Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at Panca Makmur Community Health Center, Soyo Jaya District, North Morowali Regency. The objective was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of both variables on performance. This research used a quantitative associative approach with a sample of 50 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that motivation had no significant partial effect, while the work environment had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affected employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of a supportive work environment in improving performance. Abstract

Culture in Indonesia, including traditional games, needs to be preserved through cultural literacy, as it is increasingly threatened by extinction due to technological advancement and global change. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by teachers to foster cultural literacy among students at SD N 1 Karanganyar. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the sixth-grade teacher and four sixth-grade students. The findings reveal several teacher strategies in fostering students cultural literacy through Banyumasan cultural learning, namely:a) Implementation of hands-on learning methods,b) Utilization of traditional games as learning tools, andc) Morning literacy programs. Supporting factors include the availability of reading materials in the school library and the active role of parents. The implication of this study lies in its relevance to educational policy, serving as a consideration for policymakers at both the regional and national levels to design educational policies that encourage schools to develop learning programs based on the preservation of local cultural heritage, such as Banyumasan cultural education..Budaya yang ada di Indonesia salah satunya permainan tradisional perlu dilestarikan melalui literasi budaya karena mulai punah tergerus oleh teknologi yang disebabkan oleh perubahan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan literasi budaya siswa SD N 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah guru kelas VI dan empat siswa kelas VI. Jadi, kesimpulannya berdasarkan penelitian yang telah saya lakukan menunjukkan terdapat beberapa strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan literasi budaya siswa melalui pembelajaran Budaya Banyumasan yaitu: a. Penerapan metode praktik langsung, b. Pemanfaatan permainan sebagai alat belajar, c. Program literasi pagi. Adapun faktor pendorong yaitu tersedianya bahan bacaan di perpustakaan dan peran orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian saya terletak pada kebijakan pendidikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pembuat kebijakan seperti pemerintah daerah dan pusat untuk merancang kebijakan pendidikan yang mendorong sekolah untuk mengembangkan program pembelajaran berbasis pelestarian warisan budaya lokal seperti pembelajaran Budaya Banyumasan.

Abstract

The family is the first and most fundamental educational institution, providing children with their earliest learning experiences before they enter formal education. It plays a crucial role in developing moral values, religious understanding, intellectual abilities, emotional maturity, and character. This study examines the characteristics of family education from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith using a library research approach with qualitative content analysis. The findings indicate that Islamic family education is a lifelong process beginning before birth and continuing throughout human life, encompassing the stages of conception, prenatal development, and postnatal upbringing. The Qur'anic parable of the good tree in Surah Ibrahim (14:24–25) reflects three essential characteristics of Islamic family education: strengthening aqidah as its foundation, providing beneficial knowledge to foster intellectual growth, and cultivating noble character together with positive social relationships. These characteristics contribute to the development of shalih and shalihah children who possess strong faith, broad knowledge, exemplary character, and the ability to face contemporary challenges while remaining committed to Islamic values.

Abstract

Cognitive theory is classified as a theory that plays an important role in the development of educational theory, but there are still few educational practitioners who understand the concept of cognitive theory. At the beginning of the 15th century H , Muslim scientists strengthened the spirit to return to Islamic teachings based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. So it is not impossible if modern learning theories exist in the Qur'an and Hadith, or at least find their equivalent. So that western concepts can be juxtaposed with concepts based on the Qur'an and Hadith . The purpose of this study is to dissect the actual concept of cognitive learning theory in the perspective of Islamic education . The method used is library research , namely library research by collecting literature that talks about cognitive learning theory and Islamic education. The result of the research is that the cognitive theory of Islamic education perspective focuses on the ability to think, should pay attention to the physical and psychological development of students, focus their attention on the process of transmitting knowledge and educators play a very important role in the cognitive growth of students.

Abstract

Although assessment in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has an important role in measuring, guiding, and reflecting students’ development, PAI assessment practices still tend to be dominated by conventional tests, so formative and reflective assessment has not been optimally implemented. This article aims to analyze the concepts of assessment as learning, for learning, and of learning in the development of PAI learning through a conceptual study. This study used a literature review method by examining various relevant sources to identify key concepts, critically analyze the weaknesses and opportunities of assessment, and synthesize assessment theory with the contextual needs of Islamic education. The results of the study show that assessment of learning tends to emphasize cognitive achievement, thereby having limitations in assessing students’ affective, psychomotor, and reflective dimensions. Conversely, the integration of assessment for learning and assessment as learning has the potential to become an important strategy in building Islamic character through the processes of feedback, self-reflection, and active student involvement in learning. The conclusion of this study affirms that the ideal PAI assessment model needs to be developed holistically, variatively, and authentically so that it can support the formation of students who are knowledgeable, faithful, and morally upright. These findings contribute to strengthening studies on PAI assessment and provide practical implications for teachers in designing assessments that are oriented not only toward learning outcomes but also toward the process of character formation and students’ religious reflection.
