Abstract

Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease whose diagnosis is carried out using antigen-antibody tests and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Apart from these two methods, several alternative early detection methods using machine learning have been developed. However, it still has limitations in accessibility, is invasive, and its implementation involves many parties, which could potentially even increase the risk of spreading COVID-19. Therefore, this research aims to develop an alternative early detection method that is non-invasive by utilizing the LightGBM algorithm to detect COVID-19 based on the results of feature extraction from cough sounds and accompanying symptoms that can be identified independently. This research uses cough sound samples and symptom data from the Coswara dataset, and cough sound’s features were extracted using the log mel-spectrogram, mel frequency cepstrum coefficient (MFCC), chroma, zero crossing rate (ZCR), and root mean square (RMS) methods. Next, the cough sound features are combined with symptom data to train the LightGBM. The model trained using cough sound features and patient symptoms obtained the best performance with 95.61% accuracy, 93.33% area under curve (AUC), 88.74% sensitivity, 97.91% specificity, 93.17% positive prediction value (PPV), and 96.33% negative prediction value (NPV). It can be concluded that the trained model has excellent classification capabilities based on the AUC values obtained.

Abstract

Depression, anxiety, and stress are common psychological conditions often triggered by the pressures of daily life. Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), is a widely used tool for assessing the severity of these disorders, available in different versions such as the DASS-21 and DASS-42. In line with these findings, DASS-21 consists of 21 symptom items, categorized into three types of disorders, with seven items assigned to each. In contrast, the DASS-42 includes 42 symptom items, with 14 items allocated per disorder. Both versions serve as standardized tools for assessing the severity of depression, anxiety, and stress, and the different versions show that one item only affects one disorder. In practice, it can affect several disorders with different priorities. This condition increases the risk of subjective bias in a psychologist's decision-making, as personal experiences and perceptions may influence their assessments. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Group Decision Support System (GDSS) model that considers the preferences of several psychologists in determining the priority of disorders based on the DASS-42 and DASS-21 items. The model has been built using the psychologist's preference method for DASS-42 and DASS-21 in fuzzy form, then combined using the Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) method to produce one decision. The alignment of top-priority items between GDSS and DASS was assessed as part of the evaluation. The results show a high degree of similarity, with GDSS matching 16 out of 21 symptom items in DASS-21 and 35 out of 42 items in DASS-42. The GDSS model can accommodate the preferences of decision-makers in providing weighting of the influence on each item in the DASS-21 and DASS-42, thereby providing more objective decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in the Akidah Akhlak subject for class II at MIT Ar-Roihan Lawang Malang. The primary focus of this study is to explore how the implementation of these strategies meets individual learning needs while enhancing motivation and learning outcomes. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that learning strategies tailored to students’ learning styles, such as kinesthetic, linguistic, musical, and spatial-visual, have a positive impact on student engagement and understanding of the material. The implications of this study suggest the need for the development of a curriculum based on students' needs and the adjustment of evaluation methods. This study provides a solid foundation for further innovations in value-based learning and supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas II di MI Ar-Roihan Lawang Malang. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan strategi berdiferensiasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar individual siswa serta meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil pembelajaran mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan gaya belajar siswa, termasuk kinestetik, linguistik, musikal, dan spasial-visual, memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterlibatan dan pemahaman materi siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan siswa yang lebih inklusif dan penyesuaian metode evaluasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis nilai di Indonesia dan mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.  Kata Kunci: Akidah Akhlak; Gaya Belajar; Multiple Intelligences; Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

The Service Satisfaction Index (IKP) is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of service in educational institutions such as the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK). In the odd semesters of 2021 and 2022, ITK has made a number of efforts to improve the quality of services provided to students. In this analysis, the sample used is the service satisfaction index at ITK in the odd semesters of 2021 and 2022 using the Wilcoxon Rank Test method for find out whether there is a significant difference between the Service Satisfaction Index in the two semesters. From the results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon method, the decision result was obtained, namely rejecting H0, namely that the IKP value for the odd semester in 2021 was better than the IKP for the odd semester in 2022.

