Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen kepala SMP Negeri 1 Toho dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru pada aspek manajemen kepala SMP Negeri 1 Toho, peningkatan motivasi kepala SMP Negeri 1 Toho, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja guru. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan tes member check. Temuan penelitian Kepala Manajemen Kepala Sekolah SMP 1 Toho dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru pada aspek 1). Manajemen kepala SMP Negeri 1 Toho menunjukkan bahwa visi, misi, tujuan, rencana kegiatan tahunan, rencana anggaran sekolah, sarana dan prasarana di SMP Negeri 1 Toho merupakan upaya peningkatan motivasi kerja guru dalam hal perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. kepala SMP Negeri 1 Toho. Abstract

Adversity quotient merupakan kombinasi penting dari keterampilan kognitif, afektif, dan motorik yang memungkinkan individu menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan efektif. Adversity quotient yang tinggi berdampak positif pada prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa dan merancang model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D pada tahap awal dan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, serta siswa sekolah dasar sebagai sumber data, dengan total 50 responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aspek adversity quotient siswa yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan karakter meliputi ketangguhan, kemandirian, pengendalian diri, fokus, dan berpikir kritis; (2) Peran guru dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa saat ini masih belum optimal dan memerlukan perhatian serta waktu yang lebih untuk implementasi yang tepat; (3) Dibutuhkan model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Inovasi dari penelitian ini terletak pada perancangan model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang disesuaikan untuk meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan karakteristik mereka. Manfaat dan pentingnya model manajemen pendidikan karakter ini mencakup peningkatan kualitas dan karakter lulusan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pembelajaran sosial emosional (SEL) dalam pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini melibatkan analisis dokumen, survei online, dan kajian literatur. Data Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) dari Januari 2024 hingga Juni 2024 terjadi kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan sebanyak 84 kasus, sedangkan Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia (FSGI) mencatat kasus-kasus kekerasan di satuan pendidikan selama Januari- September 2024 sebanyak 36 kasus. Artinya bahwa kekerasan masih banyak terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Sehingga perlu metode dan strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran untuk menurunkan kasus-kasus kekerasan di sekolah. Strategi efektif mencakup integrasi SEL dengan kurikulum reguler, pengembangan profesional guru berkelanjutan, dan pendekatan seluruh sekolah. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan SEL ke dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan praktik sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan positif. Faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan meliputi dukungan administratif, kompetensi guru, dan keterlibatan orang tua. Implikasi untuk kebijakan pendidikan, praktik sekolah, dan penelitian masa depan, menekankan perlunya pendekatan sistemik dalam implementasi SEL untuk pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah.

Abstract

Administrasi sekolah adalah proses bekerja sama dengan sumber daya yang ada. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah pemimpin yang memiliki visi dan misi untuk masa depan serta memengaruhi orang-orang yang dipimpinnya untuk melakukan perubahan dengan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengelola administrasi sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data mengimplementasikan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu analisis data dilakukan secara berurutan dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan validitas data menggunakan triangulasi dan member checks. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Gaya karismatik memengaruhi warga sekolah dalam mengelola administrasi sekolah. (2) Gaya inspirasional mampu mengarahkan guru dan staf administrasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. (3) Gaya perhatian menjadikan sekolah sebagai tempat aktualisasi diri. (4) Gaya stimulus intelektual mendorong warga sekolah untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Gaya karismatik mampu mengarahkan warga sekolah. (2) Gaya inspirasional mampu menginspirasi warga sekolah. (3) Gaya perhatian individu dari kepemimpinan memberikan perhatian khusus kepada warga sekolah. (4) Gaya stimulus intelektual mampu merangsang warga sekolah dalam mengelola administrasi.

Abstract

Religions based on the authority of divine revelation and guidance acknowledge the existence of a metaphysical world which often forms the basis of morals and ethics. Meanwhile, philosophy invites humans to consider and understand the world through reason and rationality and to seek truth with logical reasoning. The two have a relationship that cannot be separated and differentiated because they both have their own entities. In this research, we will discuss the relationship between philosophy and religion according to the views of Immanuel Kant, a great philosopher of the 18th century, based on a view of the modern era. This research was designed using qualitative research methods using a literature study approach , namely collecting reference sources from various literature that are appropriate to the discussion and subject of the study. The conclusion of this study is that according to Kant's view, the essence of religion is in line with universal morality and ethical obligations, not with the dogmatic or ritual aspects of religion. Kant encourages a rational and moral understanding of religion, where humans are expected to act in accordance with their moral obligations without relying completely on religious teachings which is the handle. Thus, Immanuel Kant's views on the relationship between religion and philosophy provide a perspective that respects both domains, while encouraging a more rational and moral approach to religious belief.

