Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive teaching materials with the help of Heyzine flipbooks to build character of citizens in grade 2 elementary school students. The research method used is R & D research with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research subjects were class 2 teachers and class 2 students at UPT SD Negeri Tumpakkepuh 02. The instruments used in this research were interview and questionnaire guidelines. Data analysis is used by calculating the percentage of results from validation by material experts, media experts and student responses. Based on the needs analysis that has been carried out, teachers and students really need interactive teaching materials assisted by Heyzine flipbooks. The validation results from media experts obtained 78.82% which was categorized as feasible. The material expert validation results obtained a score of 93.33% in the "very appropriate" category. Overall, the results of the small-scale trials obtained an average score of 92%, which is in the very feasible category.

Abstract

Bullying students in schools is one of the three great sins of education. This is the concern of researchers to conduct this research. The purpose of this research is to show how teacher learning strategies can reduce student bullying. With a case study design, descriptive qualitative research used is observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation is the method used to collect data. Data is reduced, presented, and analyzed by drawing conclusions. Member checks, technical triangulation, and source triangulation are methods used to verify data validity. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Mojokerto Regency which involved 3 teachers who taught grade 5, namely Class Teachers, Religious Education Teachers and PJOK Teachers and 23 Grade V students. This research was conducted on December 7, 2022. The research results found that the methods used by classroom educators to deal with bullying in schools are 1) planning with teachers and student guardians, 2) instilling Pancasila values, 3) innovation in learning, and 4) using directing and directing administration. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that strategies for dealing with student bullying work best when parents work well together to deal with it.

Abstract

Education is a process where individuals acquire knowledge and skills as provisions to be able to participate in the welfare of society. There are many things you can do to get a decent education, one of which is going to study in a new country (region). A person who is studying at university or college level is called a student. Students who are studying at a university and decide to leave their home and place of origin are called 'Overseas Students'. In their first year of study, overseas students will experience homesickness or an excessive feeling of longing for home. This homesickness phenomenon also occurs in new overseas students at the State University of Malang. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the percentage of homesickness experienced by Malang State University students reached 58%. This research was carried out using a quantitative survey method in the form of filling out questionnaires at several faculties at the State University of Malang. The data obtained was that 42 students experienced homesickness, 20 students often experienced homesickness, and 11 students rarely experienced homesickness. With the percentage figures obtained, of course homesickness is something that must be paid attention to, even though in quotes homesickness is not a mental illness, the consequences of homesickness itself can disrupt mental health. Of course, there are many ways you can reduce homesickness, such as doing useful activities. Homesickness cannot be cured completely, because basically longing is something that remains in the human conscience. However, homesickness can be overcome by finding a comfortable environment.

Abstract

Filsafat dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam konteks pendidikan, dapat diterapkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah, analisis kasus, dan diskusi kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan analisis terkait analisis filosofis dalam proses berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review untuk mengumpulkan, menilai, dan menganalisis penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Prosesnya meliputi penentuan topik, pencarian sumber literatur yang kredibel, analisis dan sintesis temuan utama, serta penyusunan tinjauan pustaka yang sistematis. Hasil tinjauan pustaka ini memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang perkembangan topik yang diteliti dan mengidentifikasi area yang perlu penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik harus didukung oleh stimulus dari pendidik, seperti menyajikan fenomena dan permasalahan untuk diselesaikan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis penting untuk membuka peluang keberhasilan dalam pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan kehidupan di era inovasi. Filsafat berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kehidupan peserta didik melalui pengembangan berpikir kritis yang dilatih sejak dini. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ialah filsafat memiliki peran penting dalam merekonstruksi kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Berdasarkan pendekatan filosofis, peserta didik mampu mengevaluasi informasi secara mendalam, mengembangkan kemampuan untuk analisis, mempertanyakan asumsi, serta menerima berbagai perspektif.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies learning as strengthening character education in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of character education are the teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and goals of character education, limited learning time, and limited resources and facilities. The school is trying to overcome these obstacles, such as increasing teachers' understanding of character education, using technology in learning, and collaboration between schools and communities in strengthening character education in elementary schools. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the science and social studies module on story material in the area where I live on the learning outcomes of IV grade students at SDN Lebakrejo IV Purwodadi. This type of research is quantitative using experimental research methods, the form of Quasi Experimental Design research and the design of this research, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research is the test instrument. The population in this study amounted to 27 students. The instrument includes a pre-test and post-test using the t-test statistical analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant influence from the use of the science teaching modules which had been developed according to the needs and characteristics of students, namely the t count (3.52) was greater than the t table (2.06), so it could be concluded that the difference between the mean post-test scores of the two groups were statistically significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the challenges faced by elementary school teachers in implementing numeracy-oriented learning. Through qualitative research methods, including observation, interviews and document analysis, this study explores the experiences of teachers at SD Laboratorium UM Blitar. The research findings show the existence of internal and external barriers. Internal barriers include teachers‘ limited understanding of numeracy, students’ varied abilities, and inadequate pedagogical skills. External challenges include limited resources, curriculum limitations and heavy workloads. To improve numeracy education, this study recommends comprehensive teacher training, curriculum reform and increased resource allocation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis microsite s.id untuk pembelajaran dikelas IV SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran (R&D), dalam penelitian pengembangan ini  menghasilkan produk dan menguji tingkat keefektifan produk. Langkah yang digunakan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, dan Evaluation.  Penelitian terbatas hanya pada tahapan rancangan pengembangan produk dan validasi secara internal kepada validator ahli dan belum sampai pada tahap uji coba. Data yang dihimpun dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli melalui kuisioner yang diberikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan angket atau kuisioner penilaian validator ahli untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari produk pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis microsite s.id ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil prosentase validasi dari ahli materi  95% dan ahli media sebesar 89%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis microsites s.id layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Multimedia interaktif berbasismicrostes s.id dengan materi Hak dan Kewajiban disajikan dengan sangat menarik melalui fitur yang komplit sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV SD.Kata Kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Microsite s.id. The source and the service team concluded that the problems in the primary school include (1) the teacher's lack of understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum Implementation Assessment, because it is considered only for IPA subjects, (2) the unavailability of supporting book references in the classroom or library related to the assessment of Merdeka Curriculum Implementation, (3) the learning has not been touched by literacy and technology innovations, and (4) Learning in Education The Merdeka Curriculum is still alien to teachers. The solution to this problem is to carry out Focus GroupDiscussion (FGD) activities and training learning activities through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum Implementation assessment. Increasing the number of libraries is related to independent curriculum in learning, Independent curriculum learning training, Guidance of evaluation products of training results by teachers. External targets in this activity are to increase teachers' understanding of the concept of independent curriculum implementation assessment, document time schedule based student'activitys, (portfolio), reference book on Independent Curriculum Implementation Assessment for teachers (10 e-books from various sources), publication of activities in 1 mass media and 1 video of activity uploaded on youtube channel, 1 Draft evaluation result assessment of implementation of merdeka curriculum scientific articles in the form of an accredited journal (1 accredited journal article), 1 HKI.
