Abstract

To answer the problem of learning during the current COVID19 pandemic, various efforts have been made to adjust learning so that educational activities can continue. That is by using online learning. The facts in the field are many problems that arise in online learning. This study aims to describe the management of bold learning during the COVID-19 pandemic through management principles; 1) organizing; 2) financing; and 3) supervision. This study uses an approach with a case study type to analyze and describe how online learning management is during the COVID 19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning is going well in accordance with the changes in the applicable curriculum. The allocation of costs is carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with online learning needs and school needs such as learning facilities, health protocols, other facilities and infrastructure. Supervision of safe online learning is carried out by making a learning journal through the google form. The journal records students who experience obstacles in online learning, so that obstacles during online learning can be overcome.

Abstract

Philosophy of rationalism is an understanding in philosophy that says the most important tool forobtaining and disseminating knowledge is reason or reason. Rationalism believes that the way toachieve knowledge is to rely on logic and intellect. This study aims to look at the philosophy thatis the basis of the formation of science. The research approach that researchers use in writingscientific papers is a type of library research. Humans use their minds to capture and findknowledge. The flow of rationalism believes that truth exists in human reason and cannot bebased on a lie, because reason is a creation of God given to humans and there is no possibilityof a lie. Rationalism is something that makes reason or reason the source of all knowledge, whichis obtained by the way we think. This is what became the basis or initially emerged science andin the and there is science that emerges from the results of the philosophy of rationalism that wecan feel until now, such as mathematics which is all accepted as absolute truth so that it can beconcluded that the philosophy of rationalism is a basis of truth. which focuses on reason or theratio that creates knowledge.

Abstract

This study uses the ADDIE Robert Maribe Branch paradigm. This research develops Flash CS multimedia. Followed by 42 students of SMP N 18 North Pontianak even semester 2021/2022. Pre-study to the stage, students participate. Pre and post tests, interviews, validation questionnaires, observations, and documentation were used in this study. Qualitative and quantitative data. The average assessment of media experts is 4.45 with 89% in the "Very Valid" category, while the assessment of learning media design is 4.5 with 90%. "Applicable" category. the average expert rating is 3.47 with 87.4% in the very decent category. The teacher's reaction to the product trial averaged 4.51 with 90.2% in the very appropriate category, while the student trial on the individual trial averaged 4.32 with 86.4 percent in the accepted criteria. The small group experiment averaged 4.71 with 9.42% strongly agree. The large-scale test averaged 4.62 with 9.24% strongly agree. The GAIN N-efficacy test reached 0.64, "very effective." Interesting learning videos.

Abstract

This research is an attempt to find out more about the implementation of education management in Special Schools in Ketapang district, West Kalimantan Province. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative and also with a literature review in the data collection process. The special school which is the subject of research is led by a principal who is in charge of being the leader and manager of the school. Extraordinary Schools are schools that run inclusive or special education, in this school the condition of students has different characteristics, the location of the school is in the middle of the city, and students with different conditions of impairment make the management of education in schools with special needs not run optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to know more about how schools deal with these problems.

Abstract

The Corona Virus outbreak entered Indonesia in early March 2020. This COVID-19 pandemic has had many impacts on several services in Indonesia, including library services. In the world of education, the library is a source of information that is widely chosen to obtain literature. This study uses a descriptive method of literature study. The object of this research is articles, scientific journals and books related to the problems faced in library services. Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) from the government, namely staying at home to reduce the transmission rate of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The public began to seek information through the internet. This journal aims to explain the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on library services in Indonesia, the corona mass has become a magnifying glass that has helped someone to critically look for ways so that they can still get information. Since March 2020 there have been many moments of evaluation and reflection, both online and limited face-to-face, this insight provides ideas about the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on library services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of driving teachers in independent learning in Kubu Raya Regency. This article was developed through literature studies, the use of books and journals as well as other related documents. This article aims to provide an overview of the role of driving teachers in managing fun learning using existing technology so that students are encouraged to improve their academic achievements. The results of this study indicate that students are able to be independent according to aspects of the Pancasila student profile which require students to think critically, have noble character, be creative, work together, have global diversity, think critically and independently. Independent learning creates students not only knowing learning but having high analytical and reasoning skills in solving problems encountered in life. In addition, in the classroom, the driving teacher acts as a mentor and trainer for other teachers.