Abstract

Normative commitment plays an important role in shaping teachers’ loyalty and responsibility to their institutions. Differences in commitment levels are often influenced by school culture, teamwork, and individual work motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on the normative commitment of public senior and vocational high school teachers in Teluk Batang District. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample consisted of 65 teachers 24 civil servants and 41 non-civil servants who had taught for at least one year. Because the population was fewer than 100 individuals, total sampling was applied. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 31. The results show that school culture significantly influences normative commitment with a contribution of 52.7%. Teamwork also has a significant effect, contributing 19.7%, while work motivation contributes 28.6%. Simultaneously, the three variables show a combined influence of 85.8% on normative commitment. In conclusion, school culture, teamwork, and work motivation each play a meaningful role in strengthening teachers’ normative commitment. Strengthening these aspects should be prioritized in school management to reinforce teachers’ loyalty and sense of responsibility.

Abstract

The management of practical facilities and infrastructure is a crucial component of vocational education because it directly affects the quality of learning and students’ readiness to meet industry demands. Many vocational schools still face challenges in planning, maintaining, and optimizing facility use, resulting in practicum activities that do not fully support competency achievement. Strengthening facility management practices that align with industrial standards is therefore essential. This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak based on practicum needs using the POSDCORB theoretical framework. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, supported by source triangulation to ensure data credibility. The findings show that the planning of facility and infrastructure procurement is conducted collaboratively among productive teachers, workshop heads, and industry partners; the organizational structure is clearly implemented through official decrees and SOPs; technical training for teachers and technicians enhances equipment utilization; coordination with internal and external stakeholders is consistently maintained; damage reporting procedures are systematic and well-documented; and budgeting prioritizes essential practicum needs. In conclusion, facility and infrastructure management at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak demonstrates an adaptive, collaborative, and accountable governance model that effectively supports industry-oriented learning.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of deep learning-based instruction not only offers a more adaptive and personalized approach to student needs, but also requires teacher readiness and increased competency to implement it effectively in the classroom. Therefore, the goal of this community service activity is to improve the professional competence of junior high school teachers in Mempawah. so that they are able to design and implement learning processes that are more meaningful, creative, and oriented towards developing students' high-level thinking skills. Contribution: This training provides a real contribution in improving teachers' professional competence while helping teachers understand the concepts, implementation strategies, and evaluation techniques of deep learning- based learning, so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities. Method: This community service activity was implemented using a descriptive qualitative approach through lectures, discussions, and training. The material presented by lecturers and students included an introduction to the basic concepts of deep learning, their application in learning, and relevant implementation strategies. Results: The training results demonstrated improved teacher competency in implementing deep learning- based instruction. Eighty-five percent of participants were able to design meaningful learning activities. This indicates the training's positive impact on improving teachers' pedagogical skills. Conclusion: This training shows that teachers need systematic planning, the role of a facilitator in implementation, and authentic evaluation of the Solo Taxonomy.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling (GC) services occupy a strategic role in supporting students’ academic development, personal–social growth, and career readiness; however, the effectiveness of their implementation in secondary schools still requires systematic evaluation to ensure they meet the demands of modern education. We directed this study to evaluate the GC service program at SMA Negeri 1 Sekadau using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model as a basis for continuous improvement. This research employs a qualitative evaluative approach, weaving together in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to capture the authentic perspectives of school administrators, practitioners, and students. By situating our investigation within the real-world dynamics of the school ecosystem, we aimed to uncover the tensions between policy ideals and operational realities. Our investigation reveals a compelling narrative of a program caught between normative aspirations and operational constraints. We found that while the GC program is formally aligned with national educational policies and the Merdeka Curriculum, its context remains largely reactive, relying on incident reports rather than systematic diagnostic needs assessments. Furthermore, although the school benefits from professionally qualified personnel, they are significantly hindered by structural deficits, specifically a lack of validated service instruments and facility support. The implementation process follows a routine schedule yet is often characterized by administrative informality, lacking the rigorous documentation and collaborative mechanisms necessary for truly reflective practice. Finally, while the services produce initial positive personal-social impacts on students, these outcomes remain largely anecdotal, unmeasured, and unevenly distributed across the student body.

Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan menguji hubungan komunitas akademik dan motivasi mahasiswa dengan kinerja dosen di FKIP Unika Santo Agustinus Hippo Landak.