Abstract

PT BPR BKK Jateng (Perseroda) is one of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Central Java Province engaged in financial services, especially as a People's Credit Bank (BPR). This company has various branch offices spread across various regions of Central Java, including in Magelang City. As a financial institution, BPR has a strategic role in distributing financing to the community, but is also faced with challenges in managing internal control risks. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of internal control in managing credit insurance claims at PT BPR BKK Jateng (Perseroda) KC Magelang and its impact on mitigating the risk of immediate liabilities (KWS). Effective internal control is an important element in ensuring the smooth running of the credit insurance claim management process, reducing potential risks, and improving corporate governance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of good internal control can minimize the risk of immediate liabilities, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen corporate risk management. This research is expected to contribute to PT BPR BKK Jateng (Perseroda) KC Magelang in optimizing the internal control system to support the sustainability of the company's operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan etika bisnis syariah dalam praktik jual beli online di Desa Trimulya, Kec. Rantau Rasau, Kab. Tanjung Jabung Timur, dengan studi kasus Azka Shop. Etika bisnis syariah bertujuan mendidik moralitas manusia dalam perdagangan sesuai dengan Al-Qur'an dan hadis. Namun, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan masih adanya ketidakpuasan konsumen dan ketidaksesuaian barang dengan pesanan. Transaksi di Azka Shop menggunakan platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan WhatsApp, tetapi belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah, terutama dalam aspek kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan transparansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden terdiri dari pemilik Azka Shop dan konsumen di Desa Trimulya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai transaksi online sesuai etika bisnis syariah, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendidikan. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi peningkatan edukasi masyarakat, kebijakan bisnis yang transparan, pengawasan transaksi yang lebih ketat, serta memberikan perlindungan konsumen. Dengan demikian, diharapkan praktik jual beli online di Azka Shop dapat berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan memberikan kepuasan serta keamanan bagi konsumen.

Abstract

The library is a source of information, a source of knowledge and education can be successful if its management is carried out properly and neatly. Among library management is administration and service management. In modern library management, administration and service management have used information technology as a means of automation in the form of hardware and software. The purpose of this research is to describe the administration of management and software-aided library services. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research as the type. The research instrument is the researcher. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses a credibility technique (degree of trust) with data triangulation, a dependability technique and a confirmability technique. The results of this study, (1) library administration management consists of procurement of collections, classification of library materials, cataloging and labeling of library materials (2) management of library services consisting of circulation services, reference services and library rules. Optimization of management is done by automating the 3.0 library system software, making management work faster, time and energy efficiency.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas implementasi teori belajar Behavioristik dalam pembelajaran di SD melalui metode kajian literatur. Teori memahami perilaku manusia dengan menggunakan pendekatan objektif, mekanistik, dan materialistik, sehingga setiap perubahan perilaku seseorang dapat dilakukan melalui upaya pengkondisian. Guru dapat dengan mudah mengukur keberhasilan pembelajaran karena teori ini berorientasi pada perilaku yang tampak berupa “hasil yang dapat diukur, diamati, dianalisis, dan diuji secara obyektif.” Selain itu, teori ini membantu siswa memahami aturan dan prosedur secara jelas, sehingga cocok diterapkan pada anak-anak atau siswa dengan tingkat pemahaman awal yang belum kompleks.

Abstract

This community service program aims to optimize the role of PKK mothers in Jombang District as the vanguard in the socialization of Gender Mainstreaming (PUG). PKK, as a grassroots organization that is in direct contact with families, has great potential to spread understanding of gender equality and inclusion in development. The problem identified is the suboptimal function of PKK education related to gender, which still tends to focus on traditional activities. The purpose of this community service program is to optimize the role of PKK mothers in Jombang District in socializing PUG to realize inclusive national development. The research method used is a participatory approach through training, workshops, and mentoring. Through training and mentoring, this program equips PKK members with the knowledge and skills to become agents of change at the local level, so that they are able to realize more inclusive and equitable national development. The expected results are increased capacity of PKK members in advocating for PUG, increased public awareness of gender issues, and active participation of women in development. The conclusion of this program is that optimizing the role of PKK mothers is an important key in the socialization of PUG at the local level, which contributes to the realization of inclusive and sustainable national development. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a hot topic in the world of education in recent years. AI's potential to revolutionize various fields, including academics and research, has encouraged many educational institutions to develop policies and strategies related to AI. The digital era is an era where an era experiences rapid progress that leads to digital. This era is characterized by fast and easy access to information. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a computer program designed and built to imitate human intelligence, including decision-making abilities, logic and other characteristics of intelligence. This research discusses the challenges and solutions in facing education in the digital era, namely solutions that can be provided by introducing artificial intelligence (AI) in the development of science and technology in educational institutions.