Abstract

Learning in Higher Education could run with good if management curriculum designed effective and efficient. In Indonesia, there are two management program name field education that is management education and administration education so that direction curriculum different describe diversity curriculum. Research objectives this is for get information about policy management in practice frame repeat curriculum clump field knowledge management education and administration education in the sector institution education and energy education (LPTK) in Indonesia. LPTK in question are Tanjungpura University, Bandung Indonesian Education University, Jakarta State University, Syarif Kasim State Islamic University Riau, and Malang State University. Study this use method descriptive with approach qualitative. Research type this is studies case. Collector the data with study and analysis document. Data analysis using shared steps in three part namely; data reduction, data display and conclusion / verification. The results of the study obtained information that there were a number of group eye lectures taught for example General Courses (MKU), Expertise Courses (MKK), Faculty MKK, Study Program MKK, Compulsory MKK and Free MKK . The required weight and total credits taken by students different between LPTKs in Education Management and Education Administration. The Curriculum Management System must meet the steps of instructional design, syllabus preparation and course planning. Start policy conducted of the existing curriculum structure. Results and impacts obtained considered successful and received very positive feedback from all users. Naturally In reframing this curriculum it is necessary consider the preparation of an operational design which includes the preparation of adequate infrastructure, funding, personnel, schedule, and understanding of the system by all involved users and educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan hasil kajian implementasi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI), hasil implementasi SPMI, dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi SPMI di SMP Kristen Bukit Pengharapan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan data pendukung berupa referensi, buku serta berbagai dokumen mengenai implementasi SPMI. Subjek utama (key informan) dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah serta ditambah informasi data dari Wakil Kepala sekolah urusan kurikulum. Metode pengumpulan data utama penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang dilalui terbagi dalam tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini ditunjukan bahwa implementasi SPMI di SMP Kristen Bukit Pengharapan dilakukan sejak tahun 2018 s.d. tahun 2022. Implementasi SPMI dilakukan dengan pemetaan mutu, perancangan pemenuhan mutu, penetapan standar mutu dan evaluasi. Pengembangan mutu pendidikan SMP Kristen Bukit Pengharapan melalui implementasi SPMI dapat dikatakan berhasil. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) tahun 2021 yang menunjukan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi mendapatkan capaian nilai di atas rata-rata kabupaten/kota, di atas rata-rata provinsi dan di atas rata-rata nasional. Implementasi penjaminan mutu mendorong meningkatnya hasil ANBK dalam kualitas kondisi lingkungan belajar dan karakter budaya sekolah.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of the implementation of manage- rial strategies undertaken by principals on the achievement of principals' quality. Managerial strategies in this study are measured into three strat- egies: 1) the effectiveness of school management, 2) strengthening the competence of graduates, 3) empowering teachers and staff. This re- search using quantitative research and sample in this study SMK Negeri 1 Semparuk through panel data regression analysis. The results showed that managerial strategy signif- icantly influenced the achievement of school quality. The effectiveness of school management strategies has a significantly positive effect on school quality outcomes, strategy of strengthening the competencies of gradu- ates and empowering teachers and staff has no significant effect on the achievement of school quality. As a recom- mendation, school principals should encourage graduate competencies through empowering teachers and staff to be actively involved so that school quality can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dua hal utama dalam sistem penjamin mutu pada lembaga pendidikan dasar yaitu penjamin mutu internal dan penjamin mutu eksternal. Serta tujuan penjamin mutu pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dengan usia peserta didik 6-13 tahun baik dari siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis library research. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui buku, jurnal, dan artikel serta penelitian yang relevan dengan tema yang sama seperti penelitian ini. Data akan dianalis dengan content analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penjamin mutu internal berupa: 1) kebijakan dan prosedur untuk penjaminan mutu; 2) persetujuan, pemantauan dan tinjauan berkala program dan penghargaan; 3) penilaian siswa, 4) jaminan kualitas staf pengajar/dosen; 5) sumber belajar dan dukungan siswa; 6) sistem informasi; 7 ) informasi publik. Penjaminan mutu eksternal berupa: 1) prosedur; 2) pengembangan proses; 3) kriteria untuk keputusan; 4) proses sesuai dengan tujuan; 5) pelaporan; 6) prosedur tindak lanjut; 7) tinjauan pelaksanaan secara berkala; dan 8) analisis seluruh sistem. Serta tujuan untuk penjamin mutu pendidikan dasar adalah mengendalikan penyelenggaraan pendidikan oleh satuan pendidikan pada pendidikan dasar dan pendidikan menengah sehingga terwujud pendidikan yang bermutu.
