Abstract

Purpose: This study involved all employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama, and the purpose of this study was to determine how job rotation and work teams affect employee performance. Design/methodology/approach: The study used a saturated sample and collected 44 respondents who had all the necessary data to test. This research data comes from a survey conducted to employees and processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Findings: The results showed that job rotation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, while work teams have an effect and are significant on employee performance. Research limitations/implications: This study also has several limitations such as difficulty in obtaining respondents who are willing to fully participate in the study. Practical implications: Companies can improve employee performance by implementing effective job rotation and forming cohesive work teams. Job rotation can prevent burnout and improve employee skills, while cohesive work teams can strengthen collaboration and productivity. Thus, management needs to consider optimal rotation and team building strategies to achieve better employee performance. Originality/value: This title has significant originality as it combines two important variables in human resource management, namely job rotation and work teams, and analyzes their impact specifically on employee performance. The value of this title lies in the potential of the research to provide new insights into how job rotation strategies and work team dynamics can influence employee productivity and effectiveness in an ever-evolving work environment. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kawasan tanpa rokok atau KTR yang merupakan ruangan atau area yang dinyatakan dilarang untuk kegiatan merokok atau kegiatan memproduksi, menjual, mengiklankan dan/atau mempromosikan produk tembakau. Mengimplementasikan strategi promosi kesehatan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan kesehatan terkait dengan aturan Kawasan Bebas Rokok. Skema Alur Pelaksanaan Penyampaian hasil analisis situasi, prioritas masalah dan akar masalah tentang implementasi Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di RSPBA, dilakukan dengan cara konsolidasi dan presentasi hasil analisa masalah. Kegiatan konsolidasi ini dihadiri oleh Manajemen RSPBA dan Pembimbing Akademik. Pada dasarnya pengunjung menyadari akan pentingnya melestarikan lingkungan tanpa asap rokok. Namun dalam pelaksanaan dibutuhkan motivasi dan dukungan majemen terhadap pengawas puntung rokok dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan diberikan kewenangan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan aksi sosial memberikan mafaat yang signifikan pada wilayah kerja RS Pertamina Bintang Amin maupun pengunjung. Dengan aksi sosial tersebut memberikan manfaat kesegaran udara dan kenyamanan sehingga meningkatkan kunjungan pasien di RS Pertamina Bintang Amin. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Rumah Sakit, Kawasan Tanpa Asap Rokok (KtR)  ABSTRACT A non-smoking area or KTR is a room or area that is prohibited for smoking or activities for producing, selling, advertising and/or promoting tobacco products. Implement health promotion strategies to resolve health problems related to Smoke-Free Zone regulations. Implementation Flow Scheme Submission of the results of the situation analysis, problem priorities and root causes regarding the implementation of Smoke Free Zones (KTR) at the RSPBA, is carried out by consolidating and presenting the results of the problem analysis. This consolidation activity was attended by RSPBA Management and Academic Advisors. Basically, visitors are aware of the importance of preserving an environment without cigarette smoke. However, implementation requires motivation and management support for cigarette butt supervisors in carrying out their duties with the authority they are given. Implementing Community Service activities with outreach and social action provides significant benefits to the Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital work area and visitors. This social action provides the benefits of fresh air and comfort thereby increasing patient visits at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital. Keywords: Hospital Policy, Smoke Free Area (KtR)

Abstract

Innovation or nutritional engineering in the process of raising laying hens to produce eggs as a functional product is really needed by society.  The specific objective to be achieved is to optimize the use of Moringa oleifera leaf flour in improving the quality of  eggs.  The research method was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design, consisting of three treatments of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera) supplementation at 1%, 2% and 3%.  Each treatment was repeated six times and each repetition used 9 Isa Brown 73 weeks laying hens.  The variables observed included egg weight, albumen index, yolk index, yolk color and Haugh Unit score. The research results showed that supplementation of 1-3% Moringa oleifera leaf flour in the diet produced relatively the same egg weight, albumen index, yolk index,  yolk color and HU score

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, sales growth, dan biaya lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi liner berganda dengan bantuan software Eviews versi 12. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mengungkapkan laporan keuangan selama periode 2019 hingga 2022 yaitu sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 18 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, dan biaya lingkungan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan sales growth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, dan Perental Income Terhadap Financial Manajement Behavior Melalui Locus of control Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA). Jenis penelitiaan ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau memberi beberapa lembar pernyataan untuk mengumpulkan data responden dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 375 orang. Responden diambil dari seluruh mahasiswa aktif Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis variabel komitmen afektif dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, metode yang digunakan esplanatory research, variabel komitmen afektif dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel terikat, data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji regresi secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial komitmen afektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of affective commitment and work discipline on work productivity, the method used was explanatory research, the variables of affective commitment and work discipline as independent variable and work productivity as the dependent variable, the data was obtained through a questionnaire, then statistically analyzed using a partial regression test, and simultaneously, the results showed that partially affective commitment did not affect work productivity. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Earnings per Share (EPS) on the stock prices of state-owned banks (BUMN) in Indonesia during the 2016–2023 period. The research applies a quantitative associative approach using saturated sampling, with the population consisting of annual financial reports from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The sample comprises eight years of data collected from 2016 to 2023. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using EViews. The results reveal that NIM, NPL, and EPS significantly affect stock prices, while ROA shows no significant effect. These findings highlight that profitability measured by ROA is not a determining factor in stock price movements of state-owned banks, whereas NIM, NPL, and EPS play a more critical role in influencing investor decisions and market valuation. Keywords : Earnings per Share (EPS), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Stock Price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persediaan bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan proses produksi terhadap hasil produksi, penelitian dilakukan di salahsatu perusahaan manufaktur di Cikarang-Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kuantitatif, pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner terhadap 97 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesa, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persediaan bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan proses produksi secara parsial berpengaruh sebesar, 18%, 35%, dan 25% terhadap hasil produksi. Kesimpulannya, untuk variabel tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap hasil produksi.

