Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada pemanfaatan media CD dalam pembelajaran Akhlak Mulia TK Islam Al Azhar 21 Pontianak. Fokus penelitian adalah pemanfaatan media CD dalam pembelajaran Akhlak Mulia yang meliputi: Perencanaan pembelajaran ahlak mulia dengan menggunakan CD tentang Pendidikan Budi Pekerti Anak-Anak, proses pembelajaran ahlak mulia dengan menggunakan CD tentang Pendidikan Budi Pekerti Anak-Anak, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam menggunakan CD tentang Pendidikan Budi Pekerti Anak-Anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media CD telah dilaksanakan guru dalam pembelajaran Ahlak Mulia di TK Islam Al Azhar 21 Pontianak . Pemanfaatan media CD pelajaran Ahlak Mulia di TK Islam Al Azhar 21 Pontianak dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar murid, minat murid belajar terhadap pembelajaran Ahlak Mulia, menciptakan suasana belajar yang mengasikkan dan menyenangkan, serta mengembangkan kemampuan murid bekerjasama dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kelompok. Hasil belajar yang dicapai murid dengan pemanfaatan media CDAhlak Mulia di TK Islam Al Azhar 21 Pontianak menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, terbukti dengan tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar yang melampaui kriteria ketuntasan praktek, meliputi kemampuan teoretis dan Nilai Rata-rata. Abstract

Abstrak: Disinyalir sering ditemui di sekolah-sekolah guru masuk kelas telat lima sampai lima belas menit menjadikannya hal yang biasa dan hal ini merupakan contoh kurang baik bagi siswa. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada: (1) bagaimana kepala sekolah merencanakan pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (2) bagaimana kepala sekolah melaksanakan pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, dan (3) bagaimana kepala sekolah mengevaluasi pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (4) apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi kasus, orientasi teoritisnya mengacu pada konsep fenomenologi. Hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen sekolah terungkap bahwa ada kecenderungan keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam membina disiplin siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau dilakukan melalui keteladanan guru. Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Disiplin Siswa, Keteladanan Guru. Abstract: Allegedly often found in schools teachers enter the classroom late five to fifteen minutes making it a regular thing and it is not good for siswa. The focus of the research is directed at: (1) how to plan the principal disciplines of coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (2) how to implement the principal disciplines of coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, And (3) how evaluate principals disciplined coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (4) whether the factors supporting and inhibiting the development of the discipline of students with exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?. Metode example used is a qualitative research approach, the type of case study research, theoretical orientation refers to the theory phenomenology. Interviews, observations and school documents revealed that there is a tendency of the principal in fostering the success of students in the discipline of SMP Negeri 1 Selakau done through exemplary teachers. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis webblog untuk siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (research and development), dengan desain pengembangan yang dipilih adalah menggunakan model pengembangan Dick & Carey dengan tujuan menemukan model prosedural melalui multimedia guna kecakapan belajar dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan kelas X SMKN 1 Sintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis weblog diperlukan pola dasar, prototype, desain pesan dan storyboard yang relevan untuk kecakapan pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan kelas X di SMKN 1 Sintang; (2) media pembelajaran berbasis weblog untuk kecakapan pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan kelas X di SMKN 1 Sintang dinyatakan layak ditinjau dari aspek media dan materi. (3) Perilaku belajar dengan menggunakan media berbasis blog sangat menarik sehingga siswa menjadi aktif dan bisa belajar secara mendiri. Untuk penelitian yang akan datang mengenai pembelajaran berbasis blog agar lebih di sempurnakan dan lebih baik lagi guna menunjang kelancaran proses belajar mengajar. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, webblog, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Abstract: This study aimed at developing media and teaching by the using weblog for nine grade students of SMKN 1 Sintang. The research method used was the research and development method. The chosen of the design development was Dick & Carey model with the purpose of finding a model of procedural learning skills through the use of multimedia in teaching civic education class X SMK 1 Sintang. The research result showed that: (1) to develop media-based learning necessary weblog archetype, prototype, design and storyboard messages relevant to the learning skills Citizenship class at SMK 1 Sintang X, (2) media-based learning instructional skills Citizenship weblog for class X at SMKN 1 Sintang be feasible in terms of aspects of media and materials. (3) Behavior learning using web-based media blog very interesting so that students can learn to be active and be erect. For future studies on the blog-based learning to be more perfected and better smoothness to support the learning process. Abstract

Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Oleh Kepala Sekolah Dalam Upaya Pembinaan Profesionalisme Guru Di SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dalam upaya pembinaan profesionalisme guru di SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian ditemukan: 1) Perencanaan, (a) dalam melakukan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah selalu menggunakan instrument pengamatan, (b) belum semua guru mengetahui tentang jadwal dan tujuan supervisi akademik, (c) penggunaan strategi/metode sangat bervariasi dan, (d) sasaran belum terarah; 2) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik sering menggunakan teknik yang bersifat individual; 3) tindaklanjut yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah lebih banyak melalui pembinaan kelompok. Kata Kunci:supervisi akademik, kepala sekolah, profesionalisme guru. Abstract: The Implementation of Academic Supervision by the Headmaster in Building the Professionalism of the Teachers in SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. This research aims at revealing the management of the academic supervision by the headmaster in order to develop the professionalism of the teachers in SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The findings revealed that: 1) the planning, (a) in giving the academic supervision, the headmaster always used the observation instrument, (b) not all the teachers knew about the schedule and purpose of the academic supervision, (c) various strategies/methods were used, and (d) the goal was not yet defined; 2) the implementation of the academic supervision often used the individual approach; 3) the follow-ups conducted by the headmaster were mostly through the group counseling. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pengembangan Media CD Interaktif dengan Model Pembelajaran IPS Terpadu Berbasis Masalah pada kelas VIII SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media CD interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan model pembelajaran IPS terpadu berbasis masalah di kelas VIII SMPN 9 Pontianak. Metode Penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif yang didapatkan dari pemberian angket dan tes yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil Pengembangan CD interaktif IPS terpadu berbasis masalah dengan kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rerata 4,37. 2) Sedangkan data tentang motivasi peserta didik setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rerata 3,37. 3) Perolehan hasil belajar menunjukkan peningkatan yakni skor rerata pre-test 37 sedangkan rerata skor pos-test 69,67 sehingga terjadi kenaikan rerata skor peserta didik sebesar 32,67. Hal ini berarti bahwa produk media CD interaktif yang dikembangkan layak dan baik digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS terpadu jenjang SMP kelas VIII. Kata Kunci: CD interaktif, Motivasi Belajar, Pemerolehan Belajar. ABSTRACT: Interactive CD Media Development in The Social Studies (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) Lessons by Problem-Based Integrated Social Studies Learning Model in Eighth Grade Junior High School. The aim of this research is developing Interactive CD Media in The Social Studies (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) Lessons by Problem-Based Integrated Social Studies Learning Model in class VIII SMPN 9 Pontianak. The methods of this research that is used is descriptive qualitative methods. The data is collected from the result of questionnaires and tests. Those were analized qualitatively. The results of this research showed that: 1) The results of the Interactive CD Media Development in The Social Studies (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) Lessons by Problem-Based Integrated Social Studies Learning Model with criteria very good with mean score of 4.37; 2) the data on students' motivation after learning conducted showed excellent criterion with a mean score of 3.37. 3) students motivation after learning conducted result in criteria very good with the mean score 3.37; 5) learning acquisition showed an increase in the mean pre-test score of 37.00, while the post-test mean score of 69.67 leading to increase in the mean score of 32.67 students. Thus, it can be concluded that the interactive CD media products developed valid and fit use in learning in Integrated Social Studies Lessons in SMP class VIII. Abstract

