harmonious.Keywords: Leadership, Principal, School Quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan media audiovisual pada mata pelajaran produktif  pertanian guna perolehan keterampilan sambung pucuk. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Agribisnis Produksi Tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh media audio visual pada saat proses belajar mengajar tentang sambung pucuk   adalah  siswa merasa senang dan menyukai pelajaran sambung pucuk melalui media audio visual, serta semakin menambah rasa percaya diri dan dapat mempraktekan sambung pucuk di rumah.2) Skenario pembelajaran dibuat dalam 2 kali pertemuan adapun langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 kegiatan yaitu kegiatan awal (apersepsi dan motivasi), inti (menonton VCD, tanya jawab, pembagian kelompok, dan praktek), dan kegiatan akhir (merangkum ulang, kuis). 3)Perolehan keterampilan dalam Pembelajaran Produktif Pertanian dengan memanfaatkan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran sambung pucuk termasuk dalam kategori cukup terampil.Kata Kunci:Media Audiovisual, Perolehan Keterampilan, Sambung PucukABSTRACT: Using Audio Visual Media in Teaching Agriculture Productive Class for Having Grafting Skill. This research is aimed to know Using Audio Visual Media in Teaching Agriculture Productive Class for Having Grafting Skill. The method used in this research was descriptive with qualitative approac. The research results show that: 1) The student enjoy and love the teaching learning process in the grafting skill through visual audio media. they student can improve their concentration because of the interesting picture, they have more self confidence, and they are able to practice grafting at home. 2) Learning scenario which was made for two meetings consists of three sections, and the sections were pre teaching (apperception and motivation), while teaching (watching VCD, discussing, dividing group, and practicing), and post teaching (summarizing and quizzing). 3) Student’s skills in learning agriculture productive by using audio visual media are good enough. Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Pengawas Sekolah adalah kegiatan pengawasan akademik yang dilakukan oleh pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, agar lebih profesional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh Pengawas Sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang, Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang dinilai dapat meningkatkan kinerja atau profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran; (2) Aspek-aspek yang disupervisi dinilai telah mengarah pada materi/sasaran supervisi akademik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru/sekolah; (3) Teknik supervisi akademik yang digunakan cukup bervariasi; (4) Kendala pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah adalah terbatasnya waktu; (5) Upaya yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah dinilai sudah cukup, namun tetap perlu ditingkatkan; (6) Frekuensi kunjungan pengawas sekolah dinilai belum optimal karena masih ada guru yang belum dikunjungi oleh pengawas sekolah. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Akademik, Pengawas Sekolah, Profesionalisme, Guru Abstract: The implementation of school academic supervision is the academic supervision activity that is conducted by the supervisor of a school on teachers in doing their task , so that they can be more professional in their field. The purposes of this research is to know how is the implementation of academic supervision by the school supervisor as the effort to increase teachers professionalism at SMP N 1 Bengkayang. This research is a qualitative approach by a descriptive method. The data are collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that (1) the implementation of academic supervision at SMP N 1 Bengkayang can increase teachers works or professionalism in conducting teaching and learning; (2) The aspects that are supervised seem to go with the material/ the goal of the academic supervision that goes with the teachers or school need; (3) The supervision techniques are various; (4) The problem in conducting academic supervision by the supervisor is limited time; (5) The supervisors efforts is enough, but still need to be increase; (6) The frequency of visiting school by the supervisor is not optimal because some teachers havent been supervised. Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to description about Principals Leadership In School-Based Management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak covering seven management component that is curriculum and program the instruction, educator, student, finance and defrayal, tool of education, relationship between school with the society, and special service. This research used the approach qualitative and case study design. Research location is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak which is located in H. Haruna street Kelurahan Sungai Jawi Luar Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Data Source in this research are headmaster, teacher, staff, counselor, school committee, and students parent. Data obtained by deepth interview, non participant observation and documentation. Data analyse conducted through 3 activity path those are reduce the data, presentation, and data verification. Result of data analysis indicate that the principals leadership in School Based Management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak take place effective and as according to policy and school planning and also entangle entire all school component from teacher, school committee, staff arrange the effort, parent and society, and also student. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, staf tata usaha, guru pembimbing, komite sekolah, dan orang tua siswa. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non partispan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepeminpinan kepala sekolah dalam penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak berlangsung efektif dan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan perencanaan sekolah serta melibatkan seluruh komponen sekolah mulai dari guru, komite sekolah, staf tata usaha, orang tua dan masyarakat, serta siswa. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi klinis yang dilaksanakan oleh pengawas sekolah di SD Negeri 41 Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif  dengan pendekatan fenomenalogi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.  Uji validitas data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi sumber, trianggulasi teknik dan trianggulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ; reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ; proses penyusunan program supervisi klinis sudah menempuh kaidah penyusunan program dengan benar. Pembinaan pengawas sekolah melalui kegiatan supervisi klinis turut meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Guru memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap kegiatan supervisi klinis yang dilakukan oleh pengawas. Pelaksanaan pertemuan awal yang dilaksanakan pengawas sekolah bersama guru berlangsung dalam suasana yang akrab. Dalam melaksanakan observasi pembelajaran pengawas telah menunjukkan sikap yang wajar. Pertemuan balikan dalam rangka supervisi klinis telah berhasil menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri guru.     Kata Kunci : Supervisi Klinis, pengawas sekolah, profesionalitas.Abstract: This research aims to know the execution of clinical supervision by school supervisor in SD Negeri 41Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. This research was qualitative in nature with fenomenalogi approach. The collection of  data obtained by in-depth interviews. Observation and study of documentation. Test the validity of the data is done with the triangular source, triangular techniques and triangular time. Data analysis techniques used the  reduction of  the data, the presentation of the data and taking conclusion. Based on the result of data analysis, it was concluded that, the process of preparing clinical supervision program had passed the rule of drafting program correctly. Supervision by the school supervisor increased the teachers professionality.  Teachers have a good perception towards clinical supervision activities carried out by the supervisor. Initial meetings were held by the school supervisor and the teachers was in a friendly situation. In carrying out the learning observation, the supervisor had shown a reasonable attitude. The inverse of clinical supervision meeting created the teachers confidence.Key Word  : Clinical Supervision, School Supervisor, Profesionality

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pola pengelolaan media panel kontrol yang dilakukan oleh guru di jurusan teknik listrik SMKN 1 Sintang, 2) mengetahui perolehan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media panel kontrol, 3) mengetahui hambatan dan keuntungan belajar dengan menggunakan media panel kontrol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi di SMK N 1 Sintang. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung, observasi serta dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan cara triangulasi.Teknik Analisa data dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Reliabilitas penelitian kualitatif dipengaruhi oleh definisi konsep pengetahuan peneliti tentang teori –teori pengelolaan media panel kontrol.Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa media panel kontrol sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan kompetensi di dunia kerja (DU/DI). Perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada umumnya sudah kompeten, hanya tingkat ketelitian serta efisiensi waktu dan penggunaan material yang membedakan nilai perolehan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Panel kontrol, Memaksimalkal hasil belajar   Abstract: This study aims to: 1) determind the pattern of media management control panel which is done by the teacher of electrical department of SMKN 1 Sintang, 2) determine the acquisition of student learning outcomes using the media control panel, 3) determine the barriers and advantages of learning activity which  is using the media control panel.The method used is descriptive qualitative research which takes  place in SMKN 1 Sintang.The data sources include primary data collection and secunder data.The data collecting technic using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity using  the   triangulation way. The data analysis technic using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The qualitative research Reliability  is influenced by the research knowledge defenition concept about the management theories about control panel media After analyzing the data, then we come to the conclusion that panel control media is relevant with the needs of competency in the work place(DU/DI). Generally, students learning acquisitions are competent. There are only a level of accuracy , time edficiency, and the use of materials that distinguish students’ learning acquistion.