Abstract

Background: Basic vaccination is the first type of vaccination that must be given to babies from birth to protect their bodies from certain diseases. The vaccination program is part of an effort to reduce morbidity, morbidity and mortality in infants and toddlers. In 2019-2020, basic vaccination achieved 95% according to the target, and from mid-2020 to the end of 2021 it was only 76% and in 2022 there will be an increase of around 85%.Purpose: To determine the determinants of the completeness of basic vaccinations for toddlers aged 9-24 months at the UPTD of the Capable Poned Inpatient Health Center in Tulang Bawang Barat in 2023.Method: Quantitative analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The technique for taking the sample size was purposive sampling, and those who met the inclusion criteria were 108 people. Data analysis used the chi square test and multivariate analysis used multiple logistic regression.Results: Analysis shows that mothers have low education (51.9%), receive family support (54.6%), access to affordable vaccination services (75.9%), receive support from the role of health workers (63.9%). There is a significant relationship between education level (p–value=0.026), family support (p–value=0.000), accessibility of vaccination services (p–value= 0.000), support from the role of health workers (p–value=0.000) and completeness of vaccination base. Multivariate analysis of family support is the dominant variable in the completeness of basic vaccinations in children compared to the role of health workers and access to health services (p-value=0.000).Conclusion: The most dominant influencing factor on the completeness of basic vaccination is the family support factor compared to the mother's education factor, service access factor, and the support factor of the role of health workers.Suggestion: There is a need to increase outreach and education about the importance of basic vaccinations for the health and immunity of babies to avoid dangerous diseases, to increase knowledge among the public, especially mothers and their families, so they can understand the purpose and benefits of vaccination for the health of their toddlers. Keywords: Children; Vaccinations; Toddlers. Pendahuluan: Vaksinasi dasar merupakan jenis vaksinasi pertama yangg harus diberikan pada bayi sejak lahir untuk melindungi tubuhnya dari penyakit tertentu. Program vaksinasi termasuk dalam upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kecatatan dan kematian pada bayi dan balita. Pada tahun 2019-2020 awal pencapaian vaksinasi dasar 95% sesuai target, dan pertengahan tahun 2020 sampai akhir tahun 2021 menjadi hanya 76% dan pada tahun 2022 mengalami kenaikan sekitar 85%.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui determinan kelengkapan vaksinasi dasar pada balita usia 9-24 bulan di UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Mampu Poned Dayamurni Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2023.Metode: Penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross-Sectional. Teknik pengambilan jumlah sampel purposive  sampling, dan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 108 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dan analisa multivariat menggunakan regressi logistic ganda.Hasil: Analisis diperoleh bahwa ibu berpendidikan rendah (51.9%), mendapat dukungan keluarga (54.6%), aksesibilitas pelayanan vaksinasi yang terjangkau (75.9%), mendapatkan dukungan peran petugas kesehatan (63.9%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan (p–value=0.026), dukungan keluarga (p–value=0.000), Aksesibilitas Pelayanan Vaksinasi (p–value= 0,000),dukungan peran petugas kesehatan(p–value=0,000) dengan kelengkapan vaksinasi dasar. Analisa multivariate dukungan keluarga merupakan variabel dominan terhadap kelengkapan vaksinasi dasar pada anak dibandingkan dengan peran petugas kesehatan dan akses pelayanan kesehatan ( p–value=0.000).Simpulan: Faktor berpengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kelengkapan vaksinasi dasar adalah faktor dukungan keluarga dibandingkan dengan faktor pendidikan ibu, faktor akses pelayanan, dan faktor dukungan peran petugas kesehatan.Saran: Perlu ditingkatkan lagi penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang pentingnya vaksinasi dasar untuk kesehatan dan kekebalan tubuh bayi agar terhindar dari penyakit berbahaya, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu dan keluarganya sehingga bisa mengerti apa tujuan dan manfaat dari vaksinasi untuk kesehatan balitanya. Kata Kunci: Anak-anak; Balita; Vaksinasi Dasar.

Abstract

The importance of teachers' performance in education is emphasized, outlining their roles in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. Factors influencing teacher performance, such as interpersonal communication, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, are the focus of this research. This study is deemed significant due to the adverse effects of declining teacher performance on the quality of education, learning motivation, and academic achievement. This study used quantitative methods, including surveys and simple linear regression, to analyze the impact of independent variables on a dependent variable. The research involved 43 teachers from Christian elementary schools in Bekasi. Data was collected using a Likert scale with validated instruments, followed by tests for normality and linearity. Hypothesis testing utilized the t-test, and SPSS 26 for calculations. In efforts to enhance teacher performance, strengthening interpersonal communication, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are crucial. Schools should prioritize these aspects to maintain a positive reputation in the community by having professional teachers. Teachers with good performance instill trust in parents to enroll their children in the school. Effective teacher performance results in student achievements and boosts community confidence in the school. The suggestion for schools is to prioritize these variables to create a positive impact on students, parents, and the community, thereby establishing schools with professional teachers.