  Abstrak : Praktikum Kimia Dasar adalah pembelajaran dengan penilaian hasil belajar psikomotorik yaitu hasil belajar yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan dan kemampuan bertindak individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengujicobakan model evaluasi Praktikum Kimia Dasar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata kuliah Praktikum Kimia Dasar. Penelitian R&D ini menggunakan model Thiagarajan yaitu Four-D. Model evaluasi yang diberi nama model evaluasi “Prakim” ini dikembangkan berdasarkan dua kawasan Teknologi Pendidikan yaitu kawasan pengembangan dan kawasan penilaian dengan menggunakan kombinasi dari model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) dan model evaluasi Formative-Sumative. Hasil ujicoba akhir pada model evaluasi ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek Context lebih dari 50% mahasiswa menilai bahwa aspek ini berjalan dengan Sangat Baik, pada aspek Input lebih dari 50% mahasiswa juga menilai bahwa aspek ini berjalan dengan Sangat Baik, pada aspek Process 43,5% mahasiswa yang menilai bahwa aspek ini telah berjalan Sangat Baik dan pada aspek Product menyatakan bahwa hampir seluruh mahasiswa memiliki rata-rata kemampuan psikomotorik lebih dari setengah (64,6%) dari nilai maksimal kemampuan psikomotorik.   Kata Kunci : Psikomotorik, Prakim, CIPP, Formatif, Sumatif       Abstrac : Basic Experimental Chemistry is learning with psychomotor learning outcomes namely as a result of learning related to the skills and abilities of individual acts. This research was conduted to develop and testing the evaluation model for Basic Experimental Chemistry used is expected according to the characteristics of Basic Chemistry Practical courses. This research R&D used model  Thiagarajan (1974) Four-D. Evaluation model, called "Prakim" was developed based on two sector in the Education Technology this is development sector and assessment sector, using a combination of CIPP evaluation model and formative-sumative evaluation model. The result end testing evaluation model that the Context aspect is the more than 50% of the students considered that this aspect of running with the Very Good, the aspects of the Input that more than 50% of students also considered that this aspect goes with Very Good, the Process aspects 43.5% of students who considered that this aspect has been running Very Good and the Product aspect that all student have psychomotor abilities more than half (64,6%) with maksimal value.   Keyword : Psychomotor, Prakim, CIPP, Formative, Sumative

Abstract

AbstractThe form of this research is a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 1 principals and  11 teachers. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. While the data analysis used qualitative data analysis. While the validity of the data is tested in four ways, namely internal validity, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The main findings in this study: (1) The principal has implemented interpersonal communication occurs directly between the principal and the teacher, close relationship in communication, teachers occur in a long time and the principals and teachers know each other's personal characteristics. (2) Barriers to interpersonal communication passed by the principal, namely time barriers, social media that does not support, physical influence between male teachers and female teachers, and the psychological influence of which is the age factor. (3) to overcome the principal's interpersonal communication barriers build a high empathy attitude towards the teacher's task, get used to being a good listener, repeat information that is not clear, then determine an effective time to communicate interpersonal. The conclusions in this study are the principal has implemented interpersonal communication in improving academic achievement at the school, Obstacles in the implementation of interpersonal communication that the Principal goes through consist of time constraints, media influences, physical influences, and psychological influences, the principal has overcome obstacles in interpersonal communication.             Keywords: Academic Achievement, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

The roles and responsibilities of principals and teachers in achieving school success in preparing learning programs or programs are very important. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the preparation of effective school planning at SDN Tae Tukong; (2) Principal leadership in implementing effective schools in SDN 06 Tae Tukong (3) Supervision of school principals on the implementation of teachers in SDN 06 Tae Tukong; (3) Evaluation of teacher performance at SDN 06 Tae Tukong conducted by the principal; and (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the leadership of school principals in achieving effective schools at SDN 06 Tae Tukong. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Research results obtained include (1) Planning for improving effective schools in SD 06 Tae Tukong is included in the medium-term school work plan and annual plans; (2) Empowerment of existing resources in schools has been carried out properly in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities; (3) The principal has implemented measures to improve effective schools; (4) Factors supporting school principals in improving effective schools are the ability of principals to manage all school planning, adequate school facilities, and support from parents; (5) Inhibiting factors in improving effective schools are related to the performance of principals, learning facilities, and teachers lack discipline. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that improving the quality of school education is related to the performance of the principal.

Abstract

The objectives of this study include 1) describing and analyzing evaluations on context components which include: the development of the school's vision and mission that describes the objectives of Full Day School implementation in Singkawang 10 State Senior High School (SMAN 10 Singkawang); 2) Describe and analyze evaluations on input components which include: curriculum development, educators, administrative personnel, facilities and infrastructure as well as financing in accordance with educational standards; 3) describe and analyze evaluations on process components which include: learning process, management in accordance with educational standards; 4) describe and analyze evaluations on product components which include: UN scores and graduation for the 12th year students of the current year 2016-2018. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. From the data collected at the time of the research on the Evaluation of FDS Program at SMAN 10 Singkawang, the Context, Input, Process and Product evaluation obtained the following results: 1) In the evaluation of the context, the Vision and Mission of SMAN 10 Singkawang was in accordance with education. character based and government objectives in the FDS program; 2) In the Input evaluation it was concluded that the curriculum used in SMAN 10 Singkawang still refers to the KTSP and K13 curriculum, lack of teachers and TU and the lack of facilities and infrastructure available in schools; 3) In the process evaluation includes the learning process that has been carried out according to SNP standards, the teacher makes a lesson plan (RPP) as a PBM guide and is supervised by the Principal regularly and the Principal designs the school budget by arranging the RKAS within one year from the committee funding sources and BOSS; 4) Results of discussion about the results The product evaluation includes learning outcomes during the FDS implementation at SMAN 10 Singkawang can be concluded that during the 3 years running the implementation of FDS in SMAN 10 Singkawang has not improved the quality of education (seen from the UN average score data). Still below the average 6.00 (SNP standard).

Abstract

Job satisfaction in this study is the feelings and reactions of individuals who appear in the form of a positive attitude towards their work. Theoretically, the emotional intelligence of the principal and the school environment will affect teacher job satisfaction. The problems in this study are as follows: 1) Is there an influence of the principal's emotional intelligence on the job satisfaction of teachers in State Vocational Schools in Sub District I Sambas Regency? 2) Is there any influence of the school environment on the job satisfaction of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Sambas Sub-District I? 3) Is there an influence between the principal's emotional intelligence and the school environment together on the job satisfaction of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Sub District I Sambas Regency? The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence on teacher job satisfaction, school environment on the work satisfaction of teachers and emotional and emotional intelligence and school environment together on the job satisfaction of teachers of Sub District I Sub District of Sambas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 89 teachers. While the sample used was 73 teachers. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study were: 1) the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence (X1) on teacher job satisfaction by 0.301 or 30%, 2) the influence of the school environment (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (β1) by 0.06 or 6%, 3) the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence (X1) and school environment (X2) together on teacher job satisfaction (Y) of 0.311 or 31%. The conclusion of this study: 1) emotional intelligence has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, 2) the school environment has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, and 3) the principal's emotional intelligence and school environment together have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of vocational teachers Negeri Sub Rayon I Sambas Regency. The recommendation given from the results of this study is that teachers need to reveal how to increase their job satisfaction so that they love their profession more.Job satisfaction in this study is the feelings and reactions of individuals who appear in the form of a positive attitude towards their work. Theoretically, the emotional intelligence of the principal and the school environment will affect teacher job satisfaction. The problems in this study are as follows: 1) Is there an influence of the principal's emotional intelligence on the job satisfaction of teachers in State Vocational Schools in Sub District I Sambas Regency? 2) Is there any influence of the school environment on the job satisfaction of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Sambas Sub-District I? 3) Is there an influence between the principal's emotional intelligence and the school environment together on the job satisfaction of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Sub District I Sambas Regency? The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence on teacher job satisfaction, school environment on the work satisfaction of teachers and emotional and emotional intelligence and school environment together on the job satisfaction of teachers of Sub District I Sub District of Sambas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 89 teachers. While the sample used was 73 teachers. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study were: 1) the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence (X1) on teacher job satisfaction by 0.301 or 30%, 2) the influence of the school environment (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (β1) by 0.06 or 6%, 3) the influence of the principal's emotional intelligence (X1) and school environment (X2) together on teacher job satisfaction (Y) of 0.311 or 31%.
